Abstract

The divorce rate in Indonesia continues to increase, as data shows that in 2021, there were 447,743 divorce cases, with 75.34% of them being divorce lawsuits filed by wives. This phenomenon is no exception in North Lore District, Poso Regency, where divorce lawsuits have increased significantly in the last three years. This study aims to analyze the main causes of the escalation of divorce lawsuits by wives against husbands in the area from the perspective of Maqashid Syari'ah. Data shows that domestic conflicts are often triggered by violations of the husband's rights and obligations, domestic violence, and unmanaged differences in character. In addition, the quality of marriage advice, which is still formal, contributes to the weak readiness of couples to face the challenges of marriage. Through a qualitative approach, this study found that the wife's increasing awareness of her rights is a significant factor in filing for divorce. This study emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of marriage advice based on Maqashid Syari'ah to prevent domestic conflict and maintain family integrity.

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution mandates the state to enhance public intelligence, with teachers being central to educational quality. UPT SPF SD Inpres Rappokalling 2 in Makassar faces a decline in student engagement, attributed to teachers' insufficient skills in using technology for interactive teaching and assessment. To address this issue, a community service program was implemented, involving training and mentoring with Canva and Wordwall. Evaluation results from pre-tests and post-tests showed significant improvement in teachers' knowledge and skills. Proficiency in creating teaching materials using Canva increased from 59% to 68%, while the ability to create assessments using Wordwall rose from 76.25% to 90%. This enhancement is expected to make teaching materials and assessments more engaging and effective, thereby supporting increased student involvement in the learning process

Abstract

The existence of customary law has been less a concern as a source in the law enforcement process for law enforcers. The Tolaki community in Southeast Sulawesi has a custom capable of resolving legal disputes called kalosara. This study aims to examine the customary role of the Kalosara in resolving land disputes to create justice and social order in society. This empirical legal study used the sociological theory of law and benefit in Islamic law. Data were collected by means of in-depth interview and literature review. The results of the study revealed that the Kalosara that has become a customary law or living law in society has played a role in resolving cases through mediation. The Kalosara customarily carried out through a mediation process has been able to mitigate internal cases of the indigenous people. Dispute resolution resolved in terms of land cases has also succeeded in creating social order in society. The philosophical principles in the Kalosara consist of ate pute penao moroha (chastity and justice), the values that are able to bind the parties to the disputes in a customary way to create justice. Theoretically, the social function of the customary law in society is to realize social harmonization so that disputes and conflicts can be avoided. In the context of the Islamic law, creating harmony and social order in society is one of the main goals.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal concentration of rabbit urine administration (POC Rabbit Urine) to increase the growth and yield of curly chili plants (Capsicum annum L.). This type of research is experimental research. This research was carried out in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Unidar Ambon, at an altitude of 150 m above sea level, the average daily temperature is around 27-290C.  The experiment will be carried out from February to May 2024. Variables observed on growth components and plant yield components include, plant height, number of leaves, the number of branches, when flowers appear, the number of harvested fruits, the total weight of the fruit of the plant. Observations are made after the plants are 1 week old after planting. The data obtained was analyzed using a variety fingerprint (F test) at the level of 5%. If the real influence is continued, the Smallest Real Difference Test (BNT) is continued. The results showed that the POC treatment of rabbit urine had a real effect on the control of all observed variables. Rabbit urine concentration of 300 ml/L of water resulted in the highest number of harvested fruits and fruit weight compared to other treatments.
