Abstract

Mall pelayanan publik terpadu (MPPT) Kota Banda Aceh didirikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Namun, terdapat berbagai keluhan dari masyarakat terkait rendahnya kualitas pelayanan, yang memunculkan pertanyaan tentang sejauh mana aparatur pemerintahan menerapkan etika dalam pelaksanaan tugas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip etika pelayanan publik yang ditunjukkan oleh aparatur di MPPT Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip etika pelayanan seperti tanggung jawab, integritas, dan profesionalisme belum diterapkan secara optimal oleh aparatur pada mal pelayanan publik terpadu di kota Banda Aceh. Terdapat kesenjangan antara harapan masyarakat dan realisasi kinerja aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan publik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip etika pelayanan publik oleh pegawai pemerintahan pada mall pelayanan publik yang belum optimal dapat dioptimalkan dengan meningkatkan pemahaman aparatur pemerintah tentang etika pelayanan berbasis nilai-nilai Syariat Islam, sehingga mampu memenuhi harapan masyarakat secara lebih baik.

Abstract

The development of education, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), is crucial in shaping individual personalities and strengthening Islamic identity within the community. At public universities (PTUs) like the University of Madura (UNIRA), developing the PAI curriculum is essential to respond to changing times and advancing knowledge. Challenges include integrating Islamic values with modern knowledge, adapting to technological advancements in learning, and enhancing students' understanding of religious education. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation with 20 students and PAI lecturers at UNIRA. Findings reveal several key issues, such as the minimal PAI credit load of only 2 credits, lack of student enthusiasm for PAI subjects, variations in PAI development, and challenges in the quality of teaching staff and a supportive campus environment for religious learning. The development of the PAI curriculum at UNIRA should aim to shape students of character and integrity, capable of positively contributing to society. Innovations in teaching methods, strengthening collaboration with Islamic institutions and academics, and industry cooperation are opportunities to explore. This implementation aims to make PAI relevant to modern life needs and equip students to face changing times.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of divorce in Madura and women's rights in divorce from a gender perspective. There are three main issues addressed in this study, those are the dynamics of divorce in Madura, women's rights in divorce, and gender equalities. This study is field research with a qualitative approach. The data used comes from primary data and secondary data. By conducting an in-depth analysis based on the sociological theory of gender, particularly Talcott Parson's theory of structural feminism, this study found some findings; firstly, the number of divorces, either from talaq divorce or judicial divorce, in Madura in the last five years has increased. This is because of the decline in ethics such as polygamy without the permission of the first wife, the low-income factor, the presence of a third party either due to parental interference or infidelity with other people, and disharmony due to disputes and differences of opinion; secondly, the number of divorce cases in Madura in the last five years has been dominated by judicial divorce rather than talaq divorce. In 2021, the percentage of judicial divorce compared to talaq divorce is around 73.04% to 26.96%, meanwhile, in 2020, this ratio was only 25.49% to 74.51%. Besides, in 2019, this was about 67.63% to 32.39%, in 2018 it reached 64.23% to 35.77%, and in 2017 it was about 67.18% to 2.82%; thirdly, the phenomenon of increasing divorce by law in Madura indicates that there has been a shift in perception among women about the meaning of divorce, as a response to the presence of legislation that provides room for legitimacy for women to file for divorce. In the perspective of contemporary feminism, the space for legitimacy contains the meaning of gender equality, and the patriarchal culture begins to collapse which has long been attached to the social system of the Madurese community.

Abstract

This research aims to theoretically describe the transformation of libraries in the transmission of knowledge. By using the library study method, this research is expected to be able to provide a detailed explanation of the research objectives. Abstract

Isolasi geografis, pendidikan, status sosial dan ekonomi, serta keterasingan dari lingkungan non-nelayan dianggap mempengaruhi pastisipasi politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji budaya politik masyarakat pesisir di wilayah Permukiman Lamnga. Studi ini termasuk tipe deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena tersebut. Data dikumpulkan wawancara dengan informan yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukakan melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti tingkat pendidikan, lingkungan sekitar, jenis pekerjaan, usia, kondisi ekonomi, dan agama secara signifikan mempengaruhi pola partisipasi politik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi dari faktor-faktor tersebut membentuk budaya politik masyarakat pesisir di Permukiman Lamnga, yang berarti bahwa partisipasi politik tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu tetapi juga oleh konteks sosial dan budaya yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Pesantren as a traditional Islamic educational institution in Madura has an important role in shaping the character of the local community. The focus of this study is to examine in depth the history of the birth of pesantren in Madura and its relationship to the reformation from perdikan to pesantren. By using the library study method, this study is expected to explore the transformation of pesantren in Madura as a response to social change. The results of the study indicate that the Islamization Process in Madura can be said to be an effort to preach that began between the 7th century and the 15th century, basically questions such as when, who, and how the beginning of pesantren in Madura are not easy to answer. However, in general, there are two paths that can be seen in the process of Islamization and the beginning of pesantren in Madura, namely the royal path and the path of the da'i or sunan. The role of perdikan in the development of pesantren in the early days was to free land used for religion, holy places, and services provided by the king. The function of this pesantren is exempt from state taxes. Because the land used is for religious interests as well as having the right to regulate its regional autonomy. Perdikan land has a significant influence on the development of Islamic boarding schools in Madura. By utilizing land optimally, Islamic boarding schools can not only improve the quality of education provided, but also contribute to strengthening the community and economic independence of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengonstruksi atau menulis teks resensi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) pada peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Model pembelajaran TTW merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks resensi, karena bisa membantu peserta didik mengontruksi pengetahuan mereka sendiri, sesuai dengan langkah-langkah TTW. Pertama, peserta didik membaca sebuah bacaan, lalu mencatat hal-hal penting dalam bacaan tersebut. Kedua, peserta didik didik secara berkelompok membahasa hal-hal penting yang diperoleh dan membentuk sebuah kerangka tulisan. Ketiga, secara individu peserta didik mulai mengembangkan kerangka tersebut menjadi sebuah tulisan yang utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif karena penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan naturalistik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengambil subjek peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 7 SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. terbagi pada dua siklus. Keterampilan mengonstruksi teks resensi diukur berdasarkan persentase kecapaian nilai menulis teks resensi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi kegiatan berupa foto. Kriteria keberhasilan tindakan berupa peningkatan proses dan hasil keterampilan menulis teks resensi peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW). Keberhasilan proses dilihat dari peningkatan antusias dan sikap siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Keberhasilan keterampilan mengonstruksi teks resensi diukur berdasarkan skor ketercapaian aspek menulis teks resensi sebesar 70%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan persentase ketercapaian proses dan hasil yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengonstruksi teks resensi pada setiap siklus. Peningkatan kualitas proses didasarkan pada hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran mengonstruksi teks resensi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dari siklus I sampai siklus II. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik dalam mengonstruksi teks resensi. Peningkatan proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I reratanya 55% sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87%. Selain itu peningkatan juga terjadi pada aktivitas guru, yaitu pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 86% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 94%. Kemudian peningkatan keterampilan hasil menulis teks diskusi dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 60% pada siklus I dan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 86%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengonstruksi teks resensi peserta didik.Kata kunci: keterampilan, mengonstruksi, menulis, teks resensi, Think Talk Write (TTW)

Abstract

This study examines the role and contribution of Sekolah Rakyat (SR) as a government-managed educational institution during the colonial period in Indonesia, with a particular focus on Islamic education. Sekolah Rakyat was established in response to the need for inclusive and accessible education, especially for marginalized groups. Through historical analysis, this article reveals how Islamic education was integrated into the SR curriculum, aiming not only to provide religious knowledge but also to foster students' character and morality. Additionally, this research explores the challenges and dynamics faced by SR within the context of colonial policies and its impact on the development of Islamic education in society. Thus, this article provides an in-depth insight into the significance of Islamic education within formal education during the colonial era and its implications for education in Indonesia today

Abstract

This study examines prenatal education within the Pelet Petteng tradition from the perspective of traditional birth attendants (dukun kandungan) in Sana Daja Village, Pasean, Pamekasan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, direct observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that traditional birth attendants play a crucial role in pregnancy and childbirth through rituals such as prenatal massage, prayers, and herbal remedies. The community's trust in traditional birth attendants is influenced by cultural factors, limited access to modern healthcare facilities, emotional closeness, and affordability. Despite the availability of modern healthcare services, the villagers tend to prefer traditional birth attendants due to their deep understanding of local traditions and customs. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between traditional birth attendants and medical professionals to improve maternal and child healthcare services in rural communities while preserving local traditions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of the concepts of religious moderation and multiculturalism as an approach in building social harmony in a diverse society. In an increasingly complex global context, especially in Indonesia, which is known for its religious, ethnic, and cultural plurality, religious moderation and multiculturalism are important strategies to prevent social conflicts and increase tolerance between religious communities. Through library research-based research, this study collects and analyzes literature from various academic sources, such as books, journals, and scientific articles that discuss both concepts theoretically and practically. This study found that religious moderation emphasizes the importance of a middle ground (wasatiyyah), which avoids extremism and radicalism in religion, while multiculturalism emphasizes acceptance and respect for cultural differences and beliefs. These two concepts share similarities in the principles of inclusivity, tolerance, and equality, which can be integrated within the framework of public policy, education, and social activities to strengthen national unity and global peace. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of policies that encourage social cohesion and answer the challenges of diversity in contemporary society. The integration of religious moderation and multiculturalism can be a solution to maintain a balance between religious identity and cultural diversity, as well as increase dialogue between different groups.
