Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan transaksi non tunai. Transaksi non tunai adalah metode pembayaran elektronik yang memungkinkan transaksi dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Kemudahan transaksi non tunai telah mengubah gaya hidup mahasiswa juga ikut berubah dan meningkatkan minat dalam berbelanja yang menjadi pemicu terjadinya perilaku konsumtif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh transaksi non tunai terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil penemuan penelitian ini berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yaitu Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan signifikansi, dengan nilai t 0,00 < 0,05, dan nilai > yaitu 5,732 > 1,984. Sehingga ditolak dan diterima, menunjukkan bahwa transaksi non tunai memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar, dan nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 25,5%. Variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh 74,5% dari total. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya berbagai kemudahan fasilitas yang ditawarkan oleh layanan transaksi non tunai membuat mahasiswa FEB UNM menjadi konsumtif.

Abstract

Surat elektronik atau email merupakan media komunikasi yang sangat populer. Untuk mengirim dan menerima email, diperlukan sebuah penyedia (server) yang di dalamnya terdapat layanan email. Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) merupakan salah satu aplikasi mail server powerfull yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai aplikasi mail server dalam jumlah user puluhan hingga ribuan. Pada penelitian ini, sistem enkripsi pada Zimbra multiple-mail server menggunakan metode OpenPGP  diimplementasikan untuk mengamankan isi email yang dikirim maupun yang diterima, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan public key dan private key. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan metode OpenPGP  mampu bekerja dengan baik untuk keamanan sistem pengiriman dan atau penerimaan email pada multi mail server. AbstractElectronic mail or e-mail is a very popular communication medium. To send and receive e-mails, a provider (server) is needed in which there is an e-mail service. Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) is one powerful mail server application that can be used as a mail server application in the number of users from tens to thousands. In this study, the encryption system on the Zimbra multiple-mail server uses the OpenPGP  method to be implemented to secure the contents of e-mails sent and received, namely by using the public key and private key. The test results show that the OpenPGP  method works well for the security of the email sending/receiving system on a multi-mail server.

Abstract

This paper discusses the bilateral relationship between Indonesia–United States due to immigration policies during the Donald Trump administration in the period 2017-2021 and the immigrant community in the United States and the relationship between the two. The formulation of the problem is what motivates the United States to decide its immigration policy and second is how Indonesia responds to the United States' policy, especially the problem of immigrants from Indonesia. The immigration policy discussed in this paper is the Executive Order signed by Donald Trump in 2017 regarding the ban on people from seven Muslim countries who, according to the United States, are supporting countries. The writing method uses literature study and data presentation or literature review. This paper shows that Donald Trump's immigration policy has an impact on immigrants from seven existing Muslim countries and prospective immigrants who will go to the United States. The impact on the main target, in terms of bilateral relations with Indonesia, did not show a significant effect, although there was a decrease in the number of students studying in the United States of around 17% due to this policy. However, the Indonesian government considers Donald Trump's policy only to maintain security in the United States. Indonesia and the United States after Donald Trump's Immigration policy The US Ambassador asked the Indonesian government that the policy was not aimed at Muslims but for US security to limit immigrants from Indonesia who would receive protection from the Indonesian Embassy in the United States.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic Community Organizations in the history of the development of Islam in South Sulawesi from 1905-1998.  The writing method used is the historical method which includes Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography. Islamic Community Organizations (Ormas) were triggered by the drive due to the growth of patriotic and nationalistic behaviour which at the same time became a response to the problems that occurred among the Indonesian people at the end of the 19th century. The development of Islamic Community Organizations in South Sulawesi has had a positive impact based on historical facts starting from trade contacts to the spread of Islam in South Sulawesi in 1605 during the reign of King Tallo, namely Sultan Alauddin. Organizations based on Islamic values that exist in Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi, historically consist of Sarekat Islam, Nadhatul Ulama, and Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

This research on traditional arts related to religion or belief aims to uncover the life cycle flow of the Makassarese people through Rate's singing. The specific objectives of this research are to answer the following questions: (1) What is the function of Rate' singing? (2) Why is Rate's singing currently rarely performed in Makassar ethnic communities? (3) How can the regeneration of Rate's singing be achieved? This ethnographic qualitative research employs various data collection methods, including observation, interviews, and document studies. The research was conducted in Makassar and Gowa cities. The results indicate the following: (1) The function of Rate' in the Makassarese community is primarily as a medium for prayer, an invitation for good fortune, a rejection of bad luck, a confirmation of customary procedures, and a means of ethical education for the next generation. Rate' singing in sacred Makassarese activities aims to bring people closer to God; (2) The period of turmoil in Sulawesi, starting with the arrival of Japan and followed by the struggle for Indonesian independence, influenced the continuity of traditional art in South Sulawesi, particularly Makassarese art. After the security in South Sulawesi gradually recovered, the community began to focus on improving their welfare, viewing cultural arts, especially traditional ceremonies, as wasteful and non-materially beneficial; (3) Rate' singing faced near extinction as the nobility, or karaeng descendants, began to lose their traditional culture. The remaining Pa'Rate' are few and elderly, with no successors to inherit their knowledge. As a form of literature, the traditional way of conveying Rate' is known only to older generations. The transmission of ma'Rate's skills is conducted within the Parate family itself.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning models and attitude in physics on the problem solving. This research is a true experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The population is all class X SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara years 2022/2023. The sample of two classes using simple random sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using attitude questionnaire on physics and physics problem-solving skill tests. Data analysis using two-way ANOVA The results showed that: There were differences in the physics problem-solving skills of students who were taught using problem-based learning models and those who were taught using discovery learning models, for attitudes to high physics, there were differences in problem-solving skills physics taught using problem-based learning models with those taught using discovery learning models, for low physics attitudes, there are differences in the physics problem-solving skills of students who are taught using problem-based learning models with those taught using discovery learning models, and there is no interaction between the learning model and attitudes toward physics on students' physics problem-solving skills. Abstract

Nasofaring merupakan bagian dari sistem saluran napas bagian atas dan merupakan elemen anatomi yang menghubungkan rongga hidung dengan laring dan trakea, melalui orofaring. Kanker nasofaring di Indonesia merupakan keganasan terbanyak ke-4 setelah kanker payudara, kanker serviks, dan kanker kulit, serta merupakan keganasan terbanyak di kepala dan leher. Tujuan penelitian untuk engetahui karakteristik pasien penderita karsinoma nasofaring di indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Literature Review dengan desain Narrative Review. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian didapatkan sebanyak 11 artikel yang relevan untuk digunakan dalam Narrative Review ini, dari beberapa jurnal tersebut menyatakan bahwa karakteristik penderita karsinoma nasofaring yaitu laki laki merupakan jenis kelamin yang paling banyak terkena KNF disertai predisposisi perokok, usia 46-55 tahun merupakan usia yang paling rentan, pekerja wiraswasta merupakan perkejaan paling banyak terkena KNF, gejala yang paling sering pada pasien dengan KNF adalah benjolan di leher dan hidung tersumbat, Kelompok stadium klinis pasien KNF terbanyak adalah stadium IV A dan dilakukan kemoterapi, Sedangkan tipe berdasarkan histopatologi KNF terbanyak adalah tipe Non-Keratinizing Squamous Cell Carcinoma undifferentiated. Berdasarkan hasil review dapat disimpulkan bahwa penderita karsinoma nasofaring paling banyak adalah laki-laki disertai predisposisi perokok dengan rentan usia 46-55 tahun, untuk gejala yang paling sering didapatkan adalah adanya benjolan di leher dan hidung tersumbat. Kelompok stadium klinis pasien KNF terbanyak adalah stadium IV A dan dilakukan kemoterapi Sedangkan tipe berdasarkan histopatologi KNF terbanyak adalah tipe Non- Keratinizing Squamous Cell Carcinoma undifferentiated.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of resveratrol supplementation in KA-EN 3B-egg yolk dilution on sperm quality of Bangkok chickens. The semen was collected from 2 adult male Bangkok chickens with an age of 12 months and a body weight of 2.5 kg. The collected semen was divided into 5 treatments with 5 replicates each. The treatments used were KA-EN 3B-egg yolk (KEY), KEY + 0.02% resveratrol, KEY + 0.04% resveratrol, KEY + 0.06% resveratrol, and KEY + 0.08% resveratrol. The parameters observed were sperm motility, viability, and abnormalities during 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours of storage in the refrigerator. The results showed that resveratrol supplementation in the diluent had no effect (P0.05) on sperm motility, viability, and abnormalities during storage. This study concluded that supplementation of resveratrol in KA-EN 3B-egg yolk diluent did not affect the quality of Bangkok chicken sperm during storage.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the preservation of sentul crossbreed chicken semen in ringer lactate egg yolk diluent supplemented with various monosaccharide. Semen was collected from three roosters using massage method. Immediately after collection, the semen was evaluated macroscopically and microscopically. Semen with more than 70% motility was divided into four tubes. Each of them diluted with ringer lactate egg yolk glucose (RLEYG), ringer lactate egg yolk fructose (RLEYF), ringer lactate egg yolk xylose (RLEYX) and ringer lactate egg yolk mannose (RLEYM). Semen was stored in refrigerator (5o C) for sixty hours and evaluated every twelve hours for spermatozoa motility and viability. Results showed that no significant difference (P0.05) among diluents used on spermatozoa quality parameters after dilution and during preservation. Semen quality decrease during storage and at sixty hours of storage, the motility and viability of spermatozoa ranging from 48.332.56 to 55.422.26% and 58.592.87 to 64.832.42%, respectively. This research conclude that glucose, fructose, xylose and mannose can be used as energy source for roosters semen during preservation.

Abstract

This research is ex-post facto research that aims to determine the correlation between assertive physics teachers' teaching style and physics learning achievements of high school students in Kabupaten Soppeng. The population in this research were students of XI MIPA in SMA Negeri in Soppeng, while the samples based on Proportional Random Sampling technique was 269 students. The research instrument was Teaching Style questionnaire and archive documentation of students' grades recap. Validation of the instrument using Gregory validity test, empirical validation and reliability test. The results showed the physics teacher used assertive teaching style with 85.50% while the student learning achievements were in high category with average of 86. From the analysis product moment correlation test results, the rcount value was 0.276 which was greater than the r table, 0.138 at a significance level of 5% thus the conclusion was assertive teaching style of physics teachers affects students' physics learning achievements. Keywords: teaching style, assertive teaching style, learning outcomes DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v23i3.pp968-983
