Abstract

Kehidupan anak ditengah-tengah masyarakat akan berbeda dengan kehidupan mereka disekolah. Pengaruh lingkungan sangat besar dalam pembentukan karakter anak, jika yang dilihatnya dilingkungan sesuatu yang buruk maka hal itu akan berdampak pada prilaku buruk anak, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pola pendidikan orangtua terhadap anak usia sekolah ditengah-tengah masyarakat agar didapat model pendidikan yang bisa dijadikan pilot projek atau memberikan solusi jika yang ditemukan adalah kasus yang berdampak pada prilaku buruk anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menjadikan sumber bacaan dari majalah, buku, artikel atau sumber bacaan lainnya yang dianalisis untuk kemudian dijadikan sumber rujukan dalam mengambil kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua orangtua menerapkan model pendidikan yang baik, pada orangtua yang berpendidikan atau yang bekerja sebagai pendidik, maka dalam kehidupan sehari hari masih tetap melakukan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat, tetapi pada orangtua yang sibuk dengan usaha atau pedagang, kebanyakan mereka lebih sibuk dengan pekerjaannya dan membiarkan anak-anaknya bermain sesukanya sehingga terbentuklah akhlak yang kurang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how school principals implement visionary leadership in building an educational environment that integrates character values into policies, programs and daily practices. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers and students, as well as through direct observation and analysis of school documents. The research results show that visionary leadership plays a significant role in forming a school culture that is oriented towards character formation. Visionary leadership is not only a strategic instrument in education management but also a catalyst for creating a generation with character and ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

Extrinsic motivation is one of the important factors that can influence students in continuing their studies, especially in choosing a study program, including the Islamic Education (PAI) Program. External factors such as parental encouragement, job opportunities, or not being accepted into another program not only play a role in determining the choice of study program, but also have an impact on students’ learning outcomes. This study aims to identify the extrinsic motivations of the 2021 cohort students in choosing the Islamic Education Study Program and to examine the implications of these motivations for their learning outcomes. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, with quantitative data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 students and qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews with 3 students who had different GPA achievements. The results showed that the extrinsic motivations of the 2021 cohort students in choosing the Islamic Education Study Program were influenced by several factors, namely parental encouragement, job opportunities, environmental influences, and the reason of not being accepted into another program. The Pearson correlation test indicated a positive and significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.584 and p = 0.007. The qualitative findings from the interviews supported this result, showing that students with consistent parental support tended to achieve higher GPAs, while those whose extrinsic motivation decreased showed lower academic performance. Thus, extrinsic motivation is proven to make an important contribution to students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Rumah Lontiok is a traditional Malay house in Kampar Regency. One of the Rumah Lontioks that exists as residences and tourist attractions is the Rumah Lontiok in Kampung Pulau Belimbing which is a hundred years old. However, currently, there is damage in the spatial layout of the Rumah Lontiok area which is characterized by not placing the building according to its original condition. This will eliminate the value of the cultural significance of the Rumah Lontiok area. The purpose of this writing is to obtain a conservation plan for the arrangement of the Rumah Lontiok area. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The author conducted an interview, excavated historical information, and observed the state of the Rumah Lontiok area. The results obtained are the concept of adaptive use in area conservation by restoring buildings to their original state and adding tourist facilities to support cultural tourism activities in the Rumah Loniok area.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Sufism figure in Odhy poetry anthology Rahasia Sang Guru Sufi through Ibn Arabi's creative imagination. The Sufism figure has an important role in the Sufism discourse, and creative imagination is related to literary discourse. Ibn Arabi’s creative imagination combined indicated Ibn Arabi himself and his imagination. Ibn Arabi’s thought is compatible with the literature and applied as a theoretical approach to mystical literature, namely the work of Odhy, the Sufism figure poetry. Those terms denote part and relate to Sufism studies, especially a murshid (guru) to guide the spiritual guidance through stations until the peak. Those path finders indicate the creative imagination that Odhy used in his poetry collection; at the same time, the literature has related to that imagination. This research reveals the mutual connection between literature and Islamic mysticism based on imagination. This figure is a person who wrote down his role in the discourse and history of Sufism. The data on Sufism figures are collected through the descriptive method from the primary source of those anthologies. Besides, the historical approach explains his poetries in those anthologies. This research found the Sufism figures as a thought in Islamic Mysticism in history through Ibn Arabi’s creative imagination and an image resource in literature.

Abstract

This research aims to examine strategic management (Fred R David) link and match (Prosser & Quigley) in growing the competitiveness of graduates through strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and control. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model and then tested through triangulation credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The research results show that Vision and mission, external environmental analysis, future goals, implementation plans, and policies are part of the strategy formation process. The formulation of the link and match strategy involves all interested parties. Implement the link-and-match strategy by optimizing the formation of noble morals and character, increasing competence, optimizing cooperation, and forming entrepreneurship. Strategy evaluation and control are done through review, performance measurement and revision. The implications of this research provide new solutions for educational institutions, especially in increasing the competency of more competitive graduates.

Abstract

Song is a medium that can be used to convey messages to many people. The song aims to understand and reveal the overall meaning contained in the song lyrics as a whole. The purpose of this research is to find out the semiotic romanticized lyrics in “Rayuan Perempuan Gila” related to mental health. To analyze this song the writer uses the formulation of the semiotic model of Roland Barthes, where the analysis of this study emphasizes the search for denotations, connotations, and mythical meanings through the refinement of the expressions lyrical and visual. This study used a qualitative method of research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The song also carries the message that support, understanding and efforts to understand people with mental problems are very important.. The results of the research show that a). Emotional and thinking b). Loving yourself is not easy c). Anxiety and awareness.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian yang dibahas dalam esai ini adalah penggambaran rasisme sistemik dan ketidakadilan rasial dalam film tahun 2019 ‘American Son.’ Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana film tersebut menggambarkan isu-isu ini, khususnya melalui lensa Critical Race Theory (CRT) yang diperkenalkan oleh Richard Delgado dan Jean Stefancic. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan analisis sastra mendetail dari adegan-adegan kunci, latar, dan tindakan karakter. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan meneliti mendalam terhadap struktur naratif dan dinamika karakter dalam film, menyoroti dampak konstan stereotip rasial dan bias institusional. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi tekanan emosional dan psikologis dari rasisme sistemik yang digambarkan dalam film, menggambarkan sifat meresap dari prasangka rasial dan perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan rasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ‘American Son’ secara efektif menampilkan bias-bias yang tertanam, mendorong penonton untuk merefleksikan sistem sosial dan hukum yang mempertahankan ketidaksetaraan rasial di Amerika Serikat. Film ini dipresentasikan sebagai teks budaya yang kuat yang tidak hanya menggambarkan perjuangan individu tetapi juga mencerminkan masalah sistemik yang lebih luas, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap dialog berkelanjutan tentang ras dan keadilan dalam masyarakat kontemporer.

Abstract

This paper reveals historical aspect of villages in Serat Sindujoyo. This manuscript is old manuscript which contains traditional Javanese history. There are mystical and historical aspect in it, although it does not discuss about Javanese kings history and sovereign as power legitimacy and the central cities of the kingdom to affirm central of power, instead tells the story of people's journey. This manuscript is codex unicus. The study uses three teories; phyology, history, and deconstruction approach. With focus on historical aspect and understanding the unique of traditional history through considerating with another history sources and literatures, noted that time period of Sindujoyo's life and historical aspect of Sindujoyo who builds villages in north coast of Gresik and another villages along the conflict that occured in several capital cities. Etnocultural content of Serat Sindujoyo reveals history of people's mentality in coastal village at Sindujoyo's period and their development as coastal villages with their characteristic. === Kajian ini mengungkap kesejarahan desa-desa pesisir dalam Serat Sindujoyo. Serat ini merupakan naskah kuno pesisir yang mengandung historiografi Jawa tradisional. Di dalamnya terdapat aspek mitis dan historis meskipun tidak berbicara tentang sejarah raja-raja dan penguasa sebagai alat legitimasi kekuasaan dan kota-kota pusat kerajaan untuk meneguhkan sentral kekuasaan, alih-alih mengisahkan perjalanan hidup orang biasa dan pendirian beberapa desa. Naskah ini termasuk naskah tunggal. Kajian menggunakan tiga teori, yaitu filologi, sejarah, dan dekonstruksi. Dengan bertumpu pada aspek historis dan pemahaman pada kekhasan historiografi tradional lewat perbandingan dengan sumber sejarah lainnya dan literatur sejarah, diketahui kisaran waktu semasa hidup Sindujoyo dan kesejarahan Sindujoyo mendirikan desa-desa di pesisir utara Gresik dan beberapa desa lainnya seiring kancah konflik beberapa pusat kekuasaan. Kandungan etnokultural Serat Sindujoyo dapat menguak sejarah mentalitas masyarakat pesisir pada masa Sindujoyo hidup dan perkembangannya sebagai desa nelayan dengan ciri khas pesisiran.

Abstract

Abstract. PPATS becomes incompetent in making all forms of real deeds compared to Notaries or PPATs who obtain their positions through legal education and internships at the BPN office or at PPAT, so that the position of Notaries and PPATs is better than PPATS, so a legal formulation is needed that can regulate the limits of PPATS's authority in carrying out duties as PPAT. The research discussion includes two things, firstly how to register deeds (transfer of land rights) registered by Temporary Land Deed Making Officers in accordance with the provisions of PP Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration and how is the concept of legal formulation regulating the registration of land deeds registered by Temporary Land Deed Making Officers in the future. This study aims to analyze the registration of land transfer deeds registered by Temporary Land Deed Making Officers in accordance with the provisions of PP Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. To find the right legal formulation for Temporary Land Deed Makers (PPATS) in the future. Approach Method used by the researcher in this thesis The type of research used by the author in this thesis is normative legal research. The types and sources of data used are primary, secondary, and tertiary data sources. The data collection method is a literature study, the research data analysis method carried out by the author is prescriptive. The results of the research and discussion show that: First, the PP on Land Registration does not regulate the authority of Temporary PPAT to register land transfer deeds while the authority of Temporary PPAT is obtained from the PP on PPAT Position which gives authority to Temporary PPAT to act as PPAT. Second, PPAT in Indonesia as a whole has begun to emerge and even in some areas the quota for PPAT is full, so there is no need to worry if PPATS is abolished in the legal regulations in Indonesia because with the large number of PPATs spread across various provinces in Indonesia, it would be better to optimize the distribution of the number of PPATs in 33 provinces in Indonesia by limiting PPATs to choose their legal work area and giving authority to BPN to regulate the distribution of PPATs in areas where there are no PPATs yet.
