Abstract

This research describes the first, the position of Tradition as the culture of the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah Babussalam Tarekat which was cultured in the Malay community (Pengamal TNKB) Langkat has been preserved to this day and has become unique local peculiarities withHaul tradition. This research uses the historical method, it is based on the attempt to describe past and present events with the aspects of a phenomenological approach and a qualitative approach, showing more observation results, current interviews. This research also uses library-research. Third, a shift in the berahoi tradition, that many people have careers in government offices, and there is no land for farming, the Haul tradition which is no longer a media for murshid association and Tuan Guru Babussalam's prominent leadership dualism, since the military aggression in 1947 by the Dutch. In line with the findings of the three facts above, researchers used the theory of Evolutionism as proposed by EB Tylor and LH Morgan. When culture develops, there will be a meeting with other cultures, so that the mutual influence between major cultures affects local culture (peripheral culture) which is called Great Tradition and Litel Tradition. The process of change did not occur suddenly, but with an evolutive mechanism, slowly but surely. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perilaku kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan menggunakan model Theory of Planned Behavior yang terdiri dari pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan dengan mediasi variabel niat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model korelasional. Objek penelitian adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 wajib pajak. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, (2) norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, (3) kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, (4) sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak melalui niat, (5) norma subjektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak melalui niat, (6) kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak melalui niat, (7) niat berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Kata Kunci: sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan, niat, kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the spirituality of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Medan, the researcher will link and relate the benchmarks of this research to the Indonesian Minister of Religion's program "Five Values of Work Culture". This program is the spirit of the Ministry of Religion so that work and work are more meaningful and have values that bind and inspire them. The research methodology use qualitative research. The study conducted by the State Civil Apparatus of the Ministry of Religion in Medan is an activity that has the aim of forming good, faithful, pious, and virtuous Muslims. The purpose of recitation is the same as the purpose of Da'wah, which is to go to the righteous and stay away from the evil.

Abstract

Feature merupakan karya jurnalistik berisi perpaduan berita dan opini, dengan gaya bercerita (story telling) mengandung unsur human interest dengan menggunakan bahasa sastrawi, tujuannyamenjadi karya kreatif dan inovatif bagi  calon insan pers dan wahana transformasi pengetahuan serta kreasi seni bagi publik atau bagi masyarakat yang berminat membaca. Manfaatnya, melatih diri calon insan pers untuk mengembangkan ketrampilan menulis feature secara efektif. Targetnya, calon insan pers mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis feature secara khusus, mampu melahirkan tulisan feature dengan baik dan memiliki  intuisi (nurani) yang tajam terhadap aspek kehidupan dan peristiwa. Menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, caranya menampilkan materi dalam bentuk power point, disertai contoh feature yang telah dipublikasi baik melalui surat kabar, majalah, maupun yang ditulis dalam karya buku sebagai pendukung. Hasilnya, calon insan pers dapat melahirkan karya-karya tulis feature berkualitas yang memiliki fungsi pemberi informasi tentang suatu situasi, keadaan terhadap peristiwa yang terjadimendidik, menghibur, dan menggairahkan pembaca.

Abstract

Other mental disorders with a reasonably high prevalence are pregnancy stress of 92.8% and anxiety of 32.6%. Pregnancy pressure can potentially cause low birth weight and small head circumference. In addition, stress during pregnancy will affect neurobehavioral development, ACTH, cortisol, norepinephrine, and epinephrine levels in neonates. This study aims to assess cortisol exposure in pregnancy with birth weight and birth length in infants. This study uses a cohort study approach. The sample in this study was the third-trimester pregnant women many as 152 respondents. The research instrument used checklist sheets and laboratory tests using the ELISA method. The resulting data were processed using the unpaired t-test and the Pearson correlation test. The results showed a correlation between cortisol levels and birth weight with a value of p = 0.004 0.05 and a value of r = -0.230, indicating that both variables had a low correlation and a negative relationship. This means the higher the cortisol level, the lower the baby's birth weight. There is a correlation between cortisol levels and the baby's birth length with a value of p = 0.003 0.05 and r = -0.239, showing that both variables have a low correlation and a negative relationship. The higher the cortisol level, the shorter the baby's birth length. Maintaining the mental health of pregnant women, primarily through family support and health workers, is essential to avoid excessive stress and depression during pregnancy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi digital sangat penting untuk diterapkan saat ini karena pembelajaran telah mengarah pada pembelajaran yang mendukung teknologi. Literasi digital di Indonesia masih tergolong sangat rendah sehingga perlu upaya dalam meningkatkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi m-learning berbasis Android yang tepat untuk mendukung literasi digital siswa SMK. Jenis metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media sudah sesuai dengan kriteria baik materi maupun media yang menunjukkan hasil 3,67 yang kategori “baik”, sementara hasil pada uji media sebesar 4,05 yang kategori “sangat baik” dan pada uji coba kelas 3,92 yang kategorinya “baik”. Aplikasi ini juga, terbukti efektif untuk digunakan dalam mendukung literasi digital siswa yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa dari rata-rata pretest 66 menjadi 78 pada postestnya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung literasi digital peserta didik vokasi. Abstract: Digital literacy is very important to apply at this time because learning has led to learning that supports technology. Digital literacy in Indonesia is still very low, so efforts are needed to increase it. This study aims to develop appropriate Android-based m-learning applications to support digital literacy in vocational high school students. The type of method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results of this study indicate that media development is in accordance with the criteria for both material and media which shows a result of 3.67 which is in the "good" category, while the results in the media test are 4.05 which is in the "very good" category and in class trials 3.92 in the "good" category. This application has also proven to be effective for use in supporting students' digital literacy which is marked by increased student learning outcomes from an average pretest of 66 to 78 in the posttest. So it can be concluded from the results of this study that it contributes to supporting the digital literacy of vocational students.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berjudul Pemberian Health Education Seksualitas Dengan Gangguan Fungsi Seksual Pada Wanita Menupouse Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara Pemberian Health Education Seksualitas Dengan Gangguan Fungsi Seksual Pada Wanita Menupouse Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi.  Menopause bukan gangguan kesehatan,  menopause merupakan proses kehidupan yang dialami setiap wanita. Menopause merupakan suatu proses peralihan dari masa produktif menuju perlahan-lahan ke masa non produktif yang disebabkan berkurangnya hormon estrogen dan progesteron. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu Metode yang di gunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu pemberian informasi tentang menoupose, seksualitas dan gangguan fungsi seksulitas dengan cara ceramah, setelah dilakukan pemberian edukasi dilakukan sesi klarifikasi materi dengan memberikan pertanyaan seputar materi yang di sampaiakan fungsinya untuk mengetahui bahwa peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat  memahami dengan apa yang disampaikan. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu terhadap gangguan fungsi fubgsi seksual pada wanita yang mengalami menopause peserta yang mengikut memahami tentang materi yang di sampaikan terkait Penurunan fungsi seksual pada wanita menopause kerap dihubungkan dengan penurunan level hormonal khususnya estrogen. Menurunnya hormone estrogen menyebabkan atrofi vagina, kekeringan vagina, penurunan elastisitas yang menyebabkan penurunan hasrat seksual yang memicu disfungsi seksual pada wanita.  Hasil penelitian didapatkan fungsi seksual perempuan menopause ditinjau dari segi hasratnya ditemukan bahwa hasrat untuk melakukan hubungan seksual pada perempuan menopause itu bervariasi.

Abstract

Communication is a necessity or means of social interaction for human life. However, some individuals, such as mentally retarded children, experience difficulties in communicating due to various factors and environments. This study aims to understand the communication patterns used by parents in interacting with children who suffer from mental retardation. The method used is Systematic Literature Review to explore insights into parents' communication patterns towards mentally retarded children. The researcher collected, summarized, evaluated, interpreted and synthesized information from journals published between 2019-2024. The results showed that communication patterns used by parents can affect learning outcomes and behavioral changes in children with mental retardation. The ideal communication pattern is interpersonal communication that involves direct interaction and feedback between parents and children. Parents need to have extra patience in communicating with mentally retarded children, and communication must be done regularly so that communication development for children can run well. Based on the author's understanding, interpretation and evaluation of various existing journals, it turns out that the communication pattern most favored by mentally retarded children is through audio and video-based multimedia interactive media and gross and fine motor skills through the puzzle game method.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSpiritual intelligence helps a person to find meaning in life and happiness. A person's intelligence can be shown in his daily behavior. This study aims to identify the description of students' spiritual intelligence. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach at SMP Negeri 3 Parepare. Data collection techniques used in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. The main instrument in qualitative research is the researcher himself. The step is to examine all existing data, and then researchers can draw certain conclusions from the results of their understanding based on the communication process approach so that the data is saturated. The results show that students have the ability to adapt to the environment, both at school and at home, as well as they really value time, every task given by their teacher, always completes it on time, they also respect the opinions of others. Have a spirit of awareness for the importance of reading the Qur'an. Participate in helping and participating in the success of learning to read the Qur'an with recitation songs in extracurricular Islamic spiritual development so that good relationships and cooperation are established between students and the surrounding community. have an independent nature because they have a good habit of praying Duha without being asked by their PAI teacher and getting up to pray at dawn without being woken up by their parents.

Abstract

In today's digital age, information advancement has become critical for society's well-being. Misinformation, when disseminated, can have negative impacts and even turn into a disaster for the public. Therefore, it is crucial for reporters and journalists in the media to possess the intelligence to conduct research, analyze, interpret, and deconstruct from a journalistic perspective. This will enable aspiring reporters to effectively utilize media (tools) such as print, electronic, and internet to meet human needs, particularly when navigating the challenges of new media. Therefore, the goal of this training program for aspiring reporters is to equip communication science students with the skills necessary to become creative and innovative writers who can effectively convey information to the public. The benefits of this training are to produce individual reporters who are capable of providing sharp and critical arguments regarding news and able to absorb information from various public channels. A critical attitude towards issues and emerging problems is needed, handled with wisdom and prudence, not easily swayed by negative opinions. The goal is for aspiring reporters to gain a clear understanding of ideas and concepts through precise, thorough writing, and to possess a brilliant conscience towards the perspective of events. This training utilizes lecture and question-answer methods. As a result, aspiring reporters can generate and convey high-quality writing that conveys information or news about the atmosphere or conditions of events, enabling platform users (media) to understand rumors and news that reporters format and disseminate to a broader audience.
