The basic thing needed by counselors in implementing a BK program is an assessment. The reality on the ground is that there are some counselors who still use that assessment and that's all. So there needs to be a re-understanding by the BK teacher regarding the basic concepts of the assessment itself. The method used is a literature study, which aims to help counseling counselors/teachers understand the basic concepts of BK assessment in the context of education. The novelty of this article is supplemented by analysis that will assist in understanding the context in which it is discussed. In conclusion, assessment is a basic thing that must be mastered by counselors in order to more easily classify programs according to client problems.

Meningkatnya kasus kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di Indonesia, menyebabkan semakin sulitnya korban, terutama pada anak untuk mendapatkan lingkungan yang aman dalam proses perkembangannya. Fenomena yang terdapat pada kasus ini layaknya gunung es. Dimana laporan yang diterima sulit untuk menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya, karena banyak korban atau pihak keluarga yang enggan melaporkan kejadian tersebut, ditambah lagi adanya pandangan negatif masyarakat terhadap korban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada korban kekerasan seksual khususnya pada anak dan perempuan. Kualitas hidup adalah penilaian individu terhadap dirinya secara positif maupun negatif terutama berhubungan dengan peran dan harapan dirinya yang mempengaruhi penerimaan individu terhadap peristiwa yang dialaminya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian studi pustaka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menyesuaikan berbagai sumber untuk kemudian dikompilasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa korban yang mendapat dukungan sosial maupun intervensi berupa terapi kelompok pendukung, efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Ditandai dengan adanya penerimaan diri yang positif, lebih bahagia dan berorientasi pada masa depan.

Pelaksanaan assessment merupakan hal yang penting dan harus dilakukan dengan berhati-hati sesuai dengan kaidahnya. Kesalahan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah karena assessment yang tidak memadai akan menyebabkan treatment gagal atau bahkan dapat memicu munculnya konsekuensi dari treatment yang merugikan diri konseli. Langkah asessment yang dilakukan oleh konselor saat pertama kali melakukan sesi konseling dengan klien sangat di perlukan karena dengan melakukan asessment awal konselor bisa mendapatkan gambaran diri dan masalah klien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review tujuan untuk merangkum hal-hal yang bisa di pertimbangkan konselor saat melakukan assesmen awal dalam konseling.

This study aims to describe urgency need assessment in improving the performance counselors and describe the skills of counselors in conducting need assessments. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population 330 people. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people who were taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that 59% of BK teachers are skilled in the implementation and praxis of need assessment. However, there are 39% of BK teachers who are not yet skilled in the implementation and praxis of need assessment. In fact, there are still 2% of teachers who are not skilled in this matter. In addition, the program prepared by the counselor only reflects routine activities as a requirement to fulfill administrative completeness, not a reflection of the professional views, attitudes, and beliefs of the counselor regarding the purpose of service implementation, especially to students as service targets. The solution offered to deal with the problem of lack of counselor skills in the implementation and praxis of this need assessment is through socialization in the form of in-service training related to the importance of need assessment as the basis for making BK programs.

The skills that must be possessed by a counselor are not only basic skills in understanding techniques to carry out various counseling services. However, a great counselor must also master and know the various values that live in society, even though these values are different from the values they hold. It is possible that a counselor will deal with clients from different cultural backgrounds. This article was written with the aim of describing the cultural-based counseling skills that should be held by a counselor, especially counselors who are in a culturally diverse society. This article uses library research methods and literature studies by analyzing various interesting studies that give rise to new theories that can be seen logically to become something that can be applied in the field. Improving the skills of the counselor does not need to be by eliminating or removing the basic skills that the counselor already has. Even the various abilities that counselors already have can be used by utilizing and devoting these strengths to the fullest. Keywords: counselor skills; culture-based counseling

The impact of the internet is currently very worrying for teenagers. Both teenagers who are still in school and teenagers who are not in school. One of the consequences of this internet addiction is FoMO Syndrome (Fear of Missing Out) which means a teenager's fear of missing himself in information on various social media such as IG, WA, FB and other applications. From this problem, the most influential impact in the lives of teenagers is the lack of social interaction with the surrounding environment, because they are too busy thinking about updating information on social media.

The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah in Agam regency. The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of the population is 450 people, with the sample of this research were 85 teachers. The results of this research , stated that two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in madrasa at Agam Regency.

This study aims to determine the personal adjustment of teenagers who are broken home at LKSA Payat Ibrahim Regency of Lima Puluh Kota and to determine the social adjustment of teenagers who are broken home at LKSA Payat Ibrahim Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.). The type of research that the author uses is a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the study show that 1) Personal adjustment in adolescents with broken homes in LKSA Payat Ibrahim, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, it was found that adolescents who came from broken home families had aspects of personal adjustment, the ability to accept themselves and aspects of realizing their strengths and weaknesses. 2) Social adjustment of broken home adolescents at LKSA Payat Ibrahim, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, it was found that (MA and CK) only had aspects of social adjustment regarding the ability to adjust to peers, foster mothers, and the community. Meanwhile (MR) has aspects of social adjustment regarding compliance with existing rules, values , and norms and the ability to adapt to peers, foster mothers, and society.

This study aims to determine the anxiety of social workers, to determine the type of anxiety in social workers in assisting ABH. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the author's research found that: 1) the description of anxiety in social workers in assisting children in dealing with the law found that one social worker in the social service office in fifty cities with the initials AA had three aspects of anxiety, namely behavioral aspects, cognitive aspects and magical aspects. Social workers with the initial Y only have one aspect of anxiety, namely the behavioral aspect. 2) the type or form of anxiety for social workers in assisting children in dealing with the law, it was found that one social worker at the social service office in fifty cities had a type of social worker anxiety with the initial Y having mild anxiety.

Wabah covid membawa dampak luar biasa pada semua aspek kehidupan, dampak yang tidak bisa dihindari termasuk pada dunia pendidikan. Guru adalah komponen utama yang terdampak dan mengalami stress akibat perubahan pola pembelajaran dari tatap muka lansung menjadi pembelajaran secara virtual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat stres guru SDIT Madani Islamic School Payakumbuhdalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini memiliki 150 orang populasi guru di SD IT School Madani Payakumbuh dengan 90 orang sampel penelitian yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitaif Deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah skala stres kerja. Berdasarkan tiga skala stress kerja tingkatan stress yaitu tinggi, sedang dan rendah, diperoleh hasil stres kerja yang dialami oleh guru SDIT Madani Islamic School Payakumbuhberada pada taraf stres sedang dengan 56 guru atau 62,2%, taraf stress rendah dengan 26 guru atau 28,9 %, dan 8 guru atau 8,9 % yang memiliki stres kerja yang tinggi.Jadi dapat disimpulkan guru-guru berada di skala stress sedang selama pandemi covid 19 dengan pembelajaran daring.
