Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price To Book Value (PBV), Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return and LQ45 Stock Return Index, and to determine the difference in the Jakarta Islamic Index Stock Return with LQ45 Index. The population of this research is the company for the Jakarta Islamic Index shares which are 30 listed companies and the LQ45 Index which is 45 listed companies. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the Multiple Linear Regression Test, and the Independent Sample t test.Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the JII Stock Index greater than 0.05 concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. Significant value (Sig.) For DER, PBV and EPS for the LQ45 Stock Index greater than 0.05 for the LQ45 stock index concluded that the hypothesis was rejected meaning that DER, PBV and EPS had no significant effect on Stock Return. There was a significant difference between Stock Returns JII with LQ45 Stock Return means the results obtained from stock investments for each company both JII and LQ45 Index.

Although the meanings of these two words are similar, their usages are different. Therefore, Chinese students tend to misuse these two words. In order to understand the mastery of verb “gaibian” and “zhuanbian” by 2016 Chinese majors of Tanjungpura University, the author use the method to test the student and analyses the difficulties of “gaibian” and “zhuanbian”. The test results show that students’mastery of “gaibian” is better than “zhuanbian”. The correct rate of “gaibian” is 70%, the corrate rate of “zhuanbian” is only 61%. When analyzing the difficulties, the author finds that the good usage that students grasp  is “gaibian” can bring “le” and “guo”. Nominal objects and indicators of “zhuanbian” change from one situation to another. Unmastered usage is “gaibian” show a change caused by external forces, and “zhuanbian” show its own change generally to be better and higher level. Keywords: Verbs Word, Gaibian and zhuanbian, Condition of Mastery

Abstract

This research aims at investigating 1) the implementation of group counselling; and 2) finding out how it assisted by snake and ladder media successfully improved students’ learning motivation. It employs pre experimental design with type of one group pre test-post test design. 10 out of 27 seventh graders of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Magelang are assigned as the sample. It used random sampling with the scale of learning motivation. The result revealed that as matter of fact, group counseling had been implemented in this school, though it did not optimally perform in solving students’ problems. Hence it was only done incidentally. The statistic calculations using Paired Sample Test showed that t-value= - 5,129 ≤ t-table= - 0,703. In sum Hawas accepted which meant group counseling with snake and ladder media effectively enhanced students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

This study departs from the limitations of research on how principals, counselors, teachers, and peers in inhibiting students' intention to do counseling. This study aims to determine how principals, counselors, teachers, and peers influence the lack of interest in student to do counseling. 162 students from six Junior High Schools in the city of Magelang, Indonesia were involved as participants after obtaining permission from the schools. The collected data is then analyzed using correlation and path analysis to see how the relationship and influence of principals, counselors, teachers, and peers on student counseling interests, and to see how the role of peers in mediating the relationship between principals with counselors and teacher with counselors. The school principals, counselors, and teachers become serious obstacles as they being categorized in high, while peers become factors in the medium category. Principals, teachers and peers contribute positively to the lack of interest in consulting to counselors. Principal factors and teachers contribute positively to peers. Peers are mediators in the principal's relationship with the counselor and the teacher's relationship with the counselor.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of allogenic adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) transplantation on urethral tissue regeneration after vaginal distension in a rat model.Material & Method:32 female wistar rats underwent vaginal distension (VD) for 4 h. Subsequently, PKH-labeled ADSCs (2 x 105 in 200 µl PBS, ADSC group, n = 18) or PBS (200 µl, placebo group, n = 18) were injected into periurethral tissue. Two and four weeks following transplantation (ADSC or PBS), voiding behavior (frequency) and muscle-collagen ratio of urethral tissue were measured to evaluate urethral sphincter regeneration. Data were analysed by paired-t test, one-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD.Results:Mean voiding frequency was significantly different in the ADSC group at two weeks (p<0.0001), but not significantly different at four weeks (p=0.448) when compared with the placebo group.Masson’s trichrome staining revealed that the muscle-collagen ratio of urethral tissue was not significantly different between study groups at two or four weeks (p=0.053 or p=0.166 respectively). Muscle-urethral ratio was more specific showing a significant difference at two weeks (p=0.043). There were significant differences about muscle-collagen or muscle-urethral ratio between control and placebo groups (p<0.05), whereas between control and ADSC groups no significant difference was observed (p>0.05).Conclusion:ADSC transplantation promotes urethral muscle-collagen ratio with development of striated muscle after vaginal distension, so that can improve voiding behavior in a rat model.Keywords:Adipose-derived stem cell, vaginal distension, rat-SUI model, muscle-collagen ratio, voiding stain on paper.

Abstract

Objective: To examine the effects of adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) transplantation on urethral tissue microvessel and voiding function on artificial stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in rats. Material & methods: 25 of 32 female wistar rats underwent vaginal distension as animal-SUI model. ADSCs were isolated from the peri-ovary fat, examined for stem cell properties, and labeled with PKH-2. Seven rats without vaginal distension and periurethral ADSCs injection as control. Twelve rats received periurethral injection of phosphate buffer saline as plasebo and 13 rats received periurethral injection of ADSCs. 14 and 28 days later, voided volume was meassured with voided stained on paper and microvessel density was meassured with immunohistochemical analysis (factor VIII R-Ag). Results: Voided volume analysis showed that rats in the plasebo group had abnormal voided volume compare to normal rats in day 14 (168.5 ± 119.05l vs 621.21 ± 283.85l; p < 0.05), and insignificant improvement of voided volume compare to normal rats in day 28 (852.09 ± 626.7l vs 868.49 ± 578.0l; p > 0.05). While in the ADSCs group only showed significant improvement of voided volume compare to abnormal rats in days 14 (379.35 ± 191.74l vs 228.18 ± 56.26l; p < 0.05). Immunohistochemical analysis showed that microvessel density higher in the ADSCs group compare to plasebo group in days 28 (12.86 ± 2.5 vs 9.50 ± 1.64; p < 0.05). Conclusion: ADSCs transplantation promotes improvements voided volume and urethral microvessel in the rat-SUI model.
