Abstract

This research aims to provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of product quality and innovation on the competitive advantage of culinary business actors in the PTB Maros Regency area by using digital marketing as a moderating factor. This strategy uses descriptive methods combined with quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 100 business actors in the PTB area of Maros Regency. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to examine the data. Based on tests conducted on culinary practitioners in the PTB area of Maros Regency, researchers concluded that product quality and innovation have an influence on the use of digital marketing. Innovation and product quality affect a company's ability to compete. Competitive advantage is greatly influenced by the use of digital marketing. You can use digital marketing to make product quality work for you. Gaining a competitive advantage and expressing your product innovation is possible through digital marketing

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) and utilizing instructional media on the quality of education at SMP Labuhanhaji Raya, South Aceh. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Teachers constitute the population of this study, totaling 200 individuals, from which a proportional random sample of 133 teachers was selected. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results indicate that PMM and the use of instructional media simultaneously affect the quality of education at SMP Labuhan Haji Raya, South Aceh, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Students who use PMM and instructional media tend to have better conceptual understanding and higher engagement levels in the learning process. Furthermore, teachers who utilize instructional media in delivering content demonstrate better skills in capturing students' attention and explaining material more effectively. This research provides important insights for educational practitioners and policymakers regarding the significance of integrating technology and instructional media to enhance the quality of education in schools. Practical implications of this study include recommendations for enhancing teacher training in utilizing instructional media and developing teaching strategies that integrate PMM with existing instructional methods.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had a major impact on human life, one of which is the aspect of business behavior of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) entrepreneurship is expected to increase the creativity and ability of the community to channel their ideas and creations by utilizing available natural resources. Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia is one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy in addition to cooperatives. It is unfortunate if Aliyah Textile has not maximized online product sales, because it has not been able to reach global expansion marketing. So, we chose service at Aliyah Textile, with the aim of helping and unraveling the problems that exist at Aliyah Textile, and hope that Aliyah Textile can be more advanced and developed, because it has skills in digital marketing and finance. Socialization of digital marketing and finance to UMKM Aliyah Textile. Hopefully useful in long-term knowledge investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi; 1) perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning, 2) hasil pelaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning dan 3) pembelajaran PAI dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning di SMAN 10 Sinjai. Evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu evaluasi sumatif. Jenis pendekatan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil evaluasi yakni: 1) Perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning memperoleh nilai 89,06% dengan kriteria sangat baik, telah memuat; identitas sekolah, identitas mata pelajaran, kelas atau semester, materi pokok, alokasi waktu, kompetensi inti, tujuan pembelajaran, kompetensi dasar dan indikator pencapaian kompetensi, materi pembelajaran, model, metode dan media pembelajaran, sumber belajar, langkah-langkah pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran. 2) Hasil pelaksanaan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning memperoleh nilai 93,75% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hal tersebut dilihat dari penerapan sesuai sintaks model pembelajaran Hybrid learning mulai dari prepare me (persiapan), tell me (presentation), show me (demonstrasi), let me (latihan), check me (evaluasi), support me (dukungan /bantuan), coach me (saling melatih) connect me (kolaborasi). 3) Pembelajaran PAI dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Hybrid learning sebagaimana pengalaman belajar peserta didik memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 83,45% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Dari model ini, peserta didik tidak hanya dituntut untuk sekedar mengetahui isi materi tetapi peserta didik dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan mendapat pengalaman dari segi pemanfaatan fasilitas pembelajaran online, seperti yang terdapat pada smart school yang digunakan sebagai portal dalam proses pembelajaran dengan model Hybrid learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent of the impact of the enactment of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation which has been legalized as a law at the level of practice in the Company. The enactment of this law brings very significant changes to companies with the obligation to provide compensation at the end of the PKWT. This is a new problem for the business world which is classified as middle to lower so as to meet it a wide variety of policy variations in relation to providing other benefits to balance costs for the sustainability of the next business. This article examines how the protection of PKWT, which has some other benefit rights, is reduced due to balancing company expenses. This research uses normative research methods with an analytical descriptive approach where this article describes the phenomena that occur in companies that are classified as middle to lower class so as to ensure the problems that occur and are studied normatively. So that with this article, it is hoped that there will be policy changes made by the government to the conditions after the enactment of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation, especially in the arrangement for providing compensation money at the end of PKWT workers so that the business continuity and rights of PKWT employees can all be fulfilled properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan mendalami prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan berdasarkan kearifan lokal masyarakat Islam Kepulauan di Kesultanan Bacan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan wawancara mendalam sebagai instrumen utama dalam menggali data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dalam kepemimpinan Sultan Bacan telah diamanahkan empat prinsip yang ada dalam bahasa Bacan atau bahasa daerah, yaitu (1) prinsip ketaatan kepada Allah Ta'ala, (ketaatan Kepada Allah SWT, seorang sultan Bacan harus memiliki tingkat keimanan yang kuat karena Sultan harus menjadi teladan dan teladan bagi masyarakat umum (2) Palihara piling, (Menjaga Amanah), seorang sultan Bacan harus mampu menjaga amanah yang diberikan oleh masyarakat sehingga harus dipercaya secara luas (3) Kaadilang nang Kabanaran, (adil dan tepat) seorang sultan harus adil dan menjunjung tinggi kebenaran dalam kepemimpinannya (4) Ayahtikamang (Musyawarah), Musyawarah harus menjadi landasan dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the role of school principals in the application of character values in the Aceh Besar Lampeuneurut cluster and to know the values of character education in the Aceh Besar Lampeuneurut cluster. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data display, and conclution drawing to determine the role of the principal and the application of character values. The result of the study is the role of school principals in the Aceh Besar Lampeuneurut Cluster, acting as leaders, managers, supervisors, and motivators. In applying character values to the Aceh Besar Lampeuneurut Cluster by directing teachers to set good examples, provide guidance, direction, hold character development, extra-curricular, and religious activities. There are various obstacles for school principals in implementing character values in the Aceh Besar Lampeuneurut Cluster

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the principal's leadership strategy in developing the quality of education, through school-based management. The research conducted used quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population in this study amounted to 165 people, the sample taken was 64 people. The data collection techniques used in this study consisted of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation to determine the influence between variables of principal leadership strategy (X1), school-based management (X2) and education quality (Y). The results of the study were the influence of the principal's leadership strategy in developing the quality of education at SDN Aceh Besar with a percentage of 56.7%, there was the influence of school-based management on the quality of education at SDN Aceh Besar with a percentage of 47.9%, there was the influence of the principal's leadership strategy in developing the quality of education through school-based management at SDN Aceh Besar with a percentage of 77.3%.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is a large country, with a wide variety of tribes, religions, races and cultures and it is known that the majority of Indonesians embrace the Islamic religion. Wakaf is one of the teachings of Islam that concerns the life of society in the framework of Islamic worship. (ibadah sosial). In fact, the presence of promlematics is associated with the development of society and the management of Wakaf governance, thereby affecting the status of hokum to the utilization or survival of the wakaf object.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pada galangan kapal, merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pekerja khususnya di PT IKI saat pengoperasian. Hasil ini telah menentukan tingkat risiko yang mempengaruhi proses kinerja karyawan di PT. IKI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi di dalam kegiatan konstruksi dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di PT. IKI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT.IKI dan untuk mengetahui risiko-risiko saat Proses pengoprasian di PT.IKI. Data yang dipakai yaitu hasil dari kuisioner dan tahap wawancara pada HRD dan karyawan karyawan PT.IKI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pihak K3 dari PT. IKI sendiri telah melakukan pencatatan setiap kecelakaan yang terjadi diperusahaan dan telah melakukan pengendalian kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti APAR yang disediakan belum memadai, fasilitas K3 seperti informasi statistik kecelakaan kerja, dan rambu-rambu K3 yang terdapat diperusahaan masih kurang, selebihnya penerapan K3 di perusahaan sudah tinggi sehiggga mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja. Occupational Health and Safety in shipyards are very important for workers, especially at PT IKI during operation. These results have determined the level of risk that affects the process of employee performance at PT. IKI. This research is divided into two stages, the first is to identify the causes of work accidents that often occur in construction activities and the second is to identify how the occupational safety and health system is implemented at PT. IKI. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at PT.IKI and to find out the risks during the operation process at PT.IKI. The data used are the results of the questionnaire and the interview stage at HRD and PT.IKI employees. The results of this study indicate that the K3 from PT. IKI itself has recorded every accident that occurred in the company and has controlled work accidents that occur. However, there are still some deficiencies, such as the fire extinguishers provided are inadequate, K3 facilities such as statistical information on work accidents, and the K3 signs in the company are still lacking, the rest is that the application of K3 in the company is high so that it reduces the risk of work accidents.
