Abstract

This study determined whether there is an effect of principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher’s performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lilin, either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is 40 teachers. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire, with data analysis using multiple linear regression of SPSS 25. The results obtained in this study 1) there is no influence of principal leadership on teacher’s performance; 2) there is an effect of teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance; and 3) simultaneously there is an effect of principal leadership and teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance. This paper contributes to improve teacher’s performance through principal leadership and teacher’s competence.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation (EDM) and the Electronic-Based Madrasah Work and Budget Plan (e-RKAM) at Madrasah Aliyah Fathurrahman in Batu Sopang, Paser Regency. EDM functions as a tool for assessing institutional performance according to the 8 National Education Standards (SNP), helping identify strengths and areas for improvement. Meanwhile, e-RKAM facilitates more transparent and accountable budget planning, aligning financial resource allocation more closely with institutional needs. Research on EDM and e-RKAM implementation is essential to enhancing educational quality, budget transparency, digital skills, and data-driven planning, as well as providing practical recommendations and insights for madrasah educational policy.This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using data triangulation techniques, comparing findings from interviews, observations, and documents to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. Results indicate that EDM and e-RKAM have improved budget preparation efficiency and financial management at the madrasah. The use of EDM enables more systematic, data-based decision-making, while e-RKAM enhances transparency in budget allocation and expenditure monitoring. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and infrastructure gaps remain. This highlights the need for ongoing training and resource development to maximize EDM and e-RKAM’s potential. Nonetheless, the integration of these tools positively impacts educational quality and governance within the madrasah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the form of the notary's responsibility for deeds that are canceled due to forgery by the notary and to find out legal certainty regarding deeds that are canceled due to forgery by the notary. Notaries as public officials have a very important role in issuing authentic deeds as specified in statutory regulations. Their role does not rule out the possibility of misuse of the notary's authority over the deed issued. The involvement of a notary or even being the main actor in committing the crime of falsifying an authentic deed is very detrimental to the parties or parties involved. For this reason, notaries must be responsible for violations of the law. This research uses a statutory approach (statute perspective) and a conceptual approach. The method for collecting legal materials is a qualitative descriptive literature study. The results of the first research explain in detail the form of notary responsibility for forged deeds, legal sanctions will also be received by the notary if they are proven to have forged documents. These sanctions are in the form of administrative sanctions or codes of ethics, civil sanctions, and even criminal sanctions. This is as stated in Law Number 12 of 2014, an amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Positions, the Civil Code, and the Criminal Code. The results of the second research show that legal certainty regarding Notarial deeds will be reduced if the Notarial deed contains forgeries or is not in accordance with the legal events that occurred. If this happens, the authentic deed will be degraded and even declared null and void. The novelty in this research is that the object studied focuses on the Notary's responsibility for deeds that are canceled due to elements of forgery committed by the Notary and explains them one by one. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bentuk tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap akta yang dibatalkan sebab adanya pemalsuan oleh Notaris dan mengetahui kepastian hukum terhadap akta yang dibatalkan sebab adanya pemalsuan oleh Notaris. Notaris sebagai pejabat umum memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam penerbitan akta autentik sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan.. Keterbilatan Notaris atau bahkan menjadi aktor utama dalam melakukan tindak pidana pemalsuan akta autentik sangatlah merugikan bagi para pihak atau penghadap. Dari sebab itulah Notaris harus bertanggung jawab atas pelanggaran hukum yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Metode pengumpulan bahan hukum adalah studi kepustakaan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pertama, menjelaskan secara rinci bentuk tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap akta yang dipalsukan, sanksi hukum juga akan diterima oleh Notaris jika terbukti telah melakukan pemalsuan surat. Sanksi-sanksi tersebut berupa sanksi administratif atau kode etik, sanksi perdata dan bahkan sanksi pidana. Hal ini sebagaimana telah dinyatakan dalam Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2014 perubahan dari Undang-undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris, Kitab Undang-undangn Hukum Perdata dan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana. Hasil penelitian kedua menunjukkan bahwa kepastian hukum terhadap akta Notaris akan berkurang jika akta Notaris berisikan pemalsuan atau tidak sesuai dengan peristiwa hukum yang terjadi. Jika ini terjadi, akta autentik akan didegradasi dan bahkan dinyatakan batal demi hukum. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah objek yang diteliti fokus pada tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap akta yang dibatalkan sebab adanya unsur pemalsuan yang dikakukan oleh Notaris dan menguraikannya satu persatu.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the validity relocation of land and buildings that cannot be used according to the aim of waqf stipulated in the Islamic Sharia and the Law on Waqf, as well as the relocation model of land and buildings that are impacted by the Sidoarjo mud blowout. This is juridical-normative research that uses statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that there are dissents among Islamic law experts on the permissibility of waqf object relocation. Then, the Law on Waqf prohibits waqf diversion, except for public interests. Then, the Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2007 and its changes do not regulate waqf object replacement. Even so, in 2020 the government has relocated 8 out of 50 waqf objects outside of the Map of Impacted Area through build swap (ruilslag), whereas none of the waqf objects within the Map of Impacted Area that is the obligation of PT Lapindo Brantas company have been substituted. According to Article 15 clause (1) and (3) of the Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2007, the waqf land or buildings should be relocated using the sales transaction scheme. Its proceeds will then be used to buy substitute waqf objects elsewhere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role played by parents in an effort to develop religious moderation in early childhood within the family sphere. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach. The literature used is books and articles about religious moderation in early childhood. Data collection techniques are carried out by exploring matters or variables related to religious moderation and the involvement of parents and early childhood in it. The data analysis technique used is a content analysis model on data obtained from readings on religious moderation in early childhood. The study results show that the values of religious moderation instilled in early childhood are national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodative. The forms of the role of parents in the development of religious moderation in early childhood are media filters used by children, telling the good stories of the Prophets and Apostles, teaching respect, respect, and tolerance with others, and setting an example through example and habituation of good behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini utuk mengetahui dan mentelaah tentang’’Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, tempat penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala Madrasah, waka kurikulum dan guru pendidikan agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan tahapan data condensation, data display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan 1) isi dari implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang menyesuaikan dengan istruksi dari Kementrian Agama, kebebasan yang diberikan kepada Madrasah dalam menyusun kurikulum oprasional Madrasah. Penyusunan dari kurikulum oprasional Madrasah (KOM). Adanya nilai-nilai yang diterapkan sesuai dengan yang terkandung di dalam profil pelajar. Berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti di lapangan tentang implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bontang mendapatkan hasil bahwa dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, menjalankan sesuai dengan isi kurikulum oprasional Madrasah. Menyusun kurikulum oprasional madarasah (KOM), capaian pembelajaran (CP), tujuan pembelajaran (TP), alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP), membuat atau menyusun modul ajar, pembelajaran difrensiasi, profil pelajar pancasila dan profil pelajar rahmatan lil alamin sampai pada asesmen.

Abstract

Character values sourced from Pancasila with an empathetic approach to elementary school students aim to provide socialization and knowledge as well as its implementation in life in elementary schools, because character values such as religious values, family values, harmony values, populist values, and justice values are important to make Indonesian people have Pancasila character. The method used is a qualitative approach with a type of case study at State Elementary School 3 Kandat, Kediri Regency. The process of collecting data on interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis technique with conclusions. Validity checks with the presence of researchers and expanded triangulation. The results of the study showed that the increase in changes in attitude patterns and better character of students about character values sourced from Pancasila with an empathetic approach for elementary school students consisted of: 1) religious values (divine values), 2) family values (human values), 3) harmony values (unity values), 4) populist values, 5) justice values. This starts from class VI which will later provide a good example of implementation to classes V and IV.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder in children under five years old caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections. This condition is characterized by stunted growth in height in children under five years of age due to long-term malnutrition. The problems identified in Sanggrahan Village are related to health problems due to a lack of understanding about nutrition, family health, knowledge, environment, attitudes and behavior regarding stunting which is still a priority program. 18 children under five with stunted growth were found in Sanggrahan Village. This research aims to implement the One Team One Family method in an effort to reduce the prevalence of stunting and build empowered villages. Through an individual approach, families of stunted toddlers receive intensive assistance in the fields of nutrition, health and childcare. The research results show that the one team one family method is effective in increasing family knowledge about stunting, improving nutrition for toddlers and encouraging children's growth and development. Apart from that, this assistance is expected to be able to empower families and communities in overcoming stunting in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are one of the serious problems that threaten the safety of people around the world, including in the jurisdiction of the Medan Police. Every year, thousands of lives are lost and tens of thousands of people are injured due to road accidents. The type of research used in this study is juridical-empirical. Juridical-empirical research is legal research regarding the implementation or enforcement of normative legal provisions directly in every specific legal event that occurs in society. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data. Techniques in designating an abstract word that is not manifested in objects, but can only be seen in its use through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, and others. The crime of "due to negligence causing death" as referred to in the Criminal Code concerning "causing death or injury due to negligence" Article 359 of the Criminal Code, the punishment is increased if the crime is committed in a position or job. Based on the above considerations, the judge sentenced the defendant Yanto to 7 months in prison, minus the period of detention that has been served. In addition, the judge ordered the return of evidence to the rightful party. In this case, the evidence returned included the Fuso Dump Truck and other vehicles involved in the accident. The judge also determined the court costs to be paid by the defendant as part of the sanction. A comprehensive solution to dealing with criminal acts of traffic accidents resulting in loss of life requires a comprehensive and integrative approach. So in this closing chapter, a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the analysis, this regulation already covers important aspects such as speeding violations, drunk driving, and vehicle conditions. The judge's considerations in Decision Number 2698 / Pid.Sus / 2018 / PN Lbp show an emphasis on the aspect of proving guilt and imposing penalties that are in accordance with the level of violation and the impact of the accident. The solution to overcoming criminal acts of traffic accidents resulting in loss of life involves several strategic steps. First, stricter law enforcement and increased public awareness of driving safety must be strengthened to prevent violations that have the potential to cause accidents.

Abstract

Dalam konteks militer, kawasan Bandar Udara New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) dapat berfungsi sebagai tempat pertahanan militer (central of gravity) yang dapat memicu perubahan lingkungan strategis pada tahun-tahun mendatang dan berpengaruh terhadap kemudahan manuver pertahanan darat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prediksi perubahan lahan tutupan dan kemudahan manuver pertahanan darat tahun 2030 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2022 menggunakan metode Cellular Automata-Artificial Neural Network (CA-ANN) untuk menganalisis prediksi tutupan lahan dan Euclidean Distance untuk menganalisis kemudahan manuver. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terjadi perubahan tutupan lahan signifikan di sekitar Bandara NYIA tahun 2014-2022, dengan daerah bervegetasi, lahan kosong dan daerah pertanian terkonversi menjadi bangunan/permukiman. Analisis CA-ANN menggunakan data tutupan lahan 2014 dan 2018 menghasilkan nilai Kappa Coefficient 0,82193 dengan persentase correctness 89,15723% sehingga layak untuk memprediksi tutupan lahan tahun 2030. Pada tahun 2022 dan pada prediksi 2030, sebagian besar kawasan penelitian memiliki manuver pertahanan yang sangat mudah dan mudah, sehingga memperlancar operasi pertahanan darat.
