Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as an initial foundation for building articles with the latest variations. The data used in the article is primary data that researchers obtained from 500 JNT employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data that was successfully collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this reserach show that the researcher's assumption regarding the Product Uniqueness variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions can be accepted because the P-Vlues value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.014. In the second hypothesis, the researcher speculates with various credible research sources that the Brand Ambassador variable can strengthen the influence of the Product Uniqueness variable on Purchasing Decisions. The results of the second row of the third table of the Path Efficiency above show concomitant results because the P-Values also point to positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.014. This indicates that the better the Brand Ambassador owned by a product, the more the product is known to the public until it can finally strengthen the occurrence of Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Segmentasi kegiatan pelaku usaha di Kecamatan Bojongsari antara lain budidaya ikan lele. Salah satu permasalahan pada pembudidaya adalah belum dipahaminya penggunaan pakan alternatif seperti aplikasi maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly) sehingga keberlangsungan usahanya masih terkendala biaya pakan buatan yang terus meningkat. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi kepada pembudidaya sehingga dapat meningkatkan aspek sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam aplikasi pemanfaatan maggot sebagai pakan alternatif pembesaran ikan lele. Metoda penyuluhan yang digunakan adalah dempond, demcar dan temu lapang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, evaluasi pre dan post test, serta tingkat adopsi inovasi kepada 15 orang responden. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bojongsari, mulai tanggal 20 Februari sampai dengan 20 Mei 2023. Kegiatan aksi penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan pembudidaya terhadap kegiatan produksi maggot BSF. Hasil evaluasi awal aspek pengetahuan dari 52% menjadi 88%, dan perubahan sebesar 36%. Perubahan aspek sikap dari 73,87% menjadi 98,40%. Selain itu kegiatan aksi ini meningkatkan kemampuan anggota kelompok menjadi terampil dalam melakukan produksi pakan alternatif maggot BSF.

Abstract

Pohon Mangrove merupakan tanaman perisai untuk penahan ombak dan menjaga kesetabilan tanah yang biasanya tumbuh didaerah pesisir Pantai. Kegiatan penanaman Mangrove ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan hutan Mangrove di daerah pesisir pantai sebagai habitat dan tempat berlindung berbagai biota laut, serta sebagai pelindung pantai dari aktivitas gelombang. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui caramah dan praktek langsung penanaman. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh serikat pekerja FSP LEM SPSI, tergolong sukses karena dari hasil evaluasi sudah memenuhi target antara lain: jumlah pohon magrove yang ditanam sudah mencapai 1.000 batang pohon, njumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 376 orang, terpublikasi melalui media lokal maupun nasional, adanay kelanjutan kegiatan dan peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Kegiatan ini juga banyak yang mengapresiasi karena sangat positif dan inspiratif. Kehadiran tamu undangan seperti Apindo, kapolres barelang, Walikota Batam, Wakil Gubernur Kepri, Kapinda Kepri, dan Kapolda kepri, merupakan bukti nyata adanya hubungan industrial yang harmonis di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, terkhusus di Kota Batam

Abstract

This research was conducted in the research conducted at the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources in 2020. The purpose of research is know whether Work-Disipline  significant of the performance of an employee in the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. Because motivation of the creation was make civil servants that they employ zealous in perform his her job so that have sent down blessed sheer terror of being conscious to obey regulation to achieve organizational goals .Population in this research is population in research it is a whole an employee of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources of 126 employees in 2019 with a sample of 56 employees with a sampling method based on Insidental sampling. Based on the values t obtained t count of  6,589 while value t table was in 2,00488 which means t count = 6,589 > 2,00488,  then H0 turned down and Ha received is the Work-Motivation of the discipline of employees of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. The Work-Motivation of the discipline of employees of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources of 44,6 % and 55,4 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research .The research showed that motivation work have had a positive impact and significant impact on the awareness of discipline of the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources. With the regression equation is linear simple as follows: Y = 13,038 + 0,712 X.  So this research to strengthen previous studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter peserta didik di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis konsep TQM, nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, serta relevansi keduanya dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip TQM seperti perbaikan berkelanjutan, fokus pada peserta didik, dan keterlibatan total sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam seperti ihsan, amanah, istiqamah, dan musyawarah. Integrasi TQM dalam sistem pembelajaran PAI berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu perencanaan, proses pembelajaran, serta evaluasi karakter berbasis spiritual dan moral. Secara keseluruhan, TQM bukan hanya kerangka manajemen modern, tetapi juga strategi pendidikan komprehensif yang menggabungkan efisiensi organisasi dengan nilai-nilai spiritual Islam untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang kompeten, berakhlak mulia, dan berkarakter kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi putusan Pengadilan Agama Pasuruan mengenai hak nafkah istri setelah perceraian. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada dasar hukum, pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan besaran nafkah, serta pelaksanaan putusan di lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan hakim dan staf Pengadilan Agama, sedangkan data sekunder bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan dokumen putusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan hak nafkah istri telah dijalankan sesuai ketentuan hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 tentang Peradilan Agama beserta perubahannya. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan kendala dalam eksekusi putusan akibat adanya celah hukum yang memungkinkan pihak suami menghindari kewajiban membayar nafkah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya penguatan mekanisme hukum dan kesadaran sosial dalam menjamin perlindungan hak-hak perempuan pasca perceraian.

Abstract

Quality management transformation is an urgent need for schools to meet the demands of improving the quality of education in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that provides a systematic, structured, and customer-satisfaction-oriented framework for teaching. This article aims to analyze the integration of ISO 9001:2015 into the quality management system at SMP YPPSB Sangatta Utara and to evaluate its impact on improving the quality of educational services. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and verification of results until data saturation was achieved. The results show that implementing ISO 9001:2015 has brought significant changes in school governance, marked by increased consistency in the learning process, greater administrative discipline, greater transparency in information, and the strengthening of a quality culture through the Plan–Do–Check–Action (PDCA) cycle. In addition, continuous monitoring through internal quality audits encourages improved service and school accountability. The integration of these standards has also resulted in increased parent satisfaction, teacher engagement, and data-driven decision-making. However, challenges remain, such as high administrative burdens and uneven understanding of standards across all educators. Continuous improvement efforts are being implemented through training, enhanced digital documentation, and optimized roles for the quality management team. Thus, the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 has proven effective in strengthening school quality management and is a worthy model for other educational institutions, particularly in developing regions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of free-range animal control as stipulated in the Regional Regulation of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency Number 17 of 2016 concerning Public Order. The main problem studied was the extent to which the regulation was implemented effectively and the obstacles faced by local regulation enforcement officials in implementing these provisions. This study uses an empirical juridical approach method by collecting data through literature studies and interviews with Satpol PP officials and the local community. The results of the study show that the implementation of animal control has not run optimally due to the lack of human resources, supporting facilities, and low legal awareness of the animal owner community. In addition, weak supervision and sanctions enforcement are the main inhibiting factors. Therefore, a strategy of institutional capacity building, continuous socialization, and cross-sector collaboration is needed to support the enforcement of local regulations more effectively

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 21.6% in 2022 (SSGI). Early detection at Posyandu is often constrained by manual recording, which is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to integrate with health systems. This study aimed to implement SI-MASTING (Stunting Early Detection Information System) to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of child growth monitoring. The study was conducted at Posyandu Sanggrahan, Sukoharjo, involving 95 cadres through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with trials on 11 toddlers. Results showed that SI-MASTING reduced the average recording time from 7.1 minutes to 2.4 minutes per child (66.2% efficiency) and decreased the error rate from 15.4% to 2.1% (86.3% accuracy improvement). Detection of children at risk of stunting increased from 48% to 92% (44% improvement). Cadre satisfaction was high, with an average score of 4.52 out of 5; ease of use received the highest rating of 4.67, followed by application speed at 4.58. In case testing, 45% of toddlers were identified as stunted, with the highest prevalence of 50% in the 12–18 month age group. In conclusion, SI-MASTING effectively accelerates early stunting detection, enhances data accuracy, and empowers cadres in nutritional interventions. The system has strong potential for integration with e-Puskesmas and replication in other regions as part of the national strategy to accelerate stunting reduction.

Abstract

In the cultivation of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.), there is a problem with weeds. The use of herbicides for weed control can also trigger phytotoxic reactions in cultivated plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological response of various cultivars of cayenne pepper to exposure to the Phenoxaprop-p-ethyl herbicide. This study employed a completely randomized design. The research data were analyzed using ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests. The study's results revealed a strong biphasic (hormesis) response pattern, where a dose of 55 g/L triggers growth, while a dose of 110 g/L causes phytotoxicity.   .
