Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the mapping of the potential of the economic sector of Kediri Regency. The type of data used is secondary data with quantient Dynamic Location Analysis (DLQ) analysis methods and Klassen Typology. The results of this study concluded that the economic sectors that fall into the category of advanced and fast-growing (type I), namely: 1) the agricultural, forestry, and fisheries sectors; and 2) information and communication. While the economic sectors that fall into the category of lagging (type IV), namely: 1) mining and quarrying; 2) provision of accommodation and drinking meals; and 3) company services. While the potential economic sectors in the future, namely: 1) Agriculture; 2) Mining; 3) Industry; 4) Procurement; 5) Water Procurement; 6) Transportation; 7) Provision of Accommodation; 8) Information; 9) Financial Services; 10) Real Estate; 11) Company Services; 12) Administration of Government; 13) Educational Services; and 14) Other services. While the economic sectors that fall into the category are not potential, including: 1) Construction; 2) Trading; and 3) health care.

Abstract

Abstrak  Proses pengembangan lahan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit dalam beberapa tahun yang lalu telah banyak menimbulkan konflik dengan masyarakat. Tidak dipungkiri bahwa didusun rasau jaya memang memiliki potensi daerah yang tinggi pada sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit . Hal ini pula yang membuat perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit membangun perusahaan cabang, menguasai dan mengembangkan lahan menjadi perkebunan kelapa sawit didusun rasau tanjung. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan ini dipaparkan situasi dan fenomena yang konflik yang terjadi terutama penyebab dan upaya penyelesaian konflik tersebut.  Tingginya konflik yang terjadi antara masyarakat dan perusahaan, dapat dipaparkan penyebabnya antara lain: tuntutan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan. Kecemburuan sosial masyarakat lokal, penyerobotan lahan oleh masyarakat maupun perusahaan, kurangnya kepedulian pemerintah dalam penyelesaian konflik yang berkepanjangan serta beberapa penyebab lain yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda antar daerah. Beberapa konflik yang terjadi diberikan solusi alternatif penyelesaian diantaranya; berupa kajian kebijakan pemerintah terhadap izin perkebunan, pemetaan areal hutan dan perkebunan agar diperoleh tapal batas yang jelas, menghilangkan dasar konflik dari tindakan-tindakan mereka yang sedang berkonflik, kemenangan pihak yang satu dan kekalahan di pihak yang lain, kompromi, perdamaian dan ketidakmungkinan untuk berdamai, menggiat mediasi antara pihak yang berkonflik serta penerapan ajaran agama sebagai upaya agar intensitas maupun durasi konflik dapat dikurangi atau bahkan dapat direduksi terutama konflik yang telah berlangsung sekian lama akibat repetisi konflikkonflik yang terjadi sebelumnya.  AbstractThe land development process carried out by oil palm plantation companies in the past few years has caused many conflicts with the community. It is undeniable that in the Rasau Jaya hamlet does have high regional potential in the oil palm plantation sector. This is also what makes oil palm plantation companies build branch companies, control and develop land into oil palm plantations in the Rasau Tanjung hamlet. Through qualitative methods, the situations and phenomena of the conflicts that occur are explained, especially the causes and efforts to resolve the conflict. The high level of conflict that occurs between the community and the company can be explained by the causes, including: community demands on the company. Social jealousy of local communities, land grabbing by the community and companies, lack of government concern in resolving prolonged conflicts and several other causes that have different characteristics between regions. Several conflicts that occur are given alternative solutions, including; in the form of a study of government policies on plantation permits, mapping of forest and plantation areas in order to obtain clear boundaries, eliminating the basis of conflict from the actions of those in conflict, the victory of one party and the defeat of the other, compromise, peace and the impossibility of reconciliation, promoting mediation between the conflicting parties and the application of religious teachings as an effort so that the intensity and duration of the conflict can be reduced or even reduced, especially conflicts that have been going on for a long time due to the repetition of previous conflicts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on learning achievement, the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement, and the influence together of the influence of teacher pedagogic competence and learning motivation on the learning achievement of social studies subjects of SDN Cluster 1 Walea Besar District, Tojo Una-una Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive design. The population in this study was all students of SDN Cluster 1, Walea Besar District, Tojo Una-una Regency, as many as 362 students. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling technique with a total of 80 students in grades IV, V, and VI of SDN 1 Supply. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documents, while the questionnaires are tested simultaneously with research samples with validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, this study found that there is an influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the value for the teacher's pedagogical competence variable (X1) in the Sig column. is 0.000 less than alpha 0.05 and the calculated value is greater than the ttable at the 5% significance level of 12.932 > 1.664. There is an influence of learning motivation on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the value for the variable pedagogical competence of the learning teacher (X2) in the Sig column. is 0.000 less than alpha 0.05 or the calculated value greater than ttable i.e. 10.258 > 1.664. There is no influence of teacher pedagogic competence and motivation to learn together on student learning achievement. This is evidenced by the sig column. is 0.816 more than alpha 0.05.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, namun seringkali terhambat oleh kurangnya pemahaman dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Banyak pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang pencatatan keuangan dan operasional usaha, tetapi pengelolaan keuangan mereka belum optimal. Selain itu, akses terhadap sumber pendanaan yang memadai masih menjadi tantangan utama. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM, memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang disiplin dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan akses ke sumber pendanaan yang resmi dan terpercaya. Metode penyuluhan yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal untuk memahami kondisi UMKM, pengenalan tujuan kegiatan, penyuluhan interaktif dengan materi pengelolaan kas, pencatatan keuangan sederhana, pengelolaan modal, pengendalian pengeluaran, serta pemahaman tentang akses pembiayaan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari para peserta. Mereka aktif berpartisipasi, bertanya, dan memaparkan berbagai permasalahan terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai prosedur legal dalam mendapatkan pinjaman modal dan cara mengelola utang dengan bijak. Para peserta juga diajarkan untuk membuat pencatatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran secara disiplin serta membuat anggaran keuangan Kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang adalah materi penyuluhan harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelaku UMKM dan disampaikan secara interaktif.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the challenges in learning Pancasila education by developing interactive E-LKPD based on wizer.me. Through the application of the ADDIE development model and involving experts, this product has been successfully developed and validated. The interactive E-LKPD obtained validation from material experts of 84% and media experts of 88.57%, both of which were in the "very valid" category. Teacher responses showed practicality of 98.57%, and student responses reached 78.64%. Effectiveness testing shows an increase in student learning outcomes with an average pretest score of 75.18 increasing to 82.18 in the posttest. Hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test produces a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.001 (< 0.05), which indicates a significant increase. The research results show that this E-LKPD not only fulfills aspects of validity and practicality, but is also effective in increasing students' understanding of the concept of diversity in Indonesian society. This research makes an important contribution to the development of learning media that is innovative and relevant to the learning needs of the 21st century.

Abstract

Program pelatihan kewirausahaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Morome, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian dari Jurusan Ilmu Administrasi FISIP UHO bekerja sama dengan pemerintah desa dan mahasiswa KKN MBKM. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan praktik lapangan yang berfokus pada perencanaan usaha, pemasaran, serta pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 65%. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dalam menyusun rencana usaha yang berbasis pada potensi lokal desa. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap transformasi kelembagaan BUMDes, peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat, dan penguatan sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah desa, dan warga. Pelatihan ini menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis kewirausahaan sosial yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain. Diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pendampingan intensif dan dukungan kebijakan desa untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program ini.

Abstract

There are still many ASN who do not understand the provisions of government regulations. The problem of indiscipline of civil servants is a topic of discussion for the public in general. In addition to performance that is often considered less than optimal, the ASN discipline factor also often receives sharp criticism from the public. Problem formulation: How is leadership development at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? How is the application of sanctions for ASN disciplinary violations at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is still not optimal due to several factors, namely that there are still violations committed by civil servants such as rarely attending roll calls, arriving late, being outside the office during office hours, and so on. This study aims to determine how the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, and how successful the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of civil servant discipline in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service has not been fully successful, because there are still employees who commit violations, namely lack of awareness in implementing the rules, lack of supervision, and lack of strict sanctions given to violators at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service. Therefore, awareness is needed from each individual to obey and comply with the rules, strict sanctions are needed if an ASN is proven to have committed a violation with the aim of providing a deterrent effect and not repeating the same mistake in the future. In conclusion, employees who work not in accordance with their educational background will be guided, fostered and directed. The leader will provide training to these employees so that they can work in accordance with the main tasks and functions given. The implementation of ASN discipline at the ESDM Service has been implemented with Government Regulations. In its implementation, there are still frequent violations of discipline in the general section, especially in terms of timekeeping, there are still many employees who do not arrive on time.

Abstract

Although the digital infrastructure in Banda Aceh City is adequate, the growth of the digital creative economy in this region is still limited, especially in terms of integrating local culture into digital content. This study explores how cultural elements are involved in digital creative works by digital creative economy actors in Banda Aceh, with a primary focus on the sources of creative ideas and the mechanisms for implementing cultural elements. The novelty of this study lies in the use of Creative System Theory with an autopoiesis approach, which views creativity as an emerging process that arises from the interaction between external (hetero-referential) and internal (self-referential) elements. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with 19 digital creative economy actors from the music, film, animation, and application and game development sub-sectors. The results show that the sources of creative ideas include collaborative discussions, involvement in traditional practices, historical research, personal experiences, social anxiety, spiritual inspiration, studies of existing works, participation in creative communities, and institutional support. This diversity triggers an autopoietic cycle in the formation of ideas, where the relationship between internal interactions and external stimuli produces creative works that are full of cultural values. Cultural integration is realized through the digitalization of traditional music, culturally nuanced storytelling in films, folklore-based animations, and local-themed applications and games. Abstract

Peminangan merupakan tahap awal menuju pernikahan yang secara hukum belum menimbulkan akibat hukum yang mengikat seperti halnya pernikahan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pembatalan peminangan seringkali menimbulkan kerugian, baik materiel maupun immateriel, bagi salah satu pihak. Hal ini menimbulkan persoalan yuridis terkait hak ganti rugi atas pembatalan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana yurisprudensi Indonesia memposisikan tuntutan ganti rugi dalam konteks pembatalan peminangan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan yurisprudensi. Sumber data utama diperoleh dari putusan-putusan pengadilan yang relevan serta literatur hukum perdata dan Islam terkait akad dan pertunangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peminangan bukan merupakan perjanjian dalam arti hukum perdata yang ketat, beberapa putusan pengadilan telah mengakui hak ganti rugi atas dasar perbuatan melawan hukum (onrechtmatige daad), khususnya apabila pembatalan dilakukan secara sepihak tanpa alasan yang patut dan menyebabkan kerugian nyata. Yurisprudensi cenderung mempertimbangkan asas kepatutan dan itikad baik dalam menentukan apakah pembatalan layak diberi konsekuensi ganti rugi. Ini menunjukkan adanya ruang dalam hukum positif Indonesia untuk melindungi pihak yang dirugikan dalam pembatalan peminangan, meskipun belum diatur secara eksplisit dalam undang-undang.

Abstract

Melon productivity in Indonesia has experienced a significant decline due to leaf diseases, while manual detection performed by farmers remains subjective, time-consuming, and highly dependent on individual experience. To address this issue, this study aims to develop a mobile-based melon leaf disease detection system utilizing a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture integrated into the Tani Cerdas Android application via the TensorFlow framework. The dataset consists of 250 images of melon leaves categorized into five classes: healthy, aphids, fusarium wilt, leaf caterpillars, and unknown. Data were collected from two different melon farms employing distinct cultivation methods and processed through the machine learning life cycle, including data cleaning, manual labeling using one-hot encoding, splitting into 80% training and 20% validation sets, model training, and performance evaluation. The CNN model was trained for 11 epochs using ReLU and Softmax activation functions and a dropout rate of 0.2 to reduce the risk of overfitting. Training results achieved an accuracy of 91.5% with a loss value of 0.313, while model validation reached 71.9% accuracy. The ROC-AUC evaluation indicated excellent classification performance in most classes (AUC 0.99–1.00), although performance in the fusarium wilt class remained lower (AUC 0.87). Deployment of the model into the Tani Cerdas application achieved an average field accuracy of 86.33%. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of CNN and TensorFlow integration in supporting rapid and independent detection of melon leaf diseases via mobile devices, offering potential for the development of similar systems for other horticultural commodities.
