Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, organizational culture, and the effect of computer anxiety on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo. The subjects in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo located at Jl. Dr. Soetomo, No. 11, Bangunsari, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling with a population of 65. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program version 25.00. The results of the study showed that the Islamic Leadership variable had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo. The organizational culture variable had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo. The effect of computer anxiety variable had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo. The Islamic Leadership variable, organizational culture, and the effect of computer anxiety had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influences on behavioral intention of BRImo (BRI Mobile) at BRI Unit Karangrejo Magetan. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis used is t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy has a partial effect on behavioral intention of BRImo at BRI Unit Karangrejo Magetan. This means that high performance expectations will trigger BRImo's behavioral intention for their daily transactions. Business expectancy has a partial effect on behavioral intention BRImo at BRI Unit Karangrejo Magetan. This means that the better the effort expectancy, the behavioral intention of BRImo by customers will also increase. Social influence partially affects the behavioral intention of BRImo at BRI Unit Karangrejo Magetan. This means that a large social influence will result in greater customer behavioral intention in transactions using BRImo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, nonficical workmanship and work statistics for turnover intention of employees in the Ponorogo Branch "SiCepat Ekspres" Expedition. Keywords: content; formatting; article.The sample used is as many employees as 41 people in Expdisi "SiCepat Ekspres" Ponorogo Branch.The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership has a partial effect on employee turnover intention at Expedition "SiCepat Ekspres" Ponorogo Branch. (2) The nonficical woekmanship has a partial effect on employee turnover intention at Expedition "SiCepat Ekspres" Ponorogo Branch. (3) the job statisfaction has a partial effect on employee turnover intention at the Ponorogo Branch "SiCepat Ekspres" Expedition.

Abstract

Deteksi dini hipertensi sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat. Pemberdayaan kader kesehatan menjadi strategi potensial untuk memperkuat upaya promotif dan preventif berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi model skrining hipertensi berbasis kader sebagai inovasi deteksi dini yang berkelanjutan di masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Nalu, Kabupaten Tolitoli, pada Maret 2025 dengan pendekatan promotive dan preventif berbasis komunitas. Responden kegiatan adalah 30 kader kesehatan yang mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait pengukuran tekanan darah dan edukasi hipertensi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan, keterampilan pengukuran tekanan darah, kelancaran pelaksanaan skrining, dan kemampuan edukasi kesehatan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan pada seluruh indikator evaluasi. Pada pre-test, sebagian besar kader memiliki pengetahuan rendah (67%) dan keterampilan pengukuran tekanan darah yang tidak sesuai standar (83%). Setelah intervensi, seluruh kader (100%) mencapai kategori tertinggi pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan pengukuran tekanan darah, kelancaran skrining di masyarakat, serta kemampuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan. Model skrining hipertensi berbasis kader terbukti efektif meningkatkan kapasitas kader dan mendukung deteksi dini hipertensi di masyarakat. Pendekatan ini berpotensi memperkuat sistem pelayanan kesehatan berbasis komunitas dan dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi berkelanjutan pengendalian penyakit tidak menular. Model skrining hipertensi berbasis kader terbukti efektif meningkatkan kapasitas kader dan mendukung deteksi dini hipertensi di masyarakat. Pendekatan ini berpotensi memperkuat sistem pelayanan kesehatan berbasis komunitas dan dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi berkelanjutan pengendalian penyakit tidak menular.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of School Operational Assistance fund management and budget transparency on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 6 Madiun. The study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis. The population consisted of 38 teachers, and all members of the population were used as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that BOS fund management and budget transparency have positive and significant effects on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. The simultaneous contribution of the two independent variables reached 82.89 percent, indicating that school financial governance is a major determinant of teacher performance. Nevertheless, the implementation of BOS fund management and budget transparency has not fully reflected good governance principles because access to information, reporting discipline, and stakeholder participation remain limited. These conditions influence teacher performance in lesson planning, classroom implementation, learning evaluation, administrative completeness, and participation in additional school activities. The study emphasizes that effective, accountable, and transparent school financial governance can strengthen teacher motivation, improve the learning environment, and support sustainable educational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn dalam memilih materi pembelajaran KD 3.3 “memahami tata urutan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam sistem hukum nasional di Indonesia” yang terkait dengan tujuan pembelajaran; dan 2) kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn dalam memilih materi pembelajaran KD 3.3 “memahami tata urutan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam sistem hukum nasional di Indonesia” yang terkait dengan pengalaman belajar.Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan model analisis triangulasi data dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Simpulan hasil penelitian: 1) Guru PPKn di SMP Negeri 20 Purworejo belum memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dalam memilih materi pembelajaran KD 3.3 “memahami tata urutan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam sistem hukum nasional di Indonesia” yang terkait dengan tujuan pembelajaran, dikarenakan : a) Indikator pembelajaran yang dibuat tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan KD 3.3. b) Pengidentifikasian jenis materi pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan KD 3.3, dikarenakan guru belum mampu menempatkan jenis materi konseptual sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengetahuan prasyarat, inti dan pengayaan, dan c) Belum memiliki kemampuan menyeleksi materi pembelajaran yang sesuai kebutuhannya. 2) Guru juga belum memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dalam memilih materi pembelajaran dari KD 3.3tersebut terkait dengan pengalaman belajar, dikarenakan guru belum mampu membedakan jenis pengalaman belajar yang sesuai terhadap materi bertujuan meretensi pengetahuan dan materi bertujuan mentrasfer pengetahuan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik, Memilih materi, Pengalaman belajar, dan Tujuan pembelajaran

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) Describe the learning models used by the teachers on Citizenship Education subject. 2) Explain the relevance of the learning models used with the basic competencies in Citizenship Education subject. According to the results of the study, there are two conclusions. The first one is the teachers use a few learning models in Citizenship Education. The first model is the class based-passive cognitive pedagogies model. The teacher has planned the subject as stated in the lesson plan (RPP). This model emphasizes traditional learning about how the teacher provides initial definitions, principles, and concepts of learning materials and provides examples of problem-solving exercises in the form of lectures, demonstrations, question and answer, and assignments. The second model is the application of the model used by the teacher, namely lectures. The second conclusion is, the learning model used by the teachers in Wikarya Vocational School is not yet relevant to the basic competencies in the school. This can be seen from a number of facts, namely: a) the plan for implementing learning that has been prepared by the teacher does not fully reflect the circumstances during the learning process. b) The teachers do not apply everything contained in the lesson plan and the teachers still use the traditional learning models which is the lecture model. c) On average more than 70% of students have low minimum completeness criteria. d) Attitudes and behaviors of the students in the school show the lack of achievement of basic competencies to be achieved. In addition to the facts mentioned above, the unsuccessful learning model applied by the teachers at Karanganyar Wikarya Vocational School in maintaining a conducive atmosphere during the learning process makes the students feel bored and not concerned with the importance of the lesson. Then, it results in failure to achieve the expected basic competencies. Keywords : learning model, teacher, basic competence

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk mengetahui: 1. Strategi guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sikap kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. 2. Kendaladan solusi guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sikap kewarganegaraan diSMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara,observasi, dan studi dokumen. Pengujian validatas data menggunakan model analisis triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Sikap kewarganegaraan terdiri dari karakter privat dan karakter publik makadari itu instrumen penilaian sikap yang dikembangkan oleh guru PPKn harus dapat mengukur kedua aspek dari sikap kewarganegaraan tersebut. Karena mata pelajaran PPKn merupakan salah satu kelompok mata pelajaran yang menanamkan pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian sikap menggunakan teknik observasi dengan instrumen lembar pengamatan. Oleh karena itu strategi guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sikap kewarganegaraan ialah a) Menyesuaikan kompetensi inti (KI) dan kompetensi dasar (KD) dalam penyusunan instrumen penilaian; b) Menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik; c)Menentukan bentuk instrumen dan teknik penilaian; d) Menyusun instrumen penilaian dan pedoman penskoran; e) Menganalisa instrumen penilaian sikap. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sikap kewarganegaraan yaitu a) Kurangnya penguasaan teknologi informasi; b) Kesulitan memahami karakter peserta didik; c) Alokasi waktu lama; e) Kesulitan guru dalam penyusunan instrumen penilaian. Sedangkan solusi yang ditawarkan adalah a) Meningkatkan motivasi; b) Mengikuti pelatihan atau workshop; c) memberi contoh kepada peserta didik.
