Abstract

Based on the results of the SWOT analysis in descriptive form and the table above, it can be concluded that the policy of eliminating the publication of scientific articles for master's, applied master's, doctoral and applied doctoral students has more weaknesses and threats than strengths and opportunities, as the researcher explains and explains in on. Therefore, researchers conclude that this policy is not yet mature and should not be implemented now. The KEMENDIKBUDRISDIKTI should conduct a comprehensive study and research first by listening to the groups involved, such as students and lecturers.

Abstract

The ecological stability of our world and human well-being are dependent on biodiversity, but in the age of climate change, biodiversity faces hitherto unheard-of difficulties. This study investigates the intricate interactions between the preservation of biodiversity and the effects of climate change in Indonesia's rural Sukabumi District. Using a mixed-methods approach that includes field observations, interviews, surveys, and secondary data analysis, the study looks into the drivers of biodiversity loss as well as the state of biodiversity now and the effects of climate change on regional ecosystems. The findings show the incredible biodiversity of Sukabumi District, including its healthy coral reefs and terrestrial rainforests, as well as the noticeable effects of climate change, such as altered species behavior and coastal erosion. Unsustainable land-use practices and climate-related variables are identified as major contributors to the decline of biodiversity. Community-led conservation efforts provide success stories, but to protect biodiversity and improve climate resilience, strong policy proposals are required. The suggested recommendations place a strong emphasis on multi-stakeholder collaboration, conservation education, climate resilience, sustainable land-use practices, and community engagement. Sukabumi District is highlighted in the report as a microcosm of the problems facing biodiversity conservation worldwide, and it calls for swift and coordinated action to save nature's final line of defense against climate disaster.

Abstract

Tax sanctions dan tax regulations are increasingly developing. Similarly, islamic law will develop according to the times. And of course the Ulama will study new phenomena based on islamic law, one of which is regarding taxes. In determining the law regarding taxes and their sunctions, there are differences of opinion among of scholars. Most of them forbid, and most of them allow it with some conditions. The results of this study indicate that sanctions and fines in Islam are allowed on condition that they are used for the benefit of the people, not for actions that are contrary to Islam such as disobedience. Sanctions and fines in taxes are determined jointly by deliberation by the representatives of the people, which means that their determination is in accordance with the principle of Equal Rida (Anta Radhin).

Abstract

Referring to the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), one of the sources of state revenue is tax revenue. This tax as a supporter of cash funds in the state. However, the allocated funds are still far from sufficient. As an agrarian country, Indonesia has good potential in increasing state revenue through tax revenue through the agricultural sector by using the concept of kharaj that existed at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW after the conquest of the land of Khaibar. The research method used in this research is literature review, which is a study that collects scientific articles that are relevant to the research problem. The results of the study show that the concept of kharaj at the time of the Prophet was the forerunner of the provisions regarding tax collection that are still valid today. And if implemented until now, it can increase state treasury income. These cash funds can be used to increase Indonesia's development and ensure people's welfare. The tax collection method that applies in Indonesia is muqasamah which is a substitute for the wazifah method in the kharaj concept. Keywords : art criticism, evaluation, textbook
