Abstract

Abtraks: Penelitian tentang penerapan model pembelajaran Tipe Think Pair and Chare (TPS) dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidup di SMP Negeri 2 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Agustus sampai dengan 10 September 2012. Permasalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian adalah: Apakah Penerapan Pembelajaran koopratif tipe think pair and chare mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidup di SMP Negeri 2 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara terperinci ada tidaknya peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi ciri-ciri makhluk hidupmelalui penerapanmodel pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair and chare di SMP Negeri 2 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII A sebanyak 23 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelas VII B sebanyak 22 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberi tes, yaitu pretes dan postes. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t. Hasil analisis data diperoleh t hitung ≥ t tabel yaitu 2,01 ≥ 1,68 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan data tersebut, maka Ha dapat diterima dan menolak Ho. Maka dapat disimpulkan: Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair and Chare dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi cari-ciri makhluk hidup di SMP Negeri 2 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie. Abstract

Permasalahan mendasar pada penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan media kliping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kels IV pada pembelajaran PKn di SD Inpres Despot Posona Kecamatan Kasimbar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan media kliping dalam meningkatkan  hasil belajar siswa kelas IV  SD Inpres Despot Posona Kecamatan Kasimbar pada mata pelajaran PKn. Jenis data yang diambil adalah data kuantitatif yaitu meliputi data penelitian dan analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi guru dan siswa serta evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 orang siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Despot Posona Kecamatan Kasimbar. Proses penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus dengan prosedur tindakan 1 perencanaan, 2 pelaksanaan, 3 observasi, 4 refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 18 dari 29 siswa, tuntas klasikal 62,07%, pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas 27 dari 29 siswa, tuntas klasikal 93,10%. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh simpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan media kliping dapat meningaktkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas IV SD Inpres Despot Posona Kecamatan Kasimbar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi, Aplikasi dan Pengembangan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Spiritual di pesantren. Mengingat betapa pentingnya kedua kecerdasan tersebut dalam menentukan kesuksesan seseorang dalam menjalani kehidupan di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek peneltian ini adalah santri di Lembaga Tinggi Pesantren Luhur yang keseluruhan santrinya adalah mereka yang sedang melanjutkan pendidikan di level perguruan tinggi. Tehnik pengumpuan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga Tinggi Pesantren Luhur Malang menerapkan pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional melalui beberapa kegoiatan pesantren diantaanya adalah JQH, dan FORKAFI, diamana dengan kegiatan tersebut diharapkan santri memahami dan menjalankan isi yang ada dalam al-Qur’an yang akan menjadi penuntun dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, karena dalam al-Qur’an dianjurkan untuk berlaku jujur dan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyaraka. Kegiatan pengembangan kecerdsan emosional berupa kegiatan halaqoh. Kegiatan halaqoh ini dengan memberikan beberapa materi lintas disiplin ilmu yang mana dalam materi tersebut akan memberikan pemahaman keilmuan yang menyeluruh sehingga setiap santri akan memiliki satu kesatuan kemampuan emosional dan personal, yang mana dalam materi tersebut diatas sangat relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Formal education is the education which is developed at certain school or place systematically which has certain time sequence from Elementary to University level. Whereas the aspect of education life is one of the aspects in society that always develop and change to be more advance as the increasing of politic consciousness in society.This article concerns with the role of formal education to the aspects of politic life where the education is implemented based on the existing politic system by virtue of Pancasila (the five basic principles of the Republic of Indonesia) and UUD 1945, it means that politic determines the education policy. On the contrary, the existing politic system is determined by the education title owned by society where the higher education level of society will impact the consciousness to help forward the aspect of politic life in society. It is because formal education is one of media to socialize politic and great strategy to transfer the wide knowledge to the elite politic by giving training and also other facilities to build politic consciousness. It is the right moment to commit integration especially in terms of national politic consciousness.

Abstract

Consumers satisfaction become the target and goal of every business that is done, the highest form of satisfaction is customer loyalty. To increase customer satisfaction the company required to create a marketing strategy and build brand trust with consumers. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of experiential marketing of sense, feel, think, act, and relate to customer satisfaction and loyalty, analyze the influence of brand trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The population of this study was smartphone users in plaza Marina Surabaya, a questionnaire instrument is used and the samples that is used by 120 respondents in this research. Data analysis techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of smart software PLS. The results showed that experiential marketing of sense, think, and act has no significant effect on satisfaction, whereas feel and relate has a significant effect on satisfaction; Brand trust has a significant effect on satisfaction; Experiential marketing of sense and feel has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, and variables think, act and relate have no significant effect on consumer loyalty; Brand trust has a significant effect on consumer loyalty; and satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) Contribution of certification to teacher work motivation, (2) Contribution of the school climate to teacher work motivation, (3) Contribution of certification allowances and school climate together to work motivation. This type of research is quantitative correlational in nature, the population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Kinali sub-district with the status of civil servants with a population of 107 people, a sample of 30 people taken using the startified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques (1) description of data, (2) testing requirements analysis and (3) testing hypotheses. The results of the study prove that (1) There is a contribution of certification to work motivation because certification contributes 25.6% to the teacher's work motivation (2) the school climate contributes 28.3% to the teacher's work motivation (3) certification and the school climate together contribute 37.5% to the motivation of the teacher's work. Suggestions that can be put forward based on the findings to improve the work motivation of the teacher are expected that the principal can provide certification allowances to teachers who meet the requirements. To increase the work motivation of teachers, it is necessary to fix the low school climate, the Supervisors to provide a school climate of cooperation with teachers in accordance with technological developments. The education office's policy in terms of managing learning in schools should aim at increasing certification allowances.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization of the world economy, company management competes with each other. Quality is one of the main factors that must be considered by companies so that they can survive in the midst of competitive competition. The author conducted this research in a cigarette company, CV. Ulung Baureno Bojonegoro. The variables in this study are quality costs as independent variables (X) and production cost efficiency as the dependent variable (Y). The research approach used is an explanatory research approach and the method used by the author is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research on total quality costs in 2018 recognized by the company amounted to Rp. 408.367.000 with a percentage of 3.96%. From the results of estimates obtained by lowering costs in the category of prevention costs, quality costs decreased by Rp 233.117.000 or equal to 2.26% of the actual sales total. So that it can be concluded that by applying quality costs can increase the efficiency of production costs.

Abstract

The agrocomplex business unit at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School began to be pioneered for development in the freshwater aquaculture sector from spawning, making pellets / independent feed to processing processed fish products (catfish and tilapia). The potential for higher market demand to meet the needs of fish (catfish and tilapia) in the Malang area is an opportunity for Islamic boarding schools to participate in this section, socially and culturally, students' representations are important exponents in the reality of empowerment, the provision of an entrepreneurial spirit is very much needed in industrial era 4.0, the balance between spiritual and entrepreneurial spirit is a good provision for community application. The cultivation of freshwater fish is emerging developing throughout Indonesia, there are fundamental problems faced by all farmers, one of the drawbacks formulation of fish feed less to optimize the potential of local materials, especially waste and lack of knowledge to formulate feed containing protein, fat, fiber ash and vitamins. At this time, the price of feed used by farmers soared and began to burden the sustainability of the cultivation system. Increasing feed prices and reducing profits or net profits can affect the sustainability of aquaculture, therefore we need a new innovation independent feed movement that has better nutritional and nutritional content at a price that is much more affordable and grows tangible profits. The problems experienced by Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school regarding the formula of independent feed in freshwater fish farming can be overcome through the independent feed movement (GEPARI) the application of fish pellet technology by utilizing livestock waste, vegetable waste that has not been optimized. The maximum utilization of this waste can provide significant results because the nutritional and nutrient contents that meet the innovative completed multiple waste concept are solutive, then this problem will be resolved.

Abstract

Mosquitoes, one of the insects groups that have a high interaction with humans with a wide spread and cosmopolite. Factors that influence the spread of mosquitoes are the form of topography of an area and environmental factors. The aim of this research was to determine the type and abundance of mosquitoes (Diptera: Culicidae) in Banjarsari Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu. The research was conducted in December 2018 to March 2019 with the sampling method of purposive sampling and capture of mosquitoes carried out by the Human Landing Collection and Resting Collection methods. The time of catching mosquitoes starts in the morning at 06.00-08.00 WIB, afternoon at 15.00-17.00 WIB and at night 18.00-24.00 WIB. The mosquito was identified in the Laboratory of Animal Physiology, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bengkulu University. The results of this research were analyzed in a qualitative frequency distribution with 3 groups of categories: many, medium and few categories. The types of mosquitoes obtained consisted of 5 types including Aedes albopictus, Armigeres subalbatus, Culex bitaeniorhynchus, Culex solitarius and Culex quinquefasciatus. The abundance of mosquitoes with many categories is found in Aedes albopictus and the abundance of categories with few species is found in Culex solitarius mosquitoes.

Abstract

Auxis rochei salah satu ikan konsumsi, pada beberapa penelitian dimanfatkan oleh Anisakis sp sebagai inang antara.  Anisakis sp  bersifat zoonosis dan diketahui menyebabkan Anisakiasis pada beberapa negara. Terkait aspek keamanan pangan maka penting melakukan deteksi morfologi sebagai langkah awal penilaian risiko potensi bahaya biologi untuk mempelajari penyakit bawaan makanan (foodborne disease). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari prevalensi dan intensitas infeksi dari Auxis rochei. Metode, pada musim tangkapan Juli 2019 sejumlah 47 parasit cacing dikumpulkan dari 70 sampel Auxis rochei berasal dari 2 trip penangkapan berbeda pada perairan Utara dan Selatan Pulau Kera. Ikan dibedah untuk mencari keberadaan sebaran cacing pada organ saluran cerna dan otot. Cacing dibersihkan dengan NaCl fisiologi, diawetkan dalam campuran aquades, glycerin, asam lactad dan etanol kemudian diidentifikasi menggunakan mikroskop cahaya. Selanjutnya dihitung prevalensi dan intensitas infeksi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan larva nematoda yang menginfeksi Auxis rochei teridentifikasi sebagai Anisakis sp tipe 1. Auxis rochei dari perairan Utara Pulau Kera terinfeksi Anisakis sp dengan prevalensi 25% dan intensitas infeksi 1 individu/inang. Sedangkan pada perairan Selatan Pulau Kera, prevalensi 26% dengan intensitas infeksi 3 individu/inang. Kesimpulannya Auxis rochei merupakan intermediate host  dari Anisakis sp tipe I dengan prevalensi 25-26% dan intensitas infeksi 1-3 individu/inang.Kata kunci: Anisakis sp, Auxis rochei, identifikasi bahaya, Teluk Kupang
