Abstract

The concept of green marketing in the company as a form of attention to environmental damage issues. The company then developed to find the right marketing strategy in growing purchase intention. The bottled drinking water industry (AMDK) is one who develops green marketing. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing and green brand image on purchase intention through green trust, and to analyze the effect of green marketing, green brand image and green trust on purchase intention. This research uses a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale, find the sample using a non-probability method with a procedure by using purposive sampling. The total respondents in this study were 100 respondents who were consumers who had purchased Cleo bottled water. Data analysis method using partial least squares (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS software. The results reveal that green marketing and green brand image have an effect on purchase intention through green trust on Cleo bottled water products, green marketing and green trust have an effect on purchase intention on Cleo bottled water products, and green brand image has no significant effect on purchase intention on products. Abstract

This thesis is entitled “The Students’ Difficulties in Understanding Reading Skill of Text at Eighth Grade Students of MTs Darussalamah Muda Sentosa Buay Madang Timur Kab OKU Timur”. The problem of this study as follows: “What are the difficulties made by the students in understanding reading skill of text at eighth grade students of MTs Darusalamah Muda Sentosa Buay Madang Timur OKU Timur?” The objective of this thesis was to find out the difficulties made by the students in understanding reading skill of text at eighth grade students of MTs Darusalamah Muda Sentosa Buay Madang Timur OKU Timur. In this study, descriptive method was used. The population was all at the Eighth Grade Students of MTs Darussalamah Muda Sentosa Buay Madang Timur Kab OKU Timur, with the total number of the Students 68 Students. The sample was 32 Students taken through simple random sampling technique. The result of research showed that the students still got the difficultiess in used present perfect tense. The means score was gotten by the students only 67.96 in categorzed of moderate criteria. Although there was means of score was 95 reached by one studenst. And the lowest score was 50 was gotten by five students. The result of the tests at the eighth Grade Students of MTs Darussalamah Muda Sentosa Buay Madang Timur Kab OKU Timur. It shows that Based of calculation above, from students’ difficulties used narrative text and descriptive on text was 67.96%. It described that in using the “narrative text and descriptive text” the students have not understood yet, their mastery in using narrative text and descriptive text were moderate.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan dan penerapan strategi manajemen keuangan pondok pesantren yang didukung dengan kemampuan pesantren dan SDM yang ada didalamny menunjukkan pengembangan pesantren sebagai kekuatan ekonomi baru di Indonesia. Strategi manajemen keuangan yang dilaksanakan di pesantren akan mengatur dan memanfaatkan secara maksimal seluruh potensi yang dimiliki pesantren.Pengelolaan keuangan merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang keberlanjutan dan kemandirian ekonomi pondok pesantren. Pondok pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga berperan sebagai entitas sosial ekonomi yang dituntut mampu mengelola sumber daya keuangan secara efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan pada pondok pesantren dalam mewujudkan ekonomi mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengelola pesantren. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan praktik perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pencatatan, serta pelaporan keuangan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan pondok pesantren masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan literasi akuntansi, belum optimalnya sistem pencatatan keuangan, serta minimnya pemisahan antara keuangan lembaga dan unit usaha pesantren. Meskipun demikian, pesantren telah memiliki potensi besar dalam mewujudkan ekonomi mandiri melalui pengembangan unit usaha produktif dan pengelolaan dana secara berkelanjutan. Penerapan prinsip tata kelola keuangan yang baik, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi sederhana menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi pesantren. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengelola pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan guna mewujudkan ekonomi mandiri yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The results of this study aim to find out and analyze the Strategy of Utilizing the Facebook Application in Increasing Sales of Mar Fashion Stores in Tolitoli Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects of this research are leaders, employees and consumers. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method carried out is by observation, interview and documentation methods. Then using SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS tests. The results of this study show that the Mar Fashion Store is located in square 1 by using an aggressive strategy. The strategy for utilizing the Facebook application in increasing sales used by Toko Mar Fashion is that growth strategies are often related to increasing the company's internal strengths, taking advantage of external opportunities, overcoming internal weaknesses and anticipating external threats. By ideizing and capitalizing on these opportunities, companies can expand the market, increase revenue to achieve increased business growth.

Abstract

Background: Patient safety in the operating room is a critical concern in healthcare delivery. While the Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) improves safety outcomes, variability persists due to workforce characteristics, work motivation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Purpose: To examine associations between staff characteristics, motivation, and SOP compliance with patient safety quality in the operating room, and to identify the most influential factor. Method: A cross-sectional study of all 42 operating room healthcare workers (total sampling). Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Chi-Square tests and multiple logistic regression. Results: Education level (p = 0.024), motivation (p = 0.000), and SOP compliance (p = 0.000) were significantly associated with patient safety quality. SOP compliance was the strongest determinant (OR = 234.770; p = 0.001). Conclusion: Adherence to SOP—especially the SSC—is the dominant factor influencing patient safety quality. Interventions should prioritize continuous SOP education, oversight, and cultivation of a robust patient safety culture.

Abstract

The growing number of customers who purchase goods on credit has become a serious threat to the sustainability of small grocery stores. The issue becomes even more complex when those customers are friends, relatives, or neighbors, making store owners feel reluctant to collect debts. Therefore, this study seeks to analyze this phenomenon in depth and develop strategies for business owners to address the problem. This research employs a descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach, with data analysis techniques referring to the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation was conducted by comparing information from multiple informants, comparing data collected at different times, and cross-checking data from observations, documentation, and interviews. Informants were selected using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the credit phenomenon in grocery stores is a multidimensional issue involving not only economic aspects but also deeply intertwined with social norms, moral values, and the community's social capital. The primary factors causing store owners to hesitate in collecting debts include sincerity, expectations that customers will pay on their own, feelings of reluctance, sympathy, fear of damaging social relationships, and trust in customers. Business owners generally respond to consumer credit behavior in three ways: firmly refusing to give credit, granting credit with specific conditions, or regularly collecting payments. On the other hand, business losses are also influenced by irresponsible customer behavior, such as fraud, theft, dishonesty, lack of accountability, and cases where customers experiencing personal difficulties choose to disappear. To maintain business continuity, effective strategies include preventive (prevention), curative (resolution), and adaptive (sustainability) approaches, all grounded in strong social capital—trust, communication, and social solidarity.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the contribution of academic supervision and school climate to teacher commitment at a public elementary school in Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. The approach employed was a quantitative descriptive design with an ex post facto approach and a correlational study. The study population was 254 civil servant teachers, and 102 teachers were sampled using stratified proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analysis revealed that academic supervision contributed 5.4%, school climate contributed 19.3%, and the combined effect of both factors contributed 21.5% to teacher commitment. This indicates that academic supervision and school climate have a substantial impact on teacher commitment. This study emphasizes the importance of optimizing the principal's role in implementing academic supervision and creating a conducive school climate to enhance the quality of basic education through teacher commitment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas pemasaran digital melalui pelatihan brand identity pada UMKM Batik Kreasi Nila di Desa Juwet Kenongo-Kab Sidoarjo. Sebelum pelatihan, mitra belum memahami pentingnya branding dan belum memanfaatkan media digital secara optimal. Metode kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan (survei kebutuhan dan penyusunan rencana), pelaksanaan (pemaparan materi, praktik, simulasi, dan diskusi), serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, dan monitoring peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test 81,3 dibandingkan 45,8 pada pre-test, serta kemampuan peserta menerapkan elemen brand identity secara lebih konsisten dalam konten pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada meningkatnya daya saing, perluasan potensi pasar, dan penguatan ekonomi kreatif UMKM Batik Kreasi Nila. Dengan demikian, pelatihan brand identity terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk mendorong kemandirian dan keberlanjutan UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Ibadah sholat adalah salah satu cara untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai spiritual kepada anak-anak. Mengajarkan kebiasaan sholat sejak kecil dianggap mampu membentuk sikap positif pada anak, seperti disiplin, bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan hormat kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana ibadah sholat memengaruhi perkembangan akhlak anak melalui tinjauan literatur. Temuan dari peninjauan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa jika kebiasaan sholat dilakukan secara rutin dan dicontoh oleh orang tua serta pendidik, maka hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan akhlak anak. Dengan demikian, sholat tidak hanya merupakan kewajiban dalam beribadah, tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk membentuk karakter dan akhlak yang baik pada anak-anak.

Abstract

Career centers play a vital role in bridging the gap between higher education and the workforce by helping students and alumni access job opportunities and develop relevant skills. At Universitas Darma Persada, the career center faced challenges in disseminating job vacancy information efficiently due to time constraints and limited distribution methods, primarily via Instagram. This study aims to design and develop a web-based job vacancy information system to improve accessibility and communication between job seekers and employers.The uniqueness of this research lies in the development of a role-based job portal system that integrates multiple user roles, namely job seekers (students and alumni), career staff, and employers, into a single digital platform. The objective is to accelerate job vacancy publication, facilitate job applications, and streamline employer access to candidate data.This study adopts the Waterfall methodology, including stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The final system was developed using Visual Studio Code, PHP, MySQL, and other web development tools.The results show that the system successfully reduces delays in job vacancy announcements, expands reach beyond Instagram, and provides a more structured and interactive recruitment process. Employers can post jobs and review CVs, while job seekers can apply directly and track their application status. The system has proven effective in enhancing the career center’s role in graduate employability support.
