Abstract

Online gambling is a gambling game that is widespread among all levels of society. In this research, the impact that occurs due to husbands who are online gambling addicts leads to divorce. This case was determined by the Stabat Religious Court with case number 1519/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Stb. There are two points that are the main focus of this issue, with the aim of finding out the impact of online gambling on the divorce rate in Langkat district and then the decision of the Stabat Religious Court regarding divorce due to online gambling. This study uses a qualitative method. Data analysis using descriptive methods. This type of research is research using a normative legal approach method that examines literature studies, namely research on secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the wife's petition for divorce was granted by the panel of judges at the Stabat Religious Court and charged all court costs to the Petitioner.

Abstract

The guardian of the lineage is a role that must be present in a marriage to act as a marriage guardian in marrying off one's daughter. This research discusses marriage annulment due to the marriage guardian not being the biological father with the aim and purpose of this research being to find out about legal tolerance in decisions from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian law, and to explain the position of the guardian in the Marriage Law. In this research the author uses normative research which is qualitative in nature, namely research which is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis whose objects are legal principles, laws, rules, court decisions and doctrine. As well as using a research approach with library research (Library) and field research with data collection techniques. This research concludes that a marriage is invalid if it is carried out by someone who is not a guardian of the lineage or a guardian judge if there is a guardian of the lineage. So if that happens the marriage will be canceled. In the view of Islamic law, canceling a marriage is fasakh, which means broken. The marriage was damaged because of a defect in the marriage process. In Decision Number 1784/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Mdn, it was found that the plaintiff's marriage guardian was his adoptive father, which in Islamic law states that the person who has the right to be the marriage guardian is the nasab guardian. His adoptive father admitted to the KUA that it was true that he was the biological father of the plaintiff and that he did not know the law that if a marriage is not with the guardian of one's lineage, the marriage is annulled because there is a legal defect in it. The judge's decision in this case was correct, because the defendants consisted of the husband, the chairman of the KUA, and witnesses to all the truth that happened. As stated in Article 1925 of the Civil Code: "A confession given before a judge is perfect evidence against the person who gave it, either personally or through someone who is given special authority for that purpose."

Abstract

The objects of this community service activity are children at Surau Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Kuala Lumpur. The aim of carrying out this activity is to increase children's enthusiasm for learning through interactive activities, instilling positive attitudes from an early age. Activities carried out for the children of Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Surau Kuala Lumpur include interactive game activities, quizzes, teaching and tutoring for children. The children of Al-Ikhlas Klang Lama Surau Kuala Lumpur are very enthusiastic about attending and taking part in a series of service activities This. The research method used was participatory observation and in-depth interviews with participants in this community service program. The research results show that through interactive activities children experience a significant increase in enthusiasm for learning. The implication of this research is the importance of an interactive approach in delivering educational programs to children to increase their enthusiasm for learning and involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji seberapa baik siswa MTs Negeri Pinrang memperoleh akhlak dan aqidah melalui penggunaan audiovisual. Pemanfaatan audiovisual dalam pengajaran aqidah akhlaq dan keampuhannya dalam pengajaran aqidah ahlaq siswa di MTs Negeri Pinrang menjadi rumusan masalah penelitian ini. Dengan merangsang pikiran dengan suara dan gambar bergerak, serta dengan penyampaian pesan yang mempengaruhi sikap dan perasaan, media audio visual bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kognitif. Mengetahui kegunaan dan keampuhan audiovisual bagi siswa MTs Negeri Pinrang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai unsur prosedur keberhasilan pemanfaatan alat bantu audio visual bersama siswa. Metodologi penelitian adalah kualitatif dan deskriptif. Penelitian lapangan adalah jenis penelitian ini. Data primer, yang berasal dari wawancara langsung dengan pendidik dan siswa, dan data sekunder, yang berasal dari bacaan, jurnal, dan artikel tentang mata pelajaran yang dibahas, merupakan sumber informasi yang digunakan. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Uji prediktabilitas dan uji reliabilitas merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk memverifikasi keaslian data. Berikut temuan penelitian: (1) Penggunaan audiovisual menunjukkan bahwa pengajar telah memasukkan materi audiovisual untuk siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX pada topik Aqidah Akhlak. Pemanfaatan media audiovisual dapat membantu pendidik dalam memberikan informasi terkait Aqidah Akhlak dan menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik.(2).Efektivitas penggunaan audio visual untuk pembelajaran keyakinan moral melalui media audio visual efektif karena pembelajaran disertai dengan audio visual gerak, yaitu dengan menayangkan video/film gerak dengan gambar suara yang ditampilkan oleh guru keyakinan moral. Beberapa siswa dan siswi mudah memahami materi pelajaran yang disampaikan dan dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, suasana kelas menjadi hidup dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai nilai yang sangat baik. Sementara itu, masih terdapat siswa yang kurang memahami materi yang diberikan gurunya ketika menggunakan audio visual dalam pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali urgensi komunikasi Islami dalam pembinaan akhlak dan menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para penyuluh agama Islam dalam pelaksanaan tugas tersebut di Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh agama Islam berperan sebagai fasilitator dan mediator yang memberikan pemahaman dan panduan agama secara tepat dan relevan.Namun, para penyuluh agama Islam di Kota Lhokseumawe juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang menghambat upaya pembinaan akhlak. Tantangan tersebut meliputi perubahan sosial dan budaya yang cepat, peran media sosial dalam menyebarkan informasi yang beragam, serta kurangnya pemahaman dan keterlibatan masyarakat terhadap ajaran agama. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ini, strategi komunikasi Islami yang efektif menjadi krusial untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam pembinaan akhlak. Kesimpulannya, urgensi komunikasi Islami dalam pembinaan akhlak di Kota Lhokseumawe sangat penting untuk membentuk masyarakat yang bermoral dan beretika. Meskipun penyuluh agama Islam menghadapi berbagai tantangan, upaya mereka dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan agama melalui strategi komunikasi yang tepat dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk masyarakat yang lebih sadar moral dan etika berdasarkan nilai-nilai agama. Sebagai kontribusi terhadap perbaikan sosial, peran penyuluh agama dan komunikasi Islami harus terus diperkuat dan didukung oleh semua pihak terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between culture and Islamic education in the development of Malay culture in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. And the research was carried out in August 2022. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The technique used in sampling namelyStratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a non-test, namely a questionnaire or questionnaire. While the correlation technique used isproduct moment. The results showed that the results of the correlation test withproduct moment shows that the value of r count is 0.71. Based on the data interpretation table for the r value, the number 0.71 is between 0.70 and 0.90. So it can be concluded that there is a strong or significant relationship between culture and Islamic education. accept or in other words there is a correlation between Culture and Islamic education. whether there is a significant relationship between the two variables. To prove this, the authors conducted a study on the title which was conducted by 151 people. Due to the large population, the researchers determined the sample based on the opinion that "if the subject number is more than one hundred people, the equivalent of 10% -15% or 20% -25% of the total population can be taken.. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulation to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the Relationship between Culture and Islamic Education in the Development of Malay Culture in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency is showing a very high correlation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pemikiran Muhammad Natsir tentang pembaruan pendidikan di pesantren Al fatah tanjung Pura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach) dengan pendekatan pendekatan filosofis. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Muhammad Natsir mengemukakan pemikirannya tentang pembaruan pendidikan Islam, yaitu Pertama, peran dan fungsi pendidikan Islam yang pada intinya memberi perhatian lebih pada aspek afektif peserta didik serta menjauhkan setiap hal yang dapat menghambat potensi yang dimilikinya, Kedua, Integrasi ilmu umum dengan ilmu pendidikan agama Islam dalam satu kurikulum, Ketiga, Tauhid sebagai landasan pendidikan Islam serta mewujudkan manusia yang mengabdi kepada Allah swt. sebagai tujuan pendidikan Islam, 4) Pendidikan kepemimpinan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Adapun implementasi pemikiran Muhammad Natsir tentang integrasi ilmu umum dengan ilmu agama Islam dalam satu kurikulum telah berjalan dengan baik. Indikatornya adalah dalam penyusunan kurikulum, pesantren Al fatah tanjung Pura menggunakan tiga kurikulum yang disatukan, dari tiga kurikulum tersebut terdapat mata pelajaran umum serta mata pelajaran agama Islam seperti tahfidz dan mentoring.

Abstract

The Existence of the Bissu Community in Bugis Society with a Case Study in Segeri District, Pangkep Regency. Bissu is a community. Bissu are considered priests who are biologically a mixture of men and women, whose gender is considered to consist of a mixture of men and women in Bugis tribal society. This research basically aims to describe and analyze the existence or whereabouts of the Bissu community in Segeri District and the role of this community in society in Segeri District, Pangkep Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research are initial observation, interviews with informants and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques in this research use analysis such as data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the existence of the Bissu community in society in Segeri District cannot be separated from their social role as a Bissu community in society, which is the reason they still survive. The large role of the government and the surrounding community in supporting ritual activities such as traditional ceremonies and traditions of the Bissu community which are currently still being carried out. The Bissu community plays a large role in society, for example as holders of customs and rituals, as well as custodians of Arajang. Bissu also plays the role of Indo Botting (Bridal Makeup Artist), also in wedding celebration activities, and also as Sandro who can cure all illnesses by praying.

Abstract

Exercise has been known as an effective means of improving an individual's physical and psychological health. Nevertheless, the role of exercise in the development of kinesthetic intelligence, that is, the ability to integrate the mind and body to achieve precise and skilled movements, is often underpaid. This article reviews how exercise not only improves physical fitness but also improves motor coordination and kinesthetic awareness of a person. In addition, this article also examines the challenges faced in promoting an active lifestyle in rural settings, such as limited access to sports facilities and lack of awareness of the benefits of exercise for personal and social development. Suggested solutions include improving sports infrastructure, integrating technology in physical activities, and a more holistic approach to education. By combining empirical evidence and practical approaches, this article offers in-depth insights into how sport can be an effective tool to optimize individual kinesthetic intelligence, build healthy communities, and promote social inclusion and equality in access to sporting opportunities. The study focuses on Tapen Village, in Banjarnegara Regency, as a case study to explore the positive impact of participation in sport on the development of kinesthetic intelligence in rural communities. Through an interdisciplinary approach involving education, public health, and social activities, this article highlights local initiatives such as sports tournaments and community fitness programs that have successfully increased community participation in physical activity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital media in improving students' learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Awang-Awang, Pinrang Regency. The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles comprising the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Digital media such as animated videos and interactive quizzes were utilized during the learning process. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' average scores, from 73.75 in the first cycle to 88.12 in the second cycle. These findings confirm that digital media not only enhance comprehension but also increase students' interest and active engagement in learning. However, the study highlights certain limitations, including a lack of in-depth discussion on potential challenges, such as limited technological access in certain areas, teacher readiness, and cultural resistance to technology in education. Future research is needed to address these challenges and explore the best methods for integrating digital technology into the curriculum.
