Abstract

The development of education in the global era requires learning approaches that emphasize not only rote memorization but also conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities. The concept of deep learning in education emerged as a response to this need. David Ausubel’s meaningful learning theory is highly relevant in addressing these challenges, as it emphasizes the importance of linking new knowledge with the learner’s existing cognitive structure. This article aims to analyze the relationship between deep learning and Ausubel’s theory through a literature review of various national and international studies. The findings show that deep learning can be optimized through the implementation of advance organizers, activation of prior knowledge, and progressive differentiation. Therefore, Ausubel’s theory provides a philosophical and methodological foundation for developing meaningful learning practices in schools and universities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. This research testing uses quantitative methods. The validity test results of all question items are valid because the value of rcount > rtable. The reliability test results of all question items are reliable because the Cronbach Alpha value is> 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test all variables meet the classical assumption criteria. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this research obtained b1 = 0.133 which shows the positive influence of the Service Quality variable (X1) on customer loyalty (Y). Meanwhile b2 = 0.182 shows the positive influence of CRM variables (X2) on Customer Loyalty (Y). Lastly, b3 = 0.252 shows the positive influence of the Brand Image variable (X3) on Customer Loyalty (Y).To test the hypothesis, there is a partially significant influence between Service Quality (X1) on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (3.978 > 1.983). CRM (X2) has a partially significant effect on Customer loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (2.164 > 1.983). Brand Image (X3) has a partially significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (2.335 > 1.986). Customer Satisfaction (Z) mediates the influence of Service Quality (X1) on Customer Loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (14.734 > 1.983). Customer Satisfaction (Z) mediates the influence between CRM (X2) on Customer loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (10.335>1.983). Customer Satisfaction (Z) mediates the influence of Brand Image (X3) on Customer Loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (10.258 > 1.983). Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a partially significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) with a value of tcount > ttable (3.513 > 1.983).

Abstract

The aim of this writing is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class VIII H students at SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya through the Discovery Learning Model assisted by the interactive website, Nearpod. This research was carried out using the collaborative classroom action research (PTK) method with each cycle consisting of four stages, namely Design, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The results show that the cognitive learning output of students in cycle 1 with an average completeness of 61.76% with sufficient criteria. Meanwhile, in cycle 2, students' learning outcomes had an average completeness of 85.29% with good criteria. So it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model with the help of the interactive website Nearpod can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII H students at SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya.

Abstract

Human trafficking is a serious crime that involves the exploitation of individuals The threat of imprisonment is a dominant feature of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Although imprisonment is a common punishment in most countries, its effectiveness has been a topic of debate for centuries. Therefore, it is imperative to identify alternative forms of custodial punishment to mitigate the negative consequences of imprisonment. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a comprehensive overview of the current issues based on existing evidence. The results of this research revealed several key insights. The fundamental purpose of criminal supervision in the Indonesian criminal justice system is to protect the public from criminal acts in accordance with the principles of criminal law. The Draft National Criminal Code explains that supervision punishment is an alternative to imprisonment. Supervision punishment is an alternative form of punishment with the provision that the punishment imposed will not be implemented if the conditions are met, with a maximum probation period of three years. It is evident that conditional punishment as an alternative to deprivation of liberty punishment in the existing Criminal Code is inadequate in protecting individuals and criminal offenders. Therefore, the National Criminal Code must evolve to include alternative formulations, such as supervision punishment (probation), which has been successfully developed and implemented in various countries around the world. The fundamental purpose of supervision punishment is to replace deprivation of liberty/imprisonment, an approach that has resulted in poor outcomes for both the convicted person and society at large. Therefore, supervision punishment should be included as the main type of punishment in the upcoming National Criminal Code, serving as an effective and humane alternative to deprivation of liberty.

Abstract

The use of learning methods used today is still an obstacle, causing various impacts. Often found is that the material presented uses a simple method in the form of lectures plus teaching materials in the form of printed books or LKS only. Research method with qualitative field. The objectives of this study. 1) To find out the concept of edutainment methods and the spirit of learning. 2) The application of edutainment learning methods in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in SKI subjects. 3) To find out the analysis of the factors of edutainment learning methods in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in SKI subjects. The findings show that: 1) The concept of edutainment is a step to unify the way of teaching and learning in a classroom that has a conducive and pleasant atmosphere and the spirit of learning refers to emotions and behavior to achieve learning goals and leads to passion in a learner who shows a form of seriousness and earnestness in learning. 2) The application of edutainment methods in increasing the spirit of learning in SKI subjects is based on the decline in enthusiasm for learning due to boredom and boredom. 3) Analysis of the factors of the edutainment method in increasing the enthusiasm of students learning SKI subjects examines in terms of factors in the individual himself and the beginning of educators in teaching who use simple methods.

Abstract

For pupils, education is a lifelong process that ends when they develop into adults. Arabic language classes, which cover hearing, speaking, reading, and writing, are offered at religious education institutions ranging from elementary schools to universities. For pupils in class 2 of the PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah junior high school Tahfidz program, Kalibeber Wonosobo, the author restricts the issue of adopting and refining maharah kitabah learning utilizing the Imla' technique with the book Hayya Nata'allamu imla'. Unlike trials where the researcher is the primary instrument, this research uses it to investigate the circumstances of natural objects. Two methodologies were used in the research: experiments using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Abstract

Zaman yang sudah sangat modern ini, pendidikan Islam sudah jarang di terapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terlebih ibroh dari kisah nabi. Karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang sejarah Islam yang terjadi di masa lampau dan berkurang nya individu yang menjadikan nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai tauladan di kehidupan selanjutnya nya. Pendidikan Islam pada dasarnya juga bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manusia untuk memenuhi tujuan hidup mereka sebagai hamba Allah dan khalifah Allah sebaik mungkin. Potensi yang diinginkan meliputi potensi jasmaniah dan rohaniah, seperti potensi akal, perasaan, kehendak, dan lainnya., dari uraian tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai Makna Pendidikan Islam Dalam Sejarah Hijrah Mekah ke Madinah Nabi Muhammad Dalam Buku Kelengkapan Tarikh Nabi Muhammad Saw Jilid 1. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui konsep pendidkan Islam dan sejarah hijrah dari Mekah ke Madinah Nabi Muhammad Saw; 2) untuk mengetahui makna Pendidikan Islam dalam sejarah hijrah dari Mekah ke Madinah Nabi Muhammad Saw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana jenis penelitiannya bersifat library research. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Katonsari Kabupaten Demak, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada warganya. Saat ini, pelayanan publik masih dilakukan secara manual yang mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dan ketidakefisienan dalam pelayanan. Selain itu, sumber daya manusia di Desa Katonsari masih belum memiliki keterampilan teknologi informasi, sehingga perlu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian Universtas Muhammadiyah Semarang memberikan solusi dalam bentuk "Smart Village Application" untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik pemerintah Desa Katonsari. Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan desa dengan pendekatan wawancara, perancangan sistem smart village application, pelatihan penggunaan sistem, dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja dan keefektifan sistem. Sasaran kegiatan ditujukan kepada perangkat desa dan beberapa warga Desa Katonsari sejumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, peserta kegiatan terlihat antusian dan puas terhadap program yang dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada hasil survei kepuasan yang Tim pengabdian lakukan setelah selesai kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi kajian hermeneutika Milk al-Yamīn ditinjau dalam sudut pandang islam dan pemikirian syahrur dapat disimpulkan bahwa Milk al-Yamīn menurut islam terdiri dari dua konsepsi dasar antara lain; Pertama. Milk al-Yamīn sebagai Budak Seksual; Kedua, Milk al-Yamīn sebagai Istri. Ketiga, Sedangkan menurut syahrur penyamaan istilah “milk al-yamīn” dengan “ar-riq” oleh sejumlah mufasir di masa klasik disebabkan oleh konteks masa itu adalah masa di mana sistem perbudakan menjadi bagian dari konvensi internasional. Sementara konvensi internasional di masa sekarang telah dengan tegas melarang adanya perbudakan. Oleh karena itu, Syahrūr mengatakan term (milk al-yamīn), meskipun terulang sebanyak 15 kali dalam at-Tanzīl. Namun ia melihat syarat-syarat sahnya perkawinan misyār (zawāj al-misyār) adalah bukan seperti syarat-syarat perkawinan resmi pada umumnya, karena tujuannya bukanlah menjalin hubungan kekeluargaan, meneruskan keturunan dan membina keluarga, tetapi murni hubungan seksual, dan ia tidak termasuk kategori perkawinan resmi meskipun pada saat yang sama ia tidak haram. Bagi Syahrūr, hal itu adalah salah satu kasus milk al-yamīn kontemporer, dan ia menyebutnya dengan ‘aqd ihşān sebagai ganti dari istilah “perjanjian perkawinan misyār” atau perkawinan mut’ah (zawāj al-mut‘ah).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the management of teacher performance management in schools that implement the Semester Credit System (SKS). This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design, using in-depth interviews, observation, and study of documents in collecting data. Data analysis was carried out in stages. The results showed that teacher performance planning in schools that manage the SKS program includes planning for the needs of the SKS program (needs for materials, facilities, infrastructure, and program facilities as well as the program implementing team), learning planning in the SKS program, planning for placement in the SKS class, planning for mentoring and academic guidance, training planning, capacity building, and budget planning for the SKS program. Second, the implementation of teacher performance is carried out by (a) preparing the needs of the SKS program by forming a team for developing the SKS program curriculum and making SKS program guidelines. The team is chaired by the principal, the waka of the curriculum as program coordinator, and teachers as team members. The team is tasked with preparing program guides, providing academic advisors, creating curriculum structures, determining learning loads, and recommending the number of credits to students. (b) academic tests, psychology, grades V and VI report cards, UN scores for consideration. Placing students in the SKS class in the first semester and determining the SKS program students in the second semester. Provide KRS. (c) Provide academic services in the form of academic guidance, teachers become academic advisors, provide study plan cards (KRS), help students determine credits, make learning tools, analyze student development, and socialize the development of student learning outcomes. (d) making lesson plans, making other teaching tools through the MGMP forum, preparing teaching materials, teaching processes, and teaching assessments. Third, teacher performance evaluation is carried out by the principal on an ongoing basis. Evaluation is carried out through meetings (meetings), briefings, and supervision. Supervision using a format that already exists and is available at school.
