Abstract

Surabaya memiliki peminat Seni Rupa Kontemporer yang cukup banyak sehingga terdapat beberapa seniman dan komunitas, serta jurusan seni rupa di perguruan tinggi Surabaya. Hal tersebut memunculkan beberapa galeri seni di Surabaya, namun dari segi kapasitas hingga fasilitas kurang memadai, baik dari galeri khusus maupun umum untuk menampung hasil karya para komunitas maupun seniman. Selain itu, masih terdapat beberapa galeri seni yang masih dilaksanakan di fasilitas umum seperti mall maupun menyewa ruko. Oleh karena itu, dari permasalahan diatas diperlukannya perencanaan dan perancangan Galeri Seni Rupa Kontemporer di Kota Surabaya dengan tema Arsitektur Kontemporer. Metode pendekatan desain pada tema Arsitektur Kontemporer menggunakan teori dari Egon Schimbeck, yang memunculkan beberapa ciri-ciri dari arsitektur kontemporer yang diaplikasikan pada konsep mikro pada Bentuk. Dengan menggunakan metode jenis kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis terkait dengan judul dan tema melalui Observasi, Dokumentasi, Kuisioner, dan Kepustakaan. Studi banding yang diakukan antara lain di Galeri Prabangkara, Vinautism Art Gallery, Galeri Nasional Indonesia, Selasar Sunaryo Art Space, and the Chinese Tujia Pan-Museum Complex. Konsep Mikro Bentuk “Ekspresif” yang ditinjau dari permasalahan galeri seni pada study objek lapangan dan literatur memiliki bentuk yang kurang mencerminkan galeri seni serta monoton. Dengan adanya Perencanaan dan Perancangan Galeri Seni Rupa Kontemporer menggunakan tema Arsitektur Kontemporer, diharapkan dapat mencerminkan Galeri Seni Rupa Kontemporer itu sendiri.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDa'wah through the example of stories has now become one of the da'wah that can be considered effective for da'wah partners. So, this article was written to analyze the bil-qashas da'wah approach and analyze the da'wah methods found in the book The Untold Islamic History 2 by Edgar Hamas. The type used in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by presenting data analysis in the form of sentences. The data used in this research is in the form of books, journals, and writings that support the research. The results of the study answered that the da'wah method in the book The Untold Islamic History 2 by Edgar Hamas uses the bil-qashas da'wah approach, namely conveying da'wah messages through inspiring stories of Muslim figures by the da'wah method based on the Al-Qur'an, conveying stories in a wise manner (hikmah), mau'izhah hasanah (good teaching), and mujadalah(debating) in a good way.

Abstract

Background: This time, laptops are an essential piece of technology because these instruments can be used for various tasks, including work, play, and education.Objective: This research aims to develop a decision support system using the MAUT method for selecting gaming laptops.Methods: The method used in this research is MAUT which is applied to the selection of gaming laptops.Result: Based on calculations that have been carried out using the MAUT method, it is found that the MSI Cyborg Katana laptop (B13VGK) is the first ranked gaming laptop with a utility value of 0.7035.Conclusion: The implementation of MAUT for gaming laptop selection is proven to be applicable.

Abstract

Background: The national health insurance system which implements a tiered referral system requires BPJS participants to visit the community health center as a First Level Health Facility (FKTP) before seeking treatment at an Advanced Level Health Facility (FKTl). Research Objective: To determine the availability and distribution of Jambi City Advanced Level (FKTL) facilities. Research method: Quantitative with an exploratory descriptive design. Research results: Show that all sub-districts in Jambi City have been reached by FKTL, Putri Ayu Community Health Center made the most referrals to FKTL at 5,927 due to being close to several FKTL, while the FKTL with the highest referrals was DKT Jambi Hospital, namely around 65,375. The most common illnesses referred to FKTL are hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, stroke and kidney failure. Raden Mattaher Regional Hospital is a hospital that receives many referrals for this disease, one of the reasons is because it has the largest number of specialist doctors in Jambi City. Conclusion: The distribution of Jambi City Hospitals is quite even, the number of FKTL referrals can be influenced by the distance or distribution of health centers close to the FKTL and the availability or ability of medical personnel to treat referral diseases.

Abstract

Hukum adat dan hukum Islam saling berinteraksi dalam membentuk norma dan nilai sosial di masyarakat, terutama dalam aspek pernikahan, warisan, dan penyelesaian sengketa. Hukum adat mengatur proses pernikahan, sementara hukum Islam memberikan pedoman syarat dan rukun yang harus dipenuhi. Dalam penyelesaian sengketa, keduanya mendorong mediasi dan musyawarah, menciptakan mekanisme yang diterima masyarakat. Hukum Islam di Indonesia telah beradaptasi dengan budaya lokal, seperti terlihat dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) yang mengintegrasikan elemen hukum adat. Masjid Raya Pekanbaru, sebagai warisan sejarah, berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah dan pusat budaya, mencerminkan identitas masyarakat Pekanbaru dengan arsitektur yang menggabungkan unsur Melayu dan Timur Tengah. Namun, revitalisasi pada 2009 mengakibatkan hilangnya keaslian bangunannya. Customary law and Islamic law interact closely in shaping social norms and values within society, particularly in areas such as marriage, inheritance, and dispute resolution. Customary law governs the ceremonial processes of marriage, while Islamic law provides guidelines for the essential conditions and legal requirements. In resolving disputes, both systems emphasize mediation and deliberation, fostering mechanisms that are widely accepted by the community. Islamic law in Indonesia has adapted to local cultures, as reflected in the Compilation of Islamic Law (Kompilasi Hukum Islam or KHI), which integrates elements of customary law. The Great Mosque of Pekanbaru, a historical landmark, functions as both a place of worship and a cultural center, representing the identity of the Pekanbaru community through its blend of Malay and Middle Eastern architectural styles. However, a revitalization project in 2009 led to a loss of authenticity in the structure.

Abstract

Many factors cause a person to decide to become a convert (muallaf). In the case of converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency, they still have problems and various problems in living their new faith. The Peduli Muallaf Karo Community is one of the social communities fostering converts in the Karo District. Of course, an effective communication strategy is needed to overcome the various problems experienced by converts when practising the religion they have just believed in, especially in terms of coaching. This study aims to analyze the role of Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, coaching programs, communication strategies used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, and the motivation and effectiveness of converting converts conducted by the Ka Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was observation/field study, interviews, and data analysis through documentation supported by theories from literature studies. The informants in this study were the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community managers, namely the head of Leaders, DPC administrators, and the converts coaches. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in fostering converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency is relevant to the communication strategy put forward by R. Wayne Peace et al., namely: First, To secure understanding, in this case, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community uses a local language approach to create mutual understanding and mutual understanding between mentors and converts. Second, To establish acceptance, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing methods. Third, To motivate action, namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community held a special contest for converts as material for evaluating the preacher's performance as well as motivation for converts to continue studying Islam seriously. Namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing. Abstract

Workshop penggunaan media sosial bagi siswa SMPN 1 Siman bertujuan meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan e-commerce. Diikuti 150 siswa kelas 8 dan 9, kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan pembuatan akun bisnis di Instagram dan TikTok serta pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan Canva. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan hingga 32%. Sebanyak 90% siswa berhasil mempublikasikan konten yang menarik audiens. Perubahan penggunaan media sosial dari hiburan menjadi sarana produktif menandai dampak positif kegiatan ini. Program ini efektif menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan serta pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

Nowadays, a gas stove is a basic need in every household because it is Government’s Program to convert conventional stove to be gas stove. LPG Gas and its holder are inseparably parts when using gas stove. Even using stove gas has been a compulsion for society for the last many years, however, spark, explosion and fire still happens that are caused by using a gas stove/holder. These circumstances create worry for its users. Therefore, students from the University of Riau under Community Service Program perform training to help the community not be afraid/worry when using stove gas in Sukadamai Village from Bangsal Aceh County in Dumai City – Riau Province. Aim of this service is to educate people in using LPG gas stove or holder and the way to handle the leakage of its LPG gas holder in the right way to overcome any danger if it happens in Sukadamai Village from Bangsal Aceh County. The results of this training show that communities are braver to use gas stoves because at this time they understand how to use the gas stove in the right way and how to handle any danger that could happen. By this training, hopefully people in Sukadamai Village from Bangsal Aceh County are not afraid/worried anymore when using LPG gas stove/holder.

Abstract

Cost overrun is a phenomenon that often occurs in the construction of a construction project. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main factors causing cost overrun in project XYZ based on the results of sensitivity analysis to the variables that form RAP. The results show that the cost element of subcontractors has a very large effect on the total RAP of the subcontractor, and the most dominant work affecting is steel work and panel sandwich work. The RAP weight of the work that affects the RAP is between 22.84% and 43.39%, followed by panel sandwich works and bridge steel work. It is recommended that PT X evaluate the performance of each related bureau, especially the estimating and engineering bureaus, in calculating RAP analysis and considering potential long-term risks.

Abstract

PT Garuda Indonesia, as one of the national airlines, faces significant challenges in maintaining team performance and productivity. The main problem lies in the weak and inconsistent implementation of organizational culture aligned with corporate governance principles. This issue leads to decreased work motivation, reduced communication effectiveness, and misalignment between company values and employee behavior, resulting in suboptimal team productivity and overall operational performance.This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on team productivity and provide strategic solutions for PT Garuda Indonesia to improve performance effectiveness through the implementation of a corporate governance-based organizational culture.This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were collected through a comprehensive analysis of various secondary sources, including scientific articles, books, company reports, policy documents, and media publications relevant to organizational culture and productivity in the aviation sector. The analysis technique involved comparing empirical findings and theoretical perspectives to identify the relationship between organizational culture implementation, corporate governance, and team productivity.The findings indicate that a weak organizational culture can hinder teamwork and productivity. Conversely, a strong, disciplined organizational culture based on Good Corporate Governance values can enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and individual accountability within teams. Corporate transparency and strict enforcement of ethical standards also play an essential role in strengthening a sustainable organizational culture at PT Garuda Indonesia.
