Abstract

Penyakit berbasis lingkungan masih merupakan penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia diantaranya Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA). ISPA merupakan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan akut yang menyerang salah satu bagian atau lebih dari saluran pernapasan mulai dari hidung hingga kantong paru (alveoli) termasuk jaringan adneksanya seperti sinus, rongga telinga tengah dan pleura. Tingginya kasus ISPA dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya yaitu faktor Lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kualitas lingkungan terkait kejadian ISPA di Kelurahan Simbang Kulon Kecamatan Buaran Kabupaten Pekalongan.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 303 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel  “Simple Random Sampling”. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder dengan cara melihat dokumen Puskesmas Buaran dan dokumen Kelurahan Simbang Kulon. Pengolahan data melalui editing, coding, skoring, entry data, tabulating. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat yaitu  mendiskripsikan setiap variabel penelitian dengan cara membuat tabel distribusi  frekuensi.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 303 responden yang di ambil secara acak (Simple Random Sampling) di Kelurahan Simbang Kulon Kecamatan Buaran Kabupaten Pekalongan ditemukan kasus ISPA sebanyak 25 kasus (8,3%). Kejadian ISPA lebih banyak terjadi pada rumah yang memiliki langit-langit dalam kondisi kotor dan sulit dibersihkan, dinding semi permanen / setengah tembok / pasangan bata atau batu yang tidak diplaster, lantai plester yang retak dan berdebu, tidak memiliki jendela kamar tidur, tidak memiliki jendela ruang keluarga, ventilasi yang tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu < 10% luas lantai, lubang asap dapur  dengan luas <10% luas dapur, sarana pembuangan air limbah yang disalurkan ke selokan terbuka, sarana pembuangan sampah kedap air dan tidak tertutup,  anggota keluarganya merokok di dalam rumah, dan memakai obat nyamuk bakar.Saran: Bagi Masyarakat; agar menjaga kebersihan langit-langit, lantai dan dinding rumah., memperluas ventilasi untuk memperlancar sirkulasi udara di dalam rumah, Tidak membakar sampah di sekitas lingkungan perumahan, tidak merokok di dalam rumah, mengurangi kebiasaan menggunakan obat nyamuk terutama obat nyamuk bakar, lebih baik menggunakan kelambu untuk menghindari gigitan nyamuk. Bagi Instansi Kesehatan Terkait; Melakukan kegiatan KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi) kepada masyarakat tentang kesehatan lingkungan khususnya rumah sehat, Melakukan pemantauan rutin terhadap kualitas lingkungan di sekitar perumahan warga agat tidak menjadi faktor resiko terjadinya penyakit berbasis lingkungan khususnya ISPA. Keywords: Kualitas Lingkungan, ISPA

Abstract

This research aims to examine Self-Submission as a Preventive of Radicalism in Realizing Cross-Cultural Harmonization. Tawakal is a work of the heart, spiritual work, a worship whose meaning is very difficult, but needs to be implemented in reality. Tawakal must be linked to the law of cause and effect, so that tawakal is no longer defined as being silent without any activity. Tawakal will encourage a person to have a sense of optimism and courage in facing all life's problems. All of these values ​​exist in the religions of Islam, Christianity (Protestant and Catholic), Hinduism and Buddhism. The equal value of surrendering oneself to God is manifested in worship activities both individually and in congregation. In all religions there is a value of servitude which includes the value of surrender.

Abstract

Islam is a teaching that reliably shows the meaning of harmony and harmony. The Qur’an is also believed to include this word as al-Salam (a term for Allah the Most Calm), muslim (a person who seeks a peaceful life), silm (harmony itself), Islam (a term for the religion sent by the Prophets). Off lifting Allah’s expression), so that humans live in harmony with themselves, their families, social networks, the grave, until they enter heaven “dār al-salam”. The word welcoming comes from Arabic which means harmony, peace and is used mainly as an explanation of respect. It conveys the meaning of a sense of security, but contains the essence of being free from all dependence and tension, so that life feels calm, serene and safe. Greetings are one of the opening expressions in communication. How can communication run smoothly, let alone build harmony between religious communities, if greetings as a means of greeting non-Muslims are prohibited? The East Java MUI’s appeal, which was addressed specifically to officials not to say interfaith greetings at official events, has become controversial and polemic. In many circles. Abstract

Leader Justice refers to the principles and practices of justice implemented by a leader in carrying out their responsibilities. It encompasses various aspects, including fairness in decision-making, treatment of subordinates, allocation of resources, and organizational policies. A leader who practices justice is considered fair, transparent, and treats all members equally. This research proposes a comprehensive analysis of leader justice by focusing on the quality of hadith, the concept, and its implementation in the context of modern leadership. The study aims to understand how Islamic teachings, particularly those found in hadith, shape the concept of leader justice and how this concept can be effectively implemented in the context of modern leadership. The research methodology includes a review of relevant literature on hadith, justice theories, and modern leadership. The findings of this research are expected to provide profound insights into how the values of justice in Islamic teachings can serve as relevant guidance for modern leaders in carrying out their duties fairly and ethically. This research is anticipated to make a positive contribution to our understanding of the connection between religious teachings, justice, and leadership in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Religious education received from an early age will have an influence on the child's subsequent religious development. The aim of this research is to determine the curriculum and implementation of PAI in PAUD and SD. This panel research is qualitative research using the library research method. The results obtained from this research are that the PAI PAUD Curriculum seeks to develop children's religious and spiritual potential, including an introduction to Allah through His nature and creation, Kalimah Tayyibah which reflects everyday Islamic values such as alhamdulillah and astaghfirullah and an introduction to the fifth pillar of Islam. This competency is described in a number of learning outcome indicators covering faith, morals and worship. The implementation of Islamic religious and moral values in students tends to lead to habits in daily behavior at school. The application of Islamic religious education in PAUD can also be carried out by teaching children morals, praying fardhu prayers properly and correctly, training children to learn the Koran with Iqro. The PAI curriculum content in elementary schools has 5 scopes of material contained in PAI subjects for grades I to VI, with the distribution as follows; Koran, 11 KD; Aqidah, 17 KD; Morals 25 KD, Fiqh, 12 KD; and History of Islamic Civilization (SPI), namely 33 KD. Implementation of the PAI curriculum includes planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Background: Menstrual pain is pain felt in the lower abdomen during menstruation. This pain can be cramped and last for a long time, interfering with everyday activities. Treatment in adolescents given during menstrual pain can be pharmacological or non-pharmacological. One of the non-pharmacological treatments commonly used is the Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) corset therapy using electrical currents through the skin that serves to lower the scale of menstrual pain. This study aimed to find out the impact of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation Corset Therapy on Menstrual Pain in Teenagers. Methods: This research was a quantitative research using experimental Quasi Two Group Pre-Posttest design. This study conducted toward adolescents in Bandung District area, West Java with a sample of 50 respondents, the girls were divided into two groups namely intervention and control groups with 25 respondents for easy group. The intervention was carried out for 3 days with 15 minutes of therapy a day. Sampling techniques used a purposive sampling and for data compilation used the questionnaires and a checklists characteristic menstrual pain form. Results: The age of respondents were <17 years old (38%) and >17 years old (62%), they were in Senior High School (84%) and in Junior High School (16%), age of menarche <12 years old (42%) and >12 years old (58%). The Bivariat analysis on Impact of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation Corset Intervention Therapy toward Menstrual Pain in Adolescents using the Wilcoxon test showed  p value 0.000 (significance < 0.05), and the Mann-Withney test with p value 0.000 (< 0.05) which means there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group, and also ANCOVA test results showed p value 0.000. Conclusion: The conclusion of the study showed that there was an effect  of the Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation Corset therapy intervention toward Menstrual Pain in adolescents. It could be reduce level menstrual pain,

Abstract

Islamic Education Management (IEM) involves the planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation of concepts or theories implemented to enhance the quality of Islamic educational institutions. Several Islamic educational institutions face various challenges in managing their education, including but not limited to limited resources, technological changes, and shifts in labor market demands. Therefore, an innovative and quality-oriented management approach is required to improve the effectiveness and relevance of Islamic education in coping with the dynamics of the time. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing existing theories and research findings. This research is initiated with the aim of investigating and analyzing various management approaches that can be used to improve the quality of education in Islamic institutions. It is expected that with this method, research findings can enhance understanding related to Islamic education management. In conlcucion, Islamic Education Management (IEM) plays a pivotal role in addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions. Strategic management emerges as a crucial aspect, involving planning, implementation, and evaluation. Through strategic planning, Islamic educational institutions can set a vision, mission, and goals that align with Islamic values, fostering the development of a strong foundation for IEI. Implementation ensures that these strategies are effectively put into practice, and continuous evaluation guarantees that they contribute positively to the enhancement of Islamic education quality.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter moderasi beragama peserta didik melalui proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengulas tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penguatan moderasi beragama melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di kelas IV Mis Madinatussalam. Untuk memahami dan meningkatkan hasil yang dicapai, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta menjamin keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berhasil memahamkan peserta didik kelas IV tentang penguatan moderasi beragama, yang dirancang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang digunakan di kelas IV. (2) Dengan memasukkan berbagai nilai moderat ke dalam pembelajaran PKn, kurikulum Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di kelas IV dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) atau modul pengajaran. (3) Sejumlah faktor antara lain lingkungan, integrasi mata kuliah PKn dengan kajian Aqidah Akhlak dan Al-Quran Hadits, pengenalan budaya, dan penguatan moderasi beragama melalui kompetensi guru, berkontribusi terhadap penguatan pembelajaran PKn. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat dikatakan bahwa konsep diversifikasi moderasi benar-benar didukung oleh realitas multikultural. Namun, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang inklusivitas sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama sebagai bangsa dan negara

Abstract

This paper intends to look at the arrangements related to the provisions in the distribution of inheritance in several Muslim countries and group mandatory wills into clusters. This research uses a literature study (Library Research) that explores data based on pre-existing data with a comparative juridical approach that will be a comparison of laws from one country to another. The findings in this study that there are similarities and differences in the provisions of mandatory wills in various Muslim countries. The similarity can be seen from the clusters formed, namely there are 4 clusters related to the division of the State based on mandatory will regulations. The first cluster is Indonesia and Kuwait, the second cluster is Malaysia, Egypt and Tunisia. While the third cluster is Syria, Jordan, Morocco, and Syria. Then finally the fourth cluster is Pakistan, Turkey, Iraq and Iran. The four clusters have similarities that can be seen through: 1) the Provisions for Mandatory Wills and 2) the amount of inheritance obtained. While the difference lies in several grouping criteria, namely: 1) based on Islamic Law applied by Muslim countries, 2) the category of Mandatory Wills, 3) the Presntase of Mandatory Will Distribution, and 4) the requirements for the validity of determining heirs and the division of inheritance.
