Abstract

This study aims to explain the management strategy for assessing the needs of grade VIII students in planning Islamic group counseling services at SMP IT Cahaya Robbani Kepahiang. The background of this research is based on the importance of structured needs assessment as a basis for designing counseling guidance services that are relevant to student development. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the management of student needs assessment is carried out in a planned manner through three main stages: planning, implementation, and analysis of assessment results. Needs data were obtained through surveys, observations, and interviews, and then used as a basis for designing Islamic value-based group counseling programs. This strategy has proven effective in directing counseling services to align with the real needs of students, while strengthening their involvement and spiritual awareness in dealing with personal and social problems. Research confirms that a good and structured needs assessment is essential in the development of contextual and meaningful Islamic counseling services for students. The recommendation of this study is that schools should continuously integrate needs assessment in counseling guidance programs, improve the competence of BK teachers in an Islamic approach, and develop an Islamic value-based counseling model that is adaptive to the dynamics of student needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam mengembangkan kemampuan self-regulation siswa di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Curup. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan awal bahwa sebagian siswa masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengendalikan emosi, mengatur waktu belajar, dan menunjukkan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas sekolah, meskipun berbagai kegiatan keagamaan telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan rutin seperti salat dhuha dan zuhur berjamaah, tadarus pagi, pembiasaan doa harian, serta budaya 5S. Temuan lainnya mengungkap bahwa nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kesabaran yang ditanamkan melalui pembiasaan keagamaan berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan self-regulation sebagian siswa, terutama dalam hal kontrol emosi, keteraturan belajar, dan sikap sopan santun. Namun, terdapat variasi kemampuan antar siswa, sehingga sebagian masih membutuhkan pendampingan intensif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membentuk regulasi diri siswa, tetapi efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada konsistensi pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, dan kerja sama dengan orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kegiatan Jumat Berkah sebagai upaya menumbuhkan sikap sosial siswa di MIN 4 Rejang Lebong. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kecenderungan menurunnya empati, kepedulian, dan kerja sama di kalangan siswa, sehingga dibutuhkan program pembiasaan yang mampu membentuk karakter sosial secara nyata. Kegiatan Jumat Berkah merupakan program rutin yang dilakukan setiap hari Jumat melalui pengumpulan segenggam beras dari siswa untuk disalurkan kepada anak yatim dan warga yang membutuhkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Jumat Berkah dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dengan keterlibatan aktif guru sebagai pembimbing dan teladan, serta antusiasme tinggi dari siswa. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif menumbuhkan berbagai aspek sikap sosial, seperti empati, kepedulian, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan rasa syukur. Faktor pendukung meliputi budaya religius madrasah, dukungan guru dan orang tua, serta sistem pelaksanaan yang jelas. Adapun hambatan yang ditemukan mencakup kurangnya konsistensi sebagian siswa, keterbatasan waktu, dan kurangnya fasilitas pendukung. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan Jumat Berkah menjadi sarana pembiasaan sosial yang mampu membentuk karakter prososial siswa secara berkelanjutan di MIN 4 Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

The Program for Empowerment and Enhancement by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) significantly supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia by providing Sharia-compliant financing such as murabahah, as well as fostering product development, digital marketing, and managerial skill enhancement. This initiative improves access to capital, enhances competitiveness, and promotes financial inclusion for UMKM, especially in remote areas. The role of Islamic banking product innovation is crucial in increasing UMKM access to funding, with banks acting as financial facilitators aligned with Sharia principles like mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah, which help UMKM obtain capital without interest and through fair systems. The research findings indicate that support through Sharia-based financing mechanisms and digital technology innovations can improve transparency and service accessibility, although challenges such as limited product understanding and administrative barriers still need to be addressed. Bank Syariah Indonesia exemplifies this approach by offering various financing products, training programs, and digital platforms that facilitate UMKM access to capital and markets. These innovations significantly contribute to UMKM empowerment, community welfare, and sustainable national economic growth. The findings demonstrate the potential of these efforts to strengthen financial inclusion and accelerate Sharia-based economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the lives of mountain sand miners as they carry out their duties in factories and domestic areas. This research reads the data with Ralph Linton's thinking, status, and role theory. Data col lection techniques in this research are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that women who work in public areas in mountain sand mining feel that their family's needs are not sufficiently met by relying solely on income from their husbands and single parents, who have to support their families. So this dual role is carried out at the same time and is balanced between the domestic role and the public role. Through Ralph Linton's thinking, status personality is a set of typical personalities that correspond to a person's status in everyday life. The status in question is employment. Women who work in mountain sand mining in Tobimeita Village do not only have typical jobs, but they also have additional status that is appropriate to the situation. In the morning before work, they act as wives and mothers, while when they work, they act as women breadwinners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of lifestyle, café atmosphere, and customer experience on revisit intention to Tomoro Coffee among Generation Z in Sumbawa. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, where the selected sample consists of Generation Z individuals residing in Sumbawa who have made repeat purchases at Tomoro Coffee.  The research method applied is quantitative with an associative approach, aiming to identify the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The data analysis technique used in this study includes multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing to determine the significance of relationships between variables.  The study results indicate that lifestyle, café atmosphere, and customer experience significantly influence revisit intention to Tomoro Coffee. The findings reveal that in Sumbawa, customer preferences prioritize comfort and location accessibility over mere menu aesthetics.  Furthermore, the coffee consumption trend among Generation Z continues to grow, influenced by social media and the adoption of an urban lifestyle in the region. This highlights that innovation in customer experience and digital marketing strategies has great potential to enhance customer loyalty at Tomoro Coffee.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Discomfort in pregnant women such as back pain is one of the conditions that can cause anxiety in pregnant women. One of the efforts in handling pain and anxiety is by developing a Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure device at points BL 23, GV 3 and GV 4 which can help reduce pain and anxiety levels. To determine the effect of using a Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure at points BL 23, GV 3 and GV 4 on reducing back pain and anxiety levels in pregnant women in the third trimester. Quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest with control group design. The study population was pregnant women in the third trimester with back pain at the Semowo Health Center, Semarang Regency. The population was all pregnant women in the third trimester with back pain with a sample size of 42. The intervention was carried out once a day with a duration of 5 minutes for 7 days. Bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon. There is an effect of using Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure at BL 23, GV 3 and GV 4 points on reducing back pain levels (p=0.001) and anxiety (p=0.041). Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure at BL 23, GV 3 and GV 4 points affects the reduction in back pain and anxiety levels of pregnant women in the third trimester. Keywords: Pregnant Women, Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure, Back Pain, Anxiety.  ABSTRAK Ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil seperti nyeri punggung ialah salah satu kondisi yang dapat memberikan kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Salah satu upaya dalam penanganan nyeri dan kecemasan yaitu dengan mengembangkan alatMaternity Corset Mechanical Pressure pada titik BL 23, GV 3 dan GV 4 yang dapat membantu menurunkan tingkat nyeri dan kecemasan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure pada titik BL 23, GV 3 dan GV 4 terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri punggung dan kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian Quasi experimental dengan pretest and posttest with control group design. Populasi studi ibu hamil trimester III dengan nyeri punggung di Puskesmas Semowo Kabupaten Semarang. Jumlah populasi yaitu seluruh ibu ibu hamil trimester III dengan nyeri punggung dengan jumlah sampel 42. Intervensi dilakukan  1 kali sehari  dengan durasi 5 menit selama 7 hari. Analisis Bivariate menggunakan Wilcoxon. Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure pada titik BL 23, GV 3 dan GV 4 terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri punggung (p=0.001) dan kecemasan (p=0.041). Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure pada titik BL 23, GV 3 dan GV 4 mempengaruhi penurunan tingkat nyeri punggung dan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Kata Kunci: Ibu Hamil, Maternity Corset Mechanical Pressure, Nyeri Punggung, Kecemasan.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the extent to which rice storage managed by Perum Bulog Meulaboh Branch contributes to stabilizing rice market prices. The data used in this study is secondary data covering the period from 2010 to 2024, obtained from Perum Bulog and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis to measure the relationship between rice storage and rice market prices. The results of the analysis show that rice storage by Bulog has a significant impact on the stability of rice market prices, with a correlation coefficient of 0.910 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.829. The t-test results show a t-value of 7.925 with a p-value of 0.000, indicating that rice storage significantly contributes to maintaining the stability of rice market prices. This study emphasizes the importance of managing rice storage as a key instrument in reducing market price volatility in Meulaboh.

Abstract

This classroom action research investigates the effectiveness of the Round Robin cooperative learning model in improving the motivation and creativity of learning science among Grade IV students at UPT SDN Unjuruiya No. 45, Selayar Islands. The study was conducted to address students’ low engagement, limited participation, and insufficient creative expression during IPAS lessons. The research involved 12 students (6 male and 6 female) and was implemented in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings—two for instructional activities and one for assessing learning creativity. Data were collected through observation, learning motivation assessments, and creativity evaluations. Findings indicate a significant improvement in student learning outcomes following the implementation of the Round Robin model. In Cycle I, only 5 students (42%) achieved the creative category, while 7 students (58%) remained in the non-creative category. However, after refinement and continued application in Cycle II, the number of students achieving the creative category increased substantially to 11 students (92%), leaving only 1 student (8%) in the non-creative category. These results demonstrate that the Round Robin model effectively enhances student motivation, encourages active participation, and supports the development of creativity in science learning. Overall, the study concludes that cooperative learning through Round Robin provides a meaningful and engaging instructional alternative capable of improving both motivational and creative learning aspects in elementary science classrooms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Psikologi Pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk kemandirian santri di Pesantren Darul Ma’arif NU Rejang Lebong. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki karakteristik unik dalam membina kepribadian santri melalui integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman, pembiasaan disiplin, dan kehidupan komunal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap kyai, ustadz/ustadzah, pengurus pesantren, serta santri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Psikologi Pendidikan Islam berperan signifikan dalam membentuk kemandirian santri melalui proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam, latihan disiplin dan riy??ah, keteladanan kyai dan ustadz sebagai model psikologis dan spiritual, serta dukungan lingkungan sosial pesantren yang kondusif. Integrasi aspek psikologis dan spiritual dalam pendidikan pesantren mendorong tumbuhnya regulasi diri, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan santri dalam mengelola kehidupan sehari-hari secara mandiri. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan Psikologi Pendidikan Islam yang holistik dan kontekstual efektif dalam membentuk karakter kemandirian santri, serta relevan sebagai landasan pengembangan pendidikan karakter di pesantren.
