Abstract

Menurut Pasal 1 ayat (5) UU No. 20 Tahun 2016, hak merek adalah hak eksklusif yang diberikan negara kepada pemilik merek terdaftar untuk digunakan sendiri atau dengan izin pihak lain dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini membahas sengketa merek kosmetik MS GLOW dan PS GLOW, di mana Pasal 3 UU tersebut menegaskan bahwa hak merek diperoleh melalui pendaftaran di DJKI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan analisis putusan Nomor 2/Pdt.Sus.HKI/Merek/2022/PN.Niaga Sby dan 2/Pdt.Sus.HKI/Merek/2022/PN.Niaga Mdn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengadilan Niaga Medan membatalkan merek PS GLOW karena dinilai beritikad tidak baik dengan membonceng ketenaran MS GLOW, sementara Pengadilan Niaga Surabaya mengakui hak PS GLOW. Putusan Surabaya kemudian dibatalkan oleh Mahkamah Agung melalui kasasi No. 161 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2023 yang memberikan perlindungan kepada MS GLOW sebagai merek yang lebih dulu dikenal di pasar. Disarankan agar DJKI memperketat pemeriksaan pendaftaran merek, khususnya terkait itikad tidak baik dan kesamaan pada pokoknya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the recess program conducted by the Chairman of the Mataram City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in absorbing and responding to public aspirations, emphasizing accountability and transparency as the main pillars of effective legislative governance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Chairman of the DPRD as the key informant and participatory observations during recess activities in various electoral districts. The findings indicate that recess functions not only as a constitutional obligation but also as a participatory democratic tool that bridges the gap between the public and policymaking. The Chairman of the DPRD, Abdul Malik, has made efforts to establish inclusive communication, although challenges such as limited time, budget constraints, and regulatory issues persist. The effectiveness of the recess largely depends on the level of public participation, accountability in reporting, and transparency of information, wherein public aspirations are integrated into regional development planning through the “pokok-pokok pikiran” (legislative input mechanism). This study recommends strengthening the follow-up mechanism, enhancing transparency in reporting, and increasing active public engagement to ensure that recess serves as a substantive and impactful instrument of public representation in regional development policy.

Abstract

Tubifex worms are freshwater oligochaetes characterized by their bright red color and high nutritional content, consisting of 57% protein, 13.3% fat, 2.04% crude fiber, and 3.6% ash. Their natural populations have declined due to water pollution from waste, which reduces water quality, thus necessitating cultivation efforts. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of fermented sawdust and cocopeat as culture substrates on the biomass, population, and growth rate of Tubifex worms. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a non-factorial model consisting of four treatments and three replications: A (control: 80% mud + 20% chicken manure), B (80% fermented sawdust + 20% chicken manure), C (80% fermented cocopeat + 20% chicken manure), and D (40% fermented sawdust + 40% fermented cocopeat + 20% chicken manure). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that different substrate compositions had a significant effect on biomass, population peak, and growth rate. The best performance was observed in treatment B, which resulted in the highest biomass (13.32 g/container), the highest population peak (120,111 individuals/container on day 40), and the highest growth rate (3.09%). These results indicate that fermented sawdust supplemented with chicken manure is the most effective substrate for enhancing the growth and population of Tubifex worms.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing the binder percentage in organic waste-based briquettes to improve their calorific value and combustion rate. Conducted through experimental methods, organic waste such as sawdust, dry leaves, and branches were processed into briquettes using varying concentrations of tapioca starch as a binder (10%, 12.5%, 15%, and 17.5%). The experiment evaluated key performance metrics, including calorific value, combustion rate, moisture content, ash content, and briquette density. Results showed that the optimal calorific value (9,234 cal/g) was achieved with 10% binder, while the highest combustion rate (0.586 g/min) occurred at 15% binder concentration. These findings suggest that lower binder percentages result in higher energy efficiency, while higher binder content prolongs combustion. However, increased binder content also led to higher ash production, with the highest ash content recorded at 17.5% binder. The research highlights that balancing the binder ratio is essential for creating briquettes that are both energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable, offering a viable alternative to traditional fuels in Indonesia's pursuit of renewable energy solutions.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tinggi, dengan penyakit kardiovaskular termasuk gangguan jantung sebagai penyebab utama. Di tingkat komunitas, kader Posyandu berperan penting dalam deteksi dini dan edukasi ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam memanfaatkan Buku KIA serta mengenalkan yoga ibu hamil sebagai upaya promotif pencegahan risiko gangguan jantung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Guntarano, Kecamatan Tanantovea, Kabupaten Donggala, dengan melibatkan 17 kader Posyandu dan lima ibu hamil. Metode pelatihan mencakup ceramah, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, role play, dan praktik yoga yang dipandu instruktur bersertifikat. Evaluasi menggunakan desain pre–post test dengan instrumen kuesioner pilihan ganda dan studi kasus; analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif komparatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor rata-rata pengetahuan kader dari 62,4 (pre-test) menjadi 88,7 (post-test), dengan persentase peningkatan 42,2%. Pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan buku KIA dan deteksi tanda bahaya kehamilan mencapai 100%. Namun, masih ditemukan miskonsepsi, terutama terkait kebiasaan kader yang menganggap Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) cukup diminum saat lemas dan boleh dikonsumsi bersama teh/kopi, serta kurangnya pemahaman mengenai minimal kunjungan kehamilan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam peran promotif dan preventif, meskipun diperlukan edukasi berkelanjutan untuk memperbaiki pemahaman yang masih keliru. Intervensi ini diharapkan dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai model pemberdayaan kader Posyandu dalam upaya menurunkan risiko komplikasi kehamilan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the effect of student integrity on the tendency of academic fraud to occur using the fraud pentagon perspective. The existence of a fraud pentagon and student integrity are important factors that can be expected to reduce academic fraud. For this reason, this researcher aims to examine the effect of the pentagon fraud on academic fraud and the effect of student integrity on academic fraud. This research was conducted at the Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, West Lombok Regency, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to collect data and determine respondents based on non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. In accordance with the criteria that have been set, the questionnaire was given to students at the SMP and SMK levels at the Nurul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. The proposed hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the pentagon fraud has a positive effect on academic fraud, and student integrity has a negative effect on academic fraud.Keywords: student integrity, fraud pentagon, academic fraud and Islamic boarding school

Abstract

Standard costs are costs that are determined in advance before starting the production process. Applying standard costs is useful for improving planning and control, and for facilitating product costing. Standard costs used by companies include standard raw material costs, direct labor standard costs and factory overhead standard costs. The standards set must be prepared at the beginning of the year so that they can be used as a benchmark in the production process which is an important factor for the company for production cost efficiency. The purpose of this study is to analyze using standard costs as a catalyst for production cost efficiency. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study focuses on determining production standards and production cost efficiency with analysis of variance. The object of this research is Langko palm sugar SMEs. The data collection technique used in this study was through interviews and documentation. The analysis used is analysis of variance. The results of research on Langko palm sugar SMEs show that by setting production cost standards it can support production cost efficiency, which means standard costs can be used as a catalyst for production cost efficiency.Keywords: biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya overhead pabrik, biayastandar, katalisator biaya produksi, efisiensi biaya

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of probiotic Bacillus spp. through drinking water on carcass production and the number of Escherichia coli colonies in the small intestine of broiler chickens. The research was conducted at the Applied Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Mataram University, using 175 broiler chickens of the CP 707 strain randomly divided into five treatments and five replicates. The treatments consisted of one control (T1) without probiotics, and four treatments (T2-T5) with Bacillus spp. doses of 3 cc/liter of drinking water at different times. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD), and data were analyzed using Duncan's test when there was a significant effect. The results showed that probiotic Bacillus spp. had a significant effect (P<0.05) on feed consumption and final body weight, but had no significant effect on carcass percentage or the number of Escherichia coli colonies in the small intestine. These findings indicate that probiotics can improve growth performance, but are not effective in significantly reducing the number of pathogenic bacteria.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet sangat pesat, dan media yang digunakan juga terus berkembang dengan cepat, diantaranya adalah media kabel dan nirkabel. Analisis keamanan web server jaringan merupakan langkah krusial untuk melindungi aset digital organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keamanan web server jaringan dengan menggunakan tiga alat utama, yaitu TuxCut, MacChanger, dan Aircrack-ng. Melalui proses penetration testing, identifikasi kerentanan dan eksploitasi potensial dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas langkah-langkah keamanan yang telah diterapkan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan keamanan web server jaringan dan mengurangi risiko serangan siber. SMK Darussholihin NW Kalijaga adalah salah satu sekolah yang berada di daerah Lombok timur yang menerapkan penggunakan dan menyediakan internet full gratis untuk setiap siswa dan guru untuk menggunakan jaringan wifi. Pengujian keamanan ini dilakuan dengan mencari celah keamanan yang terdapat pada web server pada jaringan wlan. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan percobaan dengan metode penetration menggunakan tiga parameter yaitu serangan arp spoofing, bypassing mac address, cracking the encryption dan untuk menguji tingkat keamanan web server jaringan yang ada. Hasil dari tiga parameter serangan yang dilakukan yaitu 2 berhasil 1 gagal dijalankan dalam satu kali percobaan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem keamanan web server pada jaringan wifi caffe bintang  sudah cukup aman akan tetapi masih bisa diserang oleh serangan bypassing mac address ,arp spoofing dan cracking the encryption, agar kemanan lebih terjamin diaktifkan fitur mac filtering  untuk password mengunakan kombinasi angka, simbol, huruf kapital dan kecil minimal 8 karakter.

Abstract

In the education quality survey issued by the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment),Indonesia is ranked 72nd out of 77 countries. The Teacher Competency Test (UKG) results in Indonesiaare still low and still far from being targeted by the government, especially in Aceh province Aceh at thenational level is still heartbreaking by being the second lowest in Indonesia. Seeing the problems faced byeducation in Indonesia, to improve the quality of education, the quality of teachers must be improvedfirst, one of which is by increasing the pedagogical competence of teachers. This study aims to know thepedagogical knowledge of physics teachers in SMA Negeri Lhokseumawe which includes aspects oflearning planning, aspects of learning methods and aspects of learning evaluation. The research wasconducted in the form of a survey with the population of this study was to take the entire physics subjectteachers at SMA Negeri Lhokseumawe, totaling 7 (seven) schools with 28 physics teachers. The samples inthis study were 3 schools that were taken by simple random sampling, namely 8 physics teachers at SMANegeri 2 Lhokseumawe, 3 physics teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe, and SMA Negeri 7Lhokseumawe with 2 physics teachers. The results showed that the physics teacher's knowledge on thelearning planning aspect was in the category of having good knowledge, meanwhile the physics teacher'sknowledge on the learning method aspect already had a fairly good knowledge, while the physics teacher'sknowledge on the learning evaluation aspect also had fairly good knowledge. So it can be concluded thatphysics teachers in the pedagogical aspect are in a fairly good category, meaning that most physics teachersalready have a pretty good knowledge of pedagogical aspects.
