This study aims to improve the quality of learning and numeracy skills of students through the implementation of data-based planning at SMAIT Ma'had Rabbani Central Bengkulu. This study uses an action research design by referring to a framework consisting of four main steps, namely Identification, Reflection, Improve Planning, and Improve Implementation. This data-driven planning strategy is designed to support more effective decision-making in an effort to improve academic performance. The results showed significant improvements in various indicators. The quality of learning increased by 11.97% compared to 2023, with the achievement reaching 68.69 in 2024. Student numeracy also recorded a remarkable improvement of 50.88%, with the score reaching 86.36 in 2024, making it the best indicator.

This study examines the effectiveness of social media as a collaborative tool in high school mathematics learning. Social media enables students to collaborate, share materials, and engage in discussions flexibly. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes fiveteen accredited national and international journal articles as its research subjects, this research analyzes various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram, and their impact on student motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. The results indicate that social media enhances student collaboration, motivation, and understanding of mathematical concepts. However, challenges such as distractions, platform misuse, and low digital literacy among students persist. To address these issues, the study suggests strategies such as focused learning groups and digital literacy training for students and teachers. With proper management, social media can effectively improve the quality of mathematics learning in high schools.Keywords: Social media, collaboration, mathematics learning

The purpose of conducting research is to test 1) whether leadership influences teacher discipline at MAN 1 Kepahiang. 2) Does work motivation affect teacher discipline at MAN 1 Kepahiang? 3) whether the variables of leadership and motivation affect teachers' work discipline. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research consisted of 40 teachers at MAN 1 Kepahiang, where the sampling used the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. This study uses an explanatory research approach, which is a type of research that seeks to explain the influence of variables through hypothesis testing. The independent variable is X1 = leadership, X2 = teacher's work motivation, and the dependent variable is work discipline (Y). Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively using a statistical model in a computer program (SPSS 22.0), with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusions drawn by the researchers are 1) leadership affects the work discipline of teachers at MAN 1 Kepahiang, 2) work motivation has an influence on the work discipline of teachers at MAN 1 Kepahiang, 3) Leadership and work motivation jointly affect the work discipline of teachers at MAN 1 Kepahiang. So to improve teacher work discipline, a leader must apply leadership that can uphold work discipline; besides that, work motivation must also be well developed because good work motivation can increase work discipline, which will increase work results and achieve organizational goals.

This study explores the integration of educational and management theories to develop adaptive, effective, and sustainable educational governance. The main focus is addressing the gap between theory and practice in educational management within Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as evaluating the application of classical and contemporary management theories in an educational context. Classical management, emphasizing efficiency and hierarchical structure, is considered insufficiently flexible for modern educational needs, necessitating supplementation with human relations theory and transformational leadership that encourage innovation and well-being. This research aims to develop a new conceptual model that merges educational and management theories and provides practical recommendations for educational management in Indonesia. Employing a normative approach through literature review and comparative analysis of educational management policies and practices in Indonesia and Malaysia, findings indicate Malaysia's greater success in outcome-based management through community engagement, while Indonesia faces challenges in consistent policy implementation across regions. The study emphasizes the importance of adaptive managerial strategies based on local social and cultural contexts. It contributes theoretically by offering a new model for educational management and provides practical recommendations, including adaptive strategies and enhanced cross-sectoral and regional collaboration in ASEAN to strengthen education quality and sustainability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi berbagai aliran manajemen dalam bidang pendidikan pada tingkat makro, meso, dan mikro. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, mengkaji berbagai teori manajemen termasuk manajemen ilmiah, teori organisasi klasik, hubungan manusiawi, dan manajemen modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap aliran memiliki keunggulan yang unik tetapi memerlukan integrasi untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang efektif. Pada tingkat makro, manajemen ilmiah mendukung kebijakan efisiensi nasional, meskipun tantangan kontekstual tetap menjadi hambatan. Tingkat meso menunjukkan keberhasilan struktur hirarkis dari teori organisasi klasik, namun perlu fleksibilitas untuk inovasi. Di tingkat mikro, teknologi dari manajemen modern meningkatkan pembelajaran tetapi terkendala kesenjangan digital. Kesimpulannya pendekatan integratif yang memadukan berbagai teori diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi.

Although the issue of lecturers' administrative workload has been widely discussed, there is still limited research that directly examines its impact within the context of Islamic higher education institutions. This study aims to explore the influence of administrative workload on the teaching quality of lecturers at IAIN Curup, with a focus on optimizing human resource management to improve teaching effectiveness. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative data from in-depth interviews with lecturers and administrators, and quantitative data collected through a survey of 50 lecturers at IAIN Curup. The qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis, while the quantitative data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The findings indicate that excessive administrative duties disrupt lecturers' concentration during the teaching process, negatively impact teaching quality, and reduce time management efficiency. Based on these findings, the study recommends a more balanced distribution of administrative tasks, the use of digital technology for streamlining administrative processes, and stronger institutional support in human resource management. Providing training and provision of human resources in educational institutions is very necessary to build quality output. Strengthening human resources will also strengthen the institution, because having quality human resources is a valuable asset.This study aims to analyse the strategy for strengthening Islamic education management based on employment by referring to the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Rejang Lebong Regency for 2021-2026. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using document analysis, applying SWOT analysis and the IPO-OI (Input-Process-Output-Outcome-Impact) framework. The findings indicate that regional employment policies hold significant potential to be integrated into the Islamic education system, particularly in strengthening value-based and skill-oriented curricula. Institutional strengths, funding opportunities, and the potential for cross-sectoral collaboration serve as strategic assets for developing Islamic education that is more relevant, contextual, and empowerment-oriented. Conversely, limitations in human resources, infrastructure, and the mismatch between education and labour market demands remain key challenges that must be addressed through digital transformation and inter-institutional synergy. The study concludes that Islamic education must transform into a strategic force, not only producing pious graduates in terms of personal faith and character but also individuals who are productive and capable of contributing meaningfully to regional social and economic development.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengembangan kurikulum berbasis Outcome Based Education (OBE) dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dan sintesis berbagai jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OBE secara efektif dapat meningkatkan relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam integrasi OBE dan MBKM, seperti perlunya dukungan dari pimpinan institusi dan pelatihan bagi dosen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum berbasis OBE bukan hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, tetapi juga mempersiapkan lulusan untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja. Rekomendasi praktis untuk pengelola program studi dan pengambil kebijakan mencakup kolaborasi dengan stakeholder, inovasi dalam metode pengajaran, serta pengembangan sistem penilaian yang komprehensif untuk mencapai yang diharapkan.

This study aims to reveal the self-concept of transvestites, provide assistance for eclectic Islamic counseling services and know the effectiveness of Islamic eclectic counseling to change the self-concept of transvestites. The type of research used is Participatory Action Resarch (PAR) with four stages of implementation, namely planning, action, assessment and follow-up. The results of the study indicate that transvestites in understanding their own concepts can be grouped into two, namely; First, transvestites who see themselves as women and that are already destiny. Second, transvestites who see themselves as men but look like women. Transvestites assume that the community views itself as a woman, must appear like a woman and the community sees one eye towards her. Of the 18 transgender people who participated in the counseling process 1 person was determined to really want to change his appearance. 10 people are aware that they are men and their appearance should be like men but do not know when they will change their appearance and 7 people still understand themselves as women and must appear as a woman

This writing has the main objective of obtaining information about the principal's policies in improving the quality of education at SMAN 8 Rejang Lebong. The principal's policy in improving the quality of education cannot be separated from the policies taken, the principal has broad authority in improving the quality of education in improving the quality of education, a policy from the principal is needed, especially in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the curriculum is an important part of the implementation of education schools to improve the quality of education by prioritizing curriculum development, especially the 2013 curriculum by developing teacher creativity in learning, creating a conducive atmosphere in learning, and fostering a sense of teacher responsibility in teaching. The method used is through a qualitative approach, in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, teachers are given training, and facilities and infrastructure are provided to support learning, so as to create quality education in the hope of making education better, superior in the process, the results of the activities produce participants. students in accordance with the hopes and dreams of society at large to produce quality education.
