Abstract

Education provides the brightness of human life to be more directed according to the development of science and technology. At present technology is the main thing used in the field of education, for example it is used in learning media in schools. The purpose of this development research is to develop an educational game about fruit types with the Canva application for early childhood. The method used is research and development (R&D) with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely explaining the steps for making learning media material for identifying fruit types with the Canva application in early childhood and using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) there are 5 stages and research focus using 3 stages, namely analysis, design, and development. Learning media with the Canva application produce educational games that are interesting and provide a variety of colors in learning that have the potential to be good learning media used during face-to-face and virtual face-to-face learning with educational game learning content material for identifying fruit types with games which are divided into three categories, namely guess the type fruit according to the characteristics of the fruit listed, guess the type of fruit by choice, and complete the word name of the fruit.

Abstract

This research discusses the low performance of teachers at SMA Daar el-Qolam, Gintung, Jayanti, Tangerang. The low performance is attributed to cultural organizational factors and the suboptimal implementation of school-based management. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between school-based management, organizational culture, and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The research design is quantitative and employs a correlational method. All data for this study were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population for this study consists of 95 teachers. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, so the sample size is equal to the population size. Based on the research findings (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. This is evidenced by the percentage of the relationship between SBM and teacher performance variables, which is 41.60%, while the remaining 58.40% represents other unexplained factors in this study. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The percentage of the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance variables is 34.40%, while the remaining 65.60% is not explained in this study. (3) There is a significant combined relationship between the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) and organizational culture with teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The percentage of the variables SBM and Organizational Culture in explaining teacher performance variables is 52.60%, while the remaining 47.4% is unexplained. The R-value has been adjusted without any other factors included.

Abstract

This qualitative case study explores the impact of verbal bullying on students at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Cilegon (SMA 2 KS Cilegon). Verbal bullying, in the form of teasing, humiliation, derogatory remarks, disruptions, name-calling, sarcasm, insults, mockery, intimidation, and the spread of unverified rumors, has become a serious issue in the school environment. The research focuses on one bullying victim at SMA 2 KS Cilegon who is currently receiving attention from the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher due to verbal bullying. The findings reveal severe psychological impacts on the victim, including a significant decrease in self-esteem, increased anxiety, sleep disturbances, loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities, and excessive anxiety symptoms. The role of the BK teacher in providing emotional support, counseling services, and guidance to the victim is crucial. However, the BK teacher faces challenges, such as difficulties in identifying the bullies and collecting strong evidence. The school's response to bullying issues is also a critical factor in case management. This study provides in-depth insights into the psychological impact of verbal bullying on students and the vital role of BK teachers in aiding victims. The implications of this research underscore the importance of awareness and concrete steps to prevent verbal bullying and create a safe and supportive school environment for all students. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus kualitatif yang mengeksplorasi dampak perundungan verbal terhadap siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Cilegon (SMA 2 KS Cilegon). Perundungan verbal, dalam bentuk menyindir, mempermalukan, merendahkan, mengganggu, memberi panggilan nama lain (name-calling), sarkasme, mencela/mengejek, mengintimidasi, memaki, dan menyebarkan berita yang belum jelas kebenarannya, telah menjadi isu serius di lingkungan sekolah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada satu korban bully di SMA 2 KS Cilegon yang sedang mendapatkan perhatian dari guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) akibat perundungan verbal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak psikologis serius pada korban, termasuk penurunan rasa percaya diri, peningkatan kecemasan, gangguan tidur, kehilangan minat pada aktivitas yang disukai, dan gejala-gejala kecemasan yang berlebihan. Peran guru BK dalam memberikan dukungan emosional, layanan konseling, dan bimbingan kepada korban sangat penting. Namun, guru BK juga menghadapi tantangan, termasuk kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi pelaku perundungan dan mengumpulkan bukti yang kuat. Respons sekolah terhadap isu perundungan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam penanganan kasus ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang dampak perundungan verbal pada siswa dan peran guru BK dalam membantu korban. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kesadaran dan langkah-langkah konkret untuk mencegah perundungan verbal dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung bagi semua siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi di SMAN 1 Cikande, yaitu Pembelajaran yang dilakukan berpusat pada guru (Teacher centered), belum pernah melakukan praktikum, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Permasalahan tersebut peneliti menentukan tujuan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis langkah-langkah, kelayakan, efektivitas dan respon siswa terhadap multimedia interaktif permainan interaktif pada mata pelajaran Biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D (Research and development) dengan model 3-D yang telah dimodifikasi yaitu define, design dan development. Metode penelitian R&D bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu multimedia bertipe permainan interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, tes (pre- & post-test), dan angket, Hasil validasi uji ahli materi mendapatkan skor 74% dengan kriteria Layak, uji ahli media mendapatkan skor 88% dengan kriteria sangat layak, uji produk oleh guru biologi mendapatkan skor 75,2% dengan kriteria Layak, serta pada uji respon siswa mendapatkan skor 87% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil uji efektivitas produk dengan menggunakan tes (pre- & post-test) memperoleh nilai 0,7 dengan kategori sedang, jika dipresentasekan sebesar 70% dengan kriteria efektif. Produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti mendapatkan kriteria layak, serta uji efektivitas produk mendapatkan kriteria efektif. Kata Kunci : R&D model 3-D, multimedia interaktif, dan efektivitas produk Abstract This research is motivated by the results of observations at SMAN 1 Cikande, namely teacher-centered learning, never having practicum, and interactive and interesting learning resources and learning media. Based on problems, the researcher determines the objective, describe and analyze the stages, the feasibility, the effectiveness and the responses of the students to interactive multimedia interactive games on the subjects of biology. The research method used R&D with a modified 3D model, definition, design and development. The objective of the R&D research method to produce a product, interactive game-style multimedia. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, tests, and questionnaires. The validation results of the material expert test scored 74% with the Eligible criteria, the media expert test got a score 88% with the very feasible criteria, the product test by the biology teacher got a score 75.2% with the Eligible criteria, and in the student response test got a score 87% with very good criteria. The results of the effectiveness tests of the product (pre- and post-test) obtained a value 0.7 in the moderate and presented at 70% with effective criteria. The products developed by the researchers get the appropriate criteria, and the product effectiveness test gets the criteria for effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to find out the concept and implementation of assessment in the independent curriculum in Early Childhood Education. The research method used in this research is a type of qualitative research through literature study. The results and discussion of this study are that the assessment of the independent curriculum consists of two types, namely formative assessment and summative assessment. Formative assessment is carried out at the beginning of the activity and during the learning process. Formative assessment aims to monitor and improve the learning process, as well as evaluate the achievement of learning objectives. Summative assessment is conducted at the end of the learning activity. Formative assessment in the foundation phase can be conducted over one or two weeks. Learning assessment in Early Childhood Education refers to authentic assessment, which is an assessment that is in accordance with the actual situation. The implementation of assessment in Early Childhood Education uses four assessment techniques, namely checklist assessment, anecdotal notes, work assesment and serialized photos.

Abstract

Every individual is entitled to education, protection, and respect regardless of race, religion, gender, group, or social status. Bullying in schools violated the right to a safe and comfortable learning environment. Human Rights, which were inherent from birth, could not be taken away. This research resulted in a fable book that showed how negotiation could resolve conflicts and prevent bullying among early children in kindergarten. The study aimed to analyze and describe the feasibility of the fable book in stimulating the moral development of young children. The research methodology used was R&D with a 4D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The steps in creating the fable book were: 1) Define: analyzed the needs for the fable book medium; 2) Design: created a storyline (storyboard) and designed the necessary elements; 3) Develop: the process of creating the medium; 4) Disseminate: conducted a small-scale trial with 8 students at TK Khoiru Banisaderi. Data collection in this study used interview, unstructured observation, documentation and expert validation questionnaire. Product feasibility validation was conducted by media experts, content experts, and through small group trials at TK Khoiru Banisaderi. The validation results were: 90% from media experts, 92.5% from content experts, and 91% based on students’ responses. Therefore, the book was considered suitable as a medium to stimulate the moral development of young children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah dalam meningkatkan Kesetaraan Pendidikan Tinggi di Universitas Salakanagara. Program KIP Kuliah merupakan program beasiswa yang ditujukan untuk mahasiswa dari keluarga kurang mampu secara ekonomi. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk memahami manfaat program ini dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa serta pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi belajar mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Salakanagara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang peran program ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program KIP Kuliah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kesetaraan mahasiswa lingkungan Universitas Salakanagara. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa penerima beasiswa dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, dan kemandirian. Program ini juga memberikan motivasi tambahan bagi mahasiswa untuk meraih prestasi yang lebih baik dalam bidang akademik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Program KIP Kuliah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Dengan bantuan finansial yang diberikan, mahasiswa dapat fokus pada studi mereka tanpa harus terbebani oleh masalah keuangan.Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program ini, seperti seleksi yang ketat, pemantauan yang efektif, dan pengelolaan dana yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi peningkatan sosialisasi program kepada mahasiswa dan pihak terkait, dukungan pendampingan yang lebih baik, serta evaluasi yang berkala untuk memastikan efektivitas dalam program ini.

Abstract

Kemampuan dalam proses berpikir yang berpacu pada kegiatan mental yaitu kemampuan kognitif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyimpulkan adanya masalah perkembangan kognitif pada anak khususnya di KB Al batrisiya, hanya sebanyak 26,66% anak yang kemampuan kognitifnya dapat dikatakan baik, salah satu media yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif adalah media Loose parts. Media Loose parts merupakan material lepasan yang dapat dimainkan dan dimanipulasi dalam berbagai cara, sifatnya yang terbuka dapat dipisah, disatukan kembali, dibawa dan digabungkan, dapat digunakan sendiri ataupun dengan benda benda lainnya untuk digabungkan atau dirangkai menjadi satu kesatuan dan jika sudah tidak digunakan dapat dikembalikan pada kondisi dan fungsi semula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Kognitif Anak Melalui Media Loose parts pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Al batrisiya kecamatan Jayanti kabupaten Tangerang.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan satu orang guru dengan 15 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus satu ke siklus dua sebanyak 86,66%. Maka dapat disimpulkan penggunaan  media Loose parts dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif

Abstract

A useful cooperative learning model is an instructional strategy where students collaborate in small groups to achieve shared learning objectives. This method allows students to practice asking questions, discussing issues, examining cases, learning leadership skills, and actively participating in discussions with their peers. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of this engaging learning model in improving students' English-speaking skills. The exploration was conducted with class VII C at SMP Negeri 2 Rangkasbitung, involving 32 participants, consisting of 16 boys and 16 girls. The strategy used is a quantitative methodology with a quasi-experimental plan and a one-group pre-test and post-test design. A pre-test was administered before the treatment, and a post-test was given after the treatment to measure changes in the students' speaking abilities. The review results show that the cooperative learning model effectively improves students' speaking skills. There was a 33.77% increase in scores between the pre-test and post-test data. Through dynamic associations and group discussions, students have more opportunities to speak, listen, and practice English effectively. Consequently, the collaborative learning model enhances students' speaking skills, social interaction abilities, and active participation in learning. The review implies that the engaging learning model can significantly improve speaking skills.

Genius Learning is an educational methodology that aims to create and strengthen a positive and constructive learning environment. This condition is a warning sign that the learning outcome will be below average. Within this teaching approach, the instructor must convey to students that the classroom is a place that values them as human beings who are capable of learning and who, in turn, are held to a certain standard.Utilizing the potential for improving the quality of academic writing, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Genius Learning method to develop analytical, synthesis, and student evaluation skills. The qualitative research method uses observations of SMAN 2 Cilegon students in grades XI as the subject and study location. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Genius Learning method significantly improves students' ability to write essays in class by increasing their critical and creative thinking skills. However, challenges like student adaptation to new methods and technological advancements are obstacles that must be overcome. It is recommended to do intensive training for teachers, enhance technological capabilities, develop accurate assessment tools, and provide students with encouragement to improve the effectiveness of this method.
