The purpose of this research was to prove the influenceof the use the Cooperatif model types Think Pair Share against results of student learning on the learning of PKn in class V 15 State Primary School Padang Sarai. This type of research was Quasi Experimental Design. The technigue of sampling in research this is a Simple Random Sampling. The data processed by a test of difference (t-test). From the analysis of the test-t in get tacount = 3,08> ttable = 2,000, in significant α 0,05. The result showed that the use of the Cooperative model types Think Pair Share (TPS) effect to the results of student learning on the topic describes the territory of the State Union of Republic of Indonesia (SO) on PKn Subjects in class V 15 State Primary School Padang Sarai. Integrated thematic learning is integrated learning using themes that link several subjects so that learning provides meaningful experiences for students. In fact, learning outcomes in primary schools are not as expected. In connection with this problem, it is necessary to solve the problem to overcome it, one way to overcome this problem requires an appropriate learning model so that learning outcomes are optimal so that the results obtained by students can be satisfactory. One of the best models to solve this problem is the Discovery Lerning model. This study aims to provide benefits to readers in adding insight and knowledge about the application of the Discovery Learning model in the integrated thematic learning process. The type of research carried out is literature research. Based on the literature study research that researchers have done, it can be concluded that application of the Discovery learning model can provide an increase in student learning outcomes. It can be seen that learning using the Discovery Learning model, learning using the Discovery Learning model increases understanding for students so that learning outcomes in primary schools increase

The purpose of this research was to effect of experimental methods approach on student learnings outcomes in science at 5th grade of elementary school in II Group Subdistrict payakumbuh of the academic year 2018/2019 with material for respiratory function. Type of this research is experiment used quasi experiment with Non-equivalent control group design. Sample of this research is students at 5th grade elementary school 04 Taeh Baruah and students at 5th grade elementary school 06 Taeh Baruah. Research sample is 15 students in elementary school 06 as experimental methods learning group and 15 students in elementary school 04 as conventional learning group that choosed based on purposive sampling technique. Result of research data calculation that used is t-test find thitung 1,8 > ttabel 1,7 on a 0,05 level. So, it can be concluded Ha accepted that there is influence the use of experimental methods on science learning outcomes at 5th grade of elementary school in II Group Subdistrict Payakumbuh.Keywords : Experiment Method, Learning Outcomes, Science

THE ABILITY TO SOLVE THE STORY QUESTIONS IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS WITH PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Abstract This study aimed to investigate the ability to solve the story questions in learning mathematics with problem based learning model in elementary school. This research was a quasi experimental research with the research design used is Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample was determined by cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this research was a class V SDN 03 2x11 Enam Lingkung and SDN 12 2x11 Enam Lingkung. The results of this study obtained the average value of experimental class using Problem Based Learning model is 76 higher than the control class using conventional learning 67.2. Based on the results of hypothesis test calculation obtained tcount of 2.17 and ttable with a significant level of 0.05 and dk 48 is 2.01 indicates that thitung> ttabel, so H0 rejected and Ha can be accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the ability to solve the story questions in learning with problem based learning model in elementary school gave significant results. This study aims to determine the effect of Realistic Mathematics Learning approach (PMR) on student learning outcomes in the sum of fractions in class IV SD Negeri 13 Cingkariang District Banuhampu. The type of this research is experimental research with Quasi Exsperimental design. The sample in this research is class IVA and class IVB. Result of calculation of research data used is t-test with significant level 5% (0,05) obtained t arithmetic (22,67)> t table (1,67722). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between PMR approach to the result of fractional addition to fourth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Cingkariang.Keywords: PMR Approach, Sum of Fractions, Learning Outcomes.

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of using the strategy of directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) on the reading comprehension ability of 5th grade students in an elementary school. The type of research used in this study is in the form of quasi-experimental design. The research design of this study is the non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. The research was conducted at SDN 15 Padang Sarai, Kota Padang. Based on the post-test results, the average value of reading comprehension ability of the control class is 71,18. The control class was treated with a conventional learning method. Through the implementation of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy, the average value of reading comprehension ability in the experimental class is 80,30. Based on the hypothesis test and by using the t- test with significant level it was obtained that the = and and with the the H1 is therefore, accepted and H0 is rejected.. thus, it is concluded that the directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) strategy significantly affects the reading comprehension ability the 5th grade students Keyword: Strategy DRTA, Reading comprehension Ability

This research is conducted by the low learning outcomes in social science of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 14 Bayang. This is cavsed by the learning still use “teacher centre” in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes by using cooperative model “Course Review Horay” type in social science learning. The type of reserch is a classroom action research with teacher and students as subjects of research. The finding showesd that the implementation of teacher activity in 1th sycle, the average is 76%, in 2nd cyle the average 95%. The assessment of implementation of students activity in 1st cycle, the average is 71% and in 2nd cycle, the average is 82%. This it can be concluded that the application of cooperatif model Course Review Horay type in social science learning can improve students learning outcomes. The study aims to design and determine the feasibility level of an interactive multimedia software-assisted Adobe Flash CS6 for elementary School students grade V. This type of research is research and development with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method Luther-Sutopo version model through six stages, namely concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. Based on the stage of the development method, the result is an interactive CD in the theme of 9 subtheme 3 Learning 1, 2, and 5 with a percentage of 84.44% that meets valid criteria or deserves to be used as an interactive multimedia for students of the V grade Elementary School.

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of learning outcomes of students in Natural Sciences using experimental methods in class IV SDN 03 V Koto East. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) and using qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of this research are students of SDN 03 V Koto Timur class which amounted to 18 people. This study consists of 2 cycles. The research procedure consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results of this study using inquiry methods in Elementary School. The results of RPP assessment using Experimental Method in the cycle I 75% and in cycle II to 89.06%. Teacher aspect in cycle I 76,78% increase in cycle II become 91,06%. Aspects of students in the cycle I 74.99% to 89.28% in cycle II. The average of students' learning hasill in cycle I 70,23 and increase in cycle II to 83,49. This study aims of study to illustrate an increase in student scores in integrated thematic learning used the STAD cooperative model in class 4 elementary schools. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) used quantitative and qualitative approaches. The place of the research was carried out by the State Elementary School 27 Rawang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The results of this study indicate: the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan in cycle I 87.46% then increased in cycle II 97.22%, assessment of aspects of teachers and aspects of students in the first cycle was 82% then increased in the second cycle 96%, the assessment of attitudes in the first cycle was good, then in the second cycle it became very good, the assessment of the knowledge aspects for the first cycle obtained a value of 84.5 then increased in cycle II to a value of 89.5 , the assessment of the skills aspect in cycle I obtained a value of 75.3 then increased in cycle II to 93.
