Abstract

enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan lulusan melalui penjaminan mutu pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK ini dilakukan kepada mahasiswa PPG Universitas PGRI Semarang tahun 2023. Sedangkan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan Gelombang 1 Universitas PGRI Semarang semester 1 dan 2 Tahun 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Upaya peningkatan mutu lulusan PPG Prajabatan Tahun 2023 melalui penyelenggaraan PPG dan hasil belajar telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus 1 (PPG Prajabatan Gelombang 1 semester 1 tahun 2023) ke siklus 2 (PPG Prajabatan Gelombang 1 semester 2 tahun 2023).

Abstract

This research involves support from various extreme religious groups, both from the left and right. This phenomenon can be understood as a concept related to radicalism on one side and liberalism on the other. Extremism in this context is not limited to Islam and Islamism, but also encompasses characteristics of Islam as outlined in the Qur'an, referred to as Islam wasathan. The application of a moderate stance is in line with the teachings in Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 143, although it should be noted from the outset that this statement is not entirely accurate. To realize moderation or wasathiyah as a guideline for thinking, behaving, and acting for Muslims, preliminary steps are necessary. This research aims to analyze several issues: (1) What does Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 143 explain about social moderation in religious practice? (2) How can the concept of moderation be applied according to Surat Al-Baqarah:143? This study also investigates whether this support comes from highly esoteric religious groups. Furthermore, the application of moderation principles aligns with the goals of Islamic education, emphasizing the importance of openness; Q.S. al-Baqarah verse 143 asserts that an educator must be able to adopt an open attitude and provide guidance in the process of teaching Islam. The method of Islamic education is based on compassion, prioritizing polite and open attitudes in the learning environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of knowledge among academics as well as educators and parents in their efforts to moderate students' understanding in daily life.

Abstract

This research began from the inability of textbooks to present the nonlinearity and complexity of Islamic religious education subject material. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) the design of the teaching and learning process with hypertext-based e-modules; 2) the relationship of hypertext-based e-module innovation to students' cognitive flexibility; 3) the impact of hypertext-based e-module innovation on student learning achievement. The research method used in this study is mixed methods, which combines qualitative and quantitative research to understand the problem. The results of the study show that: 1) the design of the teaching and learning process with hypertext-based e-modules actualizes the actors of the teaching and learning process in an effort to build knowledge together; 2) the design of the teaching and learning process with hypertext-based e-modules increased students' cognitive flexibility by 47.7%; and 3) the design of the teaching and learning process with hypertext-based e-modules has a positive impact on student learning achievement of 0.77 sigma. Various data analyzes show that the design of the teaching and learning process with hypertext-based e-modules has received a positive response so that it can be used as a suitable auxiliary media for teachers and students.

Abstract

The research objectives are (a) to determine the influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance, (b) to determine the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and (c) to determine the influence of the principal's academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at the Tembilahan Hulu District State Elementary School. The type of research carried out is survey research with a quantitative research approach. The population and sample are elementary school teachers in Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research population was 289 teachers, and the research sample was 156 teachers taken randomly. The data collection technique was a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the study and discussion described above, the conclusion is that school principal supervision significantly influences teacher performance. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between work motivation and teacher performance at the Tembilahan Hulu District State Elementary School. Then we get an R Square value of 0.574 or 57.4%, meaning that the influence of the principal's academic supervision and teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) is 57.4%, while the rest is determined by other factors that are not part of from this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work climate on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research carried out was descriptive quantitative. The choice of descriptive quantitative in this research is the ex post facto method with correlational research techniques, namely a correlation study that aims to test hypotheses. The population and sample in this research were state elementary schools in Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, totaling 91 people. The data collection technique used to obtain data is by administering a questionnaire. The questionnaire is closed; an answer is provided for each question item and is measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Hypothesis testing in this research was conducted after testing classical assumptions using SPSS Version 24.0 software. The testing stages are carried out using analysis: (a) descriptive statistics, (b) inferential statistics, and (c) multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research, the following conclusions can be drawn: (a) first, there is an influence of work discipline and work climate on teacher performance; (b) second, there is an influence of work discipline on teacher performance; and (c) there is an influence of work climate on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Attitude of Growth of world parawisata specially, effort hotel service progressively day show the emulation and growth more and more fast to face the the growth of management of Satellite Hotel put the a profound interest to development of human resource of through program training for all employees with an eye to improve the knowledge and skilled in executing its work duty so that through program of training of labour capacity of employees can be improved in the end give the big benefit to company target. This Research target first of all to know more detail from training program consisted of by the factors of coach ability, training items, training method, training competitor, facility of training and komitmen leader. Whether collectively have the influence having a meaning of to labour capacity of employees of part of operational of at Satellite Hotel. Second anticipated by that factor of komitmen leader have the dominant influence to labour capacity of employees of part of operational at Hotel of Satellite Surabaya. In this research is population of taken as focus in research is employees of part of operational as much 106 employees people, sampel research conducted with the amount 53 people ( 50 %) deputizing employees of part of operational of research instrument to obtain ;get the data used to measure the factors program the training use the enquette which is passed to employees and leader by using Technique Analyse the doubled linear regresi. Analyse the data use the computer program the SPSS with the technique analyse the test simultan, test the parsial, test the classic assumption, its examination is relied on by level signifikasi 5 %.

Abstract

Bahasa asing yang masuk di Indonesia semakin berkembang salah satunya yaitu Bahasa Jepang. Di negara Indonesia minat orang untuk belajar bahasa Jepang cukup tinggi terbukti dengan mulai banyaknya institusi pendidikan formal dan lembaga kursus yang mengajarkan bahasa jepang yang berada di Indonesia dan dari dampak budaya lainnya yang mempengaruhi minat belajar bahasa jepang. Game bisa jadi media untuk memotivasi belajar terutama dalam kasus kanji dimana dapat menjadi wadah yang menyenangkan dan game yang memfasilitasi belajar kanji yang menjangkau banyak aspek belum banyak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut game bisa menjadi media untuk membantu mengatasi hilangnya motivasi dalam mempelajari kanji. Hasil penelitian adalahaplikasi berbentuk game yang dibuat menggunakan tampilan dalam bentuk dua dimensi secara offline, dengan konsep gabungan multimedia yang dicakup seperti media teks, suara, gambar dan animasi sehingga memudahkan proses belajar huruf kanji N5 oleh pemula.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of school principals' managerial skills and teachers' work motivation on the quality of Junior High Schools in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. The research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design involving 110 teachers from various schools in the district. Data was collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale and performed using multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that school principals' managerial skills and teachers' work motivation significantly influence school quality. The results showed that school principals' managerial skills contributed 61.7% to improving school quality, while teachers' work motivation contributed 72.0%. Moreover, both variables accounted for 63.8% of the variation in school quality, indicating that they work together to enhance educational outcomes. The study further identified that the most significant dimension of managerial skills was human relations, followed by conceptual and technical skills. At the same time, intrinsic motivation played a more prominent role in motivating teachers than extrinsic motivation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that school principals enhance their managerial skills, especially in technical aspects, and that teachers actively improve their motivation. The local education authority should also support the development of school principals' leadership capabilities and create programs that foster teachers' professional growth. This study contributes to understanding how effective leadership and motivated teachers can significantly improve school quality, offering valuable insights for educational policymakers and practitioners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance management of CV Kreasi during the 2022–2024 period using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. BSC was chosen for its ability to provide a comprehensive view of organizational performance through four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate a significant improvement across all performance indicators, with a maximum score of 15 out of 15. Financial growth, customer loyalty, production efficiency, and employee development showed excellent performance. The implementation of BSC proved effective in aligning company strategy with operations and provided a structured framework for improving performance. This finding demonstrates that BSC can be successfully adapted by medium-sized enterprises as a strategic tool for sustainable growth.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research was conducted to address the low learning interest of fourth-grade students at SDN No.105404 Pekan Sialang Buah in the subject matter of the stories of prophets and apostles. The lack of student enthusiasm, minimal active participation, and suboptimal learning outcomes indicated the need for an engaging instructional approach. The study aimed to enhance students' interest in learning through the use of picture media as a visual and attractive learning strategy. Implemented in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, the research involved [number of students] as subjects. Data were collected using learning interest questionnaires administered before and after each cycle, along with classroom observations. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students' learning interest, as shown by increased questionnaire scores and more active participation during lessons. Picture media successfully captured students' attention, improved focus, and facilitated comprehension of storylines and characters within the religious narratives. The visual representation of the material made the learning process more enjoyable and meaningful. In conclusion, the use of picture media proved effective in increasing students’ interest in the stories of prophets and apostles and is recommended as an innovative alternative for teaching Islamic Religious Education, especially for narrative-based content.
