Abstract

The presence of Colifaecal bacteria in clean water indicates contamination caused by dirt. The discovery of E. Coli in water is thought to pose a threat to human health because the water is suspected of containing pathogenic microorganisms, which include viruses, bacteria, protozoa, and parasites which are transmitted through fecal material. The study aimed to determine the relationship between the distance between cattle sheds and the quality of dug well water on the bacteriological content of E. Coli in Gampong Lampasi Engking, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District in 2018. This research is a Quasi Experiment type of non-equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were the effect of the number of E.coli after and before the modified cattle barn on the dug wells around the cowshed in Lampasi Engking Village, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District with a total of 4 dug wells. The results showed that the number of E. coli before the cage was modified was 26 MPM while after the modification there was a decrease in the number of E.coli in dug wells of 7 MPM in Gampong Lampasi Engking, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District. The conclusion is that there is a difference in the content of E.Coli in the wells that have not been modified in cow pens with the amount of E.Coli bacteria content after being modified where the value of p = 0.070. It is hoped that the Lecturer can add information material that can be used as a reference for the development of science or further research for those who need it, especially regarding models of Modification of cattle pens to reduce the bacteriological number of E. Coli in dug wells around cow pens.

Abstract

The purpose of the student creativity program in general is to prepare future-oriented student resources and forged with higher education transformation so that they become superior, competitive, adaptive, flexible, productive, competitive graduates with Pancasila character, and guide students to become individuals who know and obey the rules, creative and innovative, as well as objective and cooperative in building intellectual diversity. While the objectives of the Student Achievement Program are: 1) giving awards to students who have achieved high achievements; 2) motivating students to carry out curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities as a vehicle for synergizing student hard skills and soft skills; 3) encouraging universities to develop a campus life climate that can facilitate students to achieve proud achievements on an ongoing basis; 4) Student entrepreneurship; and 5) MBKM activities in higher education. The method of delivering the material in the zoom meeting and offline, accompanied directly by selected expert presenters who are able to provide motivation and strategies and often participate in the intended achievement event in the FKIP Hall, Classroom, and other rooms that are useful in implementing activities that are planned to be carried out continuously or sustainably between April and December 2023. The activities are in the form of continuous technical guidance periodically until students are proficient in uploading activity websites, making implementation proposals, and creating achievement and entrepreneurial ideas. The data collection technique is observation, interview, and documentation. With data collection tools in the form of observation sheets, interviews, and documentation sheets. The target audience is students and lecturers, especially the mathematics education study program at FKIP Tanjungpura University. With the results obtained are: 1) many students are ready to make a team of service implementers starting from the preparation of proposals to the hope that the product will be accepted by the ministry and other institutions that oversee it; 2) students play an active role in participating in competitions or student achievement activities and compete starting from the institutional, regional, national, and international levels. The product of the service activity is in the form of a Student Creativity Program (PKM) proposal and empirical evidence of students participating in outstanding student activities then articles made and then published in the National Journal of Community Service.

Abstract

Pertanian padi memiliki peran penting dalam ketahanan pangan, namun produksi sering terganggu akibat penyakit daun seperti Blast, Brown spot, dan Hispa. Klasifikasi manual kurang efektif karena membutuhkan waktu dan keahlian khusus. Penelitian ini mengusulkan klasifikasi otomatis menggunakan transfer learning dengan arsitektur MobileNetV1 dan MobileNetV2. Kontribusi orisinal dari penelitian ini berupa validasi performa dan optimasi spesifik pada arsitektur MobileNet untuk kasus penyakit daun padi, termasuk analisis komparatif pada konfigurasi Dense layer dan rasio data training. Dataset terdiri dari 2000 citra empat kelas yang dibagi menjadi data train, test, dan validation untuk mencegah overfitting. Model dilatih menggunakan konfigurasi Dense layer 32, 64, dan 256 dengan rasio data 7:2:1 dan 8:1:1. Model terbaik diperoleh dari MobileNetV2 dengan 64 neuron dan rasio 8:1:1, menghasilkan akurasi 93,50%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 dapat menjadi metode yang efisien dan akurat untuk klasifikasi penyakit daun padi serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan petani secara lebih cepat.

Abstract

Since the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was established in 2003-2022, KPK has handled 20 Governors involved in corruption cases. This study took a sample of 10 governors, or 50% of the number of governors handled by the Corruption Eradication Commission, taking into account the availability of court decision data on the Supreme Court website and population representation from 2013 to 2022. A total of six governors were convicted on charges of bribery-receiving corruption related to local budget management. In handling these cases, it is necessary to calculate state losses by the BPK RI auditors due to the acts of corruption committed. Law Number 15 of 2004 and Law Number 15 of 2006 emphasize the need to examine state financial losses in corruption cases to determine the amount of state losses. These two provisions are not yet binding on Corruption Eradication Commission investigators to ask the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia to calculate state financial losses because it is considered that the provisions for requesting an audit are not strictly regulated in Law Number 31 of 1999. This requires harmonization of the regulations governing acts of corruption with those governing the calculation of state losses. Analysis of the charges against the court decision indicates that the calculation of state financial losses by the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) or Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is not used in determining the real and definite amount of state financial losses. The judge fully relied on the amount of bribes received or the amount of corruption enjoyed by the defendant in the indictment as a loss to the state, which must be returned as replacement money. In the indictment, there was no argument for using bribes received as losses to the state, which is an obligation to return to recover the said state losses regulated in Law Number 1 of 2004.

Abstract

The need for using digital technology such as E-Modules in learning is becoming increasingly important. Learning integrated with local potential such as Lake Lebo in Taliwang, which is located in the area, can create a unique learning environment and learning experiences. Therefore, development research needs to be conducted by utilizing the ease of access to technology in the form of E-Modules, with the main goal of developing a feasible and valid E-Module for Aquatic Biology, leveraging local potential such as Lake Lebo. The method in this research is development research referring to the 4D development model with 4 stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In this study, the stages to be carried out will only reach the Develop stage. The result indicates that the developed E-Module for Aquatic Biology is highly suitable for implementation in the learning process. Which is the score of 92 from Validator 1 falls into the very feasible category, while a score of 85 from Validator 2 falls into the feasible category. The readability test aspect of the developed E-Module on Aquatic Biology Based on the Potential of Lake Lebo Taliwang also got average 86, which falls into the very feasible criteria. This result indicates that the developed E-Module for Aquatic Biology is highly suitable for implementation in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam menjelaskan potensi berpikir kreatif peserta didik ketika mengerjakan soal tes berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Dari 28 peserta didik, dipilih 2 peserta didik pada setiap kategori potensi berpikir kreatif atas, tengah dan bawah untuk diwawancarai, sehingga total terdapat 6 peserta didik. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis berupa soal-soal berpikir kreatif yang berjumlahkan 4 soal dengan indikator kelancaran (fluency), keluwesan (flexibility), keaslian (originality), dan keterperincian (elaboration) serta wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi berpikir kreatif dari 28 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak berada pada kriteria cukup baik, dengan tingkat ketercapaian mencapai 52,68%. Lebih lanjut, hasil wawancara dengan subjek terpilih mengungkapkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antar kategori. Peserta didik dengan kategori atas menguasai seluruh indikator berpikir kreatif yang diamati, yaitu kelancaran (fluency), keluwesan (flexibility), keaslian (originality), dan keterperincian (elaboration). Kemudian, peserta didik dengan kategori tengah menguasai beberapa indikator, sementara kategori bawah menunjukkan keterbatasan pada semua indikator tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja karyawan pada masa covid-19 di perusahaan PT Indomaret Nanjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskripsi, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan atau memaparkan kondisi apa adanya tanpa memberikan pelakuan atau manipulasi pada objek yang diteliti pada Toko Indomaret Nanjung Setelah membahas masalah tersebut, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan pada masa covid-19 di PT Indomaret Nanjung telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Wilayah Utara Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptik analitik dengan maksud agar memperoleh gambaran empirik mengenai keadaan yang tengah berlangsung. Hasil analisis menunjukan iklim organisasi pada SMA Negeri di wilayah Utara Kabupaten Garut walaupun termasuk kategori baik tetapi iklim yang terjadi belumlah optimal, selain itu kepemimpinan mempunyai peran yang cukup signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, oleh karena itu kualitas kepemimpinan harus senantiasa ditingkatkan

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the implementation of web-based promotional activities in Dialogue Group, Cimahi City. The approach used is descriptive qualitative research, namely explaining and describing the phenomena that occur and an in-depth overall picture of sales activities. After conducting the analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of web-based promotional activities in Dialogue Group, Cimahi City was carried out by the Digital Marketing Support team through ten stages which were carried out well even though there were still some obstacles to its implementation.Keywords: Implementation, Sales Activities, Sales Targets Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan promosi berbasis web di Dialogue Grup, Kota Cimahi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan dan menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi dan gambaran menyeluruh yang mendalam mengenai kegiatan promosi berbasis web. Setelah melakukan analisa maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan aktivitas promosi berbasis web di Dialogue Grup, Kota Cimahi dilakukan tim Digital Marketing Support melalui sepuluh tahapan terlaksana dengan baik walau masih terdapat beberapa kendala pelaksanaannya.Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Promosi, Website

Abstract

Sandi Vigenère adalah metode kriptografi klasik yang digunakan untuk mengamankan data digital dengan menggabungkan sandi substitusi dan sandi Caesar. Namun, performa sandi Vigenère perlu dievaluasi untuk memastikan keamanannya dalam menghadapi serangan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa sandi Vigenère pada data digital terenkripsi dengan menggunakan metrik keamanan dan efisiensi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan sandi Vigenère pada sejumlah dataset digital yang terenkripsi. Metrik keamanan yang digunakan meliputi tingkat kerahasiaan, resistensi terhadap serangan statistik, dan ketahanan terhadap serangan terstruktur seperti analisis frekuensi. Sementara itu, metrik efisiensi mencakup waktu eksekusi dan ukuran file terenkripsi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sandi Vigenère memiliki tingkat kerahasiaan yang cukup baik dalam melindungi data digital terenkripsi. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang performa sandi Vigenère pada data digital terenkripsi. Rekomendasi penggunaan sandi Vigenère dengan kunci yang kuat dan pengacakan pola frekuensi huruf dapat meningkatkan keamanan data digital terenkripsi menggunakan metode ini
