Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning in fostering the character of discipline and improving the academic achievement of Grade X A students at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, South Lampung, in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the Aqidah Akhlak learning is conducted using lecture, discussion, and exemplary methods, with teacher exemplarity being the most effective in instilling moral values, particularly discipline. The discipline values instilled include punctuality, obedience to rules, and responsibility in learning. The implementation of this learning also has a positive impact on improving students' academic achievement, as evidenced by increased academic scores and learning motivation. Supporting factors for the success of implementation include the religious school environment, teacher role models, family support, and student motivation. In contrast, the inhibiting factors include limited learning media, low student interest, tardiness, and negative peer influence. Overall, Aqidah Akhlak learning plays a strategic role in shaping character and enhancing students’ academic quality holistically.

Abstract

Artikel ini dibuat untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah menengah pertama dengan fokus pada kesiapan sumber daya pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Melalui studi kasus yang dilakukan di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Juli, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat bergantung pada kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, serta dukungan dari berbagai Stakeholder. Selain itu, terlihat bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa jika diimplementasikan secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence between murottal Al-Qur'an with academic stress on students of the Faculty of psychology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Stress can affect anyone, including students. The importance of efforts to overcome academic stress for students is very influential on the ability of students to build and maintain physical and psychological conditions during learning. Subjects in this study are students of semester 5. This type of research is an experiment with the research design used is one group post-test pre-test. The results of the hypothesis show the significance value of 0.805 which sign value is greater than 0.05 then it can be concluded that there is no relationship between Murrotal Al-Qur'an to academic Stress in students.

Abstract

Early childhood education is currently facing challenges in ensuring that children with special needs also get the same opportunities to learn and develop, this is also a challenge for KB-RA Terapi Tazkiyah Malang. The existence of inclusion classes creates its own problems for schools, namely the limited understanding of teachers on teaching methods for inclusion students, limited teacher skills in preparing learning media that are suitable for all students and limited variations in learning media used. Through community service activities, training is conducted for teachers to improve skills in managing inclusive classes, introduce virtual reality (VR) technology as one of the learning media for students and assist teachers in preparing VR-based learning media. VR creates a three-dimensional digital environment that allows students to interact with objects or situations as if they were real, even though they are in cyberspace and provide immersive experiences that make students feel they are in a certain place or situation so that students will learn in a fun and directed atmosphere. The results of the training show an increase in the level of empowerment of partners in increasing the accessibility of learning media by applying VR technology, increasing insight into the diversity of learning media and skills in preparing appropriate, varied and innovative learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Prima Indonesia. Data berasal dari mahasiswa Teknik Sistem Informasi angkatan 2022 dengan atribut penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan, IPK, dan kondisi tempat tinggal. Dengan perbandingan data training dan testing 70:30, diperoleh akurasi tertinggi 79%. Sebanyak 250 mahasiswa diklasifikasikan layak dan 68 tidak layak menerima beasiswa. Nilai kelayakan tertinggi mencapai 5,04919. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Naïve Bayes efektif sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan beasiswa. Kata Kunci: Naïve Bayes Classifier, Beasiswa Bidikmisi, klasifikasi, sistem pendukung keputusan.

Abstract

Penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pemerintahan desa menjadi kunci penting untuk mewujudkan tata kelola yang transparan, akuntabel, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengkaji penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan di Desa Janti Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Analisis difokuskan pada indikator utama good governance seperti akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang mendalam terhadap data sekunder terkait penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance, seperti akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Studi literatur ini menyoroti bagaimana Pemerintah Desa Janti Wates menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut, antara lain dengan menyediakan informasi terbuka terkait Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes), melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses musyawarah perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program desa, serta menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban secara berkala. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan perlunya peningkatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar partisipasi lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip good governance berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembangunan desa, mencegah penyalahgunaan dana, dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah desa. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa dan peningkatan literasi masyarakat untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is a crucial component in English as a Foreign Language learning, as it directly influences students’ ability to listen, speak, read, and write effectively. However, many junior high school students demonstrate low motivation when learning vocabulary through conventional, lecture-based methods. This study aimed to explore students’ perceptions of using crossword puzzles as a medium for learning English vocabulary and its impact on their learning motivation. A descriptive qualitative design was employed, involving seventh-grade students from MTsN 3 Aceh Barat Daya. One class of 30 students was purposively selected as the sample. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s (1994) interactive model. The findings reveal that crossword puzzles significantly increased students’ motivation, engagement, and vocabulary retention. Students reported enjoying the challenge and collaborating actively with peers, while observations showed high levels of participation and persistence in completing the tasks. The study concludes that crossword puzzles provide a simple, flexible, and effective strategy for fostering emotional, cognitive, and social engagement in vocabulary learning, and they can be adapted for other foreign language contexts to address low learning motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage and company size as moderating variables on the relationship between ESG Risk Rating and ownership concentration on firm value. This research is included in the type of quantitative research and uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have an ESG Rating value by Morningstar Sustainalytics. This research method uses linear regression in calculating the effect of independent variables (ESG Risk Rating, and ownership concentration) moderated by Leverage, and Firm Size variables on the dependent variable (Tobin's Q). The results found that the impact of firm size and leverage on the moderation of ESG score with firm value and the moderation of ownership concentration with firm value is not uniform. Specifically, leverage exerts a more substantial effect as a moderator between ESG risk score and ownership concentration and firm value than firm size.

Abstract

Aljabar hiperstruktur merupakan perluasan dari struktur aljabar klasik. Pada struktur aljabar klasik, operasi antara dua unsur merupakan unsur, sedangkan dalam aljabar hiperstruktur operasi antara dua unsur merupakan suatu himpunan. Aljabar hiperstruktur memiliki banyak penerapan dalam disiplin ilmu lain khususnya terkait dengan pewarisan genetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan aljabar hiperstruktur yang berkaitan dengan masalah pewarisan genetik terutama dalam persilangan warna bunga Mirabilis Jalapa dengan dua hiperoperasi yang berbeda. Pendefinisian hiperoperasi pada hasil persilangan tersebut memberikan hiperstruktur aljabar yang berbeda-beda. Pada kasus hiperoperasi pertama, hiperstruktur aljabar yang diperoleh adalah -semi grup. Pada kasus hiperoperasi kedua, hiperstruktur aljabar yang diperoleh adalah semi hipergrup, hipergrup, dan - grup. Namun, pendefinisian hiperoperasi yang berbeda dari kasus yang diberikan dapat memberikan aljabar hiperstruktur lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work conflict and stress partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees at PT Telkom STO Parepare. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling with a total of 35 samples. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the Work Conflict variable (X1) shows a t-value > t-table value, namely 2.960 > 2.034, with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. This proves that the work conflict variable has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Stress variable (X2) also shows a t-value > t-table value, namely 2.281 > 2.034, with a significance value of 0.029 < 0.05. This indicates that the work stress variable has a significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the F-test shows that Work Conflict and Work Stress have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y), with an F-value of 50.606 > F-table value of 4.14, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant partial and simultaneous influence between work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT Telkom STO Parepare.
