Abstract

In the current restaurant competition, many new restaurants are emerging so that restaurant competition is getting tougher. To win the restaurant competition, business actors must be smart in competing. One way to do this is to increase customers and retain them. The aim of this research is to understand how the quality of the food served at Waroeng Special Sambal affects the level of customer satisfaction. Data collection is through questionnaires distributed via Google Form and distributed online. We used SmartPls Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test this research model with a sample size of 175 respondents, the sample was selected using the Purposive Sampling method. The results of data processing show the effects, namely food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, food quality has a positive effect on price, service quality has a positive effect on price, food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction which is mediated by price, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction which is mediated by price. Future research is expected to involve more specific respondents and use different measurement techniques. To attract customer satisfaction, restaurants need to improve food quality and service quality and offer prices that match the menu served.

Abstract

Increasing economic growth and development of the retail industry in Indonesia has strengthened competition among retail business players. Therefore, one way for companies to compete with other retail businesses is to understand the factors that trigger impulsive buying behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the factors in the Theory of Planned Behavior, namely attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on impulse buying behavior, either directly or indirectly through impulse buying intention. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, and the technique to be used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a sample size of 165 respondents. The results of the study prove that attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control influence impulse buying intention. Attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control influence impulse buying behavior, either directly or through impulse buying intention. Additionally, impulse buying intention influences impulse buying behavior. This research contributes to companies in designing marketing strategies to shape consumers impulsive buying behavior. Abstract

Indonesia has become one of the countries with significantly high sales in the beauty product industry, particularly sunscreen products. Various brands strive to attract consumer attention by offering different innovations and benefits. Consequently, companies need to find ways to increase awareness and consumer loyalty towards sunscreen products by understanding factors such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This research was conducted with the main objective of understanding consumer purchasing behavior of sunscreen products through the TPB approach. Additionally, this study was conducted to provide theoretical benefits by enhancing insights and knowledge related to consumer behavior, especially in terms of consumer decision-making and consumer loyalty based on the TPB approach. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with a sample size of 199 respondents. The results of this study prove that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a positive impact on consumer decisions directly or indirectly through consumer loyalty. Moreover, consumer decision-making positively influences consumer loyalty. This research contributes to companies in designing marketing strategies to shape consumer decision-making and consumer loyalty towards sunscreen products. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Pendekatan yang diambil dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemakaian kecerdasan buatan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Sumber utama yang dijadikan referensi dalam artikel ini meliputi buku, jurnal penelitian, dan berita daring yang relevan dengan isu yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membaca, menganalisis, dan mencatat berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal penelitian, dan berita daring yang berkaitan dengan topik yang dibahas, kemudian disaring dan disusun dalam kerangka pemikiran secara teoritis agar dapat diambil kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam memiliki potensi signifikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran agama tersebut. Namun, juga ada sisi negatif yang terkait dengan efek penggunaan AI dalam proses belajar. Dalam jangka waktu yang lebih lama, AI bisa menjadi alat yang sangat bermanfaat untuk membantu pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, selama digunakan dengan bijaksana dan diintegrasikan dengan baik dalam sistem pembelajaran. The purpose of this study is to outline the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on Islamic religious education instruction. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was employed in this study. The impact of applying artificial intelligence to Islamic religious education is explained using this approach. This article's primary sources are found in online news about research issues, scientific journals, and literature. Various literary materials, scientific journals, and internet news that are relevant to the topic of discussion are read, reviewed, and recorded as part of the data collecting procedure. These resources are then filtered and placed into a theoretical framework so that a conclusion can be made. The findings of the study show that applying artificial intelligence (AI) to Islamic religious education has the potential to significantly improve learning effectiveness and efficiency. Nevertheless, there are drawbacks to the application of AI in educational activities as well. As long as AI is properly applied and incorporated into the educational system, it has the potential to be a very useful instrument for promoting Islamic religious education learning in the long run.

Abstract

This paper offers an overview of Indonesia's military diplomacy through peacekeepers serving as members of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). In researching Indonesian defense diplomacy, the researcher used Chyre's theoretical framework of defense diplomacy, which focuses on peacekeeping missions. The method in this research is qualitative to explain, describe, and describe various tools and resources that can be used in collecting and analyzing data in the form of spoken or written language. Data collection techniques in this research use interviews, documentation studies, archival studies, and internet-based studies which are then managed and analyzed to conclude. This research found that Indonesian defense diplomacy through the UNIFIL peacekeeping force played a role in preventing armed conflict carried out by the Israel Defense Force (IDF) with the Lebanon Armed Force (LAF) on the border of the two countries by conducting routine patrols. Indonesian peacekeeping forces also established relations with the Lebanese community by organizing free medical treatment activities for the Lebanese community, holding social activities, and introducing Indonesian culture.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui penerapan analisis CVP pada UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni review literatur yang merupakan suatu metode secara eksplisit, sistematis dan reprodusibel untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi dan mengsintesis temuan dan ide penelitian yang dihasilkan oleh peneliti dijurnal yang ada.. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian pada UMKM. Artikel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini berjumlah 7 artikel jurnal publikasi yang diperoleh dari google scholar. Adapun rujukan dari riset ini diperoleh berdasarkan rujukan jurnal maupun artikel yang diterbitkan melalui jurnal online dengan kata kunci “perencanaan laba umkm”.pdf. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa penerapan analisis CVP sebagai alat perencanaan laba belum banyak diterapakan di semua UMKM, sehingga banyak yang tidak mengetahui peluang potensial dan perkiraan laba/rugi operasi untuk periode mendatang. Perencanaan laba dengan analisis CVP, dapat membantu manajer untuk mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana, sehingga terhindar dari kerugian dan dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang bisa dilihat dari perhitungan BEP, perhitungan titik aman penjualan atau Margin Of Safety dan Contribusi Margin.

Abstract

The oil filter plays a very important role in the lubrication system, where the oil filter functions as the main filter for the lubrication system. Companies that operate in the energy conversion sector use machines that operate 24 hours to produce their products. The steam turbine engine is a very influential tool. Where this tool is the driver of the pumps that distribute pressurized liquid fluid from the medium pressure process to high pressure. However, this machine has a problem, namely the engine's lubrication system is less than optimal, which is caused by manually cleaning the oil filter. The manual oil cleaning process apparently did not comply with the recommendations in the filter manufacturer's manual. Based on these problems, researchers created a design for a steam turbine unit 015-T05 A oil filter cleaner with a backwash system aimed at simplifying the oil filter cleaning process. The method used in the design of this tool is the process of basic design concepts, calculating the nozzle used, and producing the design results. Based on this method, the research produces a design that is in accordance with the specified design design. This tool was tested using three variations of cleaning fluid, namely Pertamax, thinner and methanol. Testing this tool also uses gas fluid output from the compressor with variations of 4 bar and 6.2 bar. In conclusion, this tool is able to clean the oil filter optimally, with a cleaning pressure of 6.2 bar, this tool is able to increase the cleanliness indicator of a dirty oil filter. As a result, the oil filter that was cleaned with Pertamax gasoline obtained a cleanliness value of 5.8 bar, the most optimal indicator, and was able to increase the filter's performance time by 720 hours.

Abstract

The management of organic waste into compost is one of the important solutions in an effort to reduce the negative impact of organic waste on the environment. A compost mixer is one of the technologies that can be used to speed up the process of decomposing and forming compost from organic waste. This research aims to continue previous research that has succeeded in making organic waste shredding machines. The methods used in this study include a literature survey on the basic principles in organic waste management, available technologies, and the design of stirring machine mechanisms that have been carried out previously. Based on the literature analysis, some factors in the design of the compost mixer machine are the material and shape of the composting blade, adequate construction strength, the need for sufficient rotation to achieve organic waste homogenization, and the ease of operation and maintenance. The design process utilizes CAD/CAE software to compile 3D models and simulate various operational conditions. The result of this research is the design of an efficient compost mixing machine mechanism. In addition, special attention is paid to the selection of materials and the shape of the stirring blades that are resistant to wear and corrosion. This design also takes into account the ease of access for routine cleaning and maintenance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pencegahan resistensi antibiotik, salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan bahan alam seperti tanaman sebagai agen antibakteri. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan atau tanpa VCO. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan dan tanpa VCO pada S. aureus. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimental murni (True-Experimental Research) dengan bentuk desain Post-test Only Control Group. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan menggunakan metode sumuran dengan sampel berupa ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dan ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan VCO, untuk kontrol positif menggunakan antibiotik Klindamisin, serta kontrol negatif menggunakan DMSO. Data hasil pengukuran zona hambat dianalisa dengan Uji Mann-Whitney menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil: Rata-rata diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk dari sampel Ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan dan tanpa VCO berturut-turut sebesar 4,05 mm dan 1,05 mm dengan kategori lemah, kontrol positif antibiotik Klindamisin sebesar 10,34 mm dengan kategori kuat, dan kontrol negatif DMSO sebesar 0 mm tidak ada zona hambat. Hasil Uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,021 < 0,05 maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara diameter zona hambat antara Ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan dan tanpa VCO. Kesimpulan: Ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan dan tanpa VCO memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dengan menghambat pertumbuhan S. aureus, dimana Ekstrak Meniran – Sambiloto dengan VCO memiliki aktivitas antibakteri lebih besar.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan suatu penyakit menahun yang ditandai dengan kadar glukosa darah (gula darah) melebihi normal yaitu kadar gula darah sewaktu ≥200 mg/dl, dan kadar gula darah puasa ≥126 mg/dl, International Diabetes Federation (IDF) menyebutkan bahwa prevalensi diabetes mellitus di dunia adalah 1,9% dan telah menjadikan DM sebagai penyebab kematian urutan ke tujuh di dunia sedangkan tahun 2013 angka kejadian diabetes di dunia adalah sebanyak 382 juta jiwa . Tujuan: mengetahui efektivitas biaya terapi obat oral antidiabetes antara metformin dan glimepiride pada pasien lansia di Rumah Sakit X . Metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang bersifat analitik dengan metode cross-sectional. Data yang diambil ialah data sekunder, berupa data rekam medik dengan metode purposive sampling . Hasil:didapatkan hasil ACER dari ketiga efektifitas yang menggunakan obat Metformin dan Glimepiride dengan nilai GDP sebesar Rp. 207 untuk terapi yang menggunakan metformin dan terapi glimepiride dengan nilai GDP sebesar Rp.181, nilai GDA sebesar Rp.109 untuk terapi yang menggunakan metformin dan terapi glimepiride dengan nilai GDA sebesar Rp.654, dan nilai Lama Rawat Inap sebesar Rp.829 untuk terapi metformin dan terapi glimepiride dengan nilai Lama Rawat Inap sebesar Rp.1.133. Nilai ICER dari ketiga efektifitas yang menggunakan metformin dan glimepiride dengan nilai GDP sebesar Rp 126, dan untuk nilai GDA sebesar Rp.-38 dan untuk nilai Lama Rawat Inap sebesar Rp.-3.517 Kesimpulan:Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terapi yang menggunakan metformin lebih cost-effective dibandingkan terapi glimepiride dengan nilai ACER metformin Rp.109 dibandingkan glimepiride Rp.654 dan nilai ICER metformin dan glimepiride Rp.-3.517.
