Abstract

COVID-19 has created a demand for contactless technology, in line with the significant technological growth in Indonesia. Contactless or cashless payment technology has become the preferred payment method as it eliminates the need for physical contact with paper money, coins, or even other people's hands. As an innovation, the Government has responded to this challenge by supporting the National Payment Gateway (GPN) regulation, and Bank Indonesia has established a national standard code known as QRIS. This study aims to determine the extent to which system users perceive the system as useful (Perceived Usefulness), easy to use (Perceived Ease of Use), and to understand how Behavioral Intention and social influence in the user's environment can affect their attitude and behavior towards system usage (Actual System Use) using the TAM approach in the Tangerang Regency area. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed in June 2024. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method with a sample size of 165 respondents. The data processing results indicate that factors such as Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a significant positive influence on Behavioral Intention and Actual System Use in the use of QRIS. Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use affect Actual System Use through Behavioral Intention. Meanwhile, social influence does not significantly affect Actual System Use through Behavioral Intention. The managerial implications of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia should enhance the security and reliability of the QRIS system to build public trust and confidence in this digital payment system. Additionally, the registration and usage processes for QRIS should be simplified to ensure they are easily understood and used by all segments of the population, including those less familiar with technology. These measures are expected to increase public adoption and trust in QRIS as a digital payment system

Abstract

Abstract

The Taekwondo sports coaching system necessitates effective organisational management. However, managing a sports organisation unquestionably demands a suitable and accurate concept, one that will ultimately allow the sports organisation to accomplish its objectives. The purpose of this study was to examine the basic interpretation of historical aspects, development systems, management resources, and achievement development. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research, employing a phenomenological research design. The research sample consists of 5 informants, including 1 club founder, 2 club executives, and 2 athlete coaches, selected for direct interviews. Data analysis involves (i) introduction and organization; (ii) coding and reduction; (iii) interpretation and representation. The findings revealed that the coaching system, management resources and Taekwondo achievement development at the Mahameru Club in Sukoharjo Regency were functioning effectively. The limitations of this study are the sample used and the scope of the study which is only one area. As a result, future research should compare and broaden the scope of the study by investigating the factors that influence the implementation of the coaching system, management resources, and achievement development, such as psychological, sociological, and environmental aspects for athletes. The conclusion of this research indicates that this research makes a notable contribution by delving into the uncharted territory of Taekwondo sports coaching at Mahameru Club. It not only fills a knowledge gap but also furnishes practical guidance for the improvement of coaching strategies.

Abstract

Background Problems: The lack of variety in exercises applied by coaches makes players feel bored, so they must be given training variations by looking at training methods that significantly improve basic tennis technique skills between game training methods and drills. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine differences in the effect of game and drill training methods on improving basic tennis technical skills based on the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. Methods: In this context, the method used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 24 male athletes in Lampung who were separated into 4 groups. Findings and Results: (i) There are differences in the effect of game practice and drill methods on improving basic tennis technique skills. (ii) There is a difference in improving basic tennis technique skills between the age groups of 10-12 years and 13-15 years. (iii) There is an influence of interaction between training methods and age groups on improving basic tennis technique skills. Conclusion: The age group 10-12 years is more appropriate if given the game training method, and the age group 13-15 years is more appropriate if given the practice training method. The findings of this study provide an important contribution by highlighting the importance of both applied training methods for basic tennis technique. This training method is also adapted for age-based characteristics. Therefore, the recommendation to use game and drill training methods as part of tennis training can help athletes cope with intense playing conditions. Based on the analysis above, the novelty of the research developed by the researcher was two exercise methods compared, two age groups that were sampled, and research instruments using International Tennis Number (ITN) On Court Assessment. Researchers used game and drill training methods that could affect the sample after treatment. Different from previous research, the sample used was male athletes aged 10-15 years.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effects of soaking time and acid type on the production of bovine hide cracker. The materials used were 6 kg bovine belly hide, 3% citric acid, and 3% acetic acid. The research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement, consisting of two acid treatments (acetic and citric acids) and three soaking durations (0, 2, and 4 h). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test when significant differences were observed. The results showed that the acid type significantly affected (P<0.05) the protein content, pH, swelling power, and color of bovine hide crackers but had no significant effect on the yield, taste, aroma, or crispiness. Soaking time significantly affected the yield, protein content, pH, swelling power, color, and taste, but did not significantly affect the aroma or crispiness. The yield values ranged from 21.20 to 30.32%, protein content from 60.33 to 78.30%, pH from 5.50 to 6.85, and swelling power from 632.30 to 2,838.46%. Based on organoleptic evaluation, the hide crackers exhibited a slightly brown color, slightly sour to non-sour taste, non-fishy aroma, and a crispy texture. Morphological observations revealed that soaking in an acidic solution produced thinner cell walls and more air cavities than the non-soaked treatment, thereby supporting an increase in the swelling power of the crackers. Soaking bovine hides with citric and acetic acids influenced the chemical, physical, and morphological characteristics of bovine hide crackers. The selection of acid type and soaking duration should be adjusted according to the desired product characteristics.
