Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana zakat fitrah didistribusikan sesuai dengan tradisi masyarakat Dusun 4 Banyumas di Desa Rukti Sedyo, serta mengevaluasi praktik tersebut dari sudut pandang hukum ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi, wawancara, serta pengumpulan dokumen. Studi menunjukkan bahwa pendistribusian zakat fitrah di dusun ini berlangsung berdasarkan tradisi yang telah dilestarikan secara turun-temurun, yang diorganisir melalui diskusi antara pengurus mushola dan figur-figur adat setempat. Selain delapan kategori mustahiq yang telah ditentukan oleh syariat, juga terdapat tambahan kategori penerima zakat, yaitu janda yang ditinggal oleh suami, sebagai bentuk empati sosial. Penyaluran zakat untuk para janda ini tidak mengevaluasi usia atau keadaan ekonomi secara tertentu. Dari perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah, distribusi zakat ini dianalisis dengan mempertimbangkan landasan hukum yang ada pada Al-Quran, Hadis, serta prinsip fiqh terkait tradisi (urf) yang tidak bertentangan dengan syariat. Temuan studi ini harapannya bisa memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih baik pada pengelolaan zakat fitrah yang menghargai tradisi lokal, tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip syariah, sehingga berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat secara adil dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Cash waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic philanthropy that has great potential in supporting sustainable social and economic development in Indonesia. In the context of its management, Sharia Financial Institutions Recipients of cash Waqf (LKS-PWU) play a strategic role as an intermediary between waqif and mauquf 'alaih. However, the effectiveness of cash waqf management is largely determined by various institutional, managerial, regulatory, and operational aspects that do not yet fully have clear priorities. This study aims to identify the priority of important aspects in the management of LKS-PWU cash waqf in Indonesia based on the consensus of experts. The method used is the Delphi method involving 11 experts consisting of academics, practitioners, and regulators of waqf. The results of the study show that of the 23 aspects of LKS-PWU cash waqf analyzed, as many as 19 aspects have reached a consensus, while the other 4 aspects have not been agreed. The three aspects with the highest priority are management professionalism, management productivity, and community education. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening managerial capacity and the quality of cash waqf management as the main prerequisites in improving the performance and sustainability of cash waqf in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM melalui penerapan aplikasi keuangan digital berbasis mobile. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM umumnya meliputi pencatatan transaksi yang tidak konsisten, pencampuran keuangan usaha dan pribadi, rendahnya kemampuan menyusun laporan sederhana, serta minimnya pemanfaatan data transaksi untuk keputusan bisnis. Program dilaksanakan pada pelaku UMKM di Koridor Jalan Somba Opu, Kelurahan Bulo Gading, Kecamatan Ujung Pandang, dengan pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis praktik. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi asesmen kebutuhan, penyusunan materi dan kategori transaksi minimum, pelatihan instalasi serta penggunaan aplikasi, praktik input transaksi menggunakan data riil usaha, pendampingan koreksi dan rekonsiliasi kas, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test/post-test dan pemeriksaan kelengkapan catatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan pencatatan harian melalui SOP sederhana “tutup kas” dan penggunaan kategori transaksi minimum. Peserta mulai menerapkan pemisahan kas usaha dan pribadi dengan pencatatan setoran serta pengambilan pemilik secara terpisah, sehingga arus kas usaha lebih terukur. Output utama berupa rekam transaksi yang lebih rapi serta kemampuan menghasilkan laporan ringkas (arus kas dan laba-rugi sederhana) dari aplikasi, yang kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi biaya dominan dan melakukan kontrol biaya. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan penggunaan aplikasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendampingan awal, mekanisme koreksi input, serta monitoring berkala agar kebiasaan mencatat tidak berhenti setelah pelatihan. Program ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi keuangan UMKM efektif apabila diarahkan pada perubahan perilaku pencatatan, pemisahan kas, dan review laporan secara rutin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that influence the occurrence of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in private higher education foundations; Analyze the supervision and control mechanisms implemented by foundations to prevent corruption, collusion, and nepotism and determine the legal construction of the role and function of foundations in private higher education institutions that are free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism based on Good University Governance (GUG). This research is an empirical-normative legal study, complemented by empirical data. The research was conducted for 1 (one) month, starting from March 20 to April 20, 2025. The respondents were 5 (five) representatives of the foundation's management, the vice chairman of the academic institution, lecturers, and employees. The results of this study indicate that the practice of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism in private higher education foundations is caused by several primary factors such as lack of transparency and accountability, the dominance of certain families or groups, weak supervision, low leadership ethics, inconsistency of regulations with practices, internal political competition, and economic motives. To overcome this, foundations must implement strict monitoring and control mechanisms, including open recruitment, establishing internal monitoring units and external audits, transparency of financial reports, applying sound governance principles, and enforcing codes of ethics and whistleblowing systems. In the legal context, the role and function of foundations must be constructed based on the principles of Good University Governance (GUG), which makes foundations not only legal entities that organise education, but also motors of governance that are integrated, transparent, and accountable by applicable laws and regulations Keywords: Role and Function of Foundations, Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism (KKN), Good University Governance (GUG)

Abstract

This research is motivated by low PBB-P2 compliance in Tempuran Village, Pasrepan, caused by a public trust crisis. The study aims to analyze the clash between corruption discourse and tax rhetoric in village public spaces using Dell Hymes' SPEAKING model. Employing a qualitative ethnographic method, data were collected through observation and interviews at the village hall, residential porches, coffee shops, and social media. Findings reveal sharp fragmentation of meaning; formal spaces produce only pseudo-compliance, while informal spaces serve as hubs for symbolic resistance where corruption issues are used as a moral shield to delay taxes. In conclusion, corruption discourse acts as a communication noise distorting government development messages. It is recommended that the village government transform its communication strategy into a more persuasive and transparent approach within informal spaces to restore institutional credibility and voluntary compliance.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and examine the feasibility and preliminary effectiveness of an Education for Sustainable Development (ESD)-integrated outdoor learning design to enhance students' systems thinking skills in science classrooms, responding to the urgent need for instructional approaches that address students' limited ability to understand complex sustainability issues at the primary education level. The study employed a Design and Development (D&D) research approach, consisting of needs and context analysis, design development, expert validation, and limited implementation. The study involved 200 elementary school students selected through purposive sampling from public schools representing diverse learning contexts. Research instruments included validation sheets, learning implementation tools, and a systems thinking test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Percentage Agreement (PA) for reliability, paired difference testing, and N-gain analysis. The results indicated that the developed design, learning worksheets, and instruments were highly valid and reliable. Limited evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in students' systems-thinking skills, with a moderate N-gain score. These findings suggest that ESD-integrated outdoor learning can foster a holistic understanding of sustainability issues. It is recommended that future studies implement large-scale programs and investigate the long-term impacts on sustainability-oriented behaviors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana kualitas informasi, kepuasan konsumen, dan kepercayaan konsumen mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen pada platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori di bidang perilaku konsumen digital sekaligus memberikan implikasi manajemen yang relevan bagi operator sektor e-commerce yang ingin mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online melalui Google Form dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 160 orang yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Kualitas informasi, kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana kualitas informasi, kepuasan, dan kepercayaan membentuk loyalitas konsumen di e-commerce. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan melibatkan platform lain dan pendekatan metode yang lebih beragam agar hasilnya lebih menyeluruh.

Abstract

Bullying is a phenomenon that often occurs in the world of education, including the elementary school environment. So that to prevent and handle it requires the right strategy. This study aims to identify factors that influence bullying behavior and explain the strategies used by teachers in overcoming bullying behavior that occurs in the elementary school environment. This study was conducted in one of the elementary schools in Karawang Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included interviews with four homeroom teachers, observation, and documentation taken during the study. The results showed that the factors that influence bullying behavior in elementary schools include individual factors, peers, and social media. Teachers' strategies in overcoming bullying include prevention and treatment strategies. The prevention strategies used are instilling character education through reading the Qur'an and praying duha, providing classical guidance, collaborating with parents, monitoring students who often bully and creating study groups. The handling strategies used by teachers are providing classical guidance in front of the class, finding out the root of the problem first, giving appeals as well as warnings to bullying perpetrators, imposing punishment on bullying perpetrators, communicating with parents to inform the problems experienced by children when in the school environment, and involving parents in the reconciliation process between students involved in bullying actions.

Abstract

Purpose: Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the PASPOR learning model in improving students’ mathematical communication skills and to determine whether learning gains differ across initial ability levels. Method: This study employed a quasi-experimental approach using a one-group pretest posttest design. The participants consisted of 62 pre-service elementary teachers enrolled in a mathematics course. Data were collected through a validated mathematical communication test administered before and after the implementation of the PASPOR learning model. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe changes in performance, normalized gain (N-Gain) to measure the magnitude of improvement, and one-way ANOVA to compare learning gains among students categorized into low, medium, and high initial ability groups. Findings: The results indicate a substantial improvement in students’ mathematical communication skills following the implementation of the PASPOR model. The mean score increased from 43.84 in the pretest to 80.65 in the posttest. The average N-Gain of 0.67 indicates a medium-to-high level of improvement. In addition, ANOVA results showed no statistically significant differences in learning gains across initial ability groups (F = 0.536, p = 0.588). Significance: These findings suggest that the PASPOR learning model effectively enhances mathematical communication skills and supports equitable learning improvement among students with diverse initial abilities.

Abstract

In the 21st century, everyone faces challenges of globalization, including young children. Based on previous research, abilities can be developed through a child-centered approach. The Reggio Emilia Approach is one of those. Reggio Emilia uses project-based learning and open-ended materials to develop 21st-century skills. However, the Reggio Emilia Approach has another component that may also be developed to strengthen those abilities. This study aims to see whether all the Reggio Emilia components can address the challenges and to assess the feasibility of applying this approach in the Indonesian context. This study uses a literature review method, analyzing 2 primary sources on the Reggio Emilia Approach, 1 primary source on Education according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, and 62 articles, including primary and secondary sources, on the Reggio Emilia Approach and 21st-century skills.
