Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on students' understanding of Islamic History material at MI An Nafiiyah 2. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using the Jigsaw model and the control class using conventional methods. The research instruments were in the form of comprehension and observation tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model had a positive effect on students' understanding. Students who learned with the Jigsaw model showed a higher increase in understanding scores compared to students who learned with conventional methods. This is due to the active interaction between students in small groups that allows them to share information and strengthen conceptual understanding. In addition, the Jigsaw model also improves students' social skills and activeness in the learning process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model is effective in improving students' understanding of Islamic History material. Therefore, it is recommended for educators to apply this model as an alternative in teaching Islamic History in order to create more interactive and meaningful learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors of the occurrence of problem financing and the application of risk management in an effort to prevent the occurrence of problem financing at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Syiah Utama 2. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the factors of problematic financing consist of internal factors and external factors. The application of risk management used is risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring and risk control. The four risk management processes above include 5C analysis, document completion, and routine monitoring by conducting daily visits. In solving problem financing PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Syiah Utama 2 uses a persuasive approach by holding deliberations which are then applied to rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, and execution of guarantees. The application of risk management used has been running effectively in minimizing the risk of non-performing financing. This is evidenced by an increase in Non Performing Financing (NPF).

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually discuss the potential framework for an impactful technopreneurship education in response to the dynamic business environment. An integrative review based on the selected pertinent literature was utilized to undertake this study. Unlike a systematic review, the integrative review does not aim to cover all articles published on the topic but combines perspectives and insights from different fields or research traditions. Several steps were involved in conducting an integrative review comprising of defining the research questions, conducting a comprehensive search, screening and selecting studies, extracting data and analyzing findings, drawing conclusions and making recommendation. The changes in curriculum and learning processes as well as academic transformation by embedding technological innovation and capacity building are the main priorities in preparing technopreneurs. To prepare reliable technopreneurs, while it is important to focus on technological innovation and capacity building, yet to integrate these two aspects, collaboration is the key word hence the collaboration among universities, the business world, government, media, and the community becomes one of the interesting routes that need to be developed. The pentahelix collaboration plays a major role in the cycle of the technopreneurship from the idea formulation, research, precommercialization, commercialization and embarking the advanced market. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of the RADEC learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills on dynamic fluid material. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a non-equivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 24 students in class XI at Bunga Bangsa High School, Bandung City, who were selected using sampling purposive technique. The research test instrument was 18 multiple choice questions to measure critical thinking skills. Data were analyzed using N-Gain calculation, and effect size. The results showed that there was an increase in critical thinking skills in students who were treated with the RADEC learning model. After treatment with the RADEC learning model, the results found the N-Gain value of 0,62 which is in the medium category. The RADEC learning model is proven to have a positive impact on improving students' critical thinking skills with an effect size of 2,447 in the very high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fermentation time on coconut dregs using yeast in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) feed on absolute length, absolute weight, specific growth rate (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), feed efficiency (FE) and Survival Rate (SR). The research method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments consist of A (coconut dregs without fermentation), B (coconut dregs fermented for 2 days), C (coconut dregs fermented for 4 days), D (coconut dregs fermented for 6 days) and E (coconut dregs fermented for 8 days) . The test fish used were tilapia fry (Oreochromis niloticus) which were reared for 40 days with feeding at 08.00 WIB, 13.00 WIB, 18.00 WIB. The length of fermentation of coconut dregs had an influence (P<0.05) on the growth of tilapia, including growth in absolute length, absolute weight, SGR, FCR and FE, but did not have an influence (P>0.05) on SR of tilapia. The best results were found in treatment D with absolute length growth of 2.80 cm, absolute weight of 3.27 g, SGR of 0.082%/day, FCR of 1.06, FE of 94.64% and SR of 95%.

Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, terutama di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis dampak pemberian kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Klinik Bisnis Ponsera, Bojongsari, Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi secara langsung, wawancara, literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan diharapkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berbasis kinerja, seperti insentif, bonus, dan penghargaan non-finansial, berdampak terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan. Strategi ini juga mendukung pencapaian tujuan bisnis dengan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pelayanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar UMKM lainnya mengimplementasikan model kompensasi serupa, disertai pelatihan dan evaluasi berkala, untuk menciptakan hubungan kerja yang saling menguntungkan antara perusahaan dan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational support, work relations and work environment on job satisfaction and the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance. Data was collected from 110 respondents, namely employees of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property using a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees/employees who worked at home during the Covid-19 pandemic but are now back at work and have worked for at least 1 year. In the current quantitative research, researchers used primary data and used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) research method, with data processing and analysis using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study are organizational support has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work relationships have a positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of success in realizing religious education in educational institutions in particular or in community life in general, which is a problem between community understanding and religious behavior according to Islamic teachings. There are many incidents of brawls or student brawls that occur in big cities, students lose respect for their teachers, there are even students who beat their teachers if they don't go to class, apart from that, fighting tools and illegal drugs are also used. The aim of this research is to determine the management of Islamic religious education learning in realizing religious character in students. The research uses a qualitative method approach based on field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, analysis, reduction, presentation and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of learning management was carried out well, the teachers were very enthusiastic in implementing religious culture at school. They always try their best to carry out activities based on religious culture, such as discipline in coming and teaching on time, reading the Koran well and correctly. Before the learning process takes place in the first lesson, accompany students in carrying out congregational prayers, and always maintain togetherness between teachers in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VIII C SMPN 5 Tinambung dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan strategi motivasi ARCS ( Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction ). Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara teknik analisis data kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Keberhasilan penelitian dapat dilihat dari pencapaian indikator keberhasilan yang diterapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana menggali isi dan amanat pantun oleh siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Nan Sabaris pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar siswa tersebut bisa mencari amanat yang terdapat dalam pantun yang terlihat pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Nan Sabaris. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Nagari Pauhkambar Kecamatan Nan Sabaris Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Pengambilan informan dalam penelitian ini dengan Snowball Sampling. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah Siswa dan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melalui foto. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini yaitu melalui 4 kriteria keabsahan data yaitu derajat kepercayaan ( creadibility ) , Keteralihan ( Transferability ) , Kebergantungan ( Dependability ) , dan Kepastian ( Confirmability ) Hasil analisis dan wawancara dengan informan, proses komunikasi dengan yang dilakukan Guru Kelas V sudah dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik. Sebagai Komunikator Guru mampu memberikan contoh – contoh pantun yang bisa bermanfaat bagi anak. Interaksi guru dengan siswa sudah berjalan dengan baik, tentu saja pantun yang diberikan guru mudah dimengerti oleh anak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pantun sangat penting untuk diajarkan pada siswa.
