Abstract

Raising sheep is a livelihood known since the time of the Prophet Adam. Sheep raising was a childhood and adolescent profession of prophets before being appointed prophets and Rosul. Sheep farming developed from grazing until it was domesticated. Sheep farming activities include the selection of suitable breeds, the construction of clean pens, nutritious feeding following the nutritional needs of the sheep raised, and health management to keep sheep healthy. Sheep health management has been socialized at CV Saudagar Group, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province. The socialization conveyed that sheep health management includes maintaining health through preventive and curative actions. Preventive measures include feeding according to needs, giving vitamins, building clean cages, and environmental management. Curative action in the form of treatment if the sheep is already sick with chemical and herbal medicines.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini diarahkan kepada Mahasiswa untuk mengenali prinsip KAIZEN diLingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi danBisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Prinsip Kaizen jika dianalisis melaluipendekatan prilaku mahasiswa yang dimana spesifikasi kecocokan terhadap aktivitasmahasiswa dianggap sangat berkesinambungan dan penting karena prinsip KAIZENmengarah pada sistematisnya setiap orang memiliki hak untuk melakukan perubahanpositif yang berkelanjutan. Contoh kasus yaitu pada aspek produktivitas sebagaimahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Kami sebagai penulis mengambilreferensi melalui metode penelitian studi kepustakaan yang dimana sebagai contoh kamimengambil data-data dari jurnal ilmiah, buku dan juga konten di media sosial. Terlebihlagi kami menambahkan pengambilan angket berupa kuesioner yang di sebar luaskankepada Mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang kami pakai bisa saling melengkapidan berhubungan dengan tujuan yaitu sebuah data yang dapat disimpulkan melaluisebuah karya.

Abstract

In the era of regional autonomy, an interesting phenomenon has occurred, namely the minimal absorption of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in most parts of Indonesia, both at the provincial, district and city levels. The lack of absorption of the budget arises amid demands for more transparent and accountable management and accountability of state and regional finances in the framework of good governance and demands for effectiveness and efficiency. This phenomenon also occurs in the Karimun Regency Government where there are delays in budget absorption in quarter I to quarter III which in turn results in low realization or absorption of the budget at the end of the year, therefore the authors are interested in conducting research on the author's thesis entitled Effects of Human Resource Quality . , Budget Planning and Organizational Commitment to Budget Absorption by Using Information Technology as a Moderation Variable in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Karimun Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the technology usage behavior of tourists according to the modified acceptance and use of technology theory (UTAUT) model. Data were collected from a survey of 265 tourists using a random sampling technique. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, and habit significantly influence tourists' behavioral intention to use information and communication technology, while effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have no significant influence. However, actual usage behavior is highly dependent on tourists' behavioral intention and their habits, while facilitating conditions have no influence in this regard. The findings reveal the main factors influencing tourists' usage behavior that can help relevant stakeholders in designing tourism planning and marketing. The findings provide a strong contribution by extending the existing UTAUT-based literature by adding two new moderators in the relationship between behavioral intention and actual usage behavior.

Abstract

The lighting system is one of the aspects of assessing the function of the building. The building lighting system is included in the health aspect of the building. To achieve proper function, the building lighting system must meet the illumination value of each room according to the type of utilization in accordance with SNI 6197:2011, SNI 6197:2011, SNI 03-2396-2001, dan SNI 03-6575-2001. This study aims to analyze the lighting system in the Gedung Kuliah Bersama at the Politeknik Negeri Cilacap. This study uses a quantitative method by comparing the amount of light intensity based on field measurements, calculation results, and the SNI 6197:2011 standard. Based on the results of observations, data processing, and measurements, it was found that there were still some rooms in the Gedung Kuliah Bersama that did not meet SNI. Rooms that have fulfilled SNI include classrooms, library rooms, language laboratories, lecturer transit rooms, multipurpose rooms, terrace, and warehouses. It is necessary to carry out maintenance and repair of lamps for rooms that do not meet SNI. Maintenance and repair of lighting systems are carried out by replacing, adding, and/or repositioning lamps.

Abstract

Land requirements are one of the obstacles to developing solar power plants . One solution is to utilize the surface of the reservoir for the construction of floating solar power plants. Excessive heat from sunlight received by photovolataics reduces the effectiveness of floating solar power plants output. Excessive heat in photovoltaics can be reduced by cooling methods. In this research, a photovoltaic cooling system using water was developed. A water pump is installed to channel reservoir water to the photovoltaic surface. The cooling system uses two methods, namely the sensor and timer method. In the sensor method, a sensor is installed on the solar power plants to detect the photovoltaic surface temperature. If the temperature detected by the sensor exceeds the photovoltaic effectiveness limit, the water pump is started. In the timer method, the pump is run based on a preset time. Based on the test results, the cooling system is able to increase the photovoltaic voltage output. The average value of the timer mode cooled photovoltaic voltage is 3.79% higher compared to the photovoltaic voltage without cooling and the average value of the sensor mode cooled photovoltaic voltage is 1.02% higher than the photovoltaic voltage without cooling.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Viral Marketing, price perceptions, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory. The population used in this study are consumers who are at least 17 years old and have made purchases at Richeese Factory Rungkut Madya. The sample used was 112 respondents with a nonprobability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire or Likert scale by distributing questionnaires via google form, then analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Viral Marketing and product quality variables had a positive effect on purchasing decision variables. Meanwhile, the price perception variable does not have a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

The fashion industry, primarily running shoes, has become a significant market phenomenon in modern society. From 2019 to 2023, Nike and Adidas were the dominant competitors in the Indonesian sports footwear industry. However, Adidas experienced a decline in its market share beginning in 2021. The purpose of this study is to examine The Impact of Digital Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) on the impulse buying of Adidas running shoes. The research employs a quantitative research strategy that utilizes a survey methodology. A total of 100 participants were selected through purposive sampling methods. The study sample is composed of adult residents of Surabaya, aged 17 years and older, who have previously acquired information about Adidas products and have engaged in impetuous purchasing. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was employed to capture primary data, which was subsequently analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. The results suggest that impulsive purchasing is significantly influenced by both digital marketing and e-WoM, with e-WoM exhibiting a more significant impact.

Abstract

PT.GMF AeroAsia adalah perusahaan dibidang perawatan pesawat terbang. Dalam proses produksinya terdapat kendala proses tunggu pengambilan material dari gudang ke workshop wheel and brake (ban dan rem). Penelitian ini membahas perpindahan material serta tata letak gudang. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis proses perpindahan material fast moving serta memberikan perbaikan tata letak gudang agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ABC dengan tahapan yaitu pengklasifikasian material, simulasi perpindahan material dengan promodel, serta perbandingan tata letak awal dengan usulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah didapatkan klasifikasi material kategori A terdapat pada material proses pekerjaan Wheel-Repair dan Brake-Repair. Selanjutnya pembuatan layout usulan untuk memperkecil jarak perpindahan material gudang-assembly wheel dari 515 meter menjadi 65 meter, dan gudang-assembly brake dari 545 m menjadi 25 m, efisiensi sebesar 87,37 % dan 95,4 %. Perbandingan layout awal dan usulan disimulasikan promodel menghasilkan efisiensi waktu dari 15,38 menit menjadi 4,82 dan 4,56 menit, presentase sebesar 68,66 % dan 70,35 %.

Abstract

Soka jawa atau Ixora javanica merupakan genus tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae yang memiliki lebih kurang 500 spesies. Soka merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hiass yang berbatang perdu dan berbatang kecil tetapi kokoh dengan percabangan yang banyak. Perbanyak vegetatif tanaman soka menggunakan metode stek batang atau cabang dari indukannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh panjang batang stek dan pengaruh zat pengatur tumbuh terhadap pertumbuhan awal stek batang soka jawa. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada Oktober 2023 sampai pada Desember 2023. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan di Desa Purwokerto, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancang acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah panjang batang stek P1:10 cm, P2:15 cm, P3:20 cm dan faktor kedua zat pengatur tumbuh Z1:Rootone-F, Z1:ekstrak bawang merah, dan Z3:nature stek yang terdiri dari di ulang sebnyak 3 kali data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sisik ragam Anova. Jika terjadi perbedaan yang nyata antar perlakuan maka diuji lanjut menggunakan BNT 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi interaksi yang sangat nyata antara kombinasi perlakuan panjang batang stek dan zat pengatur tumbuh pada parameter pengamatan panjang tunas, jumlah tunas dan panjang akar.
