Abstract

This study aims to investigate the technology usage behavior of tourists according to the modified acceptance and use of technology theory (UTAUT) model. Data were collected from a survey of 265 tourists using a random sampling technique. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, and habit significantly influence tourists' behavioral intention to use information and communication technology, while effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have no significant influence. However, actual usage behavior is highly dependent on tourists' behavioral intention and their habits, while facilitating conditions have no influence in this regard. The findings reveal the main factors influencing tourists' usage behavior that can help relevant stakeholders in designing tourism planning and marketing. The findings provide a strong contribution by extending the existing UTAUT-based literature by adding two new moderators in the relationship between behavioral intention and actual usage behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the legal protection problems faced by the parties in the information technology-based loan-to-peer lending agreement. Knowing and analyzing solutions to overcome legal problems in lending agreements between parties based on information technology (peer to peer lending). The problem in this study is what are the legal protection problems faced by the parties in the information technology-based loan-lending agreement (peer to peer lending) and how to solve the legal problems in the information technology-based loan-lending agreement (peer to peer lending). The research method used in this study is doctrinal or normative legal research which is carried out by researching literature materials. This legal research uses a statue approach and a conceptual approach by analyzing existing legal problems and comparing them with the laws and legal regulations that govern them. The results of the study show that the legal protection problems faced by the parties in the information technology-based loan-lending agreement (peer to peer lending) include the problem of defamation by rogue debt collectors and personal data protection. These problems occur due to bad loans or debtors are unable to repay loans on time. Another problem is OJK Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning technology-based loan services, making it impossible for the authorities to follow up on these illegal fintech companies. The solution to overcome legal problems in lending agreements between parties based on information technology (peer to peer lending) requires adequate legal protection guarantees, which can be seen from the two mechanism improvements. Regarding the creation of agreements between Peer to Peer Lending parties, organizers and users must be in good faith in making agreements.

Abstract

This study discusses the accountability of business actors who do not provide warranty guarantees in mobile phone buying and selling transactions from the perspective of consumer protection. In the rapidly developing digital and technological era, mobile phones are one of the basic needs for society. However, there are still business actors who do not provide warranty guarantees for the products they sell, which ultimately harms consumers. This study aims to analyze the legal protection provided to consumers and the responsibilities of business actors in this case. The research method used is a normative juridical approach by examining various relevant laws and regulations and related case studies. The results of the study show that consumer protection of the responsibility of business actors' products to consumers in mobile phone buying and selling transactions is not in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Business actors do not pay attention to the responsibility of their products related to after-sales service, many business actors ignore their obligations to fulfill warranty guarantees, so that here consumers feel very disadvantaged. The responsibility of business actors if the goods are damaged during the warranty period must repair or replace the damaged product with new goods and return it to the consumer in good condition and free of charge and the business actor must guarantee for the rest of the product's warranty. In the principle of product liability or product liability, the system of absolute responsibility and presumption of negligence liability with reverse proof applies, consumers who feel harmed by the product for defective or unsafe goods can fulfill compensation without having to blame the existence or absence of elements of fault on the part of business actors. The responsibility of business actors who do not provide a guarantee in buying and selling mobile phones has not gone well, often business actors are not willing to give their responsibilities to consumers who do not have a guarantee guarantee, even though the business actors themselves trade the goods without a guarantee guarantee.

Abstract

Commercial or operational business licenses are issued by the OSS Institution for and on behalf of Ministers, Institutional Leaders, Governors, or Regents and Mayors after the business actor obtains a business license and to carry out commercial or operational activities by fulfilling the requirements or commitments.  The OSS institution is responsible for issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB), location permits, and business licenses. Basically, this regulation aims to cut the process of issuing business licenses which has been convoluted. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) how to make a Limited Liability Company Deed. 2) the effectiveness of business license registration through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for the registration of a Limited Liability Company (PT) Legal Entity by a Notary as a means of One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services (PPTSP). 3) obstacles and solutions faced in using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for the registration of a Limited Liability Company (PT) Legal Entity. 4) example of a Deed of Incorporation of a Limited Liability Company. The approach method used in this study is sociological juridical, namely legal research that is carried out on the real state of society or the community environment with the intention and purpose of finding facts (fact-finding) and then identifying (problem-identification) and ultimately leading to problem solving (problem-solution). The results of the study are: 1) the establishment of a Limited Liability Company cannot be separated from the role of a Notary, as stipulated in Article 7 paragraph (1) above that the establishment of a Limited Liability Company must be with a Notary deed. From the beginning when the founders of a Limited Liability Company face the Notary, from that moment on, the Notary is responsible for carrying out what is requested and ordered by law. 2) The effectiveness of business license registration through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for the registration of a Limited Liability Company (PT) Legal Entity by a Notary as a means of One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services (PPTSP) in the Wonosobo Regency area is still not effective because the implementation of OSS from the beginning of the issuance of Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services in the first year for the management of legal entities still poses problems.  3) The obstacles faced include that the system still tends to be weak. The OSS system does not carry out the entire licensing process. Many of the business actors who establish limited liability companies (PTs) still need the help of consultants to fill out the forms in the OSS system. 4) the establishment of a Limited Liability Company through the mechanism of the legal entity administration system begins with the implementation of an application for the reservation of the company's name and is followed up with the preparation of a Notary Deed of Incorporation of the Limited Liability Company.

Abstract

This study examines the development trends of vocational training research studies in Southeast Asia in the period 2014 to 2024 using bibliometric analysis methods. By setting the keyword "vocational training in Southeast Asia," this study collected data from academic databases and produced 1500 relevant journals. After going through the screening process, 844 articles were obtained which were then analyzed to identify trends and patterns in vocational training. The results of the analysis show three main phases: the initial phase (2014–2018) which focuses on aspects of psychology and political science; the development phase (2019–2021) which highlights the importance of physical and mental health; and the mature phase (2022–2024) which shifts attention to the social and economic impacts of vocational training. In addition, this study shows fluctuations in the number of publications, with a significant peak occurring in 2020. Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia dominate research contributions in this region. The main topics covered include competencies and skills, learning and curriculum, industry partnerships, policies and implementation, and technology and innovation. These findings provide a comprehensive picture of the evolution of thinking in vocational training in Southeast Asia, and suggest further research directions to strengthen the integration between vocational education and industry needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian penerapan standar usaha wisata arung jeram di Progo Rafting, Kota Magelang, terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan wisata. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung di lokasi, wawancara dengan manajer, pemandu, serta wisatawan, dan didukung oleh studi dokumentasi yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi, kategorisasi, dan sintesis untuk menemukan pola dan kesimpulan yang bermakna, sedangkan keabsahan data diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Progo Rafting telah memenuhi sebagian besar standar usaha wisata, terutama dalam aspek keamanan, kelengkapan fasilitas, dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan, termasuk penyediaan asuransi bagi peserta. Namun, pada aspek manajemen dan administrasi, masih diperlukan peningkatan seperti penyusunan dokumen operasional dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia agar kesesuaian dengan standar nasional tercapai secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pengembangan wisata tandem paralayang di Bukit Paralayang Watugupit. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan SWOT, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Bukit Paralayang Watugupit memiliki sejumlah kekuatan utama, seperti pemandangan alam yang memukau dan kondisi cuaca yang mendukung untuk kegiatan paralayang, menjadikannya destinasi yang ideal bagi para penggemar olahraga ekstrem. Selain itu, peluang pengembangan wisata sangat terbuka lebar, terutama melalui pemanfaatan media sosial untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan promosi, serta memanfaatkan tren wisata petualangan yang semakin diminati. Meski demikian, ancaman yang dihadapi termasuk persaingan ketat dengan destinasi wisata serupa dan risiko cuaca ekstrem yang dapat menghambat kelancaran aktivitas paralayang. Terlepas dari itu, tingginya minat wisatawan terhadap olahraga paralayang menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong utama dalam mengembangkan destinasi ini. Kesimpulannya, Bukit Paralayang Watugupit memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan, didukung oleh keindahan alam, kondisi cuaca yang mendukung, dan daya tarik wisata petualangan yang kuat.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect inmates to recidivist, and to find out how the form of inmate coaching so that recidivism does not occur in the Class I State Prison in Surakarta. This research was carried out in Bantaeng district, precisely in the Class I State Prison of Surakarta. The approach method used in the preparation of this thesis is an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained from the results of research in the field were analyzed using quantitative analysis studies. Based on the results of the study, the author draws the conclusion that the factors that affect inmates to repeat criminal acts are: economic problems, social environment, lack of supervision from parents, the role of information and technology developments that have a negative impact, lack of education and form of coaching carried out by Surakarta Class I State Prison officers in preventing the repetition of criminal acts just like the coaching of inmates in general, including spiritual mental coaching. Officers of the Surakarta Class I State Prison also provide training programs and skills development such as making handicrafts by utilizing used materials such as making ashtrays, cabinets, mirrors, photo frames from newspapers, sewing coaching, fish farming coaching, motorcycle repair coaching, coaching the making of iron fences for inmates as a provision for working capital after serving their sentences. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that the guidance provided to inmates is more optimal, so it is necessary to cooperate with the community and is expected to provide special guidance to recidivist prisoners. In order for the coaching to run well, the human resources of correctional officers need to be increased and improved so that they have sufficient provisions in carrying out their duties. Keywords: recidivist, inmate, prison Abstrak Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah ntuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi narapidana melakukan residivis, dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pembinaan narapidana agar tidak terjadi Residivis di Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kabupaten Bantaeng, tepatnya di Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Surakarta. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dilapangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan studi analisis kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa faktorfaktor yang memengaruhi narapidana melakukan pengulangan tindak pidana yaitu: masalah ekonomi, lingkungan pergaulan, kurangnya pengawasan dari orang tua, peran dari perkembangan informasi dan teknologi yang berdampak negatif, kurangnya pendidikan dan bentuk pembinaan yang dilakukan petugas Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Surakarta dalam mencegah terjadinya pengulangan tindak pidana sama seperti pembinaan narapidana pada umumnya diantaranya, pembinaan mental kerohanian. Petugas Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Surakarta juga memberikan program pelatihan dan pembinaan keterampilan seperti pembuatan kerajinan tangan dengan memanfaatkan bahan bekas seperti pembuatan asbak, lemari, cermin, bingkai foto dari Koran, pembinaan menjahit, pembinaan budi daya ikan, pembinaan memperbaiki kendaraan motor, pembinaan pembuatan pagar besi bagi narapidana sebagai bekal modal kerja selepas menjalani masa pidananya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan pembinaan yang diberikan kepada narapidana lebih optimal, maka perlu dilakukan kerjasama dengan masyarakat dan diharapkan melakukan pembinaan khusus kepada narapidana residivis. Agar pembinaan berjalan dengan baik, maka sumber daya manusia petugas pemasyarakatan perlu tambah dan ditingkatkan sehingga memiliki bekal yang cukup dalam melakukan tugasnya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze energy consumption levels, the share of food expenditure, and food security among cassava-farming households in Ngawen Village, Cluwak District, Pati Regency. The research method employed descriptive analysis, utilizing data collection techniques that included interviews, literature studies, observation, and documentation. Sampling through saturated sampling, namely all members of the Sido Rukun farming group who received fertilizer assistance of more than 2,000 kg, resulted in 35 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by calculating household income, household expenditure, energy sufficiency rate, share of food expenditure, and the degree of food security. The results showed that the average energy and protein consumption of cassava farming households did not meet the AKG standards set by the National Food and Nutrition Workshop. As many as 60% of households had an energy consumption level of less than 80% of the required amount, indicating an imbalance in access to food and energy. In addition, the share of food expenditure was relatively high, which has an impact on household food security, being relatively low. keyword: Energy Adequacy; Food Security; Food Expenditure Share; Households

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengadopsi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi ERP terhadap efisiensi rantai pasok di industri manufaktur dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur terhadap berbagai studi kasus di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok melalui integrasi data real-time, optimasi manajemen persediaan, percepatan proses produksi, dan peningkatan visibilitas seluruh tahap rantai pasok. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi sangat bergantung pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dukungan manajemen, dan pemilihan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan manufaktur untuk memperkuat pelatihan karyawan, pemutakhiran sistem, dan strategi integrasi ERP-SCM yang berkelanjutan.
