Abstract

Pertimbangan Hakim Dalam Mengabulkan Permohonan Penetapan Keterangan Meninggal Pengadilan Negeri berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 182/Pdt.P/2023 /PN Kla yakni mengacu kepada ketentuan Pasal 44 ayat (1) Undangundang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan menyatakan “setiap kematian wajib dilaporkan oleh keluarganya atau yang mewakili kepada Instansi Pelaksana paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tanggal kematian” dan Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri Nomor 472.12/932/DUKCAPIL tentang Penerbitan Akta Kematian untuk Kematian yang Sudah Lama Terjadi menyatakan bahwa terhadap pelaporan pencatatan kematian yang sudah lama terjadi, pencatatan kematiannya dilaksanakan berdasarkan penetapan pengadilan.dan Akibat Hukum Dari Penetapan Keterangan Meninggal Pengadilan Negeri Berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 182/Pdt.P/2023/ PN Kla, adalah kematian Sarjuni karena kecelakan, benar dan telah terbukti sehingga memiliki kekuatan hukum yang kuat. Dengan adanya penetapan dari pengadilan menjadi bukti guna menerbitkan akta kematian dari Sarjuni, sehingga Pegawai Kantor Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Lampung Selatan harus mencatat tentang kematian tersebut dalam Buku Register catatan Sipil yang berlaku bagi Warga negara Indonesia dan sekaligus dapat menerbikan akte kematian atas nama Sarjuni sesuai degan ketentuan Peraturan Perundangan-Undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Pertimbangan Hakim Dalam Pemberian Yang Dibawah Pengasuhan Ibunya Setelah Terjadinya Perceraian Suami Istri Berdasarkan Putusan Nomor: 1010/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Tnk. telah sesuai dengan berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak jo Pasal 105 huruf (a) Kompilasi Hukum Islam, maka yang berhak mengasuhnya adalah Penggugat Rekonvensi selaku ibunya danpemeberian nafkah terhadap anak pertimbangan tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 45 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 jo Pasal 98 Ayat (1) dan Pasal 105 huruf (c) Kompilasi hukum Islam. Dan Akibat hukum dari putusan pemberian nafkah anak yang dibawah pengasuhan ibunya setelah terjadinya Perceraian Suami Istri Berdasarkan Putusan Nomor: 1010/Pdt.G/2023/ PA.Tnk), Pertama Penggugat dan Tergugat bukan lagi suamai Istri dan tidak memiliki hubungan hukum, kedua hak asuh anak jatuh Ibu kandungnya, ketiga Penggugat harus memberikan Nafkah anak sebesar Rp.1.500.000.- (satu juta lima ratus ribu rupiah) selain dari biaya pendidikan dan kesehatan setiap bulan sampai kedua anak tersebut dewasa dan mandiri atau berumur 21 tahun, dan akan bertambah setiap tahunnya sebesar 10 % dari jumlah pembebanan tersebut di atas dan nafka Mut’ah berupa Mas 24 Karat sebesar 20 (dua puluh) Gram.

Abstract

This study intends to assess, analyze, and categorize the existing literature concerning Augmented Reality research trends in religious studies education at the tertiary level. During the period from 2019 to 2023. Quantitative approaches were employed to analyze publication and citation data in order to evaluate the research's influence and contribution. The PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) technique was utilized to guarantee quality and transparency, encompassing the phases of identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and inclusion. Data were aggregated using Mendeley in RIS format and examined with VOSviewer for citation analysis, co-occurrence, and co-authorship. This study analyzed 135 publications from Mendeley, Taylor & Francis, and Publish or Perish, ultimately selecting 28 articles that satisfied the inclusion requirements. The analysis results indicated a rising tendency in publications, with augmented reality as the predominant subject commonly referenced. India, the United States, and China were the principal contributors to this research. The predominant research methodologies employed were quantitative experimental and developmental research. Research on Augmented Reality in education emphasizes the application of technology to facilitate interactive, immersive, and pertinent learning experiences tailored to contemporary requirements. Demonstrating that augmented reality facilitates the change of education towards digitization and modernization, particularly within the framework of Industry 4.0. ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan untuk menilai, menganalisis, dan mengkategorikan literatur yang ada mengenai tren penelitian Augmented Reality dalam pendidikan studi agama di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Selama periode dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data publikasi dan sitasi guna mengevaluasi pengaruh dan kontribusi penelitian. Teknik PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) digunakan untuk menjamin kualitas dan transparansi, mencakup fase identifikasi, penyaringan, evaluasi kelayakan, dan inklusi. Studi ini menganalisis 135 publikasi dari Mendeley, Taylor & Francis, dan Publish or Perish, yang akhirnya memilih 28 artikel yang memenuhi persyaratan inklusi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan dalam publikasi, dengan realitas tertambah sebagai subjek utama yang sering dirujuk. India, Amerika Serikat, dan China adalah kontributor utama dalam penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian yang dominan digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental kuantitatif dan penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian tentang Augmented Reality dalam pendidikan menekankan penerapan teknologi untuk memfasilitasi pengalaman belajar yang interaktif, imersif, dan relevan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kontemporer. Menunjukkan bahwa realitas tertambah memfasilitasi perubahan pendidikan menuju digitalisasi dan modernisasi, terutama dalam kerangka Industri 4.0.

Abstract

The values ​​of Islamic education are everything in which there are positive elements that are beneficial for humans to develop human knowledge and insight both in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains so that they can develop optimally in accordance with Islamic teachings in the form of norms and rules contained in Islamic education, such as morals, faith and worship. Bedikekh culture is a custom that developed among the Lampung Saibatin community, namely an art in the form of chanting poetry of praise to Allah taken from the book of barzanji accompanied by musical drums together. In this case, the researcher wants to know the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the bedikekh culture of the Liwa people of West Lampung, which aims to see whether this bedikekh culture is in line with Islamic teachings or deviates from Islamic teachings and provides an understanding of the procession and meaning of bedikekh culture. Researchers try to find the realm of Islamic educational values ​​in bedikekh culture. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data was obtained using several data collection techniques, including interviews, observation and documentation. Then, after the data was collected, the researcher analyzed it by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. Furthermore, the validity of the data in this research uses source, time and model triangulation techniques. This research shows Islamic educational values ​​in the bedikekh culture of the Liwa people of West Lampung. The educational values ​​instilled indirectly are in the form of good morals, such as respecting each other/respecting/not being selfish, polite, helpful, patient, trustworthy and disciplined. The attitude of the members of the bedikekh participants is to follow these morals. This research also explains the supporting and inhibiting factors for bedikekh practice so that readers can better understand what bedikekh culture is

Abstract

Tradisi menenun menggunakan alat tenun bukan mesin (ATBM) di Desa Gumanano Kabupaten Buton Tengah perlu untuk terus dilestarikan, namun tantangan yang dihadapi masih terdapat sebagian generasi muda memiliki minat yang rendah dalam mempelajari proses menenun kain tenun khas Buton. Disisi lain kain tenun khas Buton dapat dikembangkan menjadi berbagai produk kreatif yang bertujuan untuk mendorong peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan sarun tenun sebagai pewarisan budaya dan upaya pngembangan kain tenun menjadi produk kreatif sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah pemerintah desa, pengusaha tenun, dan para pengrajin kain tenun Buton. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data terdiri dari lembar panduan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada tahapan analisis data, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan kain tenun khas Buton di Desa Gumanano masih menggunakan cara tradisional sedangkan bahan benang menggunakan benang buatan pabrik yang diperoleh dari bantuan pemerintah atau dibeli dari toko terdekat. Penggunaan berbagai jenis benang dalam menenun menghasilkan beberapa motif dan tekstur serta haraga yang bervariatif. Selain itu kain tenun Buton memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi beberapa produk kreatif seperti kampurui (ikat kepala), syal, tas, dan gantungan kunci yang memiliki variasi harga. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi pengembangan kain tenun Buton dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk kreatif lainnya yang dapat meningkat ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Gumanano, Kabupaten Buton Tengah.

Abstract

Many EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students are aware of the importance of having good English language proficiency. Yet, many have not had much success in learning the vocabularies. Vocabularies is one of the most important aspects in learning English. Why do students have difficulties in learning English vocabulary? What efforts do they need to solve the problem in learning English vocabularies? The purpose of this study is to investigate the difficulties that hinder secondary school EFL students from mastering English vocabularies based on secondary English language teachers’ perceptions. The respondents of this study are four English subject teachers who teach English at SMP N 1 Buton. The English teachers were chosen as respondents because they had the most insight into their students' performance and the difficulties, they encountered in learning English vocabulary. The questionnaire, which served as the primary research tool, was employed to gather data on the EFL teachers' perceptions regarding the difficulties faced by their secondary EFL students in learning English vocabulary, and what efforts these EFL teachers should make in teaching vocabulary learning effectively to students. The results showed that the main difficulties or problems for students in learning vocabulary were related to students’ lack of motivation, limited teaching materials, lack of English exposure, and inadequate learning facilities. Regarding the EFL teacher's efforts in improving students’ English vocabulary was done by approaching interactive learning variations using the help of digital learning media that adapts to the development of the current era to improve students English vocabulary. This highlights that students’ motivation is the main problems for EFL students, with teaching material and English exposure also showed other factors that hinders them from mastering English vocabulary. Therefore, it suggests that new teaching and learning strategies should be introduced to address these challenges in English vocabulary learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze research trends regarding the role of Islamic Boarding Schools (IBS) in character building, as well as to explore opportunities for further research development. Using bibliometric analysis, out of 155 articles found in the Mendeley reference database, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley, 5 articles met the strict selection criteria. The literature review process followed the PRISMA guidelines to ensure the quality of the results, and the data were analyzed with the help of VOSviewer 1.6.20 software. The findings of this study indicate that IBS plays a significant role with a unique and deeper approach compared to other educational institutions in shaping the character of students (santri), marked by the comprehensive integration of moral and religious values. The educational approach includes co-curricular, intra-curricular, extra-curricular activities, as well as the habituation of Islamic values. IBS contributes not only to religious education but also in shaping a generation that is religious, nationalistic, independent, and of high integrity. The challenges faced include adapting to technological developments, lack of family involvement, and the need for the revitalization of educational management. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum based on Islamic values, intensive training for teachers, increasing family involvement in the educational process, and revitalizing educational management to better accommodate the needs of santri in the digital era. Proses tinjauan pustaka ini mengikuti pedoman PRISMA untuk memastikan kualitas hasil, dan data dianalisis menggunakan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer 1.6.20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IBS memiliki peran signifikan serta pendekatan yang khas dan lebih mendalam dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam pembentukan karakter santri, yang ditandai dengan integrasi nilai-nilai moral dan religius secara menyeluruh. Pendekatan pendidikan yang dilakukan mencakup kegiatan ko-kurikuler, intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, serta habituasi nilai-nilai Islam. IBS berkontribusi tidak hanya dalam mengajarkan ilmu agama, tetapi juga dalam membentuk generasi yang religius, nasionalis, mandiri, dan berintegritas. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi, kurangnya keterlibatan keluarga, serta kebutuhan untuk revitalisasi manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, pelatihan intensif bagi para guru, peningkatan keterlibatan keluarga dalam proses pendidikan, serta revitalisasi manajemen pendidikan untuk lebih mengakomodasi kebutuhan santri di era digital.

Abstract

This systematic literature review investigates the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in Indonesian junior high schools.  The study analyzes 70 publications indexed in Scopus from 2019-2024, focusing on factors influencing LMS adoption.  Results highlight the potential of LMS in enhancing learning but reveal challenges including inadequate infrastructure, teacher digital literacy, and holistic evaluation tools.  The review emphasizes the importance of considering individual perceptions, digital literacy levels, and the literature review shows the relevance of ICT adoption barriers across levels of individuals, their comprehension of technology and the barriers that both instructors and learners experience in the use of ICT in the regular lessons. The study concludes by suggesting solutions to optimize LMS utilization and improve educational quality in Indonesia. ABSTRAKTinjauan pustaka sistematis ini mengakaji Learning Management System (LMS) di sekolah menengah pertama di Indonesia. Studi ini menganalisis 70 publikasi dari scopus (2019-2024) untuk mengidentifikasi daktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi LMS, termasuk infrastruktur teknologi, kesiapan guru, dan alat evaluasi holistik. Penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan seperti infrastruktur yang terbatas, literasi digital guru, dan kurangnya alat evaluasi yang komprehensif, serta menekankan perlunya memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat adopsi LMS. Diagram PRISMA memandu proses seleksi, menghasilkan empat artikel untuk analisis mendalam. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Problem based learning model assisted by poster media can improve elementary school students' Mathematics learning outcomes. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques are carried out using tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. This research consists of 3 cycles with research procedures using the Problem based learning model which includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the research show that there has been an increase in Mathematics learning outcomes for class III students at SD Negeri 41 Lubuklinggau. In cycle I, students obtained an average pre-test score of 57,73 and post-test 71,47. Cycle 2 average value of pre-test 64.09 and post-test 77,.45. Cycle 3 average value of pre-test 65,73 and post-test 88,09. From the research results, it was concluded that Problem Based Learning can improve elementary school students' Mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

A nation with high cultural literacy describes the competence of its citizens who can think critically, creatively and communicatively in the face of global competition. The main problem of this research is the low level of cultural literacy and citizenship skills of elementary school students. One of the causes of these problems is the low quality of the learning media used in learning in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using hand muppet learning media based on local wisdom and the impact of using hand muppet learning media on increasing cultural literacy skills and citizenship of elementary school students. The research model used is a combination method of an exploratory type. The sample of this research is elementary school students in six Kediri elementary schools who have different characteristics. Based on the research results, it was found that the hand muppet was learning media based on local wisdom that was developed and contributed to increasing the ability of cultural literacy and citizenship. This ability improvement occurred throughout the sample schools. Thus, the hand muppet learning media based on local wisdom functions for students with high and low competence.
