Abstract

The Lumpsum contract system with a Fix Price value with the financing system is Contractor's Full Prefinanced (CPF). This system will be implemented for owners to ease costs, considering that financing is charged to contractors 100%. and paid 30 days after the minutes of the PHO were signed by both parties, Rato (20018). One of the contract systems used in the contract for the purchase of a construction project is the Remeasure Contract (Unit Price). Bridge construction infrastructure is one of the land transportation infrastructure that has an important role in the distribution of goods and services as well as mobility for the community and other economic sectors. Therefore, bridge construction plays a very important role in economic growth in a region. From the above background, the author needs to re-analyze a construction project in the Mountainous Papua Province in terms of the quality of work of the contractor, the lumpsum contract system, and the unit price contract system in the bridge construction project. The results of this study are as follows: the effect of the Lumpsum contract system on the quality of contractors' work in road and bridge construction projects is GOOD. The effect of the Unit Price contract system on the quality of contractors' work in road and bridge construction projects is GOOD. There is no effect of the contract system on the quality of contractors' work on road and bridge construction projects in Papua Mountainous Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mineral content as well as the characteristics of the electrical properties of the iron sand nanoparticle samples of the Telindung beach. Synthesis of iron sand nanoparticles can be done by sharing one method, namely the coprecipitation method. In the coprecipitation process, researchers used HCl and NH4OH solutions to make a sample of nano-sized iron sand (nanoparticles) of 5 samples with different sampling distances of 3 meters, 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters, and 5 meters. Each finished sample is then analyzed for its mineral content using AAS. The results shows that the higher the sampling distance, the higher the mineral content, namely the total Fe in the sample of iron sand nanoparticles (8.28%, 8.79%, 8.85%, 9.07% and 9.74%). Characteristics of electrical properties namely resistivity using 4 point probes with a series of power supply devices and multimeters by making 1 sample 5 times the measurement so that the value of resistivity (8.3 x 104 ,m, 9.1 x 104 Ωm, 9.6 x 104 Ωm, 10 Ωm, 3 x 104 Ωm, 11.3 x 104 Ωm), for dielectricity using a plate parallel to the LCR meter, one sample of 10 times the measurement so as to obtain the value of the dielectric constant (6.4 x 104 F, 7.9 x 104 F, 9 , 8 x 104 F, 11.6 x 104 F and 13.1 x 104). So it can be said that the higher the value of minerl candlengan that is the total Fe, the higher the value of the characteristic electrical properties are resistivity and dielectricity.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected every aspect of life. Not only the decline in the economic situation, but it has also had an impact on the emergence of social problems such as the high rate of early marriage. Early marriage has been a scientific concern for a long time. However, scientific studies have not been able to reduce the rate of increase in the number of children marrying early. The loss of the rights of children who should receive proper education, play and the right to protection are forced to be “bound” in a marriage. The purpose of this article is to add references to solving the problem of early marriage which has been long problematic on an international, national and regional scale. This article discusses the objective conditions of early marriage during a pandemic and criticizes the implementation of strategies for preventing and handling cases of the early child marriage. The data in this study were taken from the main data in the form of in-depth interviews with competent informants. Additional data was taken from existing data at the related office in North Luwu Regency along with the news from online sites, became a reference in this article. This study establish that the number of early marriages has rising due to the widespread use of social networks and changes in daily activity patterns. For future studies, it is recommended to consider the determinant factors in different locations and in a wider scope.

Abstract

In health research, many categorical variables are found that must be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, then interpreted. Currently, there are still many health researchers who interpret categorical variable data in the health sector in the same way as social research in general, namely focusing on the categories with the largest proportions. In fact, for health research, researchers should focus on the expression of unexpected categories. Therefore, this should be a concern for the health research community, especially in the campus environment as the first place for students and health researchers to study and apply various types of health research. This is an urgency, so that the quality of health research can be immediately improved, especially in terms of data interpretation. It was concluded that there were many errors in interpreting categorical variable data in the health sector, so this had to be anticipated from the time of education on campus. Keywords: health research; categorical variables; data interpretation; unexpected category

Abstract

Questionnaires are a data collection method that is widely used in health research. Nowadays, the validity test that is often used to assess the quality of questionnaires is the item-total correlation test. This study aims to introduce another method that is often said to be better by experts, namely factor analysis. When compared with item-total correlation analysis, factor analysis has the advantages of: 1) it can reveal the latent structure of the variables being measured; 2) can capture multivariate variations; 3) can test construct validity, namely whether the questionnaire is able to measure concepts or constructs theoretically; 4) can determine how many factors are needed to explain the variance in the data. It was concluded that taking into account its advantages, factor analysis is the best choice for testing the validity of questionnaires in health research. Keywords: health research; questionnaire; validity test; categorical variables; factor analysis
