Abstract

AbstractThis paper aims to analyze how Islamic boarding schools can survive in a constantly changing world and what is the secret behind the ability of Islamic boarding schools to adapt to increasingly rapid developments and open information systems. Such significant challenges of the times force pesantren to choose one of two things, to be left behind or to change to adapt. This study chose the locus at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School located in Pacet Mojokerto because the pesantren's policies are closely related to survival efforts over the current developments. After this research was carried out, it showed that, on the one hand, Islamic boarding schools have limited infrastructure. On the other hand, they are subject to government pressure and community demands to adapt to changes and meet applicable standards. Two reasons are the answer to the survival of pesantren. First, Al-muḥāfaẓah 'alā al-qadīm al-ṣāliḥ wa al-ahdz bi al-jadīd al-aṣlaḥ has become a value basis for the contextual transformation of pesantren. Second, the cultural management of the pesantren can be seen from the ability of the pesantren to carry out religious and cultural missions that negotiate with science and technology. Modernity management in Islamic boarding schools is a starting point for a pesantren continually to evaluate and then change with the note that it maintains the traditional values of the pesantren as keeping the faith, which is the finding in this study. This paper suggests the need for institutional standardization of Islamic boarding schools to achieve the mission of making Islamic boarding schools a centre for the development of education and civilization. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pesantren dapat bertahan dalam dunia yang terus berubah, apa rahasia di balik kemampuan pesantren beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat dan sistem informasi yang terbuka. Tantangan zaman yang demikian besar memaksa pesantren untuk memilih satu di antara dua hal, ketertinggalan, atau berubah untuk menyesuaikan. Penelitian ini memilih lokus di Pesantren Amanatul Ummah yang berlokasi di Pacet Mojokerto dengan alasan kebijakan pesantren yang lekat dengan upaya survival atas perkembangan zaman yang ada. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pesantren di satu sisi memiliki keterbatasan infrastruktur, di lain sisi mendapatkan tekanan pemerintah dan permintaan masyarakat untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan  dan memenuhi standar yang berlaku. Dua alasan menjadi jawaban kelangsungan hidup pesantren. Pertama, Al-muḥāfaẓah 'alā al-qadīm al-ṣāliḥ wa al-ahdz bi al-jadīd al-aṣlaḥ telah menjadi basis nilai bagi transformasi pesantren secara kontekstual. Kedua, manajemen kebudayaan pesantren yang tampak dari kemampuan pesantren menjalankam misi agàma dan kebudayaan yang bernegosiasi dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Modernity management di pesantren menjadi sebuah titik pijakan sebuah pesantren untuk selalu malakukan evaluasi kemudian berubah dengan catatan tetap menjaga nilai tradisi pesantren sebagai keeping faith menjadi temuan dalam penelitian ini. Tulisan ini menyarankam perlunya standarisasi kelembagaan pesantren agar tercapai misi menjadikan pesantren sebagai pusat perkembangan pendidikan dan peradàban.

Abstract

Di era modernisasi 5.0 ini pendidikan di tuntut untuk melakukan reformasi inovasi menuju pada sistem pendidikan yang ideal, yaitu pendidikan yang secara mutu mampu melestarikan nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang ada dan juga mampu mengembangkan Teknologi agar dapat berjalan beriringan dari segi manfaat ataupun tuntutan secara inovasi. Hadirnya Sistem Informasi Manajemen dituntut untuk mampu menerjemahkan keterbutuhan korelasi Teknologi-Pendidikan-Bisnis. Perkembangan tersebut menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan dan Teknologi merupakan ibarat dua mata uang yang saling membutuhkan. Dalam manajemen bisnis, pendidikan dan Teknologi mampu menciptakan transaksi yang dalam juali-beli (nilai tukar) berupa nilai non fisik (kepuasan atau kenyamanan). Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kepustakaan atau library research atau biasa disebut dengan sumber data sekunder. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam mengkaji di penulisan ini adalah pendekatan pedagogis. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perkembagan teknologi di era modern 5.0 ini mengkajian manajmen pendidikan dan bisnis menghasilkan kajian tentang manajemen Excellent Service (Pelayanan Prima), dimana menjelaskan bahwa pelayanan adalah bagian dari sebuah transaksi yang secara manajemen bisnis masuk sebagai nilai-nilai profit atau keutungan yang dikategorikan sebagai keutungan non fisik.

Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi digital merupakan hal yang penting untuk dikuasai oleh peserta didik di era digitalisasi. Penggunaan e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran diharapkan mampu meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan e learning dalam meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Sumber data diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainnya yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis kualitatif berupa kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e learning  dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik, khususnya pada elemen information literacy  dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.Abstract:  digitalization era. The use of e-learning in the learning process is expected to increase students' digital literacy. This study aims to determine the use of e-learning in increasing students' digital literacy. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. Sources of data were obtained from books, journals and other scientific works in accordance with the research theme. Data analysis used qualitative analysis in the form of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that e-learning can be used to improve students' digital literacy, especially in the elements of information literacy and students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This research relates to the utilization of the infrastructure of the Ngujang II bridge on the Brantas river as the economic dominance of the community. This study uses a qualitative method, emphasizing the method of analysis, observation and interviews, data analysis is grouped from various sources, with the theory of economic development from Joseph Schumpeter. The results showed that in two different locations on the Ngujang II bridge, namely in the north a coffee shop and karaoke while in the south angkringan and a coffee shop. There are traders on the Ngujang II bridge who make this business their main livelihood and some only as a side because their main job as farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang mengatakan bahwa pendidikan harus dikelola dengan manajemen strategik. Pemilihan manajemen strategik diharapkan akan menghasilkan manajemen yang baik untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kalidawir. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan stategik SMAN 1 Kalidawir yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan, pembentukan tim perumus visi dan misi, perencanaan jangka panjang dan pendek, peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, bekerjasama dengan lembaga luar dan peningkatan mutu pendidik. Implementasi dilaksanakan sesuai perencaan stategik dengan adanya tim perumus visi dan misi, telah tersusun perencanaan panjangn dan pendek, peningkatan mutu pembelajaran berjalan baik, tertib dan efisien, kerjsama program Double Track dengan ITS, dan mengadakan wokshop serta MGMP untuk tenaga pendidik. Evalusi dilaksanakan dengan rapat dinas, rapat kepala sekolah dengan komite, rapat kepala sekolah dengan wakil kepala sekolah, rapat kepala sekolah dengan komite dan wakil kepala sekolah dan rapat kepala sekolah dengan guru.

Abstract

In supporting the environmental conservation program, protecting the earth from damage caused by human activities and unfriendly activities, it is necessary to instill early education about preserving the environment and conservating the earth free of garbage while reducing the impact of global warming. SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Tulungagung care about it. This issue are green school and waste management was carried out the empowerment of educational institution. This study uses the Community Based Research (CBR) method with the Asset-Based Approach (ABA) to empower schools to achieve green school and waste management. The results achieved by the school are able to integrate environmental awareness in the curriculum, create healthy living habits and using of a green environment based on green schools and waste management.

Abstract

Scholarly discussions on institutional development could be divided into two categories; “Blue Ocean Strategy” and “Red Zone Strategy” approaches. Blue Ocean Strategy characterized by creating new innovation and market without locating institution to compete with other institution. Meanwhile, Red Zone Strategy emphasizes on initiating a different innovation in order to contest in the marketplace. This article examines the transformation of IAIN Tulungagung from STAIN to IAIN in 2013. This article employs qualitative approach and demonstrates that IAIN Tulungagung has created a creative innovation such as initiating Edu-fair event to attract new students, bulding a new brand, establishing the advance program to promote its institution, and developing the human capital. This strategy indicates that IAIN Tulungagung applies Blue Ocean Strategy in developing its institution such as Decrease-Delete-Create-Increase becomes Passive-Save-Create-Increase.

Abstract

This study aims to describe analysis of internal and external environment of SDIT Al-Azhaar in facing the era of disruption, in order to survive. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews, semi-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: 1) SDIT's internal environment analysis consists of competency aspects in the form of quality educational institutions that are already good, core competencies in the form of SDIT Al-Azhaar's contribution to Trenggalek district by sending students to competitions, resource aspects dominated by teachers with graduates S1, and BOS funding which can be said to be large enough to optimize existing learning activities, 2) external environmental analysis, namely SDIT Al-Azhaar always seeks to collaborate with existing stakeholders, establish cooperation with external organizations, have a role and support local government towards SDIT Al-Azhaar in increasing school quality competition, 3) efforts to strengthen the internal environment are carried out at SDIT Al-Azhaar by utilizing digital-based learning media, each educator is given insight regarding the use of technology, communicating with guardians using smartphone media, 4) strengthening The external environment is carried out by holding periodic socialization with the community and stakeholders, using media for promotional activities and updating activities within the school scope, using technology in the facilities and infrastructure used. This strengthening effort was carried out as a preparation for students to be able to face the era of disruption.

Abstract

Curriculum management is an activity related to educational management which begins with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum to achieve agreed goals, both short, medium and long term. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out curriculum management in improving the quality of education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (2) Knowing the school’s efforts to improve the quality education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing curruculum management in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. The research method used was descriptive qualitatif. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on research conducted, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has demonstrated a strong commitmen to digital era curriculum management by utilizing digital assessments, incorporating, tehcnology into learning, creating, relevan curricula, and providing professional training for educators. Adequate facilities and infrastructur, commitment to meeting program meed, collaboration and continuous evaluation support this effor. However, training programs, effective financial management, and inclusive learning should help address issues such as educators’ technology skills and student diversity. Thus, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has great potential ti improve the quality of education in the digital era.
