Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Knowledge-Oriented Leadership and the Use of Digital Issues on Innovation Performance Implications on Adopting Metaverse Technology in Serang Regency Private High School. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of knowledge-oriented leadership, issue utilization, innovation performance and adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology , knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance, knowing the influence of using digital issues on innovation performance, knowing the influence of adopting metaverse technology on innovation performance, knowing knowledge-oriented leadership towards adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable, and knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable at Serang Regency Private High School. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) model using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the study shows that the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of the use of digital issues on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance is positive and significant and The hypothesis is accepted, the influence of adopting metaverse technology on positive and significant innovation performance and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Tourist attractions in Agusen Village have their own characteristics and attractions that are able to produce excellence and contribute to the economy of local and regional communities. However, the development of tourist attractions in Agusen Village is still not optimal and has not been well managed, especially facilities and infrastructure such as parking lots, prayer rooms, water facilities and abandoned huts as well as road access to tourist attractions. This is the main problem in developing tourist attractions in Agusen Village, so it really requires collaboration and cooperation with several parties, especially the government, community and business actors to be able to build and develop tourist attractions in Agusen Village through the Collaborative Governance concept. The aim of this research is to analyze the Collaborative Governance-based tourist attraction development strategy in Agusen Village, and the research method used is a qualitative method. This research shows that the development of tourist attractions in Agusen Village must also be supported by parties who are directly and actively involved in tourism activities. The collaboration system is a strategy that can be applied to create superior and competitive tourist attractions by fostering cooperation and partnerships as regulated in applicable regulations. The cooperation system implemented in developing tourist attractions in Agusen Village can be carried out professionally and actions are based on ideas or thoughts which is a continuous process so that it can involve all parties to develop existing resources including increasing the capacity of human resources.

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di Sekolah Dasar, bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah terhadap pembinaan kedisiplinan guru dan kendala dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dokumen. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil pada penelitian ini kepala sekolah dan guru sudah memahami tentang konsep disiplin itu sendiri. Guru-guru juga sudah mengetahui berbagai peraturan yang ada di sekolah dan berusaha untuk mematuhi peraturan-peraturan tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaannya, jika ada guru yang melanggar peraturan harus diberi sanksi, namun di SD Negeri 29 Pekanbaru belum pernah ada sanksi berat yang diterima guru, hanya ada teguran dari kepala sekolah jika ada guru yang melanggar peraturan yang ringan, seperti terlambat datang ke sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa sehingga siswa sulit dalam menyimpulkan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau disebut dengan research development dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subyek penelitian Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 01 Kabun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  1) modul digital berorientasi problem based learning telah valid dengan perolehan rata-rata 3.70, 2) Modul digital berorientasi problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan sikap ilmiah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar sangat praktis digunakan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji praktikalitas dengan menggunakan angket guru dan siswa sehingga diperoleh rata-rata 89 dan 87  dengan kategori sangat praktis. 3) Modul digital berorientasi problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan sikap ilmiah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar sangat efektif., dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul digital berorientasi problem based learning yang dikembangkan telah valid, praktis dan efektif

Abstract

[Title: The Use of Image Media in Improving Initial Reading Ability at Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten]. This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of image media can improve the initial reading ability in Group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study is a Classroom Action Research with qualitative-quantitative data analysis techniques. The subjects of the study were 23 students of group B of the Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten. The results of data analysis show that the use of image media can (1) improve students’ initial reading ability, (2) make learning activities more active and fun, (3) the students’ initial reading ability after the second cycle increases with a percentage of 95.65%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of image media can improve the students’ initial reading ability of group B Jatisela PGRI Kindergarten Sesela Village, Gunungsari, West Lombok 2017/2018 Academic Year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of misconceptions that occur in Cenderawasih University physics education students in the material Temperature, Heat and Waves. This research is a descriptive research conducted in physics department of Cendrawasih University by involving 22 physics education students. The data collection technique used was a test in the form of multiple choice questions of 30 items. The questions were distributed to students and then the results were analyzed by using the Certainty Of Response Index (CRI) method to be categorized into four levels, one of which is misconception category.  The results of the study revealed that students experience misconception in the three materials analyzed with the average percentage of students who experienced misconception in the material of Temperature, Heat, and Waves are 20.7% (low category), and 17,61% (low category), and 32.12% (moderate category), respectively. One of the factors causing misconceptions is the lack of understanding and references from educators. Therefore, it is expected that the physics materials is delivered clearly based on the concept so that students can avoid misconceptions.

Abstract

Tourism destination one of the key concepts of the tourism sector. The rapid growth of tourism destination which have grown rapidly in recent years necessitate marketing as an important factor in tourism destination management. One of the important concepts in the literature of marketing and tourist behavior is self-congruity. Many studies have tested and applied the theory of self-congruity in various industries including tourism destinations with mixed results and findings. The purpose of this study is to generate future research directions by identifying the application of self-congruity in tourism destinations over the last five years. This study uses a systematic literature review method to explain self-congruity in tourism destinations through the identification of ten articles. This literature review research reveals the context of tourism destinations, the variables that have been linked and further research on self-congruity in tourism destinations in the ten articles. This research is the basis for developing self-congruity studies for further research. In addition, this research has a role to provide input to tourism destination stakeholders regarding the application of self-congruity in tourism destination.

Abstract

This paper will discuss a simple overview of how the concept of human resource management is carried out with digitalization. The explanation will be based on various existing studies, so that an elaborate and comprehensive picture of the new paradigm of human resource management based on the power of digital computing technology can be given. This research model tries with all its might to elaborate various scientific sources that will strongly support the construction of the analysis of a particular study. This research method is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research operationally examines various sources of literature relevant to the context of the above research. Digital Human Resource Management is considered as the basic need in the aspect of business organization. Every business organization has a long way to go by adopting digitalization. Digital HRM helps in maintaining a strong relationship between management and its employees. By preparing a strategy for DHRM will help in organizational performance.

Abstract- This research aims to empirically determine the SSCM knowledge on Human management at in Indonesia. Suppliers of the materials and equipment to the laboratory where the first discovery is made are in many cases replaced by larger players with capabilities to provide a broader range of materials, services, and support. Abstract

Memilih metode pembelajaran juga menjadi kunci ketertarikan peserta dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Sebagian pengajar lebih memilih metode ceramah, hal ini dikarenakan lebih mudah dilakukan dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan peserta untuk lebih aktif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen yaitu merupakan penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dari sesuatu yang dikenakan pada subjek yaitu siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis penilaian autentik dan kelompok control yang menggunakan metode konvensiolan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2020-2021 bertempat di prodi pendidikan fisika Universitas Cenderawasih. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling secara untuh sehingga terpilih kelas angkatan 2021. Akhir hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata kelas control 49,6 dan eksprimen 76,7. Hasil tes normalitas dan homogenitas data diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai signifikan yaitu 0,20 dan 0,55. Hasil tes uji-t memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh model discovery learning berbasis penilaian autentik denga nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,00.
