Abstract

The land registration system in Indonesia, which is still dominated by paper-based databases, is considered no longer capable of optimally guaranteeing legal certainty of land rights. Outdated data, weak system integration, and limited access to information open the door to abuse of authority and manipulation of land data. These conditions are exploited by land mafia to carry out illegal practices, such as document forgery and the issuance of duplicate certificates, which ultimately harm landowners and undermine public trust in the national land system. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of land digitization and electronic land registration in minimizing the practices of land mafia in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with a regulatory and conceptual approach, supplemented by an analysis of digital land policy. The results show that electronic land registration has the potential to increase transparency, data accuracy, and land administration accountability, thereby closing the loopholes that have been exploited by land mafia. However, the effectiveness of this system still faces challenges in terms of infrastructure readiness, human resource quality, and regulatory harmonization. Therefore, strengthening the electronic land registration system needs to be accompanied by institutional reform and consistent law enforcement in order to achieve legal certainty and protection of land rights. Keywords: Electronic Land Registration; Land Digitalization; Land Mafia; Legal Certainty; Land Administration

Abstract

Garbage is a serious environmental problem, especially in urban areas. If organic waste is not processed, it will experience uncontrolled decomposition which can produce dangerous gases and leachate that pollute the environment. This study aimed to produce and evaluate the quality of solid organic fertilizer derived from household organic waste using the Takakura method and to determine its effect on the growth of maize (Zea mays). Fertilizer quality was analyzed based on pH, C-organic content, and macronutrients, including nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). The fertilizer was used on maize crops by utilizing a completely random approach with three different types of planting media. The growth factors measured included the height of the plants, leaf count, and leaf surface area at 21 and 28 days post-planting. Findings indicated that the solid organic fertilizer possessed a pH of 8.51, an organic carbon content of 0.8%, and a total macronutrient level (N + P₂O₅ + K₂O) of 1.79%, which fell short of the national quality guidelines for solid organic fertilizers. Nevertheless, the application of solid organic fertilizer improved maize growth compared to the control treatment, particularly in the P2 treatment, which showed the best results in terms of leaf number and leaf area. These findings indicate that solid organic fertilizer produced using the Takakura method has potential to be utilized as a soil conditioner and as a supporting input for plant growth.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the dynamics of teacher behavior and its influence on the organizational climate at SMP Negeri 3 Ajibarang. Variations in teacher behavior, including work motivation, discipline, communication skills, and adaptability to change, create significant differences in the implementation of tasks and daily interactions. This diversity not only impacts the effectiveness of cooperation between teachers but also shapes collective perceptions of the school's organizational climate. Using a qualitative approach through a case study design, this study was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. These methods provide a comprehensive overview of work patterns, social interactions, and contextual factors that influence teacher behavior. The results indicate that positive behaviors, such as open communication, consistent discipline, and a willingness to cooperate, contribute to the creation of a harmonious, conducive, and productive organizational climate. Conversely, less adaptive behavior often creates obstacles in the coordination and implementation of school policies. Factors that encourage positive behavior include the principal's participatory leadership, a collaborative work culture, a clear organizational vision, and recognition of teacher performance.

Abstract

The cigarette industry in Dawe District, Kudus, has been the backbone of the local economy for decades. However, this heavy dependence on a single industrial sector creates economic vulnerability, especially when production fluctuations or policy changes affect the tobacco industry. An economic empowerment program through agricultural entrepreneurship skills is highly relevant in this context. Modern agriculture using wick hydroponic technology and mini Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) offers an appropriate solution because it has characteristics that are suited to the geographic and socioeconomic conditions of the Dawe community. This PKM program has proven that economic empowerment through technology and skills transfer can be an effective strategy for increasing community income. Based on the results achieved, it is recommended to replicate similar programs in other areas with similar characteristics. Furthermore, ongoing monitoring and evaluation are necessary to ensure the sustainability of the businesses pioneered by participants. Collaboration with relevant agencies and microfinance institutions can strengthen participants' access to capital for broader business development.

Abstract

Religious pluralism in multi-religious communities requires effective social mechanisms to maintain harmony. This study examines how local wisdom functions as an operational mechanism of religious pluralism in Banjarpanepen Village, a multi-religious community in Banyumas, Central Java, through Azyumardi Azra's socio-cultural perspective. This qualitative case study was conducted over four months in 2025 using semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling representing diverse religious backgrounds (Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, and Belief Adherents), including religious leaders, customary elders, village officials, and active community members. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's technique, with validity enhanced through triangulation. Local wisdom practices) including Grebeg Suran, Purnamaan, Nyadran, and Slametan (function as operational mechanisms that strengthen interfaith harmony, regulate social interactions, and build community solidarity. Religious leaders, customary elders, and village officials play complementary roles in maintaining harmony through both formal and informal networks. Banyumasan cultural values of nrimo and respect for others provide the ethical foundation for peaceful coexistence. Findings validate Azra's framework of moderation, cultural openness, and socio-religious networks, demonstrating that Nusantara Islam pluralism is not merely normative discourse but lived through adaptive and inclusive daily social practices, positioning village pluralism as a practical expression of institutionalized cultural harmony.

Abstract

Teacher work stress and conflict dynamics in educational institutions, particularly at SMK Ma'arif NU 2 Karanglewas, are critical issues that affect learning quality. Using an interpretive qualitative approach, this study explores teachers’ experiences related to workload, psychological pressure, and interpersonal conflict through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that high curriculum demands, administrative responsibilities, and emotional strain are major sources of stress that influence teacher motivation, performance, and interactions with students. Conflicts between teachers often arising from miscommunication, unequal task distribution, and differing views on student management further deteriorate the work atmosphere. These results highlight the need for systematic stress and conflict management supported by transformational leadership, clear task allocation policies, effective communication procedures, and stress management training. Consistent implementation of these strategies can enhance teacher well-being, improve workplace harmony, and strengthen overall educational quality while fostering a more supportive and sustainable school environment for the entire school community.
