Abstract

Technology and digital media have transformed the world of education, including PAI learning. The purpose of this research is to examine how the utilization of technology and media in PAI learning in the modern era. This research conducted a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research shows that although technology and media can enhance the quality of learning, they can also present problems such as a shortage of educators and infrastructure imbalances. The use of technology in Islamic Education (PAI) can be an innovative way to improve the quality of Islamic education by optimizing the right strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan financial technology terhadap perilaku konsumtif, serta melihat peran kontrol diri sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM, yang dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap 150 responden pengguna e-wallet dari kalangan Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan penggunaan fintech berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sedangkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Namun, kontrol diri tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan ketiga variabel bebas terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek gaya hidup dan kemudahan akses teknologi lebih dominan mendorong konsumsi dibandingkan pengaruh kontrol diri.

Abstract

This study discusses about how the Government's Internal Supervisory Apparatus understands its role in fraud detection and the Government's Internal Control System. The aim of this study is to find out the extent to which the Government's Internal Supervisory Apparatus understands their role in fraud detection according to the Government's Internal Control System in the Provincial Government "XYZ". This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The results showed that APIP's understanding was very diverse and many of them did not understand their role in fraud detection and prevention. It is also similar with the Government's Internal Control System associated with the APIP role. The condition that becomes the common thread is not yet the functioning of the early warning system for efforts to eradicate corruption in this country.

Abstract

Background: People's perceptions of the need for COVID-19 vaccine boosters are influenced by a variety of psychosocial, demographic, and informational factors. Indonesia and Philipines data might be show difference people’s perception to response the important of booster vaccinations. Purpose: This study aims to describe the differences between two difference population from two countries namely Indonesia and the Philipines. This is descriptive study with two datasets from respondents in Indonesia anad the Philipines. Methods: This research explore perceptions on vaccination and the willingness to get second shoots of covid-19 vaccination. A total 101 respondent from Indonesia and 400 respondents from the Philipines included in this study. Sample method was consecutive. Results: The result showed that 57% received covid-19 booster, while 43 43% have not received the Covid 19 booster vaccine. From the Philipines’data, 29% of respondents have received the Covid 19 booster vaccine, while 71% have not received the Covid 19 vaccine. Indonesian data shows that 76% think that booster vaccines can increase body immunity, extend the period of protection against the virus and help reduce the spread of the Covid 19 virus. Conclusion: Meanwhile, Filipino data shows various perceptions underlying the willingness to do the covid-19 booster vaccine, namely the existence of local government policies in providing vaccines as much as 93%, the adequacy of vaccine supply 76%, It is concluded that percentage of covid 19 booster participation among two countries quiet difference and the perception show based on people perception on resilience during pandemi and support from health care system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi Public Relations dalam membangun school branding di SDIT Al-Furqon Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari semakin ketatnya persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan, khususnya sekolah Islam terpadu, yang menuntut strategi branding efektif guna memperkuat citra positif di mata masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan komunikasi sekolah tercermin dalam kepemimpinan komunikasi, konsistensi pesan, keterbukaan, dan responsivitas terhadap publik. Strategi Public Relations yang diterapkan meliputi pemanfaatan media digital dan konvensional, hubungan intensif dengan orang tua, serta penonjolan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai identitas sekolah. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan manajemen, partisipasi guru, dan kepercayaan masyarakat, sedangkan hambatan meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi komunikasi PR yang terstruktur dapat memperkuat citra sekolah dan meningkatkan daya saing

Abstract

Proposal adalah dokumen tertulis yang berperan sebagai panduan awal dalam merancang suatu kegiatan atau penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah hakikat dan struktur teks proposal serta mengevaluasi kelengkapan unsur pada empat contoh proposal dari jenis yang berbeda. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis isi terhadap dua proposal penelitian dan dua proposal kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua proposal memiliki unsur pokok yang sama, yaitu judul, latar belakang, tujuan, manfaat, serta metode atau rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan. Perbedaan terlihat pada unsur tambahan, di mana proposal penelitian menekankan tinjauan pustaka dan metodologi, sedangkan proposal kegiatan lebih menyoroti anggaran, penutup, dan sponsorship. Proposal PKM menjadi berbeda karena memuat abstrak sebagai ringkasan awal. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kelengkapan struktur proposal sangat dipengaruhi oleh orientasi dan tujuan penyusunannya

Abstract

Digital leadership became prominent to bridging Digital transformation in organizations. Despite, a lot of research in digital leadership topic has soared, it still misses the gap for the position of digital leadership. This research investigates the determination of digital leadership based on literature review from various research articles and presents the position of digital leadership. Therefore, this study was conducted with the Grounded Theory Literature-Review Method and perish n publish or perish to collect proper literature, data was presented using the matrix augmented of unit analysis, and the data was categorized by variable, theory, and unit analysis. The results showed three positions of digital leadership, firstly ten articles positioned digital leadership as independent variable.  Secondly, one study conducted digital leadership as  mediating variable, and lastly,  there were two research studied digital leadership as moderating variable. This study concludes the theme of digital leadership was frequently used to develop digital transformation and performance for organizations. Leaders act as a supporter and connectors between corporate culture and team members to bridge the transformation. Furthermore, it remains a gap in digital leadership variable research topics such as: measuring dimensions of digital leadership, competence of the leader, and which leadership styles suitable for organizations.

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in the workplace has transformed job roles, resource allocation, and employee anticipation. Especially amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the digitalization of workplaces has seemingly necessitated employees to acquaint themselves with, excel at, and utilize these technologies within their professional settings. This trend has spurred the rise of the notion of digital literacy among the workforce. Therefore this research aims to investigate the literature review of digital literacy using grounded theory model. Furthermore, there were 14 journal articles collected indexed in Scopus Q1, with 3 articles, 8 articles from journals indexed in Scopus Q2, 2 articles indexed in Q3, and 1 article indexed in Q4. Therefore, research articles with the theme of digital literacy in human resources. Each article was served to explain the variable position.As a result, (1) digital literacy serving as a crucial factor in nurturing innovation at both individual and organizational scales; (2) factors that determine the success of technology implementation; and (3) indicators of enhanced performance. This highlights the significance of digital literacy in the advancement of Human Resources Management, aiming to cultivate innovation and digital ethos within organizations amidst the prevailing era of digitalization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Ikatan Remaja Masjid Agung Palembang dalam menarik minat anggota baru. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena menurunnya jumlah pendaftar anggota baru setiap tahun meskipun organisasi telah memanfaatkan media sosial dan berbagai kegiatan keagamaan maupun sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pengurus inti dan anggota luar biasa Ikatan Remaja Masjid Agung Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi organisasi ini meliputi lima tahapan utama: komunikator, pesan, media, komunikan, dan efek. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup komunikasi tertulis, lisan, dan elektronik, dengan penekanan pada media sosial sebagai saluran utama. Faktor yang memengaruhi minat anggota baru terbagi menjadi faktor internal (motivasi, kebutuhan pribadi, rasa ingin tahu) dan faktor eksternal (ajakan teman, sosialisasi langsung, serta informasi dari media sosial). Kesimpulannya, strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan cukup efektif, namun masih perlu inovasi dalam pengemasan pesan dan perluasan jangkauan komunikasi secara langsung agar minat remaja untuk bergabung dapat meningkat kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and develop game-based learning assisted by Prodigy game media that is valid, practical and effective on students' critical thinking skills and learning interests. Media is a tool for conveying messages sourced from teachers so that students, as recipients, can understand the material well. Prodigy is an ICT-based media that contains games and mathematics learning, so students' interest in learning mathematics will develop through this media. This research uses ADDIE development techniques. The results showed that game-based learning assisted by Prodigy game media proved valid, practical and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills and learning interests. Using apps like Prodigy Game in math learning helps improve students' critical thinking skills through various interactive and focused ways. It changes their perception of math learning to be more positive and engaging. Keywords: Media Prodigy, Game Based Learning, Critical Thinking, Interest
