Abstract

Organizational justice is one of the important factors in increasing job satisfaction and encouraging employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on work motivation and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The sampling technique used a census involving all employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of West Kalimantan Province, namely 43 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that distributive and interactional justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation. However, procedural justice only had a positive effect on job satisfaction and had no effect on motivation. On the other hand, job satisfaction was shown to mediate the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on motivation. The practical implications of these findings can help organizations improve justice management and job satisfaction to support overall employee motivation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of profitability, liquidity, and business risk on the capital structure of private mixed banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study consists of all banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample for this study, which consisted of 25 Private Banks. Using the website www.idx.co.id as a documentation source, secondary data was used as the data source. Using the Eviews ten application, a panel data regression analysis is employed as the analytical method. The results indicate that profitability, as measured by return on assets, has a positive and statistically significant effect on capital structure (DER). In contrast, liquidity, as measured by current assets, has a negative and statistically significant result. on capital structure (DER), whereas business risk, as approximated by the degree of operating leverage (DOL), has no meaningful impact on capital structure (DER).

Abstract

Antara Bulu Cakar dan Ekor (ABCDE) Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi makanan kucing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di PT. ABCDE Indonesia, ditemukan permasalahan pada sistem persediaan barang yang sedang berjalan, seperti barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat secara manual dan dicek secara satu persatu, hal tersebut tentunya dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam pencatatannya dan memakan waktu yang lama dikarenakan jumlah barang yang masuk dan keluar mencapai ratusan bahkan ribuan, sistem yang masih manual tersebut berdampak kepada proses pembuatan laporan, karena harus di input kembali di dalam aplikasi microsoft excel. Selain itu belum adanya sistem dalam pemberian informasi terkait stok barang yang tersedia secara real-time membuat lambatnya pertukaran informasi terkait data stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat aplikasi persediaan barang berbasis web yang mempermudah dalam mengelola data persediaan barang, sehingga dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan akurat. Metode waterfall digunakan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak. Bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, dan Jquery digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan yang ada dan mempermudah bagian gudang dalam melakukan pengolahan data persediaan barang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role and strategy of school principals in improving the quality of education at Miftahul Ali IT High School from the leadership dimension and managerial dimension. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out with data reduction techniques, namely by using triangulation methods and sources. The results of this study show that there are 2 aspects of improvement made by school principals, namely as follows: a) the role of the principal as a leader  , namely by guiding and directing educators in creating interesting learning methods, then the school principal tries to establish communication with stakeholders who through reprimands and greetings and hearing directly input from teachers and school employees on the problems being faced, in making decisions the principal implements an open democracy system through deliberation and joint decisions, the principal also becomes a good example through disciplined behavior at work. As for determining the achievement of the program, the principal conducts periodic supervision and evaluation of the learning process and learning tools and utilizes the results of supervision to further improve learning activities through coaching and direction from the principal and supervisors. and b) the role of the principal as a manager, is carried out by managing the school starting from planning the school work program at the beginning of the school year at the time of the work meeting by involving educators and education staff as well as the management of the Foundation and committees, the principal also participates in educators and education personnel in various training and coaching activities to support competence, then the principal also maintains facilities and infrastructure periodically. The findings of this study show that the principal has realized his role in improving the quality of education at SMA IT Miftahul Ali Lendang Pengkores, by taking improvement steps.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran visual dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi senam lantai di kelas IV MI Cipeujeuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional, dengan desain "One-Shot Case Study". Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 30 siswa, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran visual memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748 dan nilai R² sebesar 0,560, yang menunjukkan bahwa media visual berkontribusi sebesar 56% terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran visual dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran PJOK materi senam lantai.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price, promotion, and service quality on the decision to stay at the Kartika Chandra Hotel in Jakarta. In a competitive hospitality industry, pricing strategy, effective promotions, and superior service quality are critical in influencing consumer choice. Utilizing a quantitative approach with data collected from 100 respondents, the research analyzes the impact of these variables on guests' decision-making processes. Results reveal that price, promotion, and service quality each have a significant positive influence on the decision to stay, with combined factors accounting for 47% of decision variance. These findings suggest that hotels can increase guest retention by enhancing these three elements, focusing on flexible pricing, impactful promotions, and consistent service quality. The study offers insights for hotel management to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Price to Book Value in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2012-2022 period. This research aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence share valuation in the cement industry in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is panel regression with a significance level of 0.05, and STATA software is used to analyze the data. The research results show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV) in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. DER describes the relationship between equity and debt in a company's financial structure, while DPR reflects the percentage of net profit paid as dividends to shareholders. An increase in DER or DPR can positively or negatively affect the valuation of cement company shares. Return on Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR) were not found to have a significant influence on PBV. ROE measures the efficiency of using equity in generating profits, while CR shows the company's ability to meet short-term obligations with current assets. These findings provide a deeper understanding for investors, financial analysts and other stakeholders in measuring company value and understanding the factors that contribute to stock valuation in the capital market.

Abstract

Until now, the religious views of the Indonesian Government, known as official Islam, tend to be masculine and patriarchal in determining laws. The masculinity of official Islam can easily be found in some regulations in Indonesia. The establishment of the Indonesian Congress of Women Islamic Scholars (Kongres Ulama Perempuan Indonesia, KUPI) has introduced a new perspective on gender amid the dominance of official Islamic masculinity. This article focuses on the role and position of KUPI amid the dominance of official Islamic masculinity in Indonesia. Through content analysis and Charles Peirce's theory of knowledge construction, the author found that KUPI has successfully become a center for reproducing female authority in Islamic law. This is achieved by reinterpreting several government rules and policies that tend to be masculine and disadvantageous to women. The success of KUPI as a center for the reproduction of the authority of women Islamic scholars plays a role in revising official Islam. KUPI accomplishes this by offering a new paradigm that embodies the values of justice and gender equality.  Abstrak: Pandangan-pandangan keagamaan Pemerintah Indonesia yang dikenal dengan istilah official Islam selama ini masih cenderung maskulin dan patriarki dalam menetapkan hukum. Maskulinitas official Islam dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dalam sebagian aturan di Indonesia. Penyelenggaraan Kongres Ulama Perempuan Indonesia (KUPI)  memunculkan perspektif baru terkait gender di tengah dominannya maskulinitas Official Islam tersebut. Artikel ini menganalis peran dan posisi KUPI di tengah dominannya maskulinitas Official Islam di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan content analysis dan teori konstruksi pengetahuan Charles Peirce, penulis berargumen bahwa KUPI telah berhasil menjadi pusat reproduksi otoritas ulama perempuan di Indonesia. Hal ini dicapai dengan melakukan penafsiran ulang terhadap beberapa aturan dan kebijakan pemerintah yang cenderung maskulin dan merugikan perempuan. Keberhasilan KUPI menjadi pusat reproduksi otoritas ulama perempuan ini berperan dalam merevisi Official Islam tersebut. Hal ini dilakukan oleh KUPI dengan menawarkan paradigma baru yang lebih mengandung nilai-nilai keadilan dan keseteraan gender.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh corporate social responsibility, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 155 perusahaan periode pengamatan yang dilakukan 2016-2020. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang menggunakan data dari laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the economy. However, many MSME actors experience obstacles in accessing formal financing. Low levels of financial literacy and lack of understanding of credit scores are often the main obstacles to the development of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and credit scoring on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Depok. The research design used is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 99 respondents via Google from during August 2024. The criteria for respondents who could fill out the questionnaire were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Smart PLS 4 program which includes outer model analysis (convergent Validity, discriminant validity, reliability), inner model analysis (multicollinearity, R-square, goodness of fit, F-square, and path coefficients). This research concludes that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME's performance (t-statistic 3.278 > t table 1.96 and p value is 0.000 < 0.05), whereas the credit does not have a significant effect on MSME's performance (t-statistic 1.114 < t table 1.96 and p value is 0.089 > 0.05).
