Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning models and attitude in physics on the problem solving. This research is a true experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The population is all class X SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara years 2022/2023. The sample of two classes using simple random sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using attitude questionnaire on physics and physics problem-solving skill tests. Data analysis using two-way ANOVA The results showed that: There were differences in the physics problem-solving skills of students who were taught using problem-based learning models and those who were taught using discovery learning models, for attitudes to high physics, there were differences in problem-solving skills physics taught using problem-based learning models with those taught using discovery learning models, for low physics attitudes, there are differences in the physics problem-solving skills of students who are taught using problem-based learning models with those taught using discovery learning models, and there is no interaction between the learning model and attitudes toward physics on students' physics problem-solving skills. Abstract

Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V UPTD SPF SDN 42 Turungeng Lappae. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa Kelas V UPTD SPF SDN 42 Turungeng Lappae. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus melalui 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dan hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPTD SPF SDN 42 Turungeng Lappae yang berjumlah 6 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan format observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn dengan ketuntasan belajar siklus I pada kategori Kurang sedangkan siklus II pencapaian ketuntasan berada pada kategori Baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn Siswa Kelas V UPTD SPF SDN 42 Turungeng Lappae.

Abstract

Partisipasi merupakan keterlibatan anggota masyarakat dalam pembangunan dan pelaksanaan program yang dilakukan dalam masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelestarian hutan mangrove di Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kabupaten Paser. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 824 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Cluster Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelestarian hutan mangrove terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat berupa partisipasi dalam bentuk nyata ( berwujud) seperti uang, tenaga,dan keterampilan selain itu partisipasi yang tidak nyata (abstrak) diwujudkan dalam penyampaian partisipasi ide/ gagasan dalam musyawarah. Pola partisipasi masyarakat bersifar kemitraan antara anggota masyarakat dan pemerintah serta perusahaan di sekitar kawasan hutan mangrove, unsur partisipasi masyarakat yaitu adanya kesempatan, kemampuan dan kemauan dalam melestarikan hutan mangrove. Masyarakat dilibatkan dalam setiap tahap partisipast yaitu tahap pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan, pengambilan manfaat, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung partisipasi masyarakat yaitu adanya kerjasama dan kesadaran masyarakat. Faktor penghambat partisipasi yaitu minim dana dan kesibukan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract The learning Model is one of the important parts in the learning process. Where there are many factors that become obstacles in the learning process where teachers must be able to prepare various devices in the process. Many factors that affect the low interest of students in learning PAI, among other factors of the teacher itself, for example, in the learning process activities, approaches, strategies, methods or learning models are still conventional, learning tends to be focused on the teacher (Teacher Centered). The method used in this study is qualitative research in which the presentation of data in a descriptive qualitative sourced from references or observations that have been made. The place of research in SMAN 2 Garut which aims to explore the learning model used in the learning process in PAI subjects. The results of research conducted that PAI teachers at SMAN 2 Garut diverse in using learning models. The number of PAI teachers in the school is three and varies in understanding and using learning models in achieving learning goals. There are those who use the learning model of Active Learning, Cooperative Learning, contextual. All of which have an effect on increasing student motivation. Abstract

Abstrak. Model belajar hybrid Model diperkenalkan sebagai solutif dari persoalan bagaimana menyampaikan materi pada peserta didik dengan mengantisipasi Covid-19. Kekayaan alam yang tersebar di sekitar lingkungan peserta didik belajar ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan pembelajaran fisika, terutama materi tentang pengukuran, zat dan energi, fluida statika dan dinamika, proses perubahan energi, dan lainnya. Begitu juga pembelajaran Ilmu Kebumian, seperti ekosistem dan beberapa aspek lingkungan lainnya . Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah: 1) Bagaimana merancang pembelajaran IPA Fisika Berbasis lingkungan; 2) Bagaimana menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada pembelajaran IPA Fisika berbasis lingkungan; 3) Bagaimana Tanggapan Guru IPA Fisika dalam pelaksanaan Kegiatan PKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu 1) Pembelajaran IPA Fisika berbasis lingkungan dilakukan dengan Metode pengamatan langsung di lingkungan sekolah; 2) Penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada pembelajaran IPA Fisika berbasis Lingkungan dengan memberikan pertanyaan mendasar yang diperoleh dari proses pengamatan langsung di lapangan dimulai dengan pengamatan, menanya, mencoba, menalar dan mengomunikasikan sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik dalam Kurikulum 2013; 3) Hasil angket untuk memperoleh tanggapan Guru-Guru yang mengikuti kegiatan PKM ini berada ³80% untuk semua indikator, kecuali indikator melakukan evaluasi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan sekitar 79%. Kata Kunci: Batuan Karst, Leang-Leang, Polman, Covid-19

Abstract

Based on Presidential Decree Number 33 of 2012, the government established a forum called the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH), where the National Legal Development Agency of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is the Center for the National Documentation and Information Network (JDIHN). As an implementation of Presidential Decree Number 33 of 2012, the National Legal Development Agency of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights issued Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 2 of 2013 which was subsequently amended by Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 8 of 2019 concerning Standardization of Technical Management of Legal Documentation and Information. Regulations regarding JDIH are further regulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Management of the Legal Documentation and Information Network of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Regional Government. Based on the explanation above, it appears that there are 2 (two) implementing regulations for Presidential Decree Number 33 of 2012, namely Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 8 of 2019 concerning Standardization of Technical Management of Legal Documentation and Information and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Network Management Documentation and Legal Information of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Regional Government. The existence of more than one implementing regulation creates a conflict of norms, especially in the implementation of regional legislative programs, which of course will give rise to multiple interpretations for regional governments, which regulations must be followed or prioritized in implementing information disclosure, especially information about regional legislative programs.Keywords: Regional Legal Products, Network, Documentation, Information, Law

Abstract

Management rights over emergent land on the banks of the Batanghari River Watershed in Penyengat Rendah District, Jambi City have been practiced by the local community for generations without formal ownership as of this study. This article examines the legality of land tenure under Indonesian law and the rights to manage land emerging along the Batanghari riverbanks, aiming to advise the local government on the crucial need for legal recognition of these rights. Utilizing an empirical research method involving direct community engagement, the study finds that community management of this land is driven by longstanding residency and utilization, the scarcity of available land for agriculture in Jambi City supporting the local economy, high land prices, and historical reliance on riverbank land use. Despite continuous management, these activities lack permanent legal status as outlined in Article 16, Paragraph (1) of the Basic Agrarian Law.

Abstract

  The  social dedication is one of the Teacher Training Facultys Program.   The students face the real social situation and transform their class kowledge to solve the real social program.  The real Social Working was held in Sukakarya Village tha a part of Bogor Regency, West Java.  Those programs had been done for forty days by twenty students.  Previous study had detected the unqualified PAUD teachers, there was no social committe concerning the children and teenagers development.  Many of the social members were not aware of the important of health and good education.  The economic problem was also a big deal to solve. The program had been progressed based on those problem appeared in Sukakarya village.  Some programs that had been done are the accompanied of PAUD school administration, the renovation of PAUD class,  the seminar to improve PAUD teachers capability, Quranic Study included Al Quran  room for kids and teenagers, the increasing of the known of the letter of the alphabet, the healthy training program, the development of the creative economic program, the smart corner in order to facilitate the children for literature and finally, this program ended after the celebration of Independence Day.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and access to information in the digital age has greatly impacted children, known as the digital native generation. While technology offers easy access to information and educational tools, it also presents risks such as internet addiction and exposure to harmful content. The family, especially parents, plays a crucial role in shaping children's character. Parents need to teach, guide, and protect children from the negative impacts of technology. This article delves into the concept of democratic parenting, which is considered effective in addressing these challenges. In this approach, there is an emphasis on two-way communication, allowing both parents and children to express their opinions. It focuses on setting realistic boundaries, balanced supervision, and responsible development of digital skills. This parenting style helps children learn to manage their screen time and develop healthy digital habits. Additionally, children are taught to think critically, respect diverse opinions, and become independent. Parents should familiarize themselves with their children's technology, set time limits for using digital devices, choose safe and educational content, and actively engage in their children's digital activities. With the right guidance, children can utilize technology for positive self-development, tackle technological challenges, and grow into responsible, critical, and adaptable individuals.

Abstract

The entry of foreign cultures into the Mentawai people made the settlements change. The Mentawai people no longer make Uma a social and economic community. This change was due to the existence of housing and the form of houses built by different Governments. This study aimed to look at outside culture's influence on Uma settlements in Mentawai. This qualitative research method uses ethnographic, sociological, and anthropological approaches using observational data collection techniques, documentation studies, and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study show that outside culture has a major influence on the Uma settlement in the Mentawai. Nevertheless, the Siberut archipelago is the only archipelago that has survived despite changes in the housing environment and the shape of houses built by the Government with a description of socio-cultural and economic characteristics, which still survive. This condition still applies today. However, in Sikakap, Sipora, North Pagai, and South Pagai all the uma settlements no longer exist. This is caused by the influence of an outside culture that enters Mentawai society. These external cultural influences are as follows: the entry of foreign cultures into the Mentawai islands, the open nature of the Mentawai people, and the modernization of the form of permanent houses to eliminate uma as the original settlement of the Mentawai people.
