Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang artinya menggambarkan suatu subyek penelitian. Dalam hal ini adalah konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan pada Bank Syariah. Kemudian desain peran dari bank syariah tersebut dalam pencapaian Sustanaible Development Goals (SDGs). Konsep keuangan syariah yang sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah data kualitatif yang bersumber dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, website (google scholar) dan juga buku-buku rujukan (buku elektronik). Lembaga keuangan syariah dan SDGs memiliki kesamaan tujuan untuk hadir mensejahterakan masyarakat, melalui layanan keuangan dan produk lembaga keuangan syariah bisa mewujudkan tujuan SDGs yaitu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan memberi kesejahteraan. Melalui lembaga keuangan syariah masyarakat bisa memperoleh modal usaha, dan menikmati produk-produk yang bisa menambah pendapatan seperti investasi.

Perubahan kurikulum dari Kurikulum 2013 menjadi Kurikulum Mandiri membuat lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah perlu melakukan penyesuaian agar dapat mengimplementasikan kurikulum sesuai dengan pedoman yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini pula yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian di SDN Pemurus Baru 1 Kota Banjarmasin, dimana sekolah harus banyak melakukan penyesuaian di beberapa bidang agar dapat menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan baik. Penyesuaian kurikulum berupa penyesuaian administrasi sekolah, kemampuan dan kompetensi guru serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran agar berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum, khususnya selama Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menyajikan data dan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk narasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi yang nantinya akan dianalisis validitasnya dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, upaya sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Mandiri adalah mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan berupa seminar, webinar, diskusi komunitas guru, pelatihan khusus kepala sekolah, pembinaan dan pelatihan oleh tenaga profesional dan evaluasi bulanan kepada memperdalam konsep kurikulum. Kolaborasi antar warga sekolah menjadikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Mandiri berjalan dengan baik.

This research is a true experimental research using a 2x2 factorial design. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences in creative thinking skills between students who are taught using guided inquiry learning and students who are taught using direct learning. This research was carried out by providing treatment in the form of guided inquiry learning in the experimental class and direct learning in the control class. The results of the research show that: (1) Fcount (10.37)>(4.35) Ftable, meaning that there are differences in the creative thinking skills of students who are taught with guided inquiry learning and students who are taught with direct learning, (2) Qcount (8.07)>(4.2) Qtable, meaning that in terms of high achievement motivation there are differences in the creative thinking skills of students who are taught by guided inquiry learning and students who are taught by direct learning, (3) Qcount (5.23)> (4.2) Qtable, meaning that in terms of low achievement motivation there is a difference in the creative thinking skills of students taught using guided inquiry learning and students taught using direct learning, (4) Fcount (1.98)<(4.35) Ftable, meaning that there is no interaction between the learning model and achievement motivation on the creative thinking skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Mambi.

The purpose of the study was to determine the agronomic response of biochar distribution of young coconut bark waste to the growth and yield of soybean plants. This research was carried out at the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jabal Ghafur University from April to July 2024. This study used a Non-Factorial Group Random Design (RAK) of 3 treatments with 3 replicates. The biochar factor of young coconut waste (B) consists of 3 levels, namely: B0 0 tons ha-1, B1 20 tons ha-1, and B2 30 tons ha-1. The results showed that the effect of young coconut waste biochar had a very real effect on the parameters of pod count, root length, wet pod weight, weight 100 beans and production per ha, but the effect was not real but did not have a real effect on other parameters. The best treatment is found in the treatment of B1 20 tons ha-1.

The spread of microplastics in fisheries products poses an immediate danger to food safety, the environment, and international commerce, particularly for Indonesia, one of the world’s top seafood exporters. This paper evaluates the legal adequacy of Codex Alimentarius standards regarding microplastics pollution in the domain of Indonesian fisheries law. This study employs a normative legal approach alongside a comparative analysis of the Indonesian laws on food safety and the environment to pinpoint gaps in legislation and international standards, as well as structural obstacles to the integration of international benchmarks. It also studies policy practices from the European Union to extract lessons applicable to Indonesia. By analyzing microplastic regulation under Codex Alimentarius, this study challenges existing assumptions where the guidance is considered “soft law” by legal scholars and aims to fill a gap in legal discourse. Furthermore, the study illustrates a step-by-step approach to domesticating the Codex through international law on environment and trade by suggesting a framework that would enable them to be implemented. The results clearly indicate the urgency to reinforce the control system in Indonesia to reconcile it with international instruments of law in terms of human health and sustainable commerce. This research highlights emerging issues regarding the intersection of food safety, environmental crime, and international legal oversight in lower-income nations where scholarly literature is scarce.

Salah satu bentuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan yang mudah dan murah, seperti halnya pada desa Alue Liem Kecamatan Blang Mangat. Dengan tingkat perekeomian yang cukup memmadai keberadaan desa ini dilintasi oleh jalan Line Pipa dan Jalan menuju Simpang keramat sangat potensi untuk pengembangan usaha kreatif seperti pembuatan sabun cair. Pealtihan ini dilakukan oleh Tim Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe yang diikuti oleh ibu-ibu dan remaja putrid desa tersebut. Dari hasil pelatihan para peserta dapat melakukan pembuatan sabun caiar secara mandiri dan direncanakan adanya pemasaran dengan harga yang bersaing dengan sabun kemasan namun dengan kualitas yang sesuai dengan standar sabun yang digunakan pada umumnya. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan bimbingan terhadap pengembangan usaha melalui pendampingan terhadap perijinan dan bantuan pemsaran.Kata kunci: Ekonomi, Sabun cair, Pelatihan, KreatifPENDAHULUANDesa Alu Lim Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe dengan jarak hanya lebih kuang 6 Km dari kampus Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 2939 jiwa. Sebagian besar mata pencarian penduduk-nya adalah Tukang, Buruh, Petani dan Pedagang dan rata-rata tingkat pendidikan masyarakatnya adalah Tingkat SD dan SMP. Lokasi desa ini berada pada lintasan jalan Line pipa antara Exxon Mobil ke Petra Arun Gas (PAG), sehingga ini menjadi salah satu potensi dalam pengembangan perekonomian dan peningkatan tarap hidup masyarakat.Potensi ini belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal

Maladministration practices in the world of education, especially at the high school level in Jambi Province. Maladministration in education refers to various forms of actions or policies that do not comply with ethical standards, laws, or good governance principles. Misuse of Education Funds that are not in accordance with their original purpose often occurs in education services which can cause legal violations and have criminal aspects. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the role of the Ombudsman representative of Jambi Province to all stakeholders in the world of education, namely to prevent maladministration in education services, especially in high school to anticipate abuse of authority related to education funding which is feared to violate applicable laws and regulations. In this activity all Principals and Committees as well as from the media were invited to attend the Dissemination. All participants were involved in providing suggestions, input, and problems that have occurred so far. A joint commitment is needed in order to prevent illegal levies that often occur in the field of Upper Secondary Education in Jambi Province.

This study aims to analyze the political participation of Generation Z (Gen Z) in Banda Aceh during the 2024 general and local elections, focusing on the factors that influence their engagement and the role of the Independent Election Commission (KIP) in enhancing participation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Gen Z university students and KIP members. The study applies Milbrath and Goel’s theory of political participation as well as Campbell et al.’s theory of voter behavior to examine the dynamics of Gen Z involvement. The findings reveal that Gen Z demonstrated higher participation in the local elections (Pilkada) than in the general elections (Pemilu), driven by emotional closeness to local candidates and the relevance of regional issues. Additionally, KIP Banda Aceh successfully increased Gen Z participation through communicative and adaptive outreach strategies, such as campus-based activities and the use of social media platforms that align with Gen Z’s daily lives. This research recommends the development of more participatory and contextual political communication strategies to further strengthen Gen Z's involvement in the democratic process, particularly in the context of local democracy in Banda Aceh.

This research focuses on the digitalization of villages through one of the Aceh government policies, namely the implementation of the SIGAP application in each village pioneered by the Community Empowerment Office and Village. This research aims to answer the problems of service and development as well as the urgency of implementing SIGAP in realizing digitalization-based village governance and accelerating digital-based development. This research uses qualitative methods on collecting, analyzing and processing data based on the Creswell model. The data collection techniques are carried out through, observation, FGD and interviews with data validity and data processing. The findings in this study show that the digitalization of village governance in improving services and accelerating development through the SIGAP application is declared to have a positive impact and have a very significant influence on the village government and the community. Through this research, it is also known that SIGAP plays an important role in facilitating data accessibility and accountability of the Village government through the features contained in the SIGAP application. So it is concluded that SIGAP is the right solution in accelerating digital-based services and development in villages.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi guru-guru di SMA Mahaputra Tello Makassar dalam menerapkan model lesson study sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran fisika. Lesson study dipilih karena pendekatan kolaboratif ini mampu mendorong refleksi mendalam terhadap praktik mengajar, serta meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalisme guru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi konsep lesson study, pelatihan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis lesson study, observasi kelas, serta refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip dan tahapan lesson study, serta perbaikan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran fisika yang lebih berpusat pada peserta didik. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terjadinya kolaborasi dan budaya refleksi antar guru sebagai bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penerapan lesson study terbukti efektif sebagai salah satu alternatif pengembangan profesionalisme guru fisika di tingkat sekolah menengah.
