Abstract

Spar platform merupakan struktur atau bangunan lepas pantai dengan sisteem tambat dengan gaya redaman struktur dan periode alami diluar jangkauan gelombang. Secara umum, spar adalah sebuah bangunan yang berbentuk silinder besar yang terapung dengan draft yang cukup besar dan dalam. Spar sendiri digunakan untuk membantu proses pengeboran dan produksi minyak mentah lepas pantai. Daya apung dari Spar sendiri digunakan untuk mendukung fasilitas akttivitas yang berada diatas permukaan air. Pada struktur spar, perlu ditambahkan sebuah kaki yang terikat dengan pondasi tiang pada dasar laut yang menggunakan tendon atau tethers guna meningkatkan stabilitas pada derajat kebebasan kemiringan dan roll. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat pengembangan dalam menentukan redaman pelat vetikal terhadap gerakan kemiringan.

Abstract

One of the efforts that must be made to achieve the goals of the organization or company is to have human resources who have the ability and expertise in each field. HR or often termed as labor or employees in the company, is the driving force of all activities carried out so that the company or organization runs smoothly and effectively. Nur Hidayah Hospital, Bantul Yogyakarta, in meeting the need for human resources, recruits employees through several stages. This study describes the stages in employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. In addition, it also describes the views of Islamic management on employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods through observation, documentation, and interviews. From this study it was concluded that the recruitment of employees at the hospital. Nur Hidayah is carried out directly or indirectly. While the view of Islamic management on employee recruitment at Nur Hidayah Hospital is that employee recruitment is actually the initial task that must be carried out by a leader in finding and selecting prospective employees to occupy predetermined job posts

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of career development at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah I Lagaligo Wotu, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi, with a focus on optimal service to human resources. Career development involves education, training, promotion, and employee transfers, aiming to assess competence, enhance efficiency, and provide a foundation for professional development. Career advancement in the Islamic perspective is a concept that guides career development in alignment with ethical and moral values in Islam. In Islam, the career concept extends beyond professional achievements to include dedication and service to the community. The study utilizes a qualitative approach to understand the behavior, attitudes, motivation, and actions of the research subjects. It provides insights into career development efforts that can enhance the effectiveness of healthcare services and employee welfare at the hospital from the perspective of Islamic economics. The identified constraints include a lack of policy understanding and delays in the collection of promotion documents. Solutions involve improving employee task understanding, promoting positions through professional development, performance, and training.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of the activity of milling clay and to raise any problems that are obstacles that make this activity reluctant to be carried out in several local schools. The introduction to fine arts (Graining) in group B is the activity of forming objects from soft objects such as clay. At age group B, what we develop is cognitive, namely the stimulus of the child's imagination. From this activity of molding clay, a lot of children's development is stimulated, including cognitive, social emotional development, the development of their art and the use of natural materials as learning media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects 12 children in group B and 2 teachers in Ra Al-Hidayah Paok Lombok. Data collection techniques Observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, where the use of clay in introductory fine arts activities is very effective. We have used it, proven that the results on average have developed according to expectations (BSH). This is also supported by documentation in the form of photos during the activity and photos of group B's work.

Abstract

The purpose of the research that the author did was to find out and explore the efforts of MGMP to improve the quality and quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research. Methods of collecting data were observation, open interviews and study documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the study found facts that efforts MGMP to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMP-IT Ibadurrahman were carried out by increasing teacher professionalism, improving classroom management and management, and utilizing the habituation programmed in schools. These three efforts are integrated in intracurricular activities, extracurricular activities and habituation activities and school culture. The supporting factors in this case are the existence of evaluation evaluations in one week, the existence of various extra activities and habituation, the existence of cognate lessons that support PAI learning, adequate facilities and support from school stakeholders and foundations. The inhibiting factors of these activities include the ability of teachers to understand and apply approaches, strategies, models and learning methods, teachers tend to do conventional learning with lectures, focusing on cognitive abilities alone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perputaran Kas Dan Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2017. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) dan adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,461. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) secara simultan sebesar 46,1%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari variabel penelitian ini

Abstract

Seperti penyakit pernapasan lainnya, COVID-19 dapat menyebabkan gejala ringan termasuk pilek, sakit tenggorokan, batuk, dan demam. Sekitar 80% kasus dapat pulih tanpa perlu perawatan khusus. Sekitar 1 dari setiap 6 orang mungkin akan menderita sakit yang parah, seperti disertai pneumonia atau kesulitan bernafas, yang biasanya muncul secara bertahap. Walaupun angka kematian penyakit ini masih rendah (sekitar 3%), namun bagi orang yang berusia lanjut, dan orang-orang dengan kondisi medis yang sudah ada sebelumnya (seperti diabetes, tekanan darah tinggi dan penyakit jantung), mereka biasanya lebih rentan untuk menjadi sakit parah. Melihat perkembangan hingga saat ini, lebih dari 50% kasus konfirmasi telah dinyatakan membaik, dan angka kesembuhan akan terus meningkat. Seseorang dapat terinfeksi dari penderita COVID-19. Penyakit ini dapatmenyebar melalui tetesan kecil (droplet) dari hidung atau mulut pada saatbatuk atau bersin. Droplet tersebut kemudian jatuh pada benda disekitarnya. Kemudian jika ada orang lain menyentuh benda yang sudahterkontaminasi dengan droplet tersebut, lalu orang itu menyentuh mata,hidung atau mulut (segitiga wajah), maka orang itu dapat terinfeksi COVID-19. Atau bisa juga seseorang terinfeksi COVID-19 ketika tanpa sengajamenghirup droplet dari penderita. Inilah sebabnya mengapa kita pentinguntuk menjaga jarak hingga kurang lebih satu meter dari orang yang sakit.Sampai saat ini, para ahli masih terus melakukan penyelidikan untukmenentukan sumber virus, jenis paparan, dan cara penularannya. Tetappantau sumber informasi yang akurat dan resmi mengenai perkembanganpenyakit ini. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan Peningkatan Pemahaman Tentang Pencegahan Dan Penanggulangan Covid-19 Melalui Penyuluhan Kepada Warga Terdampak Di Desa Masbagik Utara Baru bisa menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap bahayanya covid 19 di Indonesia khususnya di Lombok.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the concept of accountability and good governance in the management of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach for library research type. The discussion data was obtained from primary and secondary data derived from books and journals of international and national reputable. Content analysis is used as an analysis technique. The results of the study show that accountability and good governance in Islamic education management is the obligation of schools to account for the management, control of resources, and the implementation of policies entrusted to institutions in order to achieve the goals that have been set. The study recommends schools to implement accountability and good governance in Islamic education management.

Abstract

Bamboo stems, a source of fiber/bamboo salts, is a type of natural fiber with a lower density than other natural fibers. Apus bamboo is a type of bamboo having high mechanical strength. Their superior properties have attracted public interest to develop their potential to become advanced and functional materials. A combination of woven apus bamboo slats obtained from Kalisemo village, Purworejo Regency, Indonesia, and woven glass fiber are used as the reinforcing material and fabricated to be the hybrid composite material with a polyester binder mixed with 5% eggshell powder. The ratio of reinforcement and binder is 20: 80 (vol. %). This composite product is used for modification and innovation components in the commode chair product as a medical device for elderly patients. The flexural strength and water absorption tests are conducted on the composite material before use. The commercial commode chair made of wood is modified using the composite and made an innovation by adding right and left handrails to maintain the body balance of elderly patients. Keywords: (bamboo slat, commode chair, composite, glass fiber, polyester).

Abstract

This research delved into the dynamic model of the Cash Waqf system, aiming to cultivate a profound understanding of the intricate interdependencies among economic, social, and Shariah legal factors. A meticulous analysis was conducted on generating, allocating, and investing funds within the Cash Waqf framework, focusing on financial instruments such as investment portfolios. The cyclical nature of economic variables impacting Cash Waqf's performance over time was scrutinized, emphasizing the system's adaptability to diverse economic and social contexts. Social dynamics were integral, prompting a comprehensive investigation into the beneficiaries of Cash Waqf initiatives and their community engagement. Social impact indicators, including advancements in education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation, played a pivotal role in shaping Cash Waqf's dynamics. The model successfully captured the reciprocal relationship between economic activities and their social consequences, enhancing its holistic representation of the Cash Waqf system. Shariah legal considerations were intricately integrated into the dynamic model, ensuring compliance throughout the lifecycle of Cash Waqf. The research acknowledged inherent feedback loops and nonlinearities, illustrating how changes in economic variables or social dynamics created interconnected consequences. The adaptive nature of the Cash Waqf system was highlighted, emphasizing its resilience to external shocks and regulatory changes.
