Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan diperlukan untuk mempermudah sebuah perusahaan dalam penilaian yang objektif dan adil. Penggunaan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) diharapkan mampu memberikan alternatif terbaik yang sesuai dengan kriteria masa kerja, perilaku kerja dan penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1).Menentukan bobot kriteria yang diberikan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan promosi jabatan menggunakan metode SAW. 2).Menentukan karyawan yang akan di promosikan menjadi asisten kepala. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. MITRA ANEKA REZEKI dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi dengan jumlah alternatif 6 orang asisten afdeling dari 6 afdeling. Bobot masing-masing kriteria yaitu 40% untuk kinerja, 35% untuk perilaku kerja, dan 25% untuk masa kerja, dengan alternatif A6 dari afdeling VI memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebagai kandidat utama untuk promosi. Implementasi Sistem pendukung keputusan ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses promosi jabatan serta memberikan kepuasan bagi karyawan berprestasi. Metode SAW terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan promosi jabatan di PT. Mitra Aneka Rezeki, memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan dengan membuat proses penilaian lebih adil dan transparan.Kata Kunci: promosi jabatan, simple additive weighting, sistem pendukung keputusan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan bauran pemasaran, yang terdiri dari empat elemen yaitu : produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe pada umkm rumah tempe A-zaki kota pontianak . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen tempe A-zaki. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 40 0rang. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa produk dan lokasi dinyatakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan harga dan promosi dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe pada umkm rumah tempe A-zaki kota pontianak Kata kunci : : Produk, Harga, Lokasi, Promosi , Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan pengelola lembaga PAUD menghadapi pembelajaran new normal pandemic covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif metode survei. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari lima belas pengelola PAUD yang berada di daerah Kecamatan Way jepara dan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberikan instrument berupa daftar pertanyaan kesiapan sekolah dalam pembelajaran tatap muka di masa pandemi covid 19. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitaif dengan teknik presentasi kesiapan pengelola dari seluruh indikator yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelola lembaga PAUD telah siap menghadapi pembelajaran New Normal Pandemi Covid 19 dengan berbagai kesiapan yang telah dilakukan agar kegiatan belajar mengajar mampu berjalan dengan optimal dan kesehatan seluruh warga sekolah

Abstract

Factors affecting paddy rice production in Paya Bili Sa Village, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency. This research was conducted in Paya Bili Sa Village, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency. Sampling was carried out using the slovin formula with an error tolerance of 15%, from a total population of 145 people, a sample of 34 people was obtained. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 20 software. The results of statistical analysis with the double linear regression method, obtained the value of Y= 98.734 + 3586.085 X1 + 0.000159 X2 + 0.005696 X3 + 0.000521 X4 + 0.000300 X5. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test showed the relationship between the variables of land area, labor costs, seed costs, fertilizer costs and pesticide costs had a very strong effect on paddy rice production, Test t, showed that variables of land area, labor costs, seed costs, fertilizer costs had a significant effect on paddy rice production, while pesticide variables did not affect paddy rice production,  For the F test, it was shown that the variables of land area, labor costs, seed costs, fertilizer costs and pesticide costs significantly affected paddy rice production, in Paya Bili Sa Village, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Objective of the research aims to find out find out whether or not using YouTube video tutorial is effective in improve tenth grade students’ skill in writing procedure text at MAN 2 Kota Palu. Many students have problems achieving this skill for various reasons: limited understanding, lack of vocabulary, low creativity of the students. This research used a quantitative method and quasi-experimental as the research design. The data was collected by taking pre-test and post-test. This study used purposive sampling with the sample was XA as the control group and XB as the experimental group. Based on the result, the post test of experimental class was 75.72, it was lower than control group was 75.76. Therefore, Then, the result of statistical hypothesis testing by using Mann-whitney U showed that 0.857 > 0.05). It means that there was not a significant distinction between the groups. This research conclude that YouTube video tutorials was not effective in improving students’ skill in writing procedure text among tenth grade students at MAN 2 Kota Palu. The suggestions of the research are knowing students' learning style, providing clear guidance, and exploring potential alternatives media.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a conceptual model for fostering students’ spiritual intelligence through the ISMUBA curriculum at SMA Muhammadiyah Imogiri, Indonesia, with a focus on promoting sustainable educational practices in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education). It employed a qualitative case study design and purposive sampling; participants comprised students from grades X–XII, ISMUBA teachers, and school management as key informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentary analysis of the curriculum and school programs. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns in the integration of spiritual values, and findings were linked to theories of spiritual intelligence and Islamic education through literature synthesis. The results revealed that the six ISMUBA subjects Al-Qur’an and Hadith, Aqidah Akhlak, Fiqh, History (Tarikh), Muhammadiyah Studies, and Arabic collectively enhanced students’ transcendental awareness, meaning-making, ritual discipline, empathy, and social responsibility, all of which contribute to the realization of SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The proposed model explained implementation mechanisms such as interactive-reflective approaches, teacher exemplarity, habitual religious practices, and adaptation to contemporary issues. The implications of this research provide a practical framework for Muhammadiyah educators and curriculum developers to strengthen the spiritual dimension in teaching.

Abstract

Interfaith dialogue is one of the programs at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Religion and Culture (PSIAB) Semarang, which in its activities involves participants with different faith backgrounds, this program aims to understand how to understand other religions and what their perspectives are, so that harmony is created between religious communities. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the process of strengthening religious moderation through interfaith dialogue, then in data collection, data collection techniques were used which were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the interfaith dialogue activities organized by PSIAB made a real contribution to strengthening the religious moderation program initiated by the Ministry of Religion. Through thematic discussions and interfaith scripture studies, this activity encouraged participants to think critically and reflectively about differences in beliefs, while maintaining a balance between the steadfastness of personal faith and respect for diversity. Moderation in this case is understood as an inclusive and peaceful way of practicing religion. This study aims to emphasize the importance of an empirical approach in understanding religious moderation, by making dialogue practices at PSIAB a concrete example of openness-based education that strengthens social cohesion in a multi-cultural society through scriptural reasoning, thematic approaches, and curriculum integration.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that serves to convey learning messages. The media used in this study were 15 colorful stacked blocks with 3 pillars. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of using stacking block learning media, so that it can improve the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 3 to 4 years at Mutiara Islami PAUD. The research method used is quantitative experiment with One-group Pre-test Post-test Design. This research is a study with one experimental group given treatment (treatment). The treatment carried out in this study consisted of 4 times which showed the results of the pretest with an average of 25.87 in the Undeveloped (BB) category and the Post-Test with an average of 78, 47 with the category of Developing According to Expectations (BSH). This study also tested normality, homogeneity which states that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. Testing the tcount hypothesis (t-test) with ttable, obtained tcount = 20 from the table with a significant level of = 0.05 and degrees of freedom dk = 14, then the value of t = 2.145, so that tcount > ttable is 20 > 2.145. Abstract

Abstrak − Aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif pemrograman Python ini dikembangkan untuk mendukung proses belajar mandiri bagi pengguna tingkat pemula melalui media digital yang fleksibel dan mudah diakses. Aplikasi dirancang sebagai platform pembelajaran berbasis web yang menyajikan materi secara sistematis dan interaktif guna meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual serta keterampilan pemrograman pengguna. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan framework Django yang mendukung arsitektur aplikasi web yang terstruktur dan aman. Materi pembelajaran disusun secara bertahap, mulai dari pengenalan dasar hingga konsep lanjutan pemrograman Python. Aplikasi ini terintegrasi dengan kode editor Python yang memungkinkan pengguna menulis, menjalankan, dan menguji kode secara langsung pada platform yang sama, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih aplikatif. Selain itu, integrasi media visual dan audio turut mendukung keterlibatan pengguna dalam proses belajar. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien bagi masyarakat umum dalam mempelajari pemrograman Python secara mandiri.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Interaktif; Pemrograman Python; Aplikasi berbasis web; Framework Django; Abstract − This interactive Python programming learning application was developed to support self-directed learning for beginner-level users through flexible and easily accessible digital media. The application is designed as a web-based learning platform that presents material systematically and interactively to enhance users’ conceptual understanding and programming skills. The development of the application utilizes the Django framework, which supports a structured and secure web application architecture. The learning materials are organized progressively, starting from basic introductions to advanced Python programming concepts. The application is integrated with a Python code editor that allows users to write, run, and test code directly within the same platform, making the learning process more practical. In addition, the integration of visual and audio media further supports user engagement in the learning process. Abstract

Digital transformation in education management is a strategic response to the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, which require education systems to be more adaptive, efficient, and information technology-based. Digitalization not only transforms administrative processes but also revolutionizes educational governance structurally and culturally through the integration of systems such as LMS, SIAKAD, and analytical dashboards. In the context of hybrid learning, digital-based education management is key to managing both synchronous and asynchronous learning processes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to analyze the challenges and opportunities of digitalizing education management. The analysis shows that although digitalization opens up space for pedagogical innovation and effective data-driven decision-making, various challenges remain, such as infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy, and organizational cultural resistance. However, a flexible, contextual, and participatory managerial approach can overcome these obstacles and encourage the creation of an inclusive and sustainable education ecosystem. Therefore, digitalization in education management must be seen as a systemic process that requires synergy between national policies, human resource readiness, and institutional paradigm shifts to shape resilient, equitable, and quality-oriented 21st-century education.
