Abstract

This study examined the efficiency of tobacco farming production in Indonesia. This study used secondary data in the form of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using the Costan Return to Scale (CRS) and Return to Scale (VRS) approaches from 2006 to 2020 from the Central Bureau of Statistics and FAO. Development analysis Data (DEA) method was used to analyze the efficiency of tobacco farming production in Indonesia. The results indicated that the 4 input variables consisting of land area, investment, production costs, and output Tobacco production were in the CRS and VRS approaches. For CRS, there were 6 efficient years, while for VRS, there were 7 efficient years. The average value of efficiency in tobacco farming is one (1,000).

Abstract

Angka pengangguran pada lulusan sekolah menegah atas (SMA) dan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) hingga perguruan tinggi yang cukup tinggi sudah seharusnya mendapatkan perhatian lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan data yang bersumber dari detiknews.com bahwa tingkat pengangguran tertinggi di Indonesia paling banyak pada lulusan SMK dan SMA yaitu sebesar 11,13% dan 9,09% sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka pada lulusan perguruan tinggi nilainya di atas 5%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Battuta dengan nilai t-hitung 2.622 > t-tabel 1,990 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Battuta dengan nilai t-hitung 3.836 > t-tabel 1,990 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan Motivasi, dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Battuta

Abstract

Research and community service (P2M) are crucial elements that higher education institutions can undertake to address the challenges and problems faced by society. According to the administrative system in higher education institutions, before initiating a P2M program, a series of processes, including the creation of a proper and correct proposal, are required. This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.                   Keywords: P2M; three pillars of higher education; LPPM; research proposal  Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Kata kunci: P2M; tri dharma perguruan tinggi; LPPM; proposal penelitian

Abstract

Self-concept and morality are the most important things that must be considered in the development of a teenager because of their enormous influence. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence adolescent self-concept and morality. The research method used in this study is qualitative research in which the data is obtained by conducting library research using a penomelogy approach. The results of this study are the factors that influence adolescent self-concept are physical factors, family factors, and other people's reactions to individuals while the factors that affect adolescent morality are parental attention, adolescent psychological pressure, and advances in modern technology.

Abstract

Seledri (Apium graveolens L.) adalah sayuran daun dan tumbuhan obat yang biasa digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan. Didukung dengan kandungan gizi vitamin C seledri yaitu 13 mg per 100 gr seledri, menjadikan makanan yang sehat bagi masyarakat yaitu dengan mengonsumsi pangan yang mengandung Vitamin C karena Vitamin C dapat mencegah kerusakan sel. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak seledri terhadap sifat organoleptik dan kimia mie basah. Jenis penelitian bersifat eksperimental dengan rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan ANOVA (Analisis Of   Varians) dan uji lanjut Duncan"™ multiple test. Penambahan Ekstrak seledri 20 gr, 40 gr dan 60 gr berpengaruh nyata terhadap uji organoleptik. Formulasi yang di sukai panelis terhadap warna mie basah ada pada penambahan esktrak seledri 60gr, aroma dan tekstur ada pada penambahan ekstrak seledri 20gr. Dan tidak berpengaruh pada rasa. Dan hasil uji Vitamin C berpengaruh nyata pada penambahan ekstrak seledri 20 gr, 40 gr dan 60 gr. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat adanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil analisis kadar Vitamin C dengan penambahan ekstrak seledri pada formulasi 20 gr, 40 gr dan 60 gr. Serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap sifat organoleptik pada mie basah (p value 0,05).

Abstract

Local governments must be able to prioritize superior commodities which are considered as the basis for sub-sectors to optimize regional economic advantages. Understanding the priorities of development planning and commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors in Aceh Province, it is necessary to know which agricultural, plantation and livestock sub-sectors are the leading and leading commodities in the agricultural, plantation and livestock sectors in Aceh Province. This research for community service was carried out on September 25, 2020 - August 25, 2021 with the location survey method. The criteria used based on this survey are 7 leading commodities in Aceh Province which include red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, beef, chicken meat, rice and eggs. The results of this service show that the agriculture and plantation sub-sectors are superior commodities from the period September 2020 - August 2021 with 9 regional locations in Aceh Province. Likewise with the nominated livestock sub-sector as a superior commodity in Aceh Province.

Abstract

Food security in households can be measured by maintaining stability and security in the availability of staple food. Covid-19 has an impact on the agricultural sector and farmers so that it affects their income, and automatically changes the availability of food in their households. The purpose of this study was to find out how Covid-19 had an impact on the food availability of rice farmers' households, and what strategies were used to survive in conditions of uncertainty. This research uses a case study approach in Aceh Province. The results of this study show contradictory responses based on the status of the farmer (agriculture as the main or secondary livelihood), and the availability of access to other sources of income affects how or not Covid-19 affects their lives. This study shows that the cultural factors of farmers who live simply and farmers of food commodities are those who are more resilient than farmers of other commodities and the lower middle class in general. The strategy in question is to sell produce with a larger proportion due to declining selling prices, take food from the harvest and rice barns also receive assistance from the government.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution is indeed familiar, Indonesia has known that the 4.0 industrial revolution has existed since 2011 but has been implemented by the Indonesian government since 2019. Currently, Indonesia in terms of its economy often associates it with the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution is a change that occurs rapidly in the implementation of the production process or the way of making or increasing the use value of an item that originally used human power (traditional) to use machine tools (modern). The purpose of this community service is to help the community in implementing, being able to implement digitalization in everyday life and being able to develop it. People really need to know how important technology is in today's era. This activity is designed for 1 day starting with the socialization of presidential regulations on digital transformation, how to strengthen the economic foundation in the digitalization era and consumer behavior towards the digitalization era. The preparation for the socialization which was held through this webinar was preceded by coordination and communication with the Governor of the Riau Islands, the leadership of Bank Indonesia and the Head of the Doctoral Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Batam. Souvenir business is a business that has been running in Lhokseumawe City from several decades back, tourist interest in merchandise and souvenirs when visiting Aceh province, especially Lhokseumawe city is a special attraction when shopping. This city is a vital route of distribution and trade in Aceh. But this has not been supported using technology in the development of digital marketing management. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence and interpersonal communication on employee performance by considering the mediating role of organizational culture. Intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence and interpersonal communication are very important to instill in every employee. Where it is important for employees to decide on something to do and build good relationships with other employees or customers to grow their self-image in the work environment and the company's image in the eyes of the public. The results of this research show that intellectual intelligence influences employee performance, interpersonal communication influences employee performance. Apart from that, organizational culture does not mediate the influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance. This shows that employees have self-confidence in solving problems and communicating well to establish working relationships with other employees or customers. And organizational culture has not been able to mediate intellectual intelligence, emotional spirituality and interpersonal communication on employee performance.
