Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah peran Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Nurul Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas baca tulis al-qur’an di desa sidoharjo kabupaten OKU Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertempat di TPA Nurul Islam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian : 1. Metode pendidikan baca tulis Al-Qur’an di TPA Nurul Islam lebih menekankan pada aspek keterampilan keaagamaan yang paling dasar, yaitu keterampilan membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an, serta penguasaan sejumlah hafalan yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan shalat dan doa harian. 2. Siswa sudah memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. 3. Faktor pendukung pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an di TPA Nurul Islam adalah adanya motivasi dari orang tua siswa untuk lebih memperhatikan kemajuan anaknya dalam Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, Adanya sifat keteladanan yang dicerminkan oleh seorang pengajar atau guru dalam proses pembelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, dan adanya keaktifan antara guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajara baca tulis Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan Faktor penghambat pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an adalah faktor nya lebih ke lingkungan sekitar dan orang tua, adapun siswa yang memiliki keluarga broken home mereka tidak memiliki dorongan yang kuat dari orang tuanya untuk setiap kegiatan yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

The development of global telecommunication technology, particularly the increasing demand for fast and reliable internet connections, has driven the adoption of fiber optic networks in Indonesia. Fiber optics, made from fine glass or plastic, provide a solution for data transmission due to their reliability and ability to carry large amounts of data at high speeds. However, one of the challenges in fiber optic installation is bending, which can lead to signal attenuation or loss. This research will conduct experiments on the effects of bending in FTTH networks, specifically focusing on power loss and bending loss due to macrobending. The experiment will be carried out by varying the bending radius, number of loops, and cable length to measure the impact on network performance using OPM and OTDR. The results of this study indicate that as the number of loops increases and the bending radius decreases, power loss becomes greater. This research will provide power link budget calculations, which will be compared with power measurements at the ONT to determine which power link budget results meet ITU-T standards. Additionally, bending loss measurements will be conducted to identify the attenuation that occurs.Keywords: Fiber Optic Communication, Bending, Power Loss, Bending Loss, Power Link Budget

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja sistem Radio over Fiber (RoF) berbasis Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) dengan menggunakan Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBG) pada frekuensi 3,5 GHz. Sistem RoF-OFDM berbasis FBG diimplementasikan menggunakan software OptiSystem21 dan dianalisis berdasarkan nilai Bit Error Rate (BER), Error Vector Magnitude (EVM), dan Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan FBG secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja sistem RoF-OFDM dengan nilai BER, EVM, dan SNR yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sistem tanpa FBG. FBG efektif dalam mengatasi dispersi kromatik pada fiber optik, sehingga membantu menjaga kualitas sinyal dan meningkatkan jarak transmisi. Nilai BER terkecil adalah 0,00310905612244898 yang tidak memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Nilai EVM terkecil pada konfigurasi tanpa menggunakan FBG masih memenuhi standar dengan nilai 3,59949590143922%. Adapun untuk nilai EVM terbesarmaupun terkecil pada konfigurasi menggunakan FBG masih memenuhi standar dengan nilai masing-masing 5,58703607941613% dan 2,94081094510999%. Sedangkan untuk SNR, nilai terbesar dari konfigurasi menggunakan dan tanpa FBG masing-masing adalah 96,97505 dB dan 96,170954 dB. Keywords: RoF-OFDM, FBG, EVM, BER, SNR, Optisystem.

Abstract

Wi-Fi-based hotspot networks have become the main solution for providing broad and flexible internet access, especially in environments that require shared connections, such as educational institutions. This research focuses on the design and construction of a Wi-Fi-based hotspot network at the PPAI Annahdliyah Islamic Boarding School (MAPKNU) Karangploso, Malang Regency, with the implementation of bandwidth management for even distribution of connections. The activity stages include site surveys, hardware installation, software configuration, and Quality of Service (QoS) testing. Test results show an increase in bandwidth efficiency after implementing management using Mikrotik, where throughput increased from an average of 4.5 Mbps to 9.8 Mbps, delay was reduced from 78 ms to 45 ms, and packet loss fell from 6% to 1%. This increase reflects more efficient bandwidth allocation and better connection quality for all users.Keywords – Hotspot, Bandwidth Management, QoS.

Abstract

The research is intended to examine the implementation of ICP (International Class Program) at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang.This study was descriptive. The data were gained from observation, interviews, and documentaion. The result of the study revealed the following findings. Firstly, the teachear planned educational calender, lesson plan, attendence list, a list of scores, daily test analysis, and remidial and as well as enrichment  materials, modul or work book which is designed in accordance with indicator of  UN SKL and PSL. Secondly, the main material used by teachers is work book designed and based on national syllabus and Cambridge curriculum. Thirdly, the students use work book, mastery learning, ABL, and practising foreign languages (Arabic and English) both in and outside the classroom. Fourthly, there are three elements in evaluating students: cognitive competence based on dialy discussion, middle, final, national test and cambridge examination; affective value based on the students seriousness or interest in the subjects, their behaviour and attitude both inside and outside the classroom, the students psychomotor based on practising the subjects. Finally, the competences  expected are that the students national examantion score is above of 8.5, they are able to speak foreign languages actively; the students become champion in contests at the provincial level; the students have great achievement in arts, culture, and religion such as: mathematics olympic champion, Islamic studies, and many others

Abstract

Environmental damage is the effect of negative impacts on the natural environment caused by human activities. The importance of empowering knowledge and caring for the environment in students so that they can participate in protecting and preserving the environment. The purpose of this research is to describe literacy and environmental awareness to preserve the environment and the relationship between environmental literacy and awareness to preserve the environment. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research and research techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 50 students using a random sampling technique in the Adiwiyata school program, especially junior high school students. The instruments used were student characteristic sheets, environmental literacy, and environmental awareness questionnaires. Research data were analyzed descriptively and the relationship between literacy and environmental awareness used correlation analysis using SPSS. The results showed that students' environmental literacy was classified as moderate to high with a score of 1.6 – 3.20. The average value of students' environmental awareness is 73% indicating that students have a caring attitude toward environmental problems. Environmental attitudes and environmental awareness also have a significant relationship (sig <0.05). Through environmental literacy and awareness, students will have the potential to protect and preserve the environment.

Abstract

Science Process Skills (SPS) need to be developed to improve teacher quality in teaching. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic caused Biology teachers to be unable to carry out practicums so the SPS were helpless. This study aims to analyze the science process skills of biology teacher candidates in vertebrate zoology courses. The research method used is descriptive quantitative through survey techniques. This research was conducted at the PGRI Ronggolawe University and involved 21 participants. This study uses an instrument in the form of an observation sheet to measure scientific process skills. The SPS indicators that are measured are the skills of observing, measuring, compiling tables, and obtaining and processing data. The data obtained is then interpreted into very high, high, low, and very low categories. The percentage of students in each category is then calculated as a map of their science process skills through analysis of quantitative descriptive data. The results showed that 65.5% of prospective biology teachers had SPS scores that were in the very high, high, low, and very low categories. 7.5% has an SPS value which is included in the very low category. In general, biology teacher candidates tend to have very high levels of competency in performing science process skills.

Abstract

Globalization presents challenges in the form of decreasing values of nationalism and de-characterization among the younger generation. Education should be able to solve this problem. One way that this can be done is through Indonesian language subjects, especially material on literary analysis. Literary works contain various contents of advice that can be enjoyed as a means of strengthening the value of nationalism and character education. On that basis, this study intends to analyze the symptoms of hybridity, mimicry, and ambivalence in Iksaka Banu's novel Sang Raja. The results of the analysis of the three postcolonial phenomena in the novel are expected to be used as Indonesian language teaching materials oriented towards strengthening the national character. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a sociological literature approach. The data of this research are symptoms of hybridity, mimicry, and ambivalence in the data source in the form of the Iksaka Banu's novel Sang Raja. The data was taken using reading and note-taking techniques. The data that has been collected were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The results showed that in the novel Sang Raja, there are symptoms of hybridity in the form of education and work; mimicry in the form of clothing, lifestyle, and property; ambivalence in the form of rejection of mimicry by the natives. The results of the study of postcolonial phenomena in the novel Sang Raja can be used as Indonesian language teaching materials. Globalisasi menghadirkan tantangan berupa menurunnya nilai nasionalisme dan dekarakterisasi di kalangan generasi muda. Pendidikan seyogyanya bisa mengatasi persoalan tersebut. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah melalui mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, khususnya materi tentang analisis karya sastra. Karya sastra menyimpan berbagai muatan nasihat yang bisa diteroka sebagai sarana penguatan nilai nasionalisme dan pendidikan karakter. Karya sastra yang bisa dimanfaatkan peranannya sebagai penguat nilai nasionalisme adalah karya sastra yang berlatarkan kehidupan kolonial. Karya sastra dengan latar kolonial banyak memua twacana-wacana yang merangsang peserta didik untuk berpikir kritis. Atas dasar itu, penelitian ini hendak menganalisis gejala mimikri sebagai gejala poskolonial dalam novel Sang Raja karya Iksaka Banu. Hasil analisis terhadap gejala poskolonial dalam novel tersebut selanjutnya bisa dipakai sebagai bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia yang berorientasi pada penguatan karakter kebangsaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Data penelitian ini adalah gejala mimikri dalam sumber data berupa novel Sang Raja karya Iksaka Banu. Data tersebut diambil dengan teknik baca dan catat. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis interaktif. Sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam novel Sang Raja terdapat gejala mimikri berupa cara berpakaian, gaya hidup, dan properti. Hasil kajian terhadap gejala poskolonial dalam novel Sang Raja dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, karya sastra, nasionalisme, poskolonial

Abstract

This study aims to develop a procedure text learning scenario based on a synthetic approach, test the feasibility and test the effectiveness of the Indonesian language learning scenario to achieve the learning objectives of identifying and concluding the procedure text.This study uses a research and development (R&D) method proposed by Borg and Gall, in this study applying six steps starting from the preliminary study, planning, product design, product validation, field trials, and final products. The results of this study in the form of learning scenarios based on a scientific approach with the theme "bequeath local culture through the text of the procedure", the products made have been declared feasible to be implemented in the teaching and learning process with the results of validation tests from learning design experts and subject teachers, and finally the product has also been tested in the field with a total N-Gain value of 22.46 with an average of 0.70 with the effective category.Penelitian ini bertujann mengembangkan desain skenario pembelajaran teks prosedur berbasis pendekatan sintifik, menguji kelayakan dan menguji efektivitas desain skenario pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran mengidentifikasi dan menyimpulkan teks prosedur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) yang dikemukan oleh Borg and Gall, dalam penelitian ini menerapkan enam langkah dimulai dari studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, desain produk, validasi produk, ujicoba lapangan, dan produk akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa desain skenario pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan tema “mewariskan budaya lokal melalui teks prosedur”, produk yang dibuat telah dinyatakan layak untuk dimplemantasikan dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan hasil uji validasi dari ahli desain pembelajaran dan guru mata pelajaran, dan yang terakhir produk telah diujicobakan dilapangan dengan total nilai N-Gain 22,46 dengan rata-rata 0,70 dengan kategori efektif.Keywords: scientific approach, procedure text, feasibility, effectiveness

Abstract

Dalam suatu proses pembuatan sastra lisan Lampung tentunya tidak dapat terlepas dari faktor intrinsik dan ektrinsik yang membangun suatu karya sastra. Intertekstual merupakan suatu cara untuk mengolah dua objek kajian yang didasarkan pada asumsi atau hipotesis adanya pengaruh di dalam suatu karya sastra baik disengaja ataupun tidak disengaja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipilih adalah teknik studi dokumenter, yaitu dilakukan dengan membaca sastra lisan Lampung atau sumber data penelitian kemudian mendokumentasikan setiap hal berupa kutipan-kutipan sebagai data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa kajian intertekstualitas dalam sastra lisan Lampung pada dongeng “Ulun Nahen Serakkep dan Lemawong jama Napuh“ setelah dianalisis dengan prinsip intertekstualitas memiliki hubungan antara teks yang satu dengan yang lain. Dongeng “Ulun Nahen Serakkep dan Lemawong jama Napuh” merupakan cerita rakyat Lampung. Cerita tersebut merupakan tradisi lisan Lampung yang diceritakan secara turun-temurun. In a process of making Lampung oral literature, of course, it cannot be separated from the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that build a literary work. Intertextual is a way to process two objects of study based on the assumption or hypothesis of the influence in a literary work, either intentional or unintentional. The data collection technique chosen is a documentary study technique, which is done by reading Lampung oral literature or research data sources and then documenting everything in the form of quotations as research data. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, it can be concluded that the study of intertextuality in Lampung oral literature in the fairy tale "Ulun Nahen Serakkep and Lemawong jama Napuh" after being analyzed with the principle of intertextuality has a relationship between one text and another. The fairy tale “Ulun Nahen Serakkep and Lemawong jama Napuh” is a Lampung folk tale. The story is an oral tradition of Lampung which is told from generation to generation.
