Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Home Stay di pulau Tidung. Desain Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan Home Stay di Pulau Tidung yang berjumlah 60 orang dan sampel sebanyak 60 menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan alat pengolahan data menggunakan software SEM PLS untuk menguji outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Home Stay di Pulau Tidung.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a description of an employee's feelings of pleasure and displeasure with the work he does, by identifying the results of the work that has been done, supervisor recognition of the work that has been done, compensation, self-development, supervision of superiors and the relationship of the employee's emotional state that occurs or does not occur the meeting point between the value of the employee's work and the company or organization with the level of return value that the employee concerned really wants. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Development, Competence and Job Conflict on Job Satisfaction (Case Study at Wisma Lampung Jakarta Service Unit). The research design uses a causal quantitative method, namely knowing the effect between the variables studied. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability which is distributed via googleform. The population studied in this study were 50 people, using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through outer model testing, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the career development variable had an effect on job satisfaction, the competency variable had an effect on job satisfaction and work conflict had an effect on job satisfaction in the Wisma Lampung Jakarta Service Unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang paling umum menghambat kinerja tenaga kerja ekspatriat dalam konteks globalisasi bisnis. Dengan semakin luasnya globalisasi, banyak perusahaan memperluas operasional ke berbagai negara, yang mengakibatkan peningkatan keterlibatan tenaga kerja asing atau ekspatriat. Namun, manajemen ekspatriat seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan yang tidak dialami oleh tenaga kerja lokal, yang dapat menghambat kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Populasi yang diteliti mencakup 15 jurnal internasional yang relevan mengenai hambatan kinerja ekspatriat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hasil penelitian dari jurnal-jurnal tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengategorikan faktor-faktor penghambat yang ditemukan dalam literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 faktor utama yang menghambat kinerja tenaga kerja ekspatriat. Tiga faktor yang paling signifikan adalah perbedaan budaya, kendala bahasa, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh keluarga atau pasangan ekspatriat. Pembahasan mencakup bagaimana masing-masing faktor ini mempengaruhi adaptasi dan kinerja ekspatriat di lingkungan kerja yang baru. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor yang menghambat kinerja ekspatriat, perusahaan dapat melakukan persiapan yang lebih matang sebelum menugaskan karyawan untuk bekerja di luar negeri. Kegagalan dalam penugasan ekspatriat dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang signifikan bagi perusahaan, hingga ratusan ribu dolar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajer sumber daya manusia dalam merumuskan strategi dukungan untuk tenaga kerja ekspatriat.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a type of legal entity business that can be used as a form of effort to improve the village economy and increase Village Original Income (PADes). One of the villages that founded BUMDes is BUMDes Karya Mandiri in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. This research aims to analyze how the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in helping to increase Village Original Income (PADes) in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. Research methods use qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research show that the management of BUMDes Karya Mandiri is quite good and meets the 6 principles of BUMDes management. BUMDes Karya Mandiri has been able to increase the Village’s Original Income as evidenced in 2019, 2021, and 2022 BUMDes gave 42,000,000 IDR to PADes and in 2023 BUMDes gave IDR 15,300,000. Although the number of contributions is still relatively small compared to the income obtained by BUMDes, but with the existence of BUMDes it is able to increase PADes and help improve the community’s economy. BUMDes in improving PADes there are supporting and Inhibiting factors. The supporting factors of BUMDes are Central Government Support, Village Government Support, Potential Resources owned by the Village, Knowledge of Human Resources, and Business Capital or Budget. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the role of BUMDes in increasing the Village’s Original Income are Financial Management, Human Resources (Society), Natural Factors, and Unutilized Potential.

Abstract

International labor policies play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of migrant workers’ rights. Globalization and increasing labor mobility across countries necessitate effective regulations and comprehensive policies to protect migrant workers from exploitation and legal uncertainties. This article examines international labor policies implemented by various countries and international organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the strategic role of labor attachés in enforcing protection for migrant workers. The research employs a policy analysis method with a descriptive-qualitative approach based on literature reviews and secondary data. The findings indicate that international labor policies still face challenges in regulatory harmonization between countries, compliance with labor standards, and the effectiveness of law enforcement mechanisms. The role of labor attachés as government representatives in providing protection, advocacy, and legal assistance for migrant workers is a key factor in ensuring optimal policy implementation. This study concludes that coordination between labor-sending and receiving countries, strengthening the capacity of labor attachés, and enhancing international cooperation are essential to establishing a more effective and sustainable protection system for migrant workers.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the role of expatriates in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) has become increasingly important, especially for multinational companies operating in various countries. Expatriates not only act as liaisons between headquarters and overseas branches, but also act as agents of change, knowledge transfer, and local network development. However, successful expatriate assignments are not always guaranteed. Challenges such as cultural adaptation, family support, expectation management, and lack of support from the company are often the deciding factors between assignment success and failure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence expatriates' success and failure in global assignments. The research method used is library research, by reviewing relevant literature related to the role of expatriates, success, and challenges of global assignments. The results show that expatriate success is influenced by cultural adaptation readiness, family support, training provided, and continuous company support. Conversely, failures often occur due to lack of training, adaptation issues, and poor expectation management. In addition, repatriation management also plays an important role in ensuring expatriates continue to contribute after returning home.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce yang pesat di tengah masyarakat mengubah cara berbelanja, dari yang awalnya terbatas secara offline menjadi lebih mudah secara online. Sekarang, seluruh masyarakat dapat berbelanja dengan nyaman dari rumah menggunakan gadget dan koneksi internet. Fenomena ini diiringi oleh maraknya marketplace yang melibatkan toko dan merek besar dalam pasar online. Penyedia aplikasi pun mengimplementasikan strategi agar pengguna merasa nyaman berbelanja online. Dalam sektor keuangan, inovasi teknologi membawa dampak signifikan. Financial technology (fintech) bukanlah hal baru, namun, adopsi skema pembayaran Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. BNPL memberikan kemudahan pembayaran cicilan tanpa menggunakan kartu kredit. Meskipun demikian, rendahnya literasi keuangan digital dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap perbandingan antara BNPL dan kredit perbankan menjadi tantangan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan digital dan teknologi serta membandingkan BNPL dengan kredit perbankan. Solusinya adalah memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan hasilnya adalah peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terkait literasi keuangan digital dan teknologi serta perbandingan antara BNPL dan kredit perbankan.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction on public senior high school principals' normative commitment. A quantitative approach with a descriptive survey was adopted. The data were collected through questionnaires. A simple random sampling technique was employed. Ninety principals in the Jakarta Capital City region were involved as participants in the research. The data obtained were analyzed using correlation and path analysis. The result showed that job satisfaction has a direct positive influence on the principals' normative commitment. Additionally, the research signified that job satisfaction's extrinsic factors are more dominating than intrinsic factors. While the indicator too, has the most impact on the principals' normative commitment is a conviction to stay in the organization. Education authorities and policymakers are urged to promote the realization of factors influencing satisfaction to enhance principals' commitment and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi , Kompetensi dan Konflik terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Karina Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Kasus pada PT.Karina Jakarta Utara). Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu mengetahui pengaruh antar variable yang diteliti. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan melalui googleform Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui pengujian outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja,Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Konflik Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Karina Jakarta Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Keinginan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa pada Pengaruh Disiplin, Beban kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Terhadap Turn Over Karyawan Pt. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Semanan Jakarta Barat. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 65 Responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan metode survey. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SEM PLS dilakukan pengujian discriminat validity, convergen validity, composite realiability, outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin tidak berpengaruh pengaruh terhadap turn over karyawan, Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap turn over karyawan Dan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh Terhadap Turn Over Karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Semanan Jakarta Barat.
