Abstract

This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction, work flexibility and job hopping tendencies among Generation Z employees. By exploring key factors influencing job retention, this research aims to provide insights for employers to develop workplace policies that align with Gen Z’s expectations, fostering a more stable workforce. The methodology used is a quantitative survey involving 120 respondents from Generation Z who work in an agricultural company in Karawang Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire designed to measure job satisfaction, work flexibility, job loyalty and job-hopping tendencies. Using PLS - SEM outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing to identify the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that job satisfaction and work flexibility positively influence job loyalty.  While flexibility can enhance loyalty, it also encourages job exploration. Job hopping remains common duet o attractive culture, career growth, and better pay. Thus, loyalty alone can’t prevent turnover, as Gen Z’s choices are driven by both personal and professional goals. This study explores Generation Z behavior at workplace by identifying job loyalty as mediator between job satisfaction, flexibility, and job hopping. It also addresses a gap by examining the often-overlooed agricultural sector, where workforce stability is crucial.

Abstract

This study assesses the importance of brand trust in creating customer loyalty for ESQA, a premium cosmetics brand from Indonesia. The background of this research stems from the rapid growth of the beauty industry in this country, which is accompanied by fierce competition between local and international products. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors that influence consumer loyalty. A quantitative methodology was used by conducting an online survey of 100 female ESQA users in the Greater Jakarta area. Using simple linear regression, the analysis found that brand trust significantly influences consumer loyalty (R² = 0.725). This means that 72.5% of changes in consumer loyalty are closely related to the level of trust in the brand. These results confirm that consistency in product quality, transparency in communication, and brand credibility are important aspects for retaining consumers in the long term. Practical recommendations from this study highlight the need for local beauty industry players to implement sustainable brand management strategies to address market competition.

Abstract

In the context of smartphone product uptake, this study attempts to investigate how hyper-personalization can affect customer innovativeness and customer involvement. Businesses can offer features and information that are customized to each customer's tastes by using a hyper-personalization strategy, which can raise customer engagement and interest in using the product. Taking samples with 100 responders is possible using the purposeful sampling technique. Smartphone users in South Jakarta between the ages of 17 and 50 met the requirements to participate in this study. July 5–6, 2024, was the date of data gathering. Primary data sources are the source of the data. Google Form serves as an intermediary in the distribution of primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Smart PLS version 4.1.0.0 is a data processing program that may be used to analyze data using the partial least squares technique. The outcomes of the research support the first hypothesis, which holds that adopt intention is influenced by consumer innovation. The impact of consumer innovativeness on customer involvement is demonstrated by the second hypothesis. The research's managerial implications include the possibility for businesses in the smartphone sector to keep introducing innovative items to market as a result of the public's approval of new products. Consumers anticipate new products since they are accustomed to using smartphones.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and career development on turnover intention of PT. X. The object of this research is the employees of PT X. Quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out in 2019 at PT X.A statistical analysis of the data used was a multiple linear regression test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study was all 95 employees from various divisions at PT X. Sampling was carried out offline at PT X. The results of the study show that Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Career Development have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. The results of this study indicate that companies need to pay serious attention to the leadership practices implemented by managers or supervisors. An effective, communicative, and supportive leadership style can create a conducive work environment and increase employee engagement with the organization. Therefore, the management of PT X needs to develop a leadership training program that focuses on improving communication skills, employee empowerment, and team-oriented leadership. The results of this study contribute to the growing literature on turnover intention by confirming that a holistic approach, including leadership, psychological (motivational), and structural (career development) aspects, is more effective in explaining employee turnover intention than examining only one factor in isolation.
