Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand experience, brand image, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Adidas consumers in Jakarta amid increasing competition in the premium sportswear industry. The objective is to empirically test the contribution of these variables to loyalty formation. A quantitative survey was conducted with 200 respondents using purposive sampling, and data were analyzed through PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that all variables positively and significantly affect customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the strongest predictor. The results imply that sustaining product quality, service excellence, and consistent brand positioning is essential to strengthen long-term consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa, with work motivation as a mediating (intervening) variable. This study seeks to understand both the direct and indirect relationships between these variables to support the improvement of human resource strategies in the company. Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to 45 employees. The study applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Result: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline also positively and significantly influences work motivation, Leadership style significantly and positively affects employee performance and work motivation, work motivation significantly affects employee performance. These findings confirm that work discipline and leadership style directly influence employee performance and indirectly through work motivation. Conclusions: Work discipline and leadership style significantly influence employee performance, with work motivation serving as an intervening variable that strengthens this relationship. Enhancing motivation through appropriate leadership and employee appreciation can drive better performance. Limitations: The study is limited by its small sample size (45 respondents) and focuses only on one company, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to other organizations and industries. Contributions: This study contributes to the field of human resource management, particularly in understanding how internal organizational factors (discipline and leadership) affect employee performance directly and indirectly through motivation. This study offers practical recommendations for managers and HR practitioners seeking to improve employee outcomes.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya strategis untuk mendorong transformasi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menuju praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan skala bisnis yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini bagaimana pelatihan dijalankan dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas dan skala usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang, yang dilaksanakan tanggal 25-27 Februari 2026. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang menggabungkan pembelajaran di kelas, pembelajaran experiential, dan pendampingan (mentoring). Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama proses pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman lebih baik tentang konsep bisnis ramah lingkungan dan mendorong perubahan sikap dan tindakan dalam manajemen bisnis. Pelatihan juga membantu mereka menemukan peluang pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan mulai menerapkan praktik ramah lingkungan seperti penggunaan bahan baku berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan limbah. Namun demikian, pelatihan masih menghadapi masalah seperti sumber daya yang terbatas, literasi digital yang buruk, dan implementasi pasca pelatihan yang buruk. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini telah terbukti berguna sebagai langkah awal untuk mendukung pertumbuhan skala bisnis UMKM yang berbasis keberlanjutan. Namun, untuk dampak pelatihan yang optimal dan berkelanjutan, pendampingan berkelanjutan dan dukungan ekosistem diperlukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), khususnya green recruitment dan green training, terhadap environmental performance melalui pendekatan literature review. Di tengah meningkatnya tuntutan keberlanjutan dan persaingan bisnis, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara efektif dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ramah lingkungan dalam praktik organisasi. Green recruitment berperan dalam menarik kandidat yang memiliki kesadaran dan komitmen terhadap lingkungan, sedangkan green training berfungsi meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan perilaku kerja ramah lingkungan karyawan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan terkait Green Human Resource Management, green recruitment, green training, dan environmental performance. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan green recruitment dan green training memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan environmental performance, kesadaran lingkungan, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, serta penerapan praktik kerja ramah lingkungan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan environmental performance dan keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

Nowadays, many manufacturing companies have started sending their employees abroad as expatriates to manage international operations, expand markets, and integrate their global operations. Working in a foreign country often poses challenges that can lead to stress and burnout. Stress and burnout can have a negative impact on work performance, so it is important for companies to understand and manage the factors that cause them. This study aims to determine the factors that cause stress and burnout in expatriates at PT XYZ. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection methods used are interviews, documentation and thematic analysis, using 11 expatriate informants who work at PT XYZ. The results showed that high workload, lack of job control, social isolation, environmental uncertainty, and language difficulties were the main factors affecting stress and burnout levels, but they and the management of PT XYZ tried to overcome them. The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of expatriates' subjective experiences and suggest practical solutions to manage their stress and burnout conditions. This research is expected to provide guidance for manufacturing companies in improving the well-being and performance of their expatriates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Plus Al Huda. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung terhadap sejumlah pegawai dan manajemen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berperan signifikan dalam membentuk etos kerja pegawai. Beberapa indikator seperti kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, ketepatan waktu, serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugas memiliki korelasi kuat dengan peningkatan kinerja individu dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Namun, terdapat juga hambatan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi penerapan disiplin kerja, seperti budaya organisasi dan motivasi pribadi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi SD Plus Al Huda untuk memperkuat sistem disiplin melalui pelatihan rutin, peningkatan komunikasi, dan penerapan reward serta punishment yang konsisten. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kinerja pegawai dapat lebih optimal dalam mendukung visi dan misi sekolah.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the sales performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through digital marketing based entrepreneurship training. MSMEs play a crucial role in local economic development; however, many business owners still face limitations in utilizing digital platforms effectively, resulting in restricted market reach and low sales growth. This program was conducted on Sunday, 26 October 2025, at RPTRA Rambutan, West Jakarta, and involved 20 local women MSME owners from the surrounding community. The implementation employed a structured and participatory approach consisting of entrepreneurship orientation, digital marketing training, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The training materials focused on digital branding, social media marketing, content creation, and basic utilization of online marketplaces. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, increased confidence in managing digital promotional channels, and enhanced ability to create simple digital content for business purposes. Participants also demonstrated greater awareness of digital sales opportunities and the strategic role of digital marketing in supporting business sustainability. The findings suggest that digital marketing based entrepreneurship training is an effective community empowerment strategy to strengthen MSME competitiveness and support sustainable business development in the digital era. Continuous mentoring and follow-up programs are recommended to ensure long-term impact and consistent implementation of digital marketing practices among MSMEs.
