Abstract

For This research aims to examine the influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the language and cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024. This study employs a Quasi-Experiment with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of one independent variable and two dependent variables. The independent variable is literacy activities through reading aloud picture books (X), while the dependent variables are language development (Y1) and cognitive development (Y2). The sample in this study includes 30 Plus Hafidzul Qur'an TK children in the experimental group (15 children B-1 and 15 children B-2) and 30 children in the control group (15 children B-3 and 15 children B-4). The data analysis technique in this study uses parametric statistical analysis, specifically the Independent t-test. The results of the research indicate that (1) There is an influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the language development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024, with a statistically significant value of t = -2.977 and a significance level of p = 0.004, which is less than 5%; (2) There is an influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024, with a statistically significant value of t = -3.718 and a significance level of p = 0.000, which is less than 5%. This study is expected to provide insights for teachers in developing literacy activities through reading aloud picture books, especially in the language and cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran in Lamongan district.

Abstract

The curriculum outlines how the school as a system must have clear goals and directions, especially to carry out the learning process. The development of the times causes the curriculum to continue to change from time to time. However, implementation in the field sometimes does not match what has been planned in the curriculum. One of the factors that influence it is teacher competence. Therefore, this study aims to determine the competence of early childhood education teachers implementing the Merdeka curriculum. Using a type of literature study research, this article describes how the Merdeka curriculum as the latest curriculum is implemented in ECCE units. The results showed that the competence of ECCE teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum can be viewed from an understanding of the curriculum, educational qualifications, and child-centered learning. In addition, the themes that emerged in this study included the efforts made by ECCE teachers and the factors supporting the success of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a guide for teachers and policy makers so that the quality of learning in ECCE can improve and be competitive.

Abstract

This research aims to understand science learning in children, emphasizing the use of the PJBL approach using loss-part media that is around us. The Project Based Learning Approach (PJBL) is a learning method that allows students to learn through real projects or assignments that require problem solving. PJBL learning can provide an interesting and meaningful learning experience for children. The application of learning is product-oriented. Research uses the method Qualitative, sources of information obtained from direct work practice. Research findings show that the development model is used as a tool for applying understanding to ongoing material.

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial emosi dan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini sangat dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan orang tua, khususnya ayah sebagai role model utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki dengan sosial emosi dan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, melibatkan 50 orang tua laki-laki yang memiliki anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Kecamatan Wiyung, Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan tabulasi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji Spearman’s Rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan pada variabel keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki (X1), sosial emosi (Y1), dan motorik kasar (Y2) dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan uji Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki terhadap sosial emosi (nilai sig 0.000, korelasi 0.548), yang berarti dukungan keterlibatan orang tua laki-laki berkontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan sosial emosi anak. Selain itu, hubungan antara permodelan orang tua laki-laki dan motorik kasar juga signifikan (nilai sig 0.002, korelasi 0.430), menunjukkan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat mengembangkan program pengasuhan yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif orang tua laki-laki dalam mendukung perkembangan anak, serta perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk memperkaya temuan dan pengembangan strategi pengasuhan berbasis keterlibatan ayah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Hallucinations are loss of self-control where in this situation the patient can commit violence including suicide, killing other people and even damaging the environment. Efforts to overcome hallucinations are done by doing a modality therapy in the form of perception stimulation group activity therapy. Research purposes: This is to analyze the effect of perceptual stimulation group activity therapy on the ability to control hallucinations Search method: literature review using a databases (Google Schoolar and Garuda). By identifying journals, screened then assessed based on full text and according to the inclusion criteria. Results and analysis: Researchers found 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Perceptual stimulation group activity therapy of the ability to control hallucinations is mostly quasy experiment, pre-experiment and pre-experiment. Conclusion: So it can be concluded that perceptual stimulation group activity therapy on the ability to control hallucinations is very important to do to improve the ability to control hallucinations Keywords: group activity therapy, perceptual stimulation, controlling hallucinations

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is private employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This analysis uses independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that workload and career development have a positive effect on job satisfaction but partially and simultaneously, the environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This is evidenced from the partial results (t test) shows the significant value of the independent variable, namely the work environment of 0,000 which supports the hypothesis. In the test of Variance Analysis (ANOVA) in the multiple regression equation shows that the F-value is greater than the F-table (F = 38.536> F-table = 2.41) or the Probability Value is smaller than 0.05. The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.846 and R Square (R2) is 0.715. The value of R Square (0.715) means that 69.7% of the contribution of job satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a positive influence between workload variables, work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abstract

Sidoharjo Village has local potential in the form of abundant cashew fruit, but it is often wasted due to the lack of knowledge and skills of the community in processing it. This condition is both a problem and an opportunity for the economic empowerment of residents, especially housewives. This training activity aims to improve participants' skills and knowledge in processing cashew fruit into high-value snacks. The method applied involves hands-on practice and theory, including material selection, production techniques, and packaging. In addition, participants were also given training on marketing strategies, such as social media utilization and participation in local bazaars. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' skills, with 70% of them successfully selling their products and recording an average income increase of 30-50%. The formation of joint business groups was done to ensure the sustainability of the program and encourage collaboration. The training not only had an impact on improving the family's economy, but also gave participants the motivation and confidence to be active entrepreneurs. Support from the government and local community is needed to expand the impact and ensure the sustainability of this local potential-based micro-enterprise. Overall, the program contributes to the optimization of local resources and strengthening the role of women in the community economy.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama mitra adalah masih digunakannya metode pemasaran konvensional yang terbatas, serta belum adanya upaya promosi dan pemasaran secara digital untuk mendukung pertumbuhan usaha. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan mitra dalam promosi dan pemasaran digital melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Mitra kegiatan terdiri atas pemilik dan karyawan Batik Nawasena sebanyak 10 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif yang disertai dengan demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan digital marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam pemasaran digital. Mitra berhasil membuat akun media sosial, seperti Instagram, sebagai media promosi digital, serta menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan teknik pengambilan foto produk menggunakan smartphone, dengan hasil evaluasi keterampilan mencapai skor lebih dari 70%. Kesimpulannya, program pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital marketing mitra. Diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan dalam pengelolaan media sosial serta perluasan ke platform e-commerce seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, dan Lazada untuk mendukung pemasaran yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This research aims to find a solution to the problem of difficulties in improving language skills in terms of early reading in early childhood in group A1 in Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. The research method used in this research is the research and development method or often called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this research are students in group A1 of the Hidayatus Shubiyan Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 academic year with a total of 15 students with an average age 4-5 years old, consisting of 9 female students and 6 male students. The results of the research presented data on the differences between the use of Pop Up learning media and increasing initial reading abilities in the A1 group of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. From the table above, the result is tcount = - with a significance level of 0.000. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the use of Pop Up learning media on increasing the initial reading ability of children in group A1 of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya"

Abstract

Potensi sumberdaya laut wilayah pesisir kabupaten Bantul belum dikelola secara maksimal oleh masyarakatnya. Selain itu wilayah pesisir kabuoaten Bantul juga memiliki risiko bencana yang mengancam nelayan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui masyarakat nelayan terhadap pranta mangsa dalam menentukan periode waktu melaut untuk mengurangi risiko bencana di pesisir kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder dilakukan menggunakan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan  pranata mangsa didalam masyarakat nelayan di kabupaten Bantul masih kuat, sejumlah 100% atau 225 nelayan mengetahui tentang keberadaan pranata mangsa. Seluruh masyarakat nelayan atau 100% atau 225 nelayan. Sejumlah 135 nelayan atau 60% nelayan mengatakan bahwa pranata mangsa bermanfaat dalam kegiatan melaut" dan sebanyak 40% atau sejumlah 90 nelayan menjawab tidak bermanfaat dan sejumlah 90 nelayan atau 40% sampel mendapatkan informasi mengenai waktu melaut, jenis alat tangkap, dan tanda-tanda alam.
